Trai — d2h service provider issue

I am a consumer of videocon d2h. We selected the channel as per trai guidelines and submitted the list to our service provider. Amount was less than our previous pack but this month we paid according to our previous pack and not able to see the new pack also. We are watching tv according to our service provider. We tried to call our service provider but not getting any response. Even portal is not user friendly. Kindly help us.

There was an unnecessary deduction of balance.When i called customer care to know the reason.Firstly i waited for some 20 minutes to connect to an executive after that she didn't resolve my query when i asked for a supervisor or manager she told me they are busy and disconnected the call.My query is still unresolved

Iam pay the amount one year package in Telugu channels...dish TV set up box not working.
