In tatipaka cable operators are demanding minimum rs 250 for connection. But their service is not function well. To day 4th june-2019. We are not recieving signals from 1st of this month. When i am asking it takes sometime to activation. They are demanding for rs 200 for free channels also. When i am having a cable connection minimum they demand some buckets of channel packages cumplesary

the above cable operators working with TANUKU CABLE NETWORK, Tanuku .and also Logo TCN.so kindly restore signals immediately.they are violating TRAI Rules& regulations.so kindly take decision immediately .

they are not respond for phone calls, i am going to the cable office for complaint.they are speaking very rash.to day 4th day of this month.no signal for up todate but they are collecting monthly wise and also demand payment at their office only.they do not wish to collect amount customer house or connection point

    I have applied for jio giga fiber connection on 18.04.2019 and as per the scheme, paid security deposit of rs. 4, 500/-. Till date installation is not done. Their engineers visit my residence thrice and every time work not done due to jio system is not ready. On 20.05.2019, they themselves cancelled my application on the ground of address verification failure which is totally wrong.
    They are neither providing me with the service nor refunding my deposit. They are neither taking any steps to resolve the issue nor giving any reply.

    Jio is collecting money from the market by misrepresentation which is also unlawful as per sebi norms.

    1) Company has not taken any steps to resolve the issue / complain 2) Last email ([email protected]) from Jio on 29.05.2019, asking time to resolve issue. Email ID ([email protected]) of order cancellation. Phone No. of Sales Person Mr. Arup Sarkar (Mobile No. 9875633523) and Mr. Dipto (Mobile No. 7980190407) I am once again giving below the details: My friend had applied for Jio connection and after some hassle, installation completed successfully. I also shown interest but sales person told me that system was not ready in my area. After few days they (Contact Nos. given above) called me and said that now the system is ready and thereafter I completed application process with payment of Rs.4, 500/- on 18.04.2019. Application was accepted by email from [email protected] and allotted order No. NO00009PL3SY. Thereafter all the incidence is given hereunder. 1) Received phone call next day i.e 19.04.2019 and appointment with Jio service engineer for INSTALLATION of Jio Giga Fiber connection is scheduled for 21.04.2019 at 4.30 p.m. but I received their email for confirmation of appointment which shows the appointment date as 25.04.2019 at 2.0 p.m. Again to my surprise neither the engineer came nor did I receive any phone call from their side on both the days. 2) The same has been informed to Mr. Arup Sarkar (Mobile No. 9875633523) but no action was taken, infact thereafter he stopped picking up my phone calls. 3) I had raised complain on their helpline number 18008969999 on 19.04.2019 but in vain. Again on 21.04.2019, I called on same helpline number and got service request number as SR00000WW5ME with an assurance to get the matter resolved soon. Thereafter few appointments viz. on 23.04.2019 at 4.45 p.m and on 25.04.2019 at 3.0 p.m were fixed. 4) This time on 25.04.2019 their engineer came and informed me that currently installation is not possible as the required box (OTP) outside the premises is not yet installed from their side. It will take another few days and the engineer said that he will take the necessary steps for expedite the issue. [It proves that my address is verified] 5) My other service request numbers are SR00000WXKWQ, SR00000WXKWQ both dated 25.04.2018, SR00000WZMIA dated 30.04.2018 6) In the mean time their another sales person Mr. Dipto (Mobile No. 7980190407) get in touch with me and assure me to resolve the issue soon. 7) With my constant interaction, again on 30.04.2019, their another engineer visited my residence for installation. He was instructed to fix the connection from a point which is far from my house. He himself understands that a box is required to be installed outside my residence where all the cable is already drawn. [Please note mine is a corner plot]. I understand that due to their regular failure and my regular complains, they just came out with temporary solution which might create havoc in future. Since they are unable to serve presently, I can’t rely on future. 8) Then Mr. Dipto asked me for time of 10-12 days for set-up of new box outside my residential building (as was originally decided) which I accepted but again the result is same. 9) On 8th May, 2019 I got an email that an appointment with Jio service engineer for INSTALLATION of Jio Giga Fiber connection is scheduled for 11.05.2019 at 11.15 a.m but again this time, no one visited my residence nor contact me for installation. 10) On 12th May, 2019 I called Mr. Dipto for the solution otherwise wanted to talk with senior. I had also tried earlier through helpline to talk with senior but they never come in front to resolve the issue. Mr. Dipto surrendered and asked me that he miserably failed to provide me the service and said that he asked the company to resolve the issue but since no steps has been taken, so he can’t help me out. He wanted me to cancel the application from my end and apply for refund. I asked him to give me in writing that your are unable to provide me the service, I will accept the same which he denied. 11) Now again I received an email ([email protected]) on 20.05.2019 at 6.30 p.m that an appointment with Jio service engineer for INSTALLATION of Jio Giga Fiber connection is scheduled for 20.05.2019 at 6.45 p.m. Within few minutes got another email that Order number NO00009PL3SY for Jio Giga Fiber connection has been cancelled due to Address verification failure. 12) Even after cancellation of order from their side on 20.05.2019, one month already passed and I am yet to receive the refund. 13) Their representatives on helpline numbers are given fixed sentences to repeat before customers like “sorry for the inconvenience, wait for a minute, I will book your complain etc.” They do not have any solutions. They are only puppet. 14) I raised my grievances on 25.05.2019 by email to (i) [email protected]; (2) [email protected]; (3) [email protected] 15) On same day got email from [email protected] stating: "We are working on your request and you will receive a response from us in the next 24 hours..." 16) On 26.05.2016 got another email from [email protected] stating: "Your application has been cancelled due to CAF reject. If you want to reapply for Jio Giga Fiber, please contact your sales executive for further information." 17) I replied the above email on 28.05.2019 : "Thank you for the mail of 26.05.2019. It clearly shows that you have not properly read my original email. I already mentioned there that you have cancelled the order with the reason Address Verification Fail which is not at all correct." ... 18) Again on 29.05.2019, got email from [email protected], which is last official communication: "I understand your concern with regard to the Jio Giga Fiber services. Please be informed that, I have escalated your issue and you will get an update on the same at the earliest. I would request you to please give us some additional time to investigate the matter on priority. Here, to note that appellate never revert back nor taken any action to resolve the complain. The company is collecting money from the market by false representation. Their three service engineers visited my residence and upon failure to provide the service, they have chosen the inappropriate reason for order cancellation as Address verification failure which is unethical and unprofessional. I have all the records and recording of all the conversations to prove my case. My all correspondence with Jio was through my another email: [email protected] Mob: 79806 08440, 86478 15490

    Den cable operator is making fool to customer, after every few months he increases the cable charges and making wrong commitment to customers. Now 2 months back his pack of Rs. 310 which includes the channels of Zee but not pack charges change to Rs. 360.

      This address is of my native place I face alot of network issues in this area always I have used different sim cards but no service provider has provided us with a proper service yet, therefore requesting you to kindly do the needful and provide us with a network facility.
      They have the base pack with 250 with out single hd channel and they say it cant be remove any channels from it you have to pay the 250 and wrost customer service
      I am from kollam i am reporting against kollam branch, i dont know other branches situation

        Sir,
        Complaint number[protected] provided on 17.5.19, earlier complaint no.[protected]
        I have made several email requests and several visit to service centre for solving the complaint pending for 8 months. None of the officials have shown any responsibility to resolve the issue till date. The connection which was disrupted during flood in august 2018 and company officials could not replace the set top box taken from me at ernakulam service centre. As per the advice of service centre an amount of rs.600/- was recharged in customer id[protected] using paytm for rs.600 vide order id [protected], 04:57 pm, feb 11, 2019 and an amount of rs.750/- was remitted to m/s. Dish infra services private limited at idbi bank, ifsc ibkl0000109 with a/c no. [protected] vide imps ref no.[protected] on 05.04.19.

        Videocon d2h is not taking any action to restore the service disrupted since august 2018. Details complaint is attached herewith for your ready reference. I request your good self to take appropriate action against the erring company which blatantly violated the law of the land.

        Hi,

        DD sport is a free channel and we are regularly watching the same channel on DEN FK cable Moradabad UP. But on first world cap match beetwen India and south africa broadcaster stopped this channel intentionally so that people purchase paid channels to see wold cap.
        I am complaining from last three months that some channels are not working shows error 200 even i take a one year package of independent dth and some channels are sometimes work otherwise they are also dont work my independent dth serial no. is [protected] plz solve the problem as soon as possible

        set top box is not replaced in my house nor no one have contacted me from videocon d2h for the last 2 months. connection is not restored at my house after the set top box taken for service due to flood.

          Sir,
          I have d2h cable connection bearing customer id[protected] with two set top boxes.in non operation of one of set top box i made complaint to the operator on its customer care number bearing [protected] on 22.05.19 bearing complaint no.[protected] with request to disconnect /suspend operation of one of set top box for which sms message given to the complainant that same has been resolved but still the complaint was not resolved.
          Once again this complaint made request for disconnection /suspension of operation of his one non functioning set top box on 27.05.2019 bearing complaint no.[protected]. This time also sms message supplied to the complainant that his issue has been resolved but still not due to which i am suffering unnecessary burden of recharge fee and other incidental expenses with the cable connection.
          To day i. E. On 04.06.2019 i contacted the operator on its customer care number but surprisingly came to know that cable connection of one set top box has not been disconnected till date where as information about resolving the complaint successfully has been given to me twice.in this regard i made request to have a talk with senior officers of customet care group or to the nodal officer, i was asked to hold the phone but despite holding the phone for more than 15 minutes non came forward to even talk to this complainant and as such it is deem expedient in the interest of justice that this complain may kindly be admitted, and appropriate penalty may be charged on the cable operation and a direction be given to adjust /refund the monthly charges taken from the complaint against one non operational set top box

            Our cable operator (Rm cables network, formerly maharaja entertainment) is impelling me to pay for those channels, which i don't watch.
            Earlier they're charging 200/- then after selection of channels (Package of channels) they charged 260/- now they're insists to pay 320/-. When i repent then he said "we don't follow any rule of trai, if you want to see our cable then you have to pay this amount every month", and also threatened me for disconnection of cable.

              Hi we have recently recharged our account[protected] with amount of 400 and our dish was working fine. Now all of a sudden it gives an error message 04-4: Smart Card Not Inserted Properly & when called customer care they cannot the resolve the problem and ask is for an engineer visit. However Videocon home channel are showing but for all other it's showing error. I do not wish to pay this 200 since that is completely not a problem from us as a consumer we understand to pay when it is unnecessary this is something should be handled by them.                           I was out of station for around 4 months, on my return i can see none of my favorite channels are visible. When checked in airtel self-care website and customer care, they say 2 hindi packs are activated, which i have never done and they are deducting money. They said the request has been done from [protected], which i have no clue whose number is that. I understand this is a technical fault from thier side which they are not willing to accept. I need a register a complaint against them and i need my refund

                            Hi team,

                            Greetings for the day, its really saddening that how some of the dish cable operators are exploiting their customers with no resolution to their queries and complaints, their guidelines are not transparent nor do they follow any transparent escalation matrix, as per your guidelines there has to be nodal officer to reach out in case we don't get any resolution from customer care, but independent tv doesn't have the correct information of their respective nodal officer too.

                            Issue:

                            -we have made the advance payment for annual subscription of pack with hd channels but after few months all our hd channels services got stopped and with we haven't got any money adjustment for that neither we are getting that the hd services until the period we have made the payment
                            (As per trai guidelines)

                            -since may'19 we are not able to view any of the cable channels, for few days we waited as we were in conception that weather condition might have disrupt the services but after a week we started contacting customer care for their intervention and services but after various dial attempts in day we could barely connect over the customer care number and there was no resolution or update for our previously logged ticket and each time they were giving us new ticket number to be followed up on.

                            -we are now really pissed off and irritated following up on the customer care number multiple times in a day, and if for once they picked up the call there is always a same reply that they apologize for the inconvenience and our problem will be resolved in 24-48 hours, but we wonder how they calculate their turn around time for query resolution.

                            -we tried contacting various contact person available on the websites and got to know many of them has left the company for its false practices and fake promises.

                            - we as innocent customers deserve our rightful services to be granted for the payment that we have made and we wish and hope that these fake or insolvent operators shall be penalized for their wrong practices.

                            - as a desirable resolution we just want to have the uninterrupted and faithful services from the operators and else we should get our adjusted refund for the time we aren't getting the services as promised.

                            Any update or comments for the desired resolution as we mentioned above since the period we have suffered and what about their false promises of giving services of HD channels with advance payment of annual subscription .

                              Dish tv vc no.[protected] have tried several times for dd national and dd sports but they just ask for refresh and wait for 15 minutes. As per Trai rules 25 channels of dd are compulsory to show which includes national and sports. So not showing dd channels amounts for not following Trai guidelines. They should also keep all dd channels together for convineance of viewers.

                                I've been a dishtv customer since 2010. As per the new trai guidelines, the customers should have the independence to select channels on a la carte basis but my dishtv operator is asking me to upgrade to a new pack to get one particular channel. I want sony ten 3 hd. But on call, they're saying i must subscribe to sony ten 1 hd, sony ten 2 hd, sony ten 3 hd and sony espn hd. But i only need sony ten 3 hd.
                                Very very disappointed in them. I hope some strict action is taken against them.

                                  Sir we are very disturbing this setup box independent because connection is very poor not good service not channels clear and this setup box is very poor and customer is not satisfied this box so i am requesting you please my setup box find this problem and independent setup box return i am complain very time but not responding. The customer is not happy for service

                                      network coverage issue vodafone

                                      I have 4 Vodafone number and 4 different mobile devices all 4G compatible
                                      But still there are Severe Network issues on the below two locations -

                                      From past 12 days my tv showing error 6 e87 filter is not enough. Colors kannada and zee kannada. Channels are not coming... We contacted customer car of indipendent tv they said before 15th july comming the channels
                                      They simply giving dates to solve problem... They have already collected 1 year subscription amount
                                      We want channels early
