    सादर निवेदन है कि इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी ने अब सारे चॅनेल्स बंद कर दिए है और बोल रहे कि 19 जून को चैनल वापस आ जाएंगे, महोदय इन्होंने पहले स्टार के चैनल बन्द किये, फिर ज़ी टीवी बन्द किया फिर कलर बंद किया और सब सारे चैनल बंद कर दिए, महोदय कंपनी ग्राहकों को धोखा दे रही है सभी ग्राहकों ने पैसे दिए है लेकिन सुविधा का लाभ नही मिल पा रहा, पिछले 3 महीने से ग्राहकों से धोखा कर रहीं हैआपसे निवेदन है इस जानकारी को संज्ञान में लेके कठोर कठोर कार्यवाही की जाए, अन्यथा मुझे मजबूरन कोर्ट का सहारा लेना पड़ेगा।

Since 12/06/19 I have been asking the customer care personal for restart the TV. Till time I have called at least for 50 times and they are assuring that within half an hour the service will be resumed. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest.         Dear Sir,
        My complaint lodged since 28th may is not resolved till now inspite of my regular calls to the customer care number.

        Service provider - videocon d2h
        Complaint Nature - Engineer visit for solving cracked viewing
        Complaint number[protected] on 28th May 2019
        Complaint number[protected] on 3rd June 2019
        Complaint number[protected] on 12th June 2019
        Complaint number[protected] on 13th June 2019

        I have been calling the customer care number repeatedly, but all to false promises that the engineer visit will be done. The last complaint done on 12th, assured that the engineer visit will be done by 7.05pm. But again no visit.

        Sir, does it really take 18 days to arrange an engineer visit to the capital city of Bhubaneswar? I am really tired of the pathetic service provided by Videocon D2h. The customer care executives are so mannerless that they cut the phone without listening to the customer. Also holding the phone for 36 long minutes saying that they are transferring the call to senior executive.
        The saddest part is that the Nodal Officer contact number provided in the website is switched off permanently. The bhubaneswar office mentioned in the website is locked permanently. Pls help.

            I was on yearly subscription plan of Independent TV. They were committed to give channels during installation, but when TRAI regulation changed few months ago they stopped majority paid channels. I don't have any issue with that.
            But from tomorrow they had stopped their broadcasting with out any information. Customer care no is not reachable. The local dealers are saying that the company stopped their services.
            If its true then what will be the procedure to get refund ?
            Please take a look on this matter so that these type of companies not to make any fraud with us.

              Hello, we have an independent Tv. We have installed it in November 2018 for 11 months package. We have paid Rs3000 in advance for 11 months. That time they have told us that all the channels will be same even after TRIA rules. But initially they stopped star channels then Zee tv channels. Also we are facing freezing problem every other day. I am unable to connect to their customer care. I also dropped them email for the resolution of my issues. But no response from them.

              Now, there is not even single channel is there. It is showing bad weather signal for last 4 days but weather is clear. Please take some strict action against them. Its like they took our money and “looted” us. Take some action against them. If that problem are not resolved... I want my money back...

                  Hello, we have an independent Tv. We have installed it in March for 10 months package. We have paid Rs3000 in advance for 10 months. That time they have told us that all the channels will be same even after TRIA rules. Now, there is not even single channel is there. Please take some strict action against them. Its like they took our money and “looted” us. Take some action against them. If that problem are not resolved... I want my money back...

                        I'm a resident of Sec-9, Vashi. I've a cable connection from S.S.V. Cable Pvt. Ltd., Vashi.
                        This is to register a complaint regarding the pathetic service being provided by the Cable Operator. Cable is not working since two days. When my mother called them to check, they didn't answer. Their representative came to collect money for the renewal and said that the payment for May and June has not been made. My mother informed him that we were out of town in May and the cable was also not working for that entire month, so why is the payment due for the month of May. The representative asked her to visit office and left without taking the payment for June. For the last two days the cable is not working and when we call the office numbers, there is no response. And when called in their mobile numbers, they don't give concrete answers or resolution and just hang up the phone. Representatives Vivek Kadam, Amit behave like goons. A strict action needs to be taken against them.

                          We are very disappointed of the service the independent tv, they are not providing the channel as the trai terms and condition.
                          Do you know that we are not able to watch any channel for 2 day.
                          Sir, i they have taken money for 1 year earlier at time there was not any terms and condition of trai,
                          independent tv is breaking the rules and regulation of trai and one one more thing we are complaining again and again to the service provider but nothing worked.
                          Sir i want my money back please provide me my money.

                            Dear sir
                            Me Distv use kar raha hun so sir mene 1st baar recharge karaya to mujhe pata chala ki aapke rule ke hisab se mujhe meri pasand ke FTA and PAY Channel le sakta hun par dishtv par aapke rule ko chhod kar apna FTA channel ka pack banaya ha jise lena compulsory hai. Aisa kyon bus pay channel chunne ka hi options hai. Mujhe to FTA channel bhi meri hi pasand ke chahiye.

                              Videocon d2h service is not good.
                              They have deducted the entire amount that had been recharged.
                              Just for the registration of a complaint but no engineer from videocon d2h had come to resolve the problem for this they have deducted recharged amount.
                              We request for refund. As soon as possible.
                              Even if the service is not being provided by the videocon people they are deducted amount.
                              As well the customer care executive is not properly responding to the customer

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                Myself Rajendra(Customer ID[protected]On 21st May dual recharge was done by mistake for Rs.2000 and Rs.200.
                                Immediately I requested videocon D2h customer care to refund Rs.2000 at the earliest. they provided complaint no i.e[protected] but till date I have not received the refund in my bank account and I contacted customer care team more than 60 times and sent emails but no response. Recently they
                                Request informed me that amount has been credited in my bank account on 02th June 2019. But not I have not received any credit as such and their service is pathetic. Just to enquire this query overall they hold my calls for more than 30hours.
                                It is very difficult to get the refund amount. Kindly help me to get my money back.

                                  I purchased a new dth connection with year validity in December 2018 with a bondal of channels with connection number [protected] in cousins name Mr. Anandhakumar. Subsequently in march 2019 the reduced number of channels & validity to 6 months quoting Trai regulations, which is not fare. As consumer, what ever committed at the time purchase has to be fulfilled Or balance amount to be paid back.So i request you order service provider M/s Sun-direct to revert back to the which they committed at the time of purchase . I have already made a complaint in National consumer helpline, complaint number 1355958 & there is no positive response from the service provider. So i request u to do the needful. i have also made complaint with Pg cell.

                                    I purchased new SetUpBox with installation, on Online on 5th June 2019.
                                    I booked DishNXT HD [ Only at just 1590/-] plan but they provided basic HD box.

                                    When i called to customer care, they are not responding.

The company took the money and they are not providing any kind of services which they promised neither the basic one's.

                                        Lots of problems are faced regarding connectivity not providing channels as per pack and most of channels are with regret messages and same channels are to be provided in same pack very bed service and customer care numbers are not responding where to complain there are no offices nor person to contact every time connection is with errors. No persons to contact there are no contacts available on website
