My service provider has been a nuisance for the last 2 years, does not answer calls, majority of the days there is a complete cable blackout, however takes the payment for the entire month. Has a very rude behavior, blames the customer for issues. Has forced channels that have not been subscribed and has asked for additional pay for the required channels. Clearly mentioned that there is no possibility of a la carte (Choose your own channels). Request you to take the necessary action at the earliest as it has been a huge hassle to manage the issue. The name of the cable provider as mentioned on the card is cable cards broadband, handled by vanraj, his numbers are as mentioned on the card are [protected], [protected]. Most of the time the phone is switched off, especially during black outs and if called to complain about the visibility issues, the phone is never answered.
TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
