    I have purchased their setup box with one year freedom pack worth 1999/-. From 1march their services are all shut down. No service is provided by them.
    And no clear response given by their call executive of the company.
    I do request you to take serious action against them and return our money.

      Dear sir, maine ek dth, independent tv ka gwalior mp se 2750/- mein 13 jan 2019 ko one year plan (All fth + paid) channels, customer id [protected] bolkar liya tha, shuru ke 3 month to service acchi mili, lekin 16 april 2019 se dth ke sabhi broadcasters ke channel one by one band hone lage and screen freeze ki problem bhi aane lagi customer care se baat karne per koi bhi jawab sahi se nahi mila and lastly 13 june 2019 se inki service band ho chuki hai, aap logon se meri requests hai ki is fraud company ke against jald se jald action le aur india ke sabhi customers distributors, ss ka paisa wapas kare mujhe ab is dth company ki koi service nahi chaiye mujhe mera paisa wapas karwaye. Maine aapko kai baar twitter ke madhyam se bhi complaint ki hai aur inki complaint pmo ko bhi ki hai.

        Videocon d2h does not aur DD sport to show th world cup 2019 match it is shows a message on the DD sport channel while we tune that channel that due to SUPREME COURT order they are not air the channel when we call to customer care they tell us that subscribe for sports channel

          My vc no is [protected] name - ranjith warrier
          I had recharged my dishtv account by rs 500 as an advance on the 19th june 2019 but inspite of this i am not able to view any channels. The servive team is not cooperating and even after agreeing to the charges for the technician visit nobody has responded.
          When i asked for the refund since i am not being able to view any channels dish tv bluntly refused and said i could choose to lodge a consumer complaint.

          I strongly object to this harassment and request you to take the necessary action against this highly unscrupulous company.

            I booked independent tv on march'2018 @ cost of rs 2250 & it was installed on october'2018. After few months, hd channels were removed by the company.
            Later, independent tv was totally blackout from june'2019. Since then, no programme is aired. My request is to take further action against the same broadcaster and try to refund the money to my account.

              Dear trai i have been using videocon d2h from past three years with id[protected]. Recently (18/6/19) recharged with 316 rupees for all telugu channels, every month recharging like this. But this time
              They activated kannada channels and some telugu news channels, instead of some other telugu channels with out any requisition from us. When i made call they asked me to give online complaint to deactivate those kannada channels. I kept complaint on 20/6/19 then got message resolve the problem by 21/6. But not solved till today, meanwhile i made call to customer care call on 23/6, and 24/6 even though they are not responding properly. So i am concerning you to solve my problem.
              I hope you will take necessary action against this worst service of videocon and resolve the problem.

                My service provider has been a nuisance for the last 2 years, does not answer calls, majority of the days there is a complete cable blackout, however takes the payment for the entire month. Has a very rude behavior, blames the customer for issues. Has forced channels that have not been subscribed and has asked for additional pay for the required channels. Clearly mentioned that there is no possibility of a la carte (Choose your own channels). Request you to take the necessary action at the earliest as it has been a huge hassle to manage the issue. The name of the cable provider as mentioned on the card is cable cards broadband, handled by vanraj, his numbers are as mentioned on the card are [protected], [protected]. Most of the time the phone is switched off, especially during black outs and if called to complain about the visibility issues, the phone is never answered.

                    मैन 2500 में ये लगवाया था पर13 जून से इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी की सभी सर्विस बंद कर दी गई है इसके लिए मैंने मेल भी किया और बात भी की पर कोई हल नही मिला और अब मैं अपने पैसा वापस चाहता हु मेरा नंबर [protected] है। मैंने जब लगवाया था तो सारे चंनल्स दिखाने का वादा किया गया था जिसके पैसे में पहले ही 1 साल के लिए अदा कर चुका हूं पर वो मुझे नही मिली है और अब तो पूरी सर्विस ही बंद कर दी है कृपया मेरे पैसे वापस दिलवाने में मेरी मदद करे अब ये सर्विस नही चाहिए सिर्फ पैसे चाहिए ।।

                      We have installed videocon d2h on my terrace, one year before, now its' not working properly, i have lodged complain to videocon d2h customer care now they are saying change the dish antenna place for resolution on terrace itself, and they are charging for the changing of place.

                        We have facing issue in my gtpl set up box, not get signal last 10 to 15 days and i have complained to gtpl customer care around 6 to 7 time but they will say only "technical prosper will visit till 6 pm a day" and no one come to my home and resolved my issue..

                        I have also visit my gtpl office as well but not get resolution from them..

                        Than after i will written my complain here...

                        Hope i will soul my issue after complain here...

                                My name is imran from ludhiana punjab. I am regular customer of fastway dth company from three years but now i want to discontinue, so i requested fastway to stop my service from july 1st.
                                I have paid rent of this month (June) in advance for june 1st to june 30th. But company stopped my services today on 23/6/2019 by saying that if you don't want to continue in july your services will be barred 7 days prior according to trai rules.
                                So my concern is that i have paid for 30 days but company provided me channels for 23 days only. Is it really according to trai rules???

                                  I have purchased an independent setup box and we have to face currently many problems with the tv services we have many times complaint with the service provider but the provider has to respond on it but currently the service of tv are totally stopped by the provider which is very inconvenient for us and it is clearly fraud with the customer we want our money back as soon as possible.

                                    Previous I pay monthly all Tamil channels ₹125 only, after trai rules I pay monthly ₹ 186 not full channels I pay for only 4 channels with adds also they broadcast.

                                    Now my question is TRAI are working for public or corporate channels. If want see only two channels means I pay full day rent but we watch that channels only two or three hours only.Now tell the uses of new rules. They are broadcast for 30 minutes serial in adds 15 minutes.
                                    Totally we are foolish for your new rules.

                                      My videocon d2h customer id is:[protected]

                                      It's been 12 days and still no engineer has visited. I have called the
                                      Customer care many times and also email them but still no response.

                                      Everyday they only raise complain and then it gets cancelled on its own
                                      Without my knowledge, and next day i have to call and complain again.

                                      The engineer's cancel our request without visiting, they just call to ask address and says we will visit today, tomorrow but they never do.

                                        मेरा नाम राजू चौधरी है। मैं दिसंबर 2018 में independent tv dth खरीदी थी 2000 रुपए में।और इस dth का कहना था कि वो मुझे सभी पैसे वाले और hd channel देंगे। लेकिन 5 मा ही महीनों में इन्होंने अपनी सेवा बंद कर दी और अब मुझे इनसे स किसी भी प्रकार की सेवा नहीं मिल रही है। और ना ही यह मेरी कोई सहायता कर रहे है। अतः मैं independent tv se apne pasie vaapas चाहती हूं।ये मेरा नंबर है
