Hello,

Hathway cable tv operators none of the phone numbers are answered please assist with the same.

Its the worst hathway service ever.

Please take action against hathway for this i have been calling them since 3 months and more.

Their website numbers don't work neither they respond to the email.

Why these services sre active if they are not able to. Provide any please take strict action.

    Complained to videocon d2h cc 6 days back regarding channels are not coming after recharge, they told engineer will visit bla bla. But no engineer is visiting afterwards.
    After calling daily to cc, they will tell transferring my call to senior supervisor, and that supervisor, i don't know,
    Has no power or no visibility, he/she will tell engineer will definitely visit today, but still no visit. I am suspecting they have any engineers or not,
    They are paying anything to their employees or not. Only cheating and bluffing to the customer. What a # company is this. On top of when
    We will call to the cc, they will always say very calmly that "videon d2h main aapko puri sahayata prapt hogi". I don't know sahayata or cheating/bluffing
    Which they are talking about. I think they are looting people and when we will call to cc they will just tease us like we are one of the bakra. # company.
    Never seen any company like this worst service of the decade.

        Dear sir,

        I request you that. I have some complain from independent tv as per details given below.

        Without prior information mostly channels are closed. But during installation promise by company 500+ hd channels will continuously free to air for 1 years.
        When try to contact with customer care no response received. Even when we say the all dth operter should continue their pack before the jan 2019 customer if they have annual pack untill the period complete. After that they should change the pack but independent tv ingnor us and cahnge our pack own side without our permission even they promise to us they provide all channel which one available on its platforms but they cheat us all the connection holder

        Representative response is too poor and left line on hold till we not disconnect and if try to contact again no response received.

        I request you to take hard action against in this matter and resolve the issues at the earliest.

          I have recharged Videocon d2h consumer ID[protected] name Vijanti Xalxo on[protected] at 11.55 am but my channels are not coming . I have called 6times in customer care but still my channel are not coming and the are not responding me properly. They just told me to wait for 10 minutes and keep switch on your TV but my channels are not coming more than 48 hours. I have recharged online and they have debited my account instantly but they have not been activated my channels since more than 48 hours. I have done 1month pack in which two days have already passed. But still they have not activated my channels.

            I had given a complain to VEDIOCON D2H since last 8 days ago on dated 12th may, due to funny cycolin affected odisha my antena was moved & signal not given to tv, also I had call & inform him everyday for the same it's aprox 15times but yet my issue is not resolved. Every time they were cheating & wrong assured to me within 4 hour technician call you & come to your residence,

              We are unable to enjoy our selected packs due to highly bad network bandwidth and very worst & disloyal service. We have to keep calling lco but they only distrust us. They never serve us properly. Channels keep unsignalling any a time. Its continue for last 3 months although charges become just double. Free channels are not displaying. If channels displaying then they are having very poor quality. Kindly do the needful.

                I was trying to update my videocon d2h custom pack from their website and infinity app but they are showing only foolish message"thank you your details has been successfully submitted. We will get back to you shortly"

                I called many time to customer care service of d2h but they are not giving proper answer, they are only providing their sop's answers.

                Also i am taking followup via email but they are also unprofessional replying only sop's answers.

                I asked to talk with their senior but they don't.

                I have already recharge with rs. 522/-

                I think this money is gone.

                  I have assigned local hathway cable agent to provide their services which they are very incapable. They charge their monthly charges before hand with rs.50 extra which the trai rules never mentioned and there's no proper service from them. Last 3 days theres is no cable connection and i am unable to reach the service provider neither on their landline or their mobile number. I personally have to go to their office which is no any normal main road but a meticulous interior of a dead end road. This is my 4th time i have raised the issue with them in their office and no response.

                  In our area only hathway operates and we cannot ask act to come and provide services as they have divided areas for themselves and give us no options to select service providers otherwise.

                  When i personally told our area hathway provider that if he doesn't provide proper services i will opt for act. They dared to say that they will not come in our area to provide the services.

                  If this monopoly continues, we definitely have to cough up extra charges per month without proper services and shall remain in their courtesy.

                  I request and urge the trai to take stringent actions against these extortionist and ensure that the public get the value for money services without and hassles they have to go thru.

                    I request you that. I have some complain from independent tv as per details given below.

                    If number connect. Representative response is too poor and left line on hold till we not disconnect and if try to contact again no response received.
                    Signals problem. Tv screen hang continuously again and again. It create bad effect on customer.
                    Picture quality is too poor. When disc installed then picture quality better.

                    I booked big tv disc on 22.02.18 by online and pay 499 rupees by credit card. After, so many time follow up. I received a call on 16.10.18 for installation disc. Finally my disc was installed on 24.10.18 and during installation disc tv representative demand rs 1750 for installation (Copy closed for your reference). Which was not disclosed to me at the time of booking.

                    I request you to take hard action against in this matter and resolve the issues at the earliest.

                      I am a regular customer of videocon d2h. Id[protected]. I recharged my account on 12.5.19. I am getting all the paid channels as per my plan that i have created. But none of the free channels are provided. So i called their customer care here in kerala. They replied me that they have already done troubleshooting. If still channels are unavailable i should seek the help of their engineer. They will visit my home within 24hrs and i should pay them rs200. I am 100% sure there is nothing they can do over here since only the free channels are unavailable.

                        I am a user of videocon d2h. My d2h connection just recently got lost as in the channels weren’t visible. I requested an engineers visit who arrived after 24h hrs and did some kind of temporary repairs. Just 1 day after the system was down again. After this i have conplained 3 times in d2h and no visit or action has been taken. They have a 24 hrs policy to resolve but its been past 100 hrs the complain is still not resolved and i haven’t received any cals or support from d2h. Please register a complain. My id is[protected]

                                In continuation to last complaint raised for vcno - [protected] on 15th may 2019.
                                Technician have visited the premises o[censored]nits available/store, claimed that unit is have 2 no’s fixing bolt (Of elevation adjustment) having rust and same cant be re-used.
                                Hence he advised to replace entire antenna which cost customer about rs:1000/-
                                Here my complaint is that why dish tv not providing spares for service long time. If its manufacturing issue, then dishtv network to be burned same. Demanding for rs: 1000/- complete in justice to customer. When i query same to call center he and guided by technician have diverted issue to tsm to have conversation at contact number: [protected].

                                  I am having a videocon d2h double connection with platinum hd package for both connections. After new trai guidelines, the service provider has retained platinum hd package for primary connection and downgraded mirror connection to gold hd package. I wanted to create my own package though their web portal. I have noted following problems:
                                  1. For both primary and mirror connection, hd value packs from zee entertainment are not available for selection.
                                  2. When, i want to create my own pack for mirror connection, the option for selection of hd channels / hd bouquets / d2h hd combos / hd add ons is not provided. Thus one can not select any hd channel for mirror connection for creating own packs.

                                  I have contacted them for action through their help line numbers and also sent them emails twice. There is no response of emails by them and also no action has been taken to provide hd option for mirror card.

                                  I have again logged into Videocon D2H web portal today on 5-6-2019 for creating my own pack for mirror connection, but I have noted that they have still not provided for selection of HD channel options for Mirror connection. Also the ZEE true value pack with HD channels is still not available for both Primary and Mirror connections. I had told these problems to them number of times on their help line contact numbers and also sent them emails. My Cust ID is 81914377 and registered mobile number is [protected]. Request you to ask them to resolve the issue urgently. Images for Primary card and Mirror card selections in Videocon D2H web portal are enclosed.

                                    Videocon d2h are not adhering to the new rules of trai according to which a consumer can chose what to watch and what not to, but our service provider are distributing those unwanted, expensive, unwatched channels to us and when we told them to remove those channels, they said that those channels are compulsory and cannot be removed. They completely shrugged us off on new trai rules. Due to such fued we have to pay extra charges for those we want to watch and also our pack expires before the due date because o[censored]ninformed addition o[censored]seless channels.
                                    I hope the authorities will look into this matter seriously.
                                    Taking to service provider didn't help us, i hope that on this platform consumer is listened not cheated. Please take actions against them.

                                      From day 1 we are not able to view channels properly. Customer care is not responding for any time.
                                      Either customer care contact is not reachable or not respond for calls.
                                      One day i tried for almost 20 times and keep waiting for an hour.
                                      And customer care is not providing any reference number for complaints.

                                      Almost every week (Can spend on weekend) we are calling for customer care.

                                        I have dish tv connection in the name of satyasai mohanty bearing v. C. No.[protected]. My tv signal not coming from 4.5.2019 after cyclone in odisha. I have tried to contact dish tv from 6.5.2019 but they kept me in hold for long time without any response. I am able to lodge my complain on 12.5.2019. But till date my connection has not been repaired. Several times i have call to dish tv but every time i got negative response. They kept me in hold for hours to talk to their senior but no response. I am loosing my validity everyday. Kindly do the needful
