      Hello,

      I bought a redmi note4 mobile on 21aug2017. The order id is od[protected]. The offer was going on as cash back of rs.500 maximum. The cash was supposed to get lastest by 20thoct 2017, but i didn't received any cashback yet. When i shared my details to the cse - tanishqa, she took my complaint (No-in[protected] and told me, my cash back of rs.500 will be credited to my account latest by 24th oct2017. But i didn't received any amount yet. I also talking to flipkart on fb messenger, there also they say they will call me or revert me asap. But the result is zero. Today again i called n had a talk with cse-atul, he was saying k again the request has to be raised for refund.

      Flipkart this is how you harass the customers. Amazon is better than you. They do what they say to customers. Not like you, bogus commitments. I have attached my order page details for your reference. This is not first time i am facing an issue with flipkart.

      If i didn't got my refund by tomorrow, i will take all the recordings and screenshot, to the consumer court and also to the cyber crime.

      It's almost more than 48hrs, a complaint Registered, but Flipkart didn't took any effort to solve the issue.
      Today again I called around 7pm to know my complaint status. The CSE-NITIN, answered my call. He said I will be getting a call back on or before 9pm today, but as expected from Flipkart, zero initiation from their employees. Flipkart is really a fake n bogus company that steals customer money n don't return it in the name of cash back offer.

        Hi all,
        Just want to bring into your notice!
        I bought the product (Washing machine) from flipkart in exchange offer.
        Today is the time of deliver and the delivery boy did not even physical verify the old machine.
        Go out side of the home by saying if it is not in working condition he will not deliver the new machine.
        His full name is vikas tomar and his contact number [protected].
        Term and conditions :-
        "following are the different conditions in which the product can
        Be returned.

        Product is defined as being in “working” condition if it
        Switches on and the drum spins. The product does not suffer any damage both
        Internal or external (Including scuffs or dents)

        “not working” products will be accepted only if the product does
        Not suffer any damage both internal or external (Including scuffs or dents)."

        However exchange offer is self clearly says "the product should not be damaged internally or externally" he refused to deliver the parcel.

        Consequences of having such type of delivery:-
        •increase cost to flip kart like transport and time (Unnecessary delay in delivery)
        •question to brand such like flipkart? Wondering!
        •unwanted burden / pressure on customer, even though he has made the payment 15 days in advance.
        •unmanaged and untrained backend staff. Even i had word with his manager! Such a bad experience.

        Really pathetic! It's my very first time to buy something in exchange offer from filpkart.

        I have made a complain (In[protected] on flipkart. Durga sagar was one of the floor supervisor. He assured me to revert maximum by[protected]. Let's see. What would happened!!

          Greetings for the day!

          I would like appreciate the services what you guys are providing and how you guys are cheating public by holding costumers money in flipkart account.

          Am just trying to escalate and explain my recent experience with flipkart against below order.

          I have purchased vu 124 cm (49) full hd smart led tv from flipkart and received defective item from seller end also we have requested for replacement and received replacement item from seller again defective item which pertaining to device power and connection related issues.

          However, we have raised request against same issue and allocated a technicians from flipkart and same issue was validated and approved by flipkart tech person and also we have successfully done with uninstallation and packing by flipkart executive and finally we are done with reverse pickup by flipkart “fmpr[protected]” on 6th oct 2017.

          I have not received any communication regarding my refund against the same order rs 38, 549 inr i have called raised many complaints regarding this issue and i was requested communicated by flipkart executive to wait until 17thoct 2017 to receive complete refund money.

          I have waited and until given time and also called flipkart executive after oct 17th 2017 and informed same with executive he suggested again to wait until 19th oct 2017 again i have waited until given tat time still i was not received my refund also i was not communicated anything from flipkart.

          Next fine morning i have called flipkart executive and informed the same and he again requested me wait 24 to 48 hrs (21st oct 2017) this time also flipkart failed to provide solution on my issue after one more flowing up with executive he was taken another high priority request and requested me to wait until 23rd oct i have explained the issue right from the staring he has taken one more separate issue and requested me to wait until 24th oct 2017 to get update on this issue and again i was not communicated any update and not yet received any refund against the same every time your executives are just entertaining me with 24 to 48 hrs tat requests.

          I just want to confirm how many years you guys are required to resolve this issue and what are the blockers are stopping my refund.

          I have sent many email and also communicated through phone still issue not yet resolved since last 20 days.

          I have crossed my credit card due date need make interest changes and late payment fee around 5350 inr due to latency in my refund if my refund would happened in given time i would not require to make extra payment to credit card bank.

          i just want to confirm are you guys are refunding my money are not if not why? I am kindly requesting you guys please look into this issue and let me know the reason and please contact me on [protected].

              Ordered a product flipkart on 22 sep 2017 and cancelled it on 23 september paid the amount of 8323 rs through my debit card and and 750 rs through my flipkart wallet the amount on my flipkart wallet is recieved but the debit card amount of 8323 rupess is not credited even after 1 month
              now flipkart is saying that the refund is showing successful in our system but how can a transacton be successful it is not credited in recievers account
              bank is saying contact flipkart and flipkart is saying contact bank but in their refund policy it is clearly mentioned that if bank refuses to help we will get it done by bank

                Dear sir,

                I received samsung galaxy on next product on 11 oct 2017 and i place replacement request on 18 oct regarding speaker voice not good, but flipkart executive not call me. After 5 days back i received massage from flipkart regarding replacement request & toll free contact on 23rd oct, when i call to this toll free number, they said they are not replace the product & also they said you go to service center they will solve your problem. Product service are not good.

                Second time i called there they should not reply me, also refuse request for replacement.

                Kindly solve the issue as early as possible & please take strict action against flipkart

                    i have ordered Asus Zenfone 3s mobile for 10 days before, but while opening front camera black dot will appear, i have requested as a return and replacement. (flip kart staff told no replacement and i give an instruction to follow . )
                    i don't want instruction that all .. i want only the mobile replacement...

                      Today i have received below sms from flipkart team, that my order has been cancelled.

                      "cancelled: sorry, mi a1 (Black, 64 gb) with order id od[protected] has been cancelled as it could not be delivered even after multiple attempts. Please check your email for more details."

                      But i had not received any call from courier guy and infact it was showing to be delivered on 24/10/2017

                      I called customer care, and person said that seller didn’t dispatched item while app was showing package item has reached nearest hub.

                      So flipkart team issue between you and seller team. Solve and give proper solution for this. Otherwise people not trusted you and shopping item in flipkart.

                        I had purchased two products from clipart.com
                        1. vency creation tracking ID FMPP[protected]
                        2.
                        Shaily Retails with tracking ID FMPP[protected]
                        Both the products were supposed to be delivered by 21.10.17. But the products are yet to be delivered. No updates regarding the delivery has also been intimated to me.
                        One product of Vency creation was delivered in the evening of 25th October 2017. However the other product of Shaily retails is yet to be delivered. Flipkart officials are contacting me know to intimate that the product has been misplaced in transit and it will take more time to locate the consignment and to deliver it. Flipkart persons are insisting me to cancel the order. I had purchased the product in Diwali offer and now as the product has been misplaced by Flipkart persons in transit, to avoid their failure they are insisting me to cancel the order . It is requested that my consignment of Shaily retails with tracking no. FMPP[protected] may be delivered to me at the earliest.

                            I ordered tv on 24th sep 2017, got delivered on 3rd oct 2017 and installation commitment date was on or before 9th oct 2017. It is still not done even after 24th oct 2017. I m calling every time to flipkart team where they are apologising for delay and giving me another date but nothing is happening. I have not even opened the box. Onida customer care is also calling me frequently but no technician is contacting. Its highly irritating to see the box lying in home. Also i am loosing out on warranty on this product as the zero date is already started. I am highly frustrated with this. I can not even return this item. What am i supposed to do now?

                              I had ordered redmi note 4 mobile on 16th oct, 2017 in diwali offer at rs. 9898 and got a notification that it has been dispatched and shipped and even reached till ahmedabad hub but on 23rd oct, 2017 the seller/courier service provider cancelled without any intimation and initiated the refund process.

                              Calling up on flipkart customer care, they simply denied any kind of assistance in this regard and suggested to reorder without any offer. The executives were least bothered about the discrepancy that they made and rude to even talk.

                              I am not interested in the Rs. 500 gift card that you have offered, to my raised complaint.
                              Simply make me available my order of redmi note 4 (grey, 64 GB) mobile in the amount I had earlier ordered it for which is very well reflected in the above pictures I have uploaded.

                              I am still ready to re-order.
                              Its a request, don't try to lure customer's trust with such gift vouchers.

                              Dear forum, after recording my experience with flipkart with this forum I am getting verbal consolation from flipkart in form of a calls. But the problem remains the same but situation is more ugly With no solution. It seems they want me to withdraw the complaint or mark it as solved. Till i urge is to make me available the handset in my earlier price.

                                Delivery received on 12 oct 2017 in poor condition i had requested to flipkart to cancel my order and refund but they total refused for same saying cancelling order time is over whereas product was in transit for 20 days.

                                Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, apologized and informed that as he doesn't want installation now, we will proceed further with refund request as per his requirement. He informed that he wants compensation with Refund. Apologized and informed him that compensation is not in our policy. Asked him if he wants to proceed with refund.                                 Customer raised a complaint for installation issue. We apologies to customer for the delay in arranging the installation customer told he don't want installation now he wants refund with 24% interest. Denied the customer request of 24% interest and informed we can only help him with the refund or with installation. Customer is not co-operating with us hence we're closing the complaint from our end.

                                  My self prakash parmar. I am working as it head in leading manu. Company. I book redmi note 4 (Gold, 64gb). My booking no is : od[protected]. Delivery date is 25.10.2017.

                                  This is regret to say that your customer care team and delivery system is very poor. We found that there is no synchronization between this two departments. Due to this system i become a victim. Let me tell you whole episode.

                                  16.10.2017 on mon, oct 16th '17 11:44 am, i book redmi note 4 (Gold, 64gb) mobile for my sister for bhaibij gift. Delivery date is 25.10.2017.
                                  17.10.2017 i track the order via website. It show dispatched to ahmedabad.
                                  18.10.2017 i call at 01.46pm on [protected]. Customer executive told me that my product is reach at rajkot and disptched before 04:00 pm. I asked for courier no but they not
                                  Share any courier no.
                                  19.10.2017 i track the order via website. It show received at kalawadroadhub_raj.
                                  24.10.2017 i received the sms at 09:11am that my order is cancelled.
                                  I shocked because order is not cancelled by me. Thatwise i call on [protected] about the issue.
                                  First i talk with mr. Anand and tell him everything but he is not able to help me. So i told him to connect with higher authorities. Then
                                  I talk with one other person. I ask him name but he dont tell me his name but only say the inspection department name. Again i tell him whole story but he refuse to help
                                  Me by his marketing style. Then i tell him to connect with me who able to help me
                                  Then i connect with mr. Vipin but nothing happend.


                                  Conclusion of the story:
                                  Due to delivery department and customer care representative not work properly and your customer become the victim. Maybe this is flipkart new system or strategy for increase the sale or anything else. Anyway i dont want to tell anything about this. My request is only this kindly send the the product. I want product. If it is not possible then book new order on behalf of me in same price 9899 and deliver product earliest.

                                  Due to filipkart i am not able to give gift to my sister in time. It was really very bad diwali of my life and all credit goes to filpkart. You are requested revert by return mail without any marketing style. I attached order details, recording calls to you for your reference. Hoping positively from you else i have no choice just file the compilne in consumer foram.

                                  Very bad service I have been trying to order this phone redmi 4a 32gb grey from flipkart but it's say seller can't deliver to my place and I have tired putting 3 more pincode but it still says can't deliver to those pincode also i[censored] don't want to sell why are you guys selling online

But it shows it is still processing my order.That's why i made contact with flipkart customer service and raised complain against the seller. But all goes in vain.                                     Details:-
                                    My product is automatically cancelled by flipkart without my knowledge. Already talked with flipkart team they are saying that product is cancelled by service provider. I have also sent mail to flipkart for same complaint.

                                    Resolution of my complaint - i want my ordered product as per exchange offer.

                                      My self anwar ali from hyderabad with the registered mobile number [protected] recently i ordered redmi note 4 grey with order id od[protected] on 17th oct2017 it was assured me that i will be getting product by 23rd oct but till now get my product where as i paid online.
                                      When i called today mng to your customer care today i was told that today by 4:30pm i wil get my product but till now i didnt get any update on that to enquire ab out the product i called again it was told tomorrow i will get my product.
                                      Even after writing a mail to sachin who is ceo f flipkart their is no no response
