We've taken dish tv connection almost a month ago now i've received one month free hd connection from dish tv and i've been informed that going forward i just need to recharge every month somewhere around 200 to 250 to enjoy all popular tv channel. As my one month recharge has been finished so i've checked online for various dish tv recharge packs n done a recharge for rs 209 on may 22. Still my connection has been cut by dish tv now when i've called customer care i got to know that premium pack with monthly cost of rs 730 or 780 has already been selected so i spoke with customer care n i've been informed that i can recharge with rs 326 on monthly basis n i've been also informed for rs 251 plan where i can get all channels. So i've asked them to adjust 251 from my 326 recharge amount n they can refund the balance to my card with which i've made a payment for 326. Later on i found that rs 251 pack do not include star channels like star plus, star bharat etc.. N since then it's been 2 days now n dish tv people are not calling me back to discuss anything even when i've sent sms to dish tv saying "call me" at 57575. I want this to get resolved asap n i'm also thinking to file complaint against dish tv in consumer court

        From past 12 days my tv showing error 6 e87 filter is not enough.. No channels are coming... I have contacted independent tv customer care representative and lodged complaint
        But till now they are not response and attending it. They simply giving dates to solve problem... They have already collected 1 year subscription amount and i have already registered a complaint via mail dated. 19th of may also and i have called to your local independent tv person also it has been 9 days till now nobody given response for my complaint.

        I am a Videocon d2h consumer and my consumer I'd is 99887631 my dish antenna is damaged in cyclone on 3.5.2019 so signal is not coming and I lodged the complaints several times since 13.5.2019 but today is 23.5.2019 and still my complaint is not resolved.

          As per tri rules DD Sports is a free to air channel & d2h operators must show this channel. But TATA SKY is not showing DD Sports free to air channel to the subscriber's to TATA SKY D2H Service.

          We are indian & we follow the rules of Indian government. Why TATA SKY is doing this malpractice? Please take a necessary action.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I have purchased new tata sky d2h connection in november 2018 and subscribed for annual plan with ultra hd pack. My subscriber id no. Is [protected].

            As i have opted for annual plan, my annual pack was valid till october 2019. And because of the ultra hd pack, i could able to see almost all the hd and sd channels without any restriction. And that's why i had chosen for ultra hd pack for one year term.

            Suddenly i got sms from tata sky office in march 2019, stated that because of new trai tariff order, you have been migrated to the best fit plan which has current key channels. And accordingly they been converted my ldp (Long duration plan) into this new plan, which is valid till august 2019 only.
            According to this new arrangement my next recharge is now showing in august 2019, instead of november 2019 as per earlier ldp plan. That means i have to take loss of 3 months of my annual subscription.

            Also, as per this new arrangement, i am not able to see many channels, which was earlier active as per my ultra hd pack. For example, if some channels are available in hd, it's sd version is stopped. As per earlier ultra hd plan, i could able to see all the hd and sd channels, without any restriction. Which is another loss for me.

            In view of above, i have called tata sky customer care office for the resolution of the matter, as i want to continue with my original plan o[censored]ltra hd and it should valid till my original annual plan date, which is till october 2019. But they are failed to resolve my issue and i have to reach to nodal officer through mail for the solution of my problem. But after 3 mails of my back and forth conversation, they are only trying to provide the new plans only, which is not as per my original annual plan.

            I would like to inform you that, i have gone through the trai new regulation and it is clearly mentioned that the subscriber those who has already availed annual plan with advance charges, the distributor/service provider cannot make any changes that entails any disadvantages to the subscriber.

            In view of above, i would like to request you to review my case and resolve my problem immediately. I want to continue with my original pack - ultra hd with one year validity, i. E. Till october 2019. And my request has been supported by the trai guidelines, so please consider it.

            Please do the needful at the earliest.

              I use dish TV since 28/5/19, and get a pack of 385/- free for a month so that my renewal date will be 26/6/19. When I activate a star sports channel of 19/- they must charge 22/- including 18% gst but they charged 42/- and deduct my three days instead of 1 day. Even I complained in company they said as per ncf they have to charge 20/- extra for just 1 channel. Which is wrong as per norms but they are not accepting it. Sending u the message image which they have send to me after activating 1 channel.
              Kindly resolve my problem.

                After port my number in idea, facing same network issue, idea executive give me assurance abt good service but failed and i day by day losing my business due to not receiving my customer call. Then i lodged complaint to service provider but not taking any interest till date and service provider idea have not shwon any interest to resolved the compalint after repeated reminded.

                    Recently (Feb 1) trai has enforced new dth rules to benefit consumers, and introduced la carte system. The sole intention was to bring down costs for the subscribers by a considerable margin and offer a more efficient way of choosing channels.
                    However this never happened, infact people are being looted while misquoting the regulation enforcement from trai.
                    To put things into perspective let me share my experience, i have been using airtel dth (Hd) connection for past 5 years.

                    - annual subscription for "mega hd dth" connection costed me approx inr 5300/- (Offered about ~450 channels including +50 hd). Subscribed between 2014 to 2018
                    - annual subscription for "infinity" (With offered over 550 channels, including 60 hd) costed ~5600/-. Subscribed until 2019

                    So far things worked out well, until day before yesterday when my subscription expired and i sat down to re-new the plan, the fraudulent company bharti airtel asked me to
                    Pay inr 8400/- for the infinity plan (Which is officially discontinued, however i can choose to continue if i can pay the said amount)
                    Or else pay inr ~7600 "mega hd" (Which offers 150 channels).

                    Is this some kind of joke. All the plans now have increased prices, though the whole intent was to bring down the cost.

                    I want strict action to be taken against bharti airtel and trai who are fooling people under the covers
                    This whole amendment in dth broadcasting procedure was a scam to fool people, with only intent was to benefiting airtel and other players

                          I am a vedeocon d2h customer. My ID is[protected]. Since 24/05/2019 I am not getting the service. Since my recharge due date was on 26/05/2019 I have recharged on the same day however service is not restored. I had talked to vedeocon d2h customer care and they had registered a complaint vide no[protected] and informed me that my complaint would be resolved before 10.05 AM 27/5/19. However it was not resolved and I have not received any reply. Several times I had contacted the customer care but the status of my complaint is also not informed me. Today on 29/05/19 also I contacted the customer care and they transferred the phone to one supervisor. It is informed me that the service engineer who had replaced my set up box one month back had not credited the amount received by him to my account and thus my account shows insufficient balance. I was shocked by this reply. Why should a customer suffer for the latches on the part of their engineer. I have made the payment s and recharged in time and service is denied to me for some other reasons which is no way connected to me. Now they send one more sms to me which says "Dear SHADAS C your Complaint No.[protected] for Customer ID[protected] has been registered and will get resolved till Thursday, May 30, 2019 06.54 PM"
                          The attitude of vedeocon d2h is unfair and it caused unjustice. There for I request the competent authority to interfere in the matter and to direct vedeocon d2h to restore the service to me immediately and to give adequate compensation for not providing services even after recharge. Further they may be directed to compensate the mental agony caused to me due to their defficiency in service. They may be directed to properly address the customer complaint and to give proper reply in time.

                            Reliance independant tv was introduce new plan for 1 year. After one month they are not providing some channels due to some issue. After month they are not providing so much channels which they are promised. I tried to call but they only gave date, date and date. I asked for money but they refused to refund. I already paid 3600 rupees for one year subscription but not giving service.

                              In my native cable operator (Selvam[protected] is very worst performance while fixing digital box. We are unable to see selected channel. Channel costs are very high we can't able. Cable operator doesn't know to fix selected channel what we want. Cable operator asks extra amount for fixing channel also. We can't give that much money to cable operator. Operator asking extra amount for every channel than trai fixed amount. We decided to change dth. Worst cable service and over cost that basic amount 153 is essential with extra amount need for every channel. It's over cost compare to dth. Our local area people's very disappointed with cable operator service.

                                with reference to above, i want to inform you that i have two numbers of idea running since long. From last 4 -5 month these numbers are not in my use, due to which i have to pay extra bills. in this regards first, i asked the customer care the process from idea postpaid to prepaid number conversion they told me that whenever you reach any of our idea store, they will give you on the spot the prepaid sim of idea.So Today i visited a idea store in the name of M/s Satpal Telecom batala road opposite Celebration mall.this location is far from 10 kms from my resident. where a representative denied me to convert the same and told me you have to visit again on 01st or 2nd June again to do this work now it is not possible.Sir i am an employee of nationalized bank so i am not able to visit there in working time so you are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                                  I do hereby inform you that today a message suddenly came to my number from vodafone and message is "hello! Juiceup pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of rs.75 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.58.629. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)."

                                  I want to explain i have not given any such request so how you do activate such service. I don't need any such service.

                                  So i request you to please stop that service and refund my deducted amount in immediate basis otherwise i do necessary steps to get my money back and justice. I think trai and consumer court definitely help me regarding this issue.

                                    I am receiving calls from sbi card for making sbi credit card last 4 days (24.05.2019). Strictly i denied to all for my interest to making card but still i am receiving calls even last sunday (26.05.2019) too. Kindly help me, look into the matter and resolved it on priority. I am sharing few numbers for your reference. All the time they people said, now you will not receive any call from our end but still situation is same.

                                      In the kharde-bondrepada, the tower of the jio company has been set up for last two years. The owner of this tower land is in charge of the owner, there are around 10000 population and 30 villages in the towet area. But there is no any tower available here. Jio has been in this place for two years. The tower is raised. I do not understand exactly what the problem of this tower is. Please take care of this. And turn on the liver connect, light, generator composed of gram panchayat also not allowed despite it all.

                                      खराडे-बोन्द्रेपाडा या ठिकाणी जिओ कंपनीचा टॉवर मागील 2 वर्षांपासून उभा करून ठेवला आहे.हा टॉवर ज्या मालकाच्या जागेत आहे त्याला मालकाला भाडे चालु आहे.जवळपास 10000 लोकसंख्या आणि 30 गाव पाडे आहेत.परंतु येथे कोणत्याही प्रकारचा टॉवर उपलब्ध नाही.जिओने या ठिकाणी 2 वर्षांपासून टॉवर उभा केला आहे.या टॉवरचा नक्की काय प्रॉब्लेम आहे हेच समजत नाही.कृपया यामध्ये लक्ष घालावे.आणि लवकरात लवजर चालू करून द्यावा.वीज जोडणी, ग्रामपंचायत परवानगी सगळं काही असूनही का चालु नाही.
