I'm a resident of Sec-9, Vashi. I've a cable connection from S.S.V. Cable Pvt. Ltd., Vashi.
This is to register a complaint regarding the pathetic service being provided by the Cable Operator. Cable is not working since two days. When my mother called them to check, they didn't answer. Their representative came to collect money for the renewal and said that the payment for May and June has not been made. My mother informed him that we were out of town in May and the cable was also not working for that entire month, so why is the payment due for the month of May. The representative asked her to visit office and left without taking the payment for June. For the last two days the cable is not working and when we call the office numbers, there is no response. And when called in their mobile numbers, they don't give concrete answers or resolution and just hang up the phone. Representatives Vivek Kadam, Amit behave like goons. A strict action needs to be taken against them.
