Excess of flame at starting the gas stove. Complaint no is VIJA1805675 improper service and repeatation of same problem . Defective piece, we want to change the stove which has warranty of 2 years. No response from Prestige. We had taken gas stove from Flipkart

    Please discontinue the model GTM 04, as it is very risky to use such a product. I purchased this on 12 Aug 2019. On January 2020, while my mother was cooking food it broke with a sound and glass particles were scattered. The service engineer came and replaced it (chargeable basis) and said it is physical damage and it was not a physical damage as I have witnessed that incident. However, I can't prove it as we do not have a CCTV installed in our kitchen and didn't take any further action at that time and ignored it.

    I went to my native place during the lockdown (May - December 2020) and when I came back to Bangalore, the glass was broken again. I do not have a proof to claim it is not a physical damage.

    Just imagine I have a 1-year-old kid and if this happens when the kid is in the kitchen or with your family member who will be responsible?

    The glass is not covered under warranty and it does not mean that the company can provide inferior glass with this model. I am damn sure that the company will be receiving such complaints on this model from other consumers as well.

    Please discontinue this product at earliest and exchange my product with some other model. I am ready to buy a new gas stove and shell out more money but can't take the risk with this stove now.

          Dear PrestigeTeam,

          I am writing today to complain about the extremely poor service I received from your authorised service center in Coimbatore while I gave my Prestige induction stove for repair.

          We as a family have been loyal fans of your company and most products we use in our kitchen have the Prestige logo on it. We are a proud owner of Prestige products so far but unfortunately the recent interaction with your authorised service center in Coimbatore has caused us worries.

          My Prestige induction stove stopped working last month and I called your customer care seeking help on 16 Nov 2020. They communicated with the local service center and arranged for a pickup in the next 2 days. The technician came and took the induction stove. Job Reference No: TIRU1724082

          I took nearly three weeks for them to repair and the induction stove was delivered back on 7 Dec 2020. Each time I called them during this period the response was unprofessional but I was still hopeful and patient that they will do a good job.

          After repair the induction stove worked for 2 days (usage 5 mins per day making tea). On the third day the same old problem happened again and the induction stove stopped working.

          When I took the induction stove back to the service center again they say it is because a hole in the side of the induction stove caused this problem. My question is why did they not fix it in the first place when I gave it for repair?

          First time when I gave it to service my complaint was the induction stove was not working. If fixing the hole in the side was important for it to work, why did they not do it the first time? Now they say because of the hole, few more parts in the chip have gone bad and I need to pay more money to get it done. There is no damage in the power cable but they say I need to change the power cable too for the induction stove to work.

          From the way they treated me in their office I am sure they are very angry at me because I expect them to fix my induction stove. Since you don’t have any other authorised service partner in Coimbatore I am struck with these guys. I don’t have any confidence that they will fix the issue and make my induction stove work.

          I have already paid ₹490 for service the first time and I do not wish to pay any more money for their fault and lack of intention to provide a satisfactory service to your Prestige customer. Kindly help me and save me from the clutches of these people.

          They are intentionally damaging my induction stove so that they can drain my hard earned money. If you compare the current condition of the induction stove with the pictures previously taken while it was collected you will see the truth in what I am saying. Kindly help me, I still love Prestige company and your products but I only wish you had a better service partner in Coimbatore.

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              I bought Prestige edge glass table PEP 02 gas stove 0n 26/09/2019 at Prakash home appliances KGF. On Nov 18 2020 the gas stove's glass got burst while cooking. We raised a ticket on Nov 19 2020 and we got a message with complaint no BANG1729447. We waited for a week with our complaint unattained. Later service guy from kolar called and asked me to transfer photos. i forwarded and waited for more 1 weeks.
              Meanwhile i had keep on reminding the customer care guys about the urgency and pathetic situation with out stove. As we had borrowed from our neighbor. Finally on Dec 04 2020 a service guy from kolar and by just seeing the stove he declared that we have dropped some heavy object or stone due to which the stove glass has been damaged. Later told him to inspect the stove before he confirms something . Later he undone few screws and told it has been repaired earlier (which is not true and i will challenge it) and keep on blaming us with arrogance and rudeness. He was pre determined to put the blame on us. As the stove is in warranty period, i request you to please inspect the stove and confirm the truth and help us in our claim. We are very disappointed with the service guy from kolar who is unfortunately representing such a reputed company, and he dont have proper sop to service or inspect the damage. As this is concerning to the lives of the people, please inspect asap and avoid such incidents in future. Request for justice..

                  I purchased gas stove from local market on 22/10/2020. From the first day, it was giving the yellow flame and blackening the utensils. Dealer asked me to change the gas pipe and I did. But no difference. Then I put complaint on customer care and techinician arrived after 15 days. But then again it was not working fine and gas flame is very slow. I open up new complaint on 17 Nov. but till now no response.

                      We were using a prestige glass top stove (4 burner) for 2 years and suddenly the glass exploded while cooking. Returned the stove and purchased the same new piece and the same instance repeated within 4 days. This time we were using a new regulator, new gas pipe and everything was new and installed by the authorised seller. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND DEMAND AN EXPLANATION ALONG WITH COMPENSATION AS THIS IS A SERIOUS THREAT TO SAFETY.

                        I have raised a request for service of the product 1month ago and every time I contact the customer care centre they promise to assign a technician within 24hrs and after one month of wait I am writing here to get this to the attention of the so called India's most trusted Prestige company which fails to address a simple issue of product repair.

                          Service agent called and said he will be come in an hour to repair the hob top. I waited for 4 hours still no update. When I called him for update he replied in a very very rude way. Is that is the way to speak to a women? What kind of people you are hiring? It's a shame on the society.

                            I ordered Prestige PGMFB 800 Watt Grill Sandwich Toaster in January 2020. The product was delivered in broken condition. After multiple calls at the nearest center, the customer care has been totally unhelpful.

                            I escalated the matter using an email and then they contacted me in November 2020 (after 11 months). Yesterday, they claim to have repaired it. However, smoke and fumes are generated when we switch on the machine. Upon a second complaint and physical visit to the service center, the service center claims that fumes and smoke are expected. So, basically Prestige is claiming that sandwich makers generate smokes and fumes. This is a classic example of poor product and horrible customer service.

                            No one attends us at the service center. In fact, no one even cares to answer the customer while the customer waits at the service desk. The service center head deliberately disconnects the call repeatedly and lies about his manager unavailability. Though the product is well under warranty period, they behave very poorly. I believe this is done to exhaust the warranty period and earn more. Kindly help on this matter.

                              Dear Team,
                              The complaint is pending since 6-Oct-2020, Issue is GTM 03L SS PLUS Glass Overheating within 10-15 min. while cooking. Technician had visited twice and agreed to resolve the issue, but as per the service center the required spares are not available with the company for replacement.

                              Please help to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  Greetings.
                                  I am a loyal customer of prestige over 20 years. We had consistently bought most of our kitchen utilities from Prestige for its service network and spare availability.
                                  Wherein, I bought a PWG 02 wet grinder four years ago on 04.02.2016 which was given to the prestige center due to smoke from the motor. Upon replacing the condenser and belt, I was charged Rs.550/- and the product was returned in which we found falling of rust particles into the drum from the top lid cover arm and thus reported the issue to the service center immediately.

                                  I am informed that no spare is available as the product has been stopped . I am hearing so forth from Prestige for the first time against a product with a motor warranty for 5 years, yet to expire. Further, rusting of the arm channel inside the plastic case in such a short life indicates the use of poor material which is not treated for anti rusting characteristics.

                                  Having incurred a service charge of Rs.550/-, It is obvious to fix the rusted arm channel to continue using it for a little more time. We expect prestige to support us with a component spare at the earliest by valuing the customer relationship.

                                    i have bought one non stick from prestige .after one day o[censored]sage, its coating started removing .i went to customer service at indirapuram and lohia center .both the centers told me that i have knowingly made these marks, which is not true. i have got your mail form the company.
                                    you are requested to return the product . i am very disappointed by your service. i should not happen to a genuine customer.

                                      I had purchased royale+gt 04 gas stove in march 2020, within few months it's top glass shattered during cooking. I have already lodged with customer vide no guja1559374 on dtd 25.8.2020, but till today i have not received any call from company nor any technician visited the home for repair. Very poor and worst after sales service from prestige.
