Dear team,
I have [protected] Vodafone sevice no.Vodafone team deactive my no 17 /05/2019. After deactivation I send mail to customer care, contact to customer care, and kharghar gallery. I don't get proper response. This no link all my bank account aadhar card, credit card, and other useful services. Due to disconnection I didn't make call to anyone.
Team please help me

    Sir
    after JIO advance recharge on January, i faces a issue in this my data is exhaust without use it.
    Each time when I try to use my data after 5 minute I received data exhaust msg from company.
    They said you use data but it is not possible to consume 1.5 gb in such a phone which only support 480 p max video quality in just 5 minute.
    Each time when I try to explain company and complaint them they clearly denied my req and said as per our sys you used the data.
    Mostly each month I faces this issue and it resolved after I notify them and they assure that it will won't happen again.
    But today(24 may 2019)
    i try to complain to jio but they clearly denied to raise a complain.
    Even they blame me that I m responsible for that.
    I have both time recording when they accept their mistake and clear it and today when they blame me too

    plz help me sir.

      Hi, recently i port from jio to vodafone (Prepaid) on 13th may. I found the problem with the network, so i cant able to call or use the internet with that sim in my place and also in other place. I wants to change to some other provider, i tried to reach other service they saying i have to wait for 90days to complete. But that is main sim i gave its for everything. If there is any emergency how they can reach me or from side..

      I tried with the vodafone service they cant able to fix it. They took complain 3 times but no response on it. Almost 10 days over still there is no response from vodafone.

      I need solution for this. This my no: [protected].

        Dear sir/medam
        I took a new set box connection near medipally (Uppal depot) airtel store. The store person has took 3200 rs for activation of setup box hd channels.. I clearly explained him to subscribe hd channels.. But he cheated and had activated normal pack.. Kindly resolve my issue and activate hd channels or elz refund my money back. Customer executive saying to recharge again

          I have logged several complain in the DISH TV customer care number (Complain Number :[protected]. It has already 7 days over but still I don't have any solution find from the DISH TV.

          As you know there was a cyclone in odisha after that the service was not available but my balance has been deducted as usual.

          I am facing D2h connection issues from last 15 days. I registered a complaint and it was told to me that with in 96 hours the engineer will be sent. It's more than that and I have called multiple times but everyday D2h customer care says they will be sending engineer today but no action. It's really disappointing as they say lie to customer.

              महोदय, मैं संपर्क नंबर [protected] के साथ आइडिया सेल्युलर मोबाइल के सिम का उपयोग करता हूं। मैंने दिनांक 10/04/2019 को आइडिया एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग किया, 23:00 बजे से 24:00 बजे तक आइडिया एप्लीकेशन में सक्रियण पैक 35 और 145 आदि दिख रहे थे। इसलिए मैंने 145 के सक्रियण पैक को *121# द्वारा जांचने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन यह संमपुण रूपसे समर्थित नहीं है, इसलिए मैंने ग्राहक शिकायत संख्या 198 में फोन किया और ग्राहक कार्यकारी को कुछ विवरण दिया और उसने मुझे सुझाव दिया कि, आप माई आइडिया एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, जिसमें 145 के रिचारज होगा और आपके मुख्य अकाउन्ट से कटौती कीजाएगी, जिसमें आपको 42 दिनों का सत्यापन प्राप्त होगा और आपके अपने मुख्य खाते में 145 वापस आ जाएंगे, उसके बाद मैंने 145 पैक के लिए माई आइडिया एप्लीकेशन का उपयोग किया, लेकिन माई आइडिया एप्लीकेशन सही तरह से काम नहीं करती है। जिसमे मुख्य शेष खाते के साथ रिचार्ज विकल्प नहीं थे, केवल क्रेडिट कार्ड, नेट बैंकिंग, डेबिट कार्ड के साथ रिचार्ज दिखाए गयें, फिर मैंने वापस 198 पर कॉल किया और माई आइडिया एप्लीकेशन के साथ अपनी समस्या का विवरण दिया, फिर ग्राहक सेवा कार्यकारी ने सुझाव सुझाव के रूप मै 145 पैक सक्रियण के लिए *369 *145# डायल करनेके लिये कहा. फिर मैंने * 369 * 145 # डायल करता हूं, लेकिन मुझे डिस्प्ले स्क्रीन पर यह वैध नहीं है ऐसा सुझाव मिला साथ मे सुझाव रिचार्ज विकल्प पैक 144 भी मिला, तब मैं 144 पैक के लिए डिस्प्ले चेक विवरण पर सिर्फ छुआ, उस समय मेरे मुख्य खाते में 144 पैक की शेष राशि कम हो जाती है और पैक 144 सक्रिय हो जाता हैं। और अन्य खाते में 144 शेष राशि प्राप्त होती है, मैं इस पैक 144 के गलत सक्रियण के लिए 198 शिकायत हेल्प लाइन पर कॉल करता हूं, ग्राहक कार्यकारी मेरा काँल उसके पर्यवेक्षक श्री मित को स्थानांतरण को दिया तब मैंने अपनी समस्या का विवरण देया। उन्होंने सही विवरण के लिए 24 घंटे के समय अवधि के लिये कहा. परंतु आज दिनांक 18/05/2019 तक मुझे आइडिया सेल्युलर कि 198 शिकायत हेल्प लाइन की और से मुझे न्याय नहीं मिला है।

                I have recharged my videocon d2h on 13th may 2019. Due to cyclone fani no signal was shown on tv screen. I raised a complaint about engineers visit. But still today there is no visit of engineers from the company and my balance is deducting daily and who will repay for it? I called so many times but no reasonable answers from customer care. There is a norm in videocon d2h that they will solve the problem in 96 hours. But here are almost 9 days.

                  I have been a customer for SUNDIRECT DTH . I opted for Tamil DPO Pack2 and has been paying Rs.230 every month.
                  My card numer is [protected]

                  Since last two months i am not receiving many channels as per the scope of the above package

                  I kept trying flagging the issue with them but none of their helplines work be it - live chat or helplines ( some four numbers are dysfunctional ). It is very surprising all their call centre lines are dead 24*7 and there is no way i can contact them.
                  Last week tried their e-mail and received a reply telling i am not responding to their calls but the fact is the number they gave in the mail[protected] is again dysfunctional . They can very well find out from their digital operations that how many channels i am not receiving. But so poor their help or response i am seeking your help to restore my rightful package in tact

                    My customer id 47399748 i have multiple connections on it (3 connections) i have this connection since 7-8 years. I have complained to them about ncf charge which is rs.50 for second and third connection few days back but now they are charging 153.4 rupees each when complained they are not responding properly while their website to clearly states rs.50 each for multiple connections and just extending the time to solve the problem nor i am able to see my cards on their website so i can select my desired channels for which to i have said please solve the problem so i can select my channels online and reduce the ncf charge.

                    I wanted free channels to activate on my id but still unable to do it on my or dealer app too, when called customer care they say no such channel exist as no.310(ABP news) on my card no ending with.546 yesterday, and the worst part today i see diamond Bengali combo activated on my primary account while i don't even know Bengali, when asked to customer care they disconnect the call is this the one deals with customer query???no answer i can provide even the call recordings.but know i will have to rethink about my future recharges thank god i only recharged for one month not year.

                    You people are activating with out my wish the combos of your wish when called cutomer care they are not removing activating once Diamond bengali combo, tamil combo and platinum combo without my wish.

                    I was taken loan from bajaj finnserve and emi paid also but somewhere i paid online emi but there customer care Call center executive continues called when i was in meeti am given reply with i am in meet call u later but they send me reply "are you thief"?

                      I have been receiving regular unsolicited calls from bajaj finance tel no : [protected]. I have told them many times not to call my number [protected], however, they hang up and after a day or two, a similar call offering loan is received, and sometimes on saturday / sunday. The address on enquiry is address 8th floor, raheja towers, anna salai, chennai.
                      In spite of telling them not to call, i get calls offering loans
                      I have registered for do not disturb with airtel / trai.
                      It is sometimes franchisees of bajaj finance that call and disturb.

                        I am using airtel dth and recently i have recharged my dth services. I took kannada package and after some time channels got disappearing. When i consulted dth customers care about this problem, they told that due to technical fault my package changed to maliyalam package. When i asked for refund they told that their representative call back. And after some days i got call from their representative asking about my problem, believe me this guy was rude and no respect for my complaint. He was telling only he will refund for 15 days but actually they have to refund for two months (Because my package is converted to maliayalam package from past two months) when i told them i will raise complaint in trai he told 'ok go and raise'. They do not have fear of government agencies.

                          I am having your 4 dth connections in the house vide customer i'd no's. -[protected]-001 to [protected]-004. At present only two connections i. E. [protected]-001 & [protected]-004 are being used and annual subscription for both the connections have been paid..

                          Recently problem was faced in the stb connected to connection no. -001 and as such complaint was registered on 11.4.2019 which was registered as request no. 87913600 with customer care however no one has visited the house till date. As there was no response so again customer care was called at and were asked to map the dth card of stb connected with connection no. 001 to the stb connected with connection no. 002 as the said stb is lying idle at the house. However even that request has not been attended till date. Even after writing mails to airtel customer care has not given any results.

                            Our videocon d2h id[protected], i was recharge our account rs. 230 date 29.04.2019, my plan activate of rs. 204/month after that my service was stoped date 10.05.2019, i have already complaint no.[protected] against date 12.05.2019 (Sunday). And recharge rs. 50. (12.05.2019) after seven days my service was stoped date 18.05.2019.

                            But my complaint[protected] date 12.05.2019 not resolved upto 21.05.2019. My service was stoped.

                            How can recover our amount or service?

                              Dear TRAI,

                              I tried to select few channels, But when I saw the total, it was more than what I pay every month. But, TataSky crooks some how managed to charge higher.

                              Then, fed up of their tricks, I reverted and continued with my old package of Rs. 421 and paid high charge of Rs. 620 unnecessarily.

                              Now TataSky have taken Rs.620 and not providing all the channels what I was getting earlier. TataSky found another way of cheating customers!! Now TataSky provides me less channels, but still charge high!!!

                              Now since I paid Rs.620 TataSky, please direct them to reverse /revert and restore my previous package with all previous channels immediately. Plase direct them to Stop cheating customers under the pretext of TRAI rules

                              TataSky is simply cheating customers!! Crooks!!

                              Their call center simply call and fool customers without any solution!

                                Cable opprator not to give channel selection as per my selection of packages. Also my account are deactivated. He gives his channel package to select for activate the cable tv. I have online select the package and online payment in the month of march. My cable tv is disconnected before the due date and account status is deactive. Cable opporator not get resolved it because we got online payment. Kindly please get a strict action against cable operator.

                                  Dear sir i am a user of dth my vcc no is [protected]. On 25th april2019 i called dth costumer care. They suggest me to recharge amount of 338 for 30days. But my connection is interrupted from 11may. I have called them on 19th april they said that within 24hrs my connection will be resume and it will be till 24 may. Bt after 24 hrs when i called them today once again they said me to for it i have to talk their senior. And their senior will call me next morning.

                                    I have taken a AIRTEL CONNECTION at BBSR in the name of Muktikant Roul but they have entered in the name of Muktikant Sahu .But when I transferred to Cuttack I want reinstall the DTH but from 8th May I have raised a complain but after several fallup issue was not resolved yet.

                                      On 13th may 2019 i lodged a complaint with videocon d2h for signal being not available in my tv. They said me to wait for 96 hours for engineer to visit my house. After 96 hours no engineer visited my residence and on again calling 15th may they said in 24 hours engineer will visit. But still no engineer visited my place and since then i am calling everyday for the problem but there is no response from their side. On 20th may i had again a conversation with the customer care but they raised their hand and said they can't help me in any way,
                                      They are also not providing me any details on how to disconnect their service. I have the call recording conversation with the customer care.

                                        Booked addon new internet tv connection for my new home with new mobile no. 85xxxxxxxx (Priyanka sharma).

                                        Today the technician has visited our place and instead of installation, he started misbehaving with us.
                                        1. He told that installation will be done by us, he will provide the material.
                                        2. He told us to drill the wall for wire
                                        3. He told us to use old wire, which is already installed by the builder (I. E. Sd cable) whereas we required hd connection
                                        4. As per the technician behavior, my wife told him to leave our house.
                                        5. On leaving our house by him, he said that we have to come back to him for tv installation.

                                        Is this the behavior of airtel tv technician.

                                        Are we doing a mistake by using the airtel internet tv connection?

                                        Kindly provide his all details of technician for logging fir in women's cell.
