I got call from tata sky cce regarding offer to me for 296 per month and no any additional charges i agree and permission to change my pack, but my pack finished in 15 days. They committed to me wrong information. So i want to register my complaint against tata sky and want solution for that. How they can make fool to peple and make fake and wrong information to cheat people. My tata sky id is [protected] and mail id [protected]@gmail.com and my registerd no is [protected]

    I call dishtv customer care for temporary de-activation of dth service, but they said that as per trai rules there will be charges for temporary de-activation as per below tariff.

    If less than 90 days there will 25 rs and for more than 90 days there will be 100 rs charges and this is as per trai.

    But as per the below document from trai authorized website. There is no charges for temporary suspension of service. Faq no. 38.

      We purchased independent tv 4 months back that time they told freedom pack with 500 sd channels and 10 hd channels but now all hd channels not coming also sd channels down to 200 only. And now coming channels are freezing so i unsatisfied with service they cheating customers so please solve this and give right direction to nonsense dth provider this is third class service

        This is with reference to above mentioned id, i tried to contact the customer care number [protected] on various dates as there was some problem of signal., but it is always busy and could not contact and received message with that it is busy on another call. Even just now i contacted and got the reply.

        Long back a message was received to give missed call at [protected] but no reply was received.

        There is no contact office at chandigarh.
        I have also sent emails to the customer care center.

        Please help me to restore my connection or advice the company to refund my amount.

              I am the videocon user cost id[protected] name alok chandra jena in state odisha, jajpur .on 01/05/2019 i recharged the amount of rs 804 by the advice of call center that, its a offer for you to rechage the rs 804 you will get 3month validity and aditional one month extra validity.so i rechaged this amount but this aditional validtity of one month not giving me..already i have complaind this issue to the costomer care but nobody cant resolve this problem.
              So i pray you to take inquiry for my complaint and give me justification..

                  Complaint raised on 10th may. Complaint no.[protected]

                  24 hours tat given to resolve the complaint. Nobody even bothered to contact. When call to the customer care was made on 11th may, a commitment was given to resolve the complain by eod 12th evening. Waited for the technician, but no one turned up. Even there was no call from the customer care department.

                  Reached out senior cc executives mr. Amit roy, then to mr. Pankaj kumar and then to ms. Deepika. All they gave again a timeline and which so far is not met. The cc agents have no clue as to when the issues will be resolved. Their only line like is "trying our level best" and the tat keep on increasing.

                  Intervention from trai is expected immediately or else many customers like me are suffering.

                        We were seeing hindi star sports but after finishing of match they were speaking english and when we were changing language it was unable to change so we have complaint that if we are seeing hindi channel so we should hear there communication in hindi only because we are unable to understand the english language so have request that please keep the conversation in hindi only on hindi channels..

                            I am using videocon d2h bt after every few days it shows ua smart card is connected properly, take it out and insert properly... Bt der is no such issue in my smart card... Wen i called customer care dey were extremely rude and wen i asked dem to help dey say call ua engineer... Once i called d engineer also bt he takes 250 rs as charge... The advisors sitting over dere do not help and ask ua to pay d amount to d engineer... And wen i told dem m gonna complain about you people they answered rudely dat go and complain... Customer id 96760205

                              My vc no. Is [protected]. On last month i. E. 12/04/19 we paid rs.400/ to technician of dish tv, he has not given any receipts for the payment made to him and said receipts will be generated by system and you will receive it on your email, till date we haven't recd. On talking to customer care on toll free number[protected], attendent said company is not providing any receipt for payment received, you may complaint where ever you like.

                                I am not provided with service since 10th may 2019by asianet cable. I complaints though their customer care call. After raising several complaints they gave me a number by telling you get a call back and this is a urgent complaint. I was asked to wait for 3 hours. Now at night 9:30 pm on may 11th also i don't have service. No connection and they are not picking cc call as well.

                                Please help me.

                                Asianet also charge for basic package 178 and do not allow us to select channels that are free.
                                I wanted free hindi channels to include. They forced me to select all malayalam channels.

I saw all channel 3 months but last 2 months many of channel are stop by provider .i complaint many time but not solution my problem .today i complain against its start my sd channel who i cant see last some time then he stop my all hd channel .against i call customer care he said all of your channel run in 10 minutes but still he not soulution my problem .l complaint against and against but not solution my priblem.please take some action against provider.

                                      We bought independent tv set top box in past 2 months. They gave us all channels in free for 1 year by their scheme, but when we used it we saw that there are only few channels are available. In their 'Zee Family Pack' and ' Sports channels' are not available. They are fraud people. They are not completed their give word. For it you will take legal police action of law 420 immediately.We are tried lot of to contact their customer care and officers, their contact service is unavailable. They do neither have a phone nor reply to sent email.

                                        I am a customer of Videocon d2h bearing id 91816868 and requested on May 4th for relocation from old house new to house, one day one technician came and de-installed the D2H and not done the installation the person said another technician will come to install he said, i am waiting and keep on calling customer care but no respone they are telling do it within 8 working hours but no doing and deducted the money from accoutn on May7th.
