Hello,
I bought a redmi note4 mobile on 21aug2017. The order id is od[protected]. The offer was going on as cash back of rs.500 maximum. The cash was supposed to get lastest by 20thoct 2017, but i didn't received any cashback yet. When i shared my details to the cse - tanishqa, she took my complaint (No-in[protected] and told me, my cash back of rs.500 will be credited to my account latest by 24th oct2017. But i didn't received any amount yet. I also talking to flipkart on fb messenger, there also they say they will call me or revert me asap. But the result is zero. Today again i called n had a talk with cse-atul, he was saying k again the request has to be raised for refund.
Flipkart this is how you harass the customers. Amazon is better than you. They do what they say to customers. Not like you, bogus commitments. I have attached my order page details for your reference. This is not first time i am facing an issue with flipkart.
If i didn't got my refund by tomorrow, i will take all the recordings and screenshot, to the consumer court and also to the cyber crime.
