Sir, bus seat is booked with following details. Bus was changed by bus operator due to changed route. So, my bus booked ticket is cancelled by bus operator and informed that bus ticket amount will be refunded by travelyaari. But till date your amount is refunded. Verify and initiate refund amount.

I have booking a ticket for Ludhiana from New Delhi on 25th Dec 2018 (22:34) but the transaction was failed (UPI Transaction ID[protected]. The amount of ticket got deducted from my Account and still have not Refunded from your team/company. Please refund that money ASAP.

I reserve online ticket from goa to mumbai . Departure was at 7.15 pm .But suddenly plan was changed . So I cancelled reservation before 45 min of departure. And got only 20 rs refund . This is cheating. Is it as per cancellation policy?
