I am one of the user of independent tv I bought independent tv subscription on September 2018 they do full package of one year subscription and 5 year free to air subscription pack but after trai new rule Jan 2019 they stop to show hd channels after March 2019 they remove many of channels from it's platform and now company stop all channels so it's means too many user who all ready pay for dth service company doing fraud with there client, so I want my money back and wants some serious action against this company
please refund my payment any how...

    being a customer with registered mobile no.[protected] with id: suchetas_kp with the service provider is highly dissatisfied on the service of the company. their network is often low and dead. now for last 5 days the network is dead and on request they are not doing anything to restore the service. their customer care is poor and understaffed because to get a call connected one has to make atleast 10 calls. the executives respond very badly and take make false commitments. for which we are suffering a lot. being a work-from-home employee a lot of pecuniary loss has been incurred that may amount to nearly Rs.1 lakh. along with the mental agony they are giving through their false talks and misleading talks are quite high.
    it is requested to please teach the company a lesson and make them to reimburse the amount for the loss incurred due to their fault.

      I am using multiple TV connections under same id for past 8 years
      suddenly Tata Sky asked me to pay full charge for 2nd TV in same apartment, for multi TV connection under single account id

      This is not in line with TRAI order for multiple TV connection. TRAI recommends to give discount on NCF. Dish TV only charge Rs 50 for multiple TV

          जैसा आप को पता है इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी की सर्विसेज बंद हो गयी है मेने थोड़े टाइम पहले ही ये खरीदा कभी भी सही से तो चला ही नहीं पहले स्टार नेटवर्क बंद हुआ वो चालू हुआ उसके जस्ट बाद ज़ी नेटवर्क की सर्विस और viacom 18 की सर्विस बंद हो गयी उसके बाद चैनल फ्रीजिंग समस्या आने लगी अभी ये समस्या खत्म नहीं हुई थी की अभी इनकी सारी सर्विस बंद है इनसे पूछने पर पहले 19 जून हवाला दिया अब 22 जून की ारिख दे रहे है इनसे बात करने पर हमेशा एक त्यार रहती है आप से निवेदन है की हमे सही उपलब्ध हम झांसे में न रहे

            I was registers complaint yesterday 8.26 PM 90517114 & told your complaint will attend by Tomorrow before 12 PM, But till time no call & no person from your side & I have called to customer care today 5.50 PM then known complaint closed by engineer without call & without site visit.

            Today I have raised complaint again 90550421 & Engineer will assign tomorrow.

            This is a service from Airtel?

            I want to be solved my complaint by Today otherwise i will go to consumer form.

              I taken new connection 18 months back that day to still my name not changed, its existing TEJA P instead of MALLIKARJUNA SOMPALLI

              Recently I relocated from CHENNAI to HYDERABAD and I requested to re installation on 6th April 2019 and they came on 15th June 2019 that to service not in good(not fixed properly)

              Recent installation executive collected partial amount and d2h deducted full service amount in my account

              For the all reason I contacted to d2h cc but I didn't get proper response

                Main independent tv ka ka existing customer hun..maine inka 1year ka plan liya tha, par plan lene ke kuch dino ke bad inka tv band ho gya hai, mera pura paisa waste ho gya hai...company na to customer care pe baat krti hai na...ni hi koi phone pick krta hai...ek mahine se mera tv nhi chal rha hai.is company ne pure paise lekar bhi hme koi service provide nhi ki hai..please inke khilaf koi sakhat kadam uthaya jaye ta jo koi or company aage se kisi bhi customer ke sath dhokha na kar sake...or hmare paise refund karvaye jaye...

                    Videocon dth is fraoud to me they are charged me for moviesactive hd channel num 913 and they not provide me this channel also they charged channel num 222 and they also closed my channel sab tv hd num 911 i was complaint many times but they behavior very rudely and also uneducated call receiver on phone they dont understand our problem and blame again me so plz strictly action this Videocon dth and plz colsed and band this service provider permanently ...thnx

                        I had placed a request for subscription to various pay and free channels on al-a-carte basis. However, though the requested pay channels have been activated, following free channels have not been activated.

                        After contacting the customer care of D2H over the phone multiple times a complaint in this regard was lodged on 08.05.2019 through email which has not produced any result.

                        But on bringing the issue to the notice of the concerned through Twitter, it was replied through a tweet that "channels cannot be activated individually because these channels are part of BST pack". Even after bringing to their notice the FAQ on TRAI website which has been replied as "subscriber can choose any channels which are available on the platform of the distributor, either in a-la-carte form or bouquet or combination of both", they have not activated the channels requested.

                        A complain to the Nodal Officer has also not been responded. Further, it was brought to their notice that the details of the appellate authority to whom further appeal on this matter can be filed is not available on their website as mandated by the TRAI through email to customer care and the nodal officer and were requested to provide the same . However, no response has been received.

                        In view of the above please take necessary action to ensure activation of individual channels as per the new tariff order.

                        We would like to inform you that as we have checked that you have opted for the DD pack (includes only DD channels) which does not include the FTA channels. Moreover, if you want to opt for the FTA channels then you have to subscribe to the BST pack. Currently, there is no option to opt the FTA as an Ala-Carte.

                            We are using 35 Nos. of IDEA for last so many years (5 Years or so) under their corporate plans. Due to last 1 Year we are facing lot of call drops and network related issues in Delhi and even in roaming conditions. Have raised issues for same so many time in past but of no use.

                            Last month decided to PORT out 21 numbers from this 35 numbers from their network and raised the PORT out request with them on 1st of June. Today got to know from JIO that our request has been rejected by Idea 2nd time also and PORT out is cancelled. Have contacted the customer care today and asked from them the reason for rejecting the PORT OUT. The executive told some silly reason for same. She said that it has been rejected as IDEA team could not able to contact me to request for stopping this PORT out. I told I personally have received their call on 5th June and raised my all problems and told to PORT out all this 21 numbers. (Can Port out be rejected on the basis that operator team couldn’t able to contact me and what is the fault of customer for same?). Asking this same question she replied that there is no advance in my account for the money they are going to charge for my billing. To this reply I got angry on them and told we are not porting out all numbers and have even Rs. 3000 amount as advance in my account for the future billing if any on this numbers apart from others numbers which are not port out. (we have single billing and account for all this 35 numbers).

                            Being angry on them and with this reply she said sorry that they didn’t stop port out due to money, there might be some other problem. I Told her to transfer the call to some senior person and after 2-3 minutes some senior name Praveen join this conversation. After hearing all this he has given me another silly reason that the Format Letter given by me for PORTING out has some mistake and they have rejected the same due to this reason. When asked what was the correction in Format Letter please mention so that I can PORT out from their network next time, they have no solution and replied this we can’t tell you.

                            It looks like they want to reject this porting out for damm any way and for that they can harass the customer to any extent.

                            With this letter I want to request you to take proper action against them and I am giving below the details of my 21 Nos. for which port out is requested on 8th June and also today I have raised complain for same for which the complaint number given by them is S[protected].

                              I payed 1349 rupees for 1 yr pack of airtel digital tv and this pack include about 186 channels but after when i start the tv... I get 99 channel only after paying 1349 and the costumer care of airtel tv do not give response against this complaint.
                              I have only this option for resolve my problem qnd i hope soo... My problem resovle here

                                I am Milan from Delhi . i hve been customer of videocon d2h since 12 years .i made my 1 month pack on 28 march, i paid for it but everytime i have to recharge it before my due date. The executives do not give proper information regarding the topic also they activate packs and channels on their own without our permission and after that the money gets deduct from my account . Also i filed a complaint on 14 june, 2019 but there is no single call back and response to it. i am not satisfied at all with the service. This is a serious issue if nothing is going to happen then i ll be taking this at my end and this will be a trouble for company .

                                  I am Writing from Vijayawada City, Andhra Pradesh, India . The Cable TV Service Provider Says He is Unable to Provide Channels in Hindi, Telugu
                                  and English Languages . Especially HD Channels as they Can Only give Either Bouquets of Telugu or English Entertainment HD Channels for 375 Rupees Only . Your Rules Have Failed for the Costumer Like Me . I Watch Telugu, Hindi, and English Entertainment Channels in HD Quality and all English Sports and News Channels . My Service Provider is Unable to Provide these Channels . If I Take DTH Services they don't Work on a Rainy Day or Day or Night When Clouds Come on . What is the Solution to My Problem from your End ? Kindly Withdraw NCF .

                                      This is my painful experience to share independent TV customer service and poor broadcast facilities we the customer are suffering from last 10 days
                                      Basically not last 10 days, we are suffering from the beginning when we decided to choose pathetic independent TV as an dth for our home.
                                      In this regard many complain and tweets are raised but it doesn't makes you any effects.

                                      Now it's over..we are not going to tolerate this anymore.
                                      Kindly ask independent TV to refund our money back as we don't want to continue with third grade service.

                                        Dear TRAI,
                                        I have installed two set of Independent TV 7 month AGO, I have paid for the whole year in advance, but after that this DTS is not working properly, from last week i am unable to see any channel from this connection. TV is showing network issue. I don't want to run this Independent TV any more, kindly tell me how i can get my amount refund back.
