Hello, we have an independent Tv. We have installed it in January for one year package. We have paid Rs2800 in advance for one year. That time they have told us that all the channels will be same even after TRIA rules. Now, there is not even single channel is there. Please take some strict action against them. Its like they took our money and “looted” us. Take some action against them. Thanks

    I took connection of independent tv in december 2018. Company was providing me pack of 1 year of all channel at 2000rs but now company withdraw the pack. Dth sevice has lot of error, first all star channels are disable then all zee and colors channels are disable and today the dth service of independent tv switched off. When i call customer care no, it is going busy. Noone is there to listen the complain of customer. Please take necessary and legally steps against independent tv and refund the money.

      Independent tv Set top box s/n is [protected]. My home tv set picture & voice both were sticking. Service is poor. Now signal has been lost. Customer care no. & nodal officer no. are being not attended. The nodal officer no. [protected] mentioned by company, as per Reliance Jio network is a wrong number. Customer care no. Is being not attended for many days. Kindly look into, a remedial action is requested.

        First they stop all ZEE Channels and COLORS Channels from April and now they stops all channels and when we want to trying to contact their customer care, all their customer care numbers are busy or not reachable when we try to contact them. They do not take any action against our complaints and regularly increasing these problems like their daily routine or requirements.Please do something about it. We got an annual plan of independent tv and 7 months are left in our plan, So please trying to refund our money from them or take strict actions to increasing service quality against them.

          Requesting you i am sending the complaint to TRAI department for TATA Sky DTH connection.

          You can find the all mails in trail mails which i regularly sent to TATA Sky higher level department. But still not getting any solution from TATA sky DTH higher managerment. Every Time i got some different news from TATA sky and convey message that its TRAI guidance.

          On Saturday(8June 2019) I got the Call from Tata Sky DTH that your second and third connection DTH services are discontinued because of TRAI guidelines that you have to purchase different package. i told them on last month you have convey us that you have to set only one package and other secondary TV you have to pay rs.220/- each and package will be same. i buy the same . But this month again i got some new message that TRAI guidelines has been changed and you have to purchase different and pay different price accordingly.

          Please find the trail mail I have given Rs. 9200 Approx in the month of Nov 2018 and purchase one year package for all three television. i confirmed that these package will continue or not because TRAI guidelines is going to change they confirmed me and recharge the package of same amounts. i confirmed again on the month of FEB and March 2019. they again confirmed me same and Misguide me again and again.

          Requesting you kindly look at this matter and see how Tata Sky DTH doing to harass customer. always misguide to customer and justification given that its trai guidelines.

            We have been using Airtel DTH connection since some time now. It was initially purchased in Udaipur by my parents and then when they shifted to Ahmedabad some days back, we went for the reinstallation of the DTH. On Sunday[protected], we called up the Call Center on [protected] and put in a request for reinstallation.

            The same was logged in and the executive informed that the concerned Team would call for reinstallation and the same would cost Rs 250/-. On a hunch, we inquired for an Add on connection also, to which he said that the concerned would call me for the same.

            I got a call from some agent who informed that the Add on connection would cost Rs 2100/- which includes all charges, warranty and one month subscription free. I okayed the same without checking the details and rates as I felt that would be the standard going rate.

            The reinstallation guy came first and he checked the junctions and other details and then went on to install the Dish on the terrace. We had the wire and he used some spare wire lying on the terrace to join the connection to the TV. He said the lens was faulty and he put in a lens of his own and informed me that the Add on connection guy would install a 2 pin lens and take this one back. He may have used one or maybe two connectors and charged me Rs. 350/- for his work. While leaving, he informed me the Add on guy would come in half an hour. After some time he called me again to inform that the Add on connection would cost me Rs 1700/- only now due to some rate changes.

            The add on connection guy came after an hour and while replacing the old lens the wire fixed to the old lens got removed from the connector highlighting the shoddy work done by the previous guy. This guy set up the Add on connection and charged me Rs 1800 for all the work. He asked me to keep the set top box switched on for an hour for the services to begin. The services did not begin on Sunday and we did not pursue it as we were held up in other things.

            On checking online yesterday, I was shocked to know that you guys are offering a New DTH with HD set top box at Rs 1595. I decided to inquire further about the exact cost of an Add on connection. Meanwhile, the services has still and not resumed and we did not check the same till 04:00 PM yesterday. I called up the call center at 06:00 PM and the guy seemed confused when I mentioned I had an Add on connection and the services were not working in either of them. On persisting further and asking him to check, if any recharge is done or not, he informed that a recharge of Rs. 450/- had been done and same was valid till[protected]. I asked him that the Add on connection was valid for free subscription for a month and should get over after a month and not on[protected]. He had no answer to it. Also, he had no clue as to how the recharge was done as we had not recharged any amount. He offered some technical help and some channels got activated on the Add on connection, which I suppose were FTA channels.

            On the DTH price, I was shocked when the cost was showing as Rs. 899/- only in the 988 channel.

            My questions to whomsoever can help me are:

            Why was I charged nearly double for an Add on connection?
            What advantage will I be getting for opting for an Add on connection?
            There is a cashback offer on opting for an Add on, which I has seen online. Why was this not informed to me?
            Who recharged the amount of Rs. 450 in my account?
            Why is the Add on connection not active when I was eligible for one month free subscription?
            Why did the Call Center guy have no clue about my Account, Recharge and my expiry date?
            How can I start viewing channels of my choice be removing whatever packs are activated?

            I send across a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com, Gopal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@bharti.com, ceo.[protected]@bharti.com, but no one seems to be interested in replying to my mail.

            Then out of desperation, I called up the Call center and they informed that I had a balance of Rs 741 now and the pack was valid till[protected], due to some cash back offer. The call center lady informed me that a SD Add on cnnection costs Rs. 1200 and HD Rs 1400. I told her I was cheated of Rs 1800 for an SD box and she logged a complaint for my excess refund. But, she had not idea how the recharge of Rs 450 & Rs 843 happened in my account. Also, she explained about the HD Add on box being available for Rs 899 (as mentioned in the Channel 899) as being incorrect.

              DISH TV is known for adding add on packs and charges to any DISH TV accoutn without customer consent.
              This is my VC NO-[protected]. Dish TV has modified my pack without my consent & activated this Active services for 59.32 without even notifying me. This is an ongoing issue with DISH TV and they dont have ethics and compliance and always add unwanted stuff to the account without customer consent.

              Please take a strict action against DISH TV so that they should stop this loot.

                After TRAI rule implementation, we are struggling like anything. I've 4 connections as multiroom. However till today my packages are showing on videocon d2h website only not on my TV screen. I've made many calls whic is uncountable but till now their CSE saying Engineer will visit to solve your problem. I'm getting Star Plus HD channel but not any ZEE and Colors HD which has been activated on all my 4 boxes. The charges has been keep on deducting everyday without viewing the channels which I've subscribed.CSE respond is very bad and also they are disconnecting the calls in between without any information.

                Hello Trai,

                Please assist me here resolve my issue as it's almost 10 days over I've no solution. I'm not getting any free channels also. But Videocon keep on deducting my money without any service for my multi room connections.
                They are not responding at all and disconnecting the call in middle. Expecting an action to be take form your side as Videocon is cheating customers.

                  Videocon D2H customer since more than 7 years. Customer id[protected]
                  the services have been suddenly stopped since two days.balance is Rs. 636.
                  Customer care executives are not at all helpful. They just give false assurance that the services will resume in few hours which never happened.
                  if i call the customer care they say if i call repeatedly, it will further get delayed.
                  i'm hearing this for the first time. I dont want to miss watching TV in this world cup season.

                    Respected Sir,
                    I (Sandip Sarkar) customer of Videocon D2h my Customer id is 65047973. On 8/06/2019 I recharged my account with Rupees 404 as one massage came to my mobile if recharge with 404 you will get balance of 606.
                    But after recharging my account I have seen except home channels no other channels are coming. Then I call customer service several times in there response they said to wait for 10 minutes it will come. Like that way half day gone. Again I called customer service this time they said I have to raise one complain for that I have to pay RS.200 and they will send engineer. With in 2 hour engineer came. Hi did with his mobile something and said within one and half hours channels will come and taken RS. 200 and gone. But whole day gone channels not came. I called engineer several times but he didn't peak my phone. Next day again I called customer service they said again we are lodging the complain wait up 6 pm we will resolve the problem (i.e 09/06/2019). After one hour again that engineer call came and speak in rogue way why are you disturbing us when it will fix your channels will come..time gone nothing happened after few hours again that engineer Called and said you have to pay Rs. 250 more and we will replace your settop box with in 7pm. I agreed but that also gone no one came in return when I called that engineer again he is not peaking phone. Again I called customer care executive again said everything in detail after listening representative told me to hold the line so I was waiting and waiting after 5 minutes he disconnected the line. Few minutes later one new mail come written that you have to pay Rs. 200 then we send our engineer ...now up to today i.e 10/09/2019 nothing has been done. I surprised to see how they are playing with the customer no one is here to see..
                    I feel my self paralyzed...you are my last hope . Can please solve the matter,

                      I have bought DTH in DEC 18, i have paid full amount for the one year, After March 19 they have started stop one by one channel package, first they stopped star package, then now colors and Zee package also not working,
                      And from last two months alll the other channels also not working properly, and disturbance viewing, and their customer care is not working..
                      There is no improvement nor assistance to improve the same..
                      I am looking forward please take this as very strictly against the DTH provider and resolve the issue..

                        Sir i am facing problem in net speed of jio network, when i have purchased a jio sim it waswritten on its wrapper that its speed ia the fastest but sir it is too much shamefull that the speed of 2g network is better than jio network speed.
                        Pls sir instruct jio for serving better otherwise this company is not able for writing too much false on its wrapper..
                        Sir according to me jio is worst.

                          It is understood that as per TRAI regulation, users have to pay Rs 153.40 (including 18% GST) as NFC for 100 channels and beyond it Rs 20 for every 25 channels. Also, as per TRAI, first 100 channels would include 25 mandatory channels laid by the GoI. However, Andaman Cable Network is compelling the customers to buy the basic pack containing 100 channels in addition to the mandatory channels. This is imposing an additional NFC fees of Rs 94.40 (including 18% GST) on all the customer which is a deviation from TRAI regulations and monopoly laid by Andaman Cable Network. It is a humble request, the necessary action may be initiated against such service providers involved into forgery and be forced upon to repay the additional amount charged to the customers.

                            Hi,
                            Recently i switched to IDEA network from Airtel and from the day one i started facing poor network issue. There is no network in my area. Every time i have to wait for network to make a call.

                            I have raised a complaint multiple time but no resolution has provided yet. I can't wait for next 90 days to port out to new service provider.

                            This is really a frustrating situation for me, please assist me to switch to other operation (JIO)

                                  I was recharged my Tata Sky for 2 years before TRAI new regulation but after imposing rules Tata Sky removed that pack and even charging extra monthly charges. Earlier it was 920/- for two TV with full channels but now charging 1145/- and even 20% channels are stopped from them.

                                  If I brought something before any rule then it should be adhere by service provider and not to be imposed extra on us.

                                  Please help advise how I can get the required things back as after several reminder TataSky is not taking any action.

                                    I am an existing customer (Cust ID[protected] of videocon D2H since last 05 years. During the cyclone FANI in Odisha on 03/05/2019, the signal of the my D2H has been lost. After the restoration of the electricity on 16/05/2019, I have given the complaint to D2H Videocon on 17/05/2019 regarding the signal lost and also on 20/05/2019, i have given another complaint for restoration of the D2H services (COMPLAINT NO[protected] and[protected]. From 17/05/2019 to till today (09/06/2019) i had contacted to the customer care of D2H more than 20 times but none of the service engineer has been visited to rectify the fault.

                                    YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR RESTORATION OF MY D2H SERVICE.

                                      The signal of my TV is not coming for the last 1 month after cyclone Fani in odisha..I am repeatedly calling their customer executive, every time they are telling the mechanic will go today...but the mechanic is not coming...now they are disconnecting my call too.please do something for repairing my dth signal...Airtel dth is looting the costumers.
