I have DTH Videocon dish .In 153rs they give us free channel like dd news, dd Gujarati, Etc, Dd sports .but when the Indias match comes they said as per the hon'ble court order, Dd Sports chnnale will not be available ICC cricket World Cup. And this channel is available in dd free dish..so why this type of behaviour of. All Dish operators . please do ..I am paying 153 for free channel .then why they are not giving us Dd sport at match time.after the match the channel is available.so please do against them.

    Hi, the tata sky is charging 153 rupees as base pack for watching 1-100 chanels for free...i just want to know that why should we pay these 153 rs for nothing.if someone doesn't want to watch these chanells why should he be charged...for example i want to see only two chanels say zee tv and star sports 2, for these two chanels i have to pay just 22.42+6=28.42 rupees per month but they are charging me 153+28.42 means u have to pay 181.42 rupees for only two channels .why should i be charged such a big amount for these two chanels..plese answer andwhen they are asked y r u charging these 153 ..they rply it is by TRAI..May i get the answer for this
    .
    2nd thing is that the tatasky show 6 rs/month for star sports 2 on tv..but on tatasky mobile app they charge 7.08 rs/month.

      Hello My name is Ravi and this complaint is about to be against of Videocon D2h company..first of all they have worst quality if we talk about either their services or their customer care executives.. They don't have manner to talk neither give us any solution They told u have to pay 200 Rs. For a complaint ...I bought a package of where I won't be able to see such channels which I paid for ... When I complaint to there customer service they said it won't be in their hands it might be system problem ..are they fooling us ? There all channels are working properly but why some channels are not working, and than they're saying we'll send out representative there and you have to be paid 200 Rs for this..why should I pay for this ... I'll request to TRAI please take a serious action against this fooling D2h company ...and also suggesting please don't ever buy Videocon D2h

        Dear concern,
        My compalint against dish tv. I m the subscriber of dish tv and my vc no. is [protected] Arvind Singh.
        Dish Tv has fined of Rs 25 as a late recharge. My recharge priod has passed 2 days before. When I asked to customer care staff, they are saying that this is company policy, while this is the intention of consumer when to recharge or not.
        Is it any policy from TRAI side? If it is not effective then my request is to take legal action against this company asap.

          I have a problem from 10 days related to my network, internet . I had registered a complaint 8 days ago but when i call 198 idea customer care they told me your problem not solved and after24 -48 hours it will solved but after 48 hours i call back they told me wait more. I am unable to use my internet because it automatically sets on 2g/3g and without on roaming mode my internet not working .please help me

            We have Hindi movie channels pack on tatasky but channels always broadcast south Indians movie.
            I just want to know our bollywood movies is not better then south movies??
            We want Hindi bollywood movies not south Indian doubt movies.
            We have a problem for channels please take an action on it.
            If we pay for Hindi bollywood movies then why we see south Indian movies.

              Dear TRAI,

              As per trai & supreme court guidelines dth service providers are abide to provide free channels. But unfotunately in my case tata sky not showing these free channel for which i made numerous complaints at CC and nodal officer. I am not able to view channel no. 453(DD sports) which is absolutely free. When spoke to tata sky they are telling me to subscribe paid channel on which i can see match. Their nodal officer saying to pay money for technician visit for not displaying this particular channel. Requeat you to take prompt action as this has become their bussiness to make customer subscribe to paid channels

                My registered mobile number with dishtv is [protected]. On 19/6/2018 i got it recharged with rs. 10920/- for one year and according to their scheme i got 14 months and my recharge date became 15/8/2019. Now i am seeing that they have changed my recharge date to 9/6/2019 and reduced almost 2 months of my plan. Earlier my monthly plan was of rs. 1040/- (almost). Now after trai scheme it is 994/-. So instead of increase of days they have reduced them and after many complaints to them, they have not responsed. Please look into this. Thanks gautam

                  I have 3 independent TV connection at my home out of which 2 running on same umbrella . One connection working fine and other was showing error 400 and from last 10 days call to care no of independent TV [protected] but till now no resolution every time said wait 2 days and not even single executive able to transfer call to his supervisor. They are making fool of people I am very harrassed with the services of cable operators and wants to file a case him kindly guide me

                    I have a dth connection with d2h, customer id no is[protected], after protracted correspondence, now i have migrated to the new plan, a few days ago.My present grievance is, all the operators like, tata sky, airtel and d2h are not allowing us to have own fta channels, just, they give a pack and include it our pack.They must be asked to show all the available fta channels and from that list, there must be a provision for us to click the channels of our choice and we must be able form a pack of our own in the fta category.Now, i am given a pack, under fta, which include channels, which are not my choice, neither i am allowed to remove the unwanted channels under fta category

                      I have terminated hathway broadband services 10 years ago but recently they started to send me an SMS literally everyday about their broadband offers. I called the customer care representative number that was provided in the SMS, the representative spoke to me in a very rude and arrogant manner. When I asked her to transfer my call to a manager, she abusively told me that she can't do it and asked me to visit their office which is at the other end of city(Hyderabad) in where I live. She told me that she had blacklisted my number from those SMS, but 10 days later I am still receiving those SMS. I have deleted those SMS from my phone, else I would have given my account number.

                      Sending an advertisement or promotional SMS once in every few months is understandable, but sending it literally everyday is madness. Just stop sending those useless SMS, not just to me but to everyone.

                          Airtel is the worst dth service provider. I have a problem before some days, dth not provide proper service. When open my TV always seen error code 1. I have tried customer care number

                          In addition to that, There Call Centre is the worst you'll ever come across. Ready to cheat and mislead you in every possible way!

                          I know I have a legal battle to fight since they are not going to listen this way.

                            Dear Administrators GTPL- KCBPL,
                            I am, Sandip Datta residing at Rishra, Hooghly, having 2 set top boxes in my name respectivly A/C. No. 629544, FCBDLDSXW and A/C. No. 1092781 FCBBSBPKG Subscribed your Bengali Platinum Pack + EPIC and Bengali Power Plus Pack since you introduce the Packages, respective Date of Renewal on last 5th June 19, which was informed to your service provider M/S. Akashdeep over telephone 2 times over telephone on 3rd June and 4th June sending payment to their Bandhan Bank Account for the respective renewal but found discontinued from today morning on 6th June due to non-renewal being informed by your customer care department and they said executive also told me that your department will not be able to pursue the concern distributor from your end for this. This very conversation took place 6 a.m. today morning. Previously the same incidence happened with me twice which are also informed to you over email and telephonic discussion. This is utter matter of prestige to me . Previously I complained that the said distributor is not maintaining his office properly, not receive telephone whom I called 4 times today morning too remained not response, signal dropping problem since last 2 months not being corrected in-spite-of several reminder shifting responsibility to the MSO and vice versa in all the occasions, though the Distribution Box is fixed on my premises only.
                            So In this very situation I am providing you 2 Hrs time to resolve the problem failing which I must forward the complain to TRAI both against you being the M.S.O and the your distribution partner Akashdeep as per rules and regulation.
                            Fro your kind reference we are having 2 more connection in our flat respectively A.C. No.519497 and 519077, with 4 more in our own family which which you will loose in the future if you not being able to handle the issue immediately war footing basis with your service provider disributor without disturbing me.

                              Hi, my registered mobile number is [protected], I have placed a request on 27th May for reinstallation however till now nothing happened. Customer service team is very very poor in query resolution any time you call they have only answer "after 96 hours". 2-3 times of 96 hours has been passed but still I did not get my dish TV fix. Can someone tell me weather it is possible or not so that I will see another option. Yes TV not installed but they are changing penalty fees, late recharge fees, etc... I am really fed-up with the poor service they are providing. Also getting frustrated as there is no single source to whom I can reach out for resolution. Hoping for best results... BK Patra

                                इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी हमने खरीदा जिसके साथ 1 वर्ष का प्लान है करकर हमसे पहले ही 2600 रुपये ले लिए गया। एक माह सभी चेनल अच्छे से चला फिर एच डी चेनल बंद हो गया फिर कुछ दिन बाद 400 एरर आने लगा करीब एक हफ्ते बाद हमने शिकायत दर्ज कराई तो बोले कि 24 से 48 घंटे में टेक्नीशियन आ जायेगा लेकिन नही आया फिर अगले दिन काल कियर तो फिर बोले प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ा फ़िया अगले 24 घंटे तक रुकना होगा फिर भी कोई नई आया फिर ऐसे करते करते 5 बार कर लिए लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नई हुई।
                                सर हमलोग गांव से है और गरीब भी है हमे अपना पैसा वापस चाहिए या सेवा चालू करवा दीजिये ।

                                  Dear sir, I am a Videocon d2h user of id[protected] I recharged for some channels for date up to 28/6 days but I have faced a problem with signal for some movie channels from their end since 4-5 days, and signal is ok for other channels I have filed complaint for in customer care and I got promised that issue will solve in 24 hrs BT it wasn't then I ask for extension for validity of that channel from when I didn't get signal bcoz I paid for that much of days bt company rejected, plz take action against Videocon from ur end and help me out

                                    I am owner of 2 connections of airtel dth for last 4 years. When these 2 connections were purchased, they were sold to me with some charges for primary connection & 50% charges for secondary connections.
                                    For last 4 years i was getting the same facility from airtel. After expiry of my existing pack in march 19, when i went for recharging, this facility was removed by aitel
                                    I tried to escalate this issue at airtel but their response is "due to change in rules by trai we cannot offer this facility"
                                    Die to this i will be spending double amount this than what i was spending for last 4 years

                                      I registered complaint no 89976989 for airtel digital tv for not showing or working. customer care executive asked to send and engineer on thw same day at 4:56 pm. no engineer came and engineer assigned for the same, their numbera were not working. i again called customer care & they forward my call to their senior, but their senior response was not appropriate. she said it will take 24 hra to resolve issue. i am paying rs 700 for airtel digital tv monthly and getting no services.whole thing wasted my day .when i asked to send engineer today. She denied and end the call. this is my sincere complaint towarda airtel digital tv. please register and acknowledge me to takw further action on them

                                        I m from vyara, surat, gujarat and tv cable provider is dl gtpl... I have subscribed different packages including star sony and zee... But during team india cricket match our broadcaster dl, gtpl, surat, gujarat, vyara doesn't brodcast dd sports free channel as we paid that channel 130 rs per month...

                                        They do that every time when match starts... And starts channel again when match ends... This is very transparent case of injustice with consumer..

                                        Solve this as soon as possible..
