I have dish tv connection in the name of satyasai mohanty bearing v. C. No.[protected]. My tv signal not coming from 4.5.2019 after cyclone in odisha. I have tried to contact dish tv from 6.5.2019 but they kept me in hold for long time without any response. I am able to lodge my complain on 12.5.2019. But till date my connection has not been repaired. Several times i have call to dish tv but every time i got negative response. They kept me in hold for hours to talk to their senior but no response. I am loosing my validity everyday. Kindly do the needful

    I purchased airtel dth hd connection on 14th april 2019 from dthcompare (I think this is associate partner of airtel) website online based on offer they are giving me 2 month of free package in 1850 rs. So i bought this but after one month no channels are coming. I have done so many complaint regarding this and also airtel included in this complaint. They both are making me fool from 4-5 days that today or tomorrow your problem will solve etc.
    I attached three documents one from package offer from dthcompare and remain 2 are from airtel. Please i need instant solution of this problem. I need compensation.

      Dear trai, i am shubham singh resident of gomti nagar lucknow. Our local service provider pushpanjali cables had been giving such a catastrophe services that we have been fed up.in a day for 5-6 hours there services in not resumable and i have been complaining from four days that i am not being provided with my fta channels and my paid channels. They just keep telling that we are sending someone from 4 days. Please take some necessary actions.

        Our cable operator m/s. Subha cable network bangalore 560099 has refusing to renewal the a-la cart & broadcaster bouquet package. Is suggesting renew hathaway bouquet package.

        As per trai rules customer requirement channels choosing option has provided as per we can renew.

          Sir
          I am girish kapoor r/o 130 old anarkali, krishna nagar, delhi 110051. I have two conversations of independent tv and customer id is[protected]. The connection was booked on 06/03/2018 with booking id 14509289 and get installed on 25/12/18 with commitment of all available channels on platform will remain free for one year. But now m feeling crooked by the independent tv because they stop broadcasting lot of channels in name of trai rules
          As per my knowledge trai told that new rules will not effect long term plans taken before 31-12-18. And my freedom plan was activated on 25-12-18. So there is no reason of stopping channels available on their platform.
          And from last few day star channels, zee tv channels and colors networks channels are not available by some reason its all their fault why we are suffering and how they cover this for customers

          More than 3 day a week i am facing freezing pitches problem on my tv and at customer care i did not get any positive response or resolution of my complaints

          When i ask to return my money because of non satisfied with services then they said we don't have any policy of return money

          Sir the service provider is not giving proper service as committed at the time of booking. He stopped a lot of channels on the name of trai rules which is against the trai rules

          You must have to take stick action on independent tv to save the consumer rights and help me to get my money back or force independent tv to start all the channels as he committed at the time of booking and give me compensation against the improper services stopping channels after getting full payment for providing all the channels till one year and pitche freezing problem from long time we are not able to watch available channels inspite of paying for one year

I also try to connect local vendor and customer care... But not possible to contact... It's wrost service i ever seen... I really fed up ur service.. Company also assured fake assurence

              I am really surprised that why pmo, trai not taking action against independent tv, lot many complaints were filed through many ways like twitter, forums.
              Justice delayed is justice denied.

              Let's see really they take action or...

              And no need to reply me, just solve problem.
              Also decide the time frame to final action.

              If independent tv is suffering due to new trai policy then can trai give waver to independent tv for package which they already offered to customer because trai rule came later. Don't unnecessary allow suffer companies and customer due to trai rules.

                I am resident of kurnool, i paid amount for new siti cable connection to local lco (Chandra cable network) and after that he is not available and when ever we call for connection he will told nonsense thing and he did the fraud to lot of customer even if we compliant to the siti cable hltehy also not responding for calls and mails, and even my payment is not refunded and even he is not available at local office and not responding the calls

                    In mumbai hathway cable tv collecting extra 100 rupees every month on over total bill.
                    Now i selected basic 130 charges plan and they collecting 130 + gst+cst +100.
                    So total amount going 250 rupees to watch minimum chanels.
                    Before they are collecting 330 rupess for all channels.
                    Now how compare channels are going to watch.
                    This new rule is robbing all middle class people.

                      My dth customer id is :- [protected] on sunday i have customized my 3 connection aprox 700 per month but company start many other channels also, a lot of time i call to airtel customer care number but company executive not reply properly.
                      On sunday my balance is rs 940
                      But today my balance is 796
                      And balance days 23
                      While on sunday when i talk to airtel customer care he told me
                      According to your plan, co will charge rs 25 per day
                      But according to current plan company charge aprox 144rs in 4 days

                        Worst decision taken by trai for dth rules it got double costly what a way to increase your income shame on you if you have any sense then come back to the old tariff and old plans as soon as possible i'm a tata sky user and i'm suffering alot because i recharged a annual pack last december end for all channels and now i'm paying 1200/- per month were i was paying 750/- for all channels now 1200/- for 85 channels

                          मेने दिसम्बर 2019 में independent dth purchase किया है। उस टाइम इन्होंने कहा कि आपको सारे chhannal देखने को मिलेंगे पूरे एक साल, परंतु अभी बहुत channal आ ही नही रहे है, प्लीज आप हेल्प करे, mughe मेरा पैसा वापस दिलाने के लिअ। ज़ी नेटवर्क का कोई भी channal नही आ रहा है।और काफी मूवी channal नही आ रहे है।प्लीज हेल्प
                          अगर आप हमारी हेल्प नही करते है तो कृपया ये जो govt के विज्ञापन आते है ना कि ग्राहक जागो, ये सब फालतू का खर्चा है।क्यो की जब आप कुछ करते ही नही हो तो इतना टैक्स का पैसा क्यो विज्ञापन पर खर्च करना बेकार है। मेने इस dth के लिए पूरे 2400 रुपये खर्च किये है।प्लीज इस कंपनी के विरुद्ध एक्शन लीजिये।आप का धन्यवाद

                            The idea cellular limited had deactivated my mnp ported number [protected] without any notice on 12th march 2019, the cellular left me lurch with any help, the idea cellular gave me excuse that my number [protected] has gone back to my old operator reliance communications, i kindly request the trai to check the availability of my old rcom number [protected] and please provide me upc code to port other network... My alternate number for communication [protected]

                            इडिपिडेट डीटीएच ने पैक के सभी एचडी व बहुत पे चेनल बंद कर दिये है जबकि डीटीएच पेक की राशि एक साल की पहले ही ले ली गई और डीटीएच रोज चलती भी नही है। और इडिपिडेटकस्टमर केयर को फोन करने पर बोलते है कि trai ने बंद करवा दिये ।
                            अःत अब आप से निवेदन है कि या तो चेनल चालू हो नही तो पूरी राशि बापिस की जाये।और डीटीएच रोज चले ।

                              Independent dish had promised almost 500 sd and HD channels but now they are not showing those channels.Even when I am trying to reach out customer care centre it's not possible . Last time when I contacted them I asked them that I want to view channels with name, few days channels were shown but later on they disconnected those channels.I am fed up with the independent dish .I want justice on behalf of all customers who had been cheated by the company.The company should return the money or they should telecast all those channels which they promised.Only hope is TRAI .Hope some action will be taken .

                                  Thanks to new rules of trai, my tatasky has become more expensive. Firstly my platinum hd pack with 3 multi tv connection my recharge was ₹1485 and now with half the channels of platinum hd pack with 3 multi tv connection my recharge is ₹2233. Thank you trai for making dth service expensive. I wish that trai will help me and other people who are also facing this expensive deal by useless decisions made by trai.

                                  Past 1-month all channels are stopped stopping. Many channels are not visible.
                                  So please take the necessary action as early as possible.

                                      I made a complain on my dish tv vc no: [protected] through customer care on 9th... They told me to resolve within 24 hrs then on 10th told me to resolve within 48 hrs then on 11th told me to resolve within 96 hrs...
                                      At last i wrote to ceo on his grievance site on this issue no result come...
                                      On 14 th nobody responding my calls...
                                      Already i am a customer of dish tv from 2004 and also recharged on 8th or 9th may also...

                                      Where we live this area not work any network properly Airtel Vodafone Jio idea etc. We call customer care many time but no result. Recharge regularly but wastage money.

                                      So please see this problem and solve this problem as soon as possible

                                        We purchased independent tv 4 months back that time they told freedom pack with 500 sd channels and 10 hd channels but now all hd channels not coming also sd channels down to 200 only. And now coming channels are freezing so i unsatisfied with service they cheating customers so please solve this and give right direction to nonsense dth provider this is third class service... Or owner ke upar b strict action lo usko b pata chale public ka paisa hazam karna itna aasaan nai h...

                                        I have done my tata sky 1 month recharge on 28th April and i am getting messages from tata sky that your plan is expires on 17th may. They said this recharge us for 1 month but it is expiring on 19th day
                                        Please help
