I have bought prestige glass top two burner gas stove on 20th sep (Last friday) in ambal store, medavakkam, chennai. After using the stove for an hour got the noise in the big burner, i have turned off the regulator then drained entire gas from tube and turned on, after that stove was working without any problem, we didn't used the stove for couple of days and today tried to turn on the big burner it's not releasing the gas.

    Dear sir/madam,
    Please note that we have purchased an induction stove - brand prestige and the same is not working now. We were chasing with customer service team and finally raised a compliment# which is already 10 days late. Anyhow we have called once again and explained the same to customer care number - they confirmed as they will be sending an executive in 24 hours. But still no response!!!

    We have tried calling to authorised dealer as well but it was not connecting.

    Finally we can say that the service of ttk product is very very poor.

      I purchased this product on 14 jun 19. This was working fine but suddenly it started cracked from sides. I have raised a complaint regarding the same on 07 sep 19 and i was assured to rectify the problem within 04 days but no technician has reported to me till now. It's my humble request please take the case seriously and do the necessary action at the earliest.

        On 25.08.2019, there was a blast in the glass top (Prestige) gas burner's underneath. The blast was too powerful that the stensils kept on burner jumped and touched ceiling of the kitchen. There could be serious injuries to the person standing in kitchen however luckily she was unharmed. But we all get scared too much and somehow we switched off gas cylinder and prevented the major disaster which could have been caused by deadly product. On the same day, we complain on toll free number. The complain id is patn975787. The service guy came on next day. After seeing the gas burner he starts speculating and said that blast cannot be in gas burner, this could be in cooker (Which was not the case at all) or the gas burner fell off so the damage. We have shown him the brusted pipe which go underneath the gas burner, but he refused to belive. He asked for rs. 3000/ to repair that gas burner which we declined. Then instead of asking for satisfaction or dissatisfaction code sent by company he asked for mobile and msg and took whatever he likes more. We were already in shock because of the blast and after seeing unprofessional behaviour of service guy we were double shocked. I again send a mail to escalation team which insure faster resolution of the case but nothing happened other than one more call who were telling the same thing that i have to pay because glass top is not in warranty. What they are not acknowledging that there product has manufacturering defect and it can seriously injure people.
        Sir we have purchased a kettle in haridwar.but this kettle not working ( not heating) this is uder warranty.plz change or replace
        I purchased Prestige Nakshatra Mixture Grinder on 14th of September. I stopped working in 2nd attempt. I complain about it at service center on 25th September. My complain number is 1039478. Service man come after 15 days and he said motor is damaged, I will come in 3 days with motor. Now no one answering. I called them at least 50 times.

          Dear sir,

          I had purchased a prestige glass top gt 03 l gas stove from aminabad agency, lucknow before 9 months.

          Unfortunately my stove glass top got broken yesterday due to technical or poor quality materials.

          Since yesterday i am unable to use this stove and we are put it into great trouble. Please depute your service engineer immediately and arrange to replace the stove glass top immediately, as the stove is in warrenty.

            Hi team,

            I bought a prestige gas stove 3 months ago, but from the time i bought there has been lot of problems. Gas has-been leaking, we lodged a complaint and someone from prestige came for service twice in 2 months. But still the same gas leak. Today that on and off switch caught fire because of leak. I would request you people to either replace or i'll file a case in consumer court for a compensation as this is a threat to our life.

              Dear team,
              I purchased prestige cooker on 26th mar 2019 from a store. It turned out to be a defective one and always leaks. I went back to store next day for replacement. Store keeper just denied and asked to contact customer care. I called customer care more than 20 times now with no progress and always heard regrets. This is enough now. We want immediate turn up. Now at this stage, I am not going anywhere for this, I need service at home or complete replacement/refund. If not, will have to initiate filing a case against this giant pioneer for most pathetic service and customer carelessness.

                I had requested a repair for 'prestige home clean' which is a vaccum cleaner with floor polisher, model no- typhoon002 on 25th of june 2019, my complain number was DELH853351. They said the technician would come within 2 days. The next day the technician calls and enquires about 'gas stove' which was not the complain and after explaining him in detail what the product is and what service is required he said he would come the next day. After waiting for 2 more days when nobody turned up, i called up the service centre again and they gave me the number of the technician and said they could not do anything about the technician not turning up. Then when i called up the technician, he finally came after a day and saw the product and without even inspecting what was wrong he said the motor of the machine has to be changed and it would cost around rs.2000 and also he did not get his tools and said he requires some special instruments for opening it and that he would get them after 2 days and still nobody has come or called form the company.
                When I enquired said about the problem the mixer grinder day said 177rs the charge i have to pay.Now they are saying 400rs We have done additional work.Is this your procedure.
                Centrifugal juicer part not working and part broken. Lock handle broken

                  Hi, My prestige hob top stove with warranty is not working and I have been complaining from 15th June 2019. The complaint registered with number bang833566 but there is no response yet from the service centre. I have been calling everyday to the customer care and the only response is, they will be visiting today or we have escalated. I have not got call even once from them about the status though I called more than 10 times now. Please let me know how to take this complaint forward to not trouble customers in similar way. Prestige being advertised as number one kitchen appliances and not taking care of customers properly. Please contact me as soon as possible on [protected].

                    The PHB 8.0 750w hand blender by prestige if of very very poor quality. It got spoilt under warranty for the second time and it gave it on 31st May and today being 17th June, after so many calls, emails and reminders no action has been taken. We have to personally take the product to the service center and after calling also the manager and technician are both incompetent be it in resolving customer problem or behaving.
                    I request the consumer complaint forum to take strict action against them and for such cheap products ban their license all together so that they know how to handle their production and after sales services.
                    Please please help me out in resolving this issue. Please call me on [protected]
                    We brought a HOB top on Dec 2018 and when try to use in June, we found auto ignition not working, we called Howrah west Bengal care centre, after 3 time call they came and said will come again next day to solve it, bur 10days gone no one came, and even not receiving call.

                      I bought Prestige PRWO 1.8-2 700-Watts Delight Electric Rice Cooker in Oct 2018 and its not working now. I called customer support on 2nd June and their technician visited after did nothing and left. I called again on 7th June 2019 and the customer support told that they will be sending the technician immediately but no one turns up till now. I called them almost daily and only thing they inform me that the technician will visit today. Today i was asking them the reason for delay and they didn't have any answer and were telling me that there are others in the queue which means they don't want to resolve the issue and just take calls and end it . Prestige is providing worst customer support and their servicing is pathetic.

                      22 days gone and still no action from Prestige to resolve the issue. I have been daily calling the customer support but all in vain. It's very pathetic to see how company like Prestige is treating its customers.
                      My Omega gold cook ware is instacare service center from 9th of march, but no resolution from your side.
                      The service representative did not responding and is very careless.I have called him serveral times.I am hopeless.

                      Still no technician came to look into the problem. Is now 19 days I have raised the complaint but no action from them. I have been calling them daily and their response is same that the technician will visit today but no one visits.
                      Seems they don't care for customer and servicing

                          The issue is we were not shown options at the showroom and shown us only one product and just opened it and then just packed it and it was given to us, it was like giving the last piece to us

                          after we started using it the burner stand was not proper and sound keeps coming from it while cooking and it got worse day by day
                          so we called your customer care

                          One person visited our home and he looked at this issue and he called his senior person and he didt pick the call as he was in the meeting and then again this person came and visited and told us that he will come and clear it next day and it is MORE THAN A MONTH AND THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED

                          one day a lady called with mobile number - [protected] and told us another service engineer - Bhagiyaraj (mobile no : [protected]) will come and attend it
                          Mr. Bhagiyaraj visited on 29/03 and he just took some videos and went and after that we didnt get any calls or reply from your service and few days later the knob was not properly working and that was also a problem now

                          Then we again called Bhagyam Kitchenwares and their response is also not good at all it looks like their job is only to sell and our rating to that showroom is no zero and its negative

                          Now we are using only one burner for our entire work and this is the importance your are giving for a customer who had much belief on your brand.

                          please advise us how such a big brand can be such un responsible and this is how all your systems work and very disappointed with that showroom service and very very disappointed with the service you provide and we are expecting at least a solution after this mail from you side

                            I have been using prestige 4 burner gas stove with glass top since few years.
                            On april 13th, 2019, the glass top shattered completely when my mom switched on the stove.
                            I raised a complaint with prestige with complaint number - mumb680607 on april 13th at 9:52 am. The worst thing was that they sent a person to take the size of the glass and offered me 25% discount on the glass. I never raised this complaint to get a glass replacement but to make prestige aware about their dangerous product. After escalating this issue, i got another call from mr. Aman rastogi (Prestige customer service head - mumbai) and he offered me a free glass replacement after making me wait for 2 days.
                            Once again, this complaint submission is to make everyone aware that prestige gas stove products are absolutely risky and no one should trust them. Also, their excuses are non-logical.
                            I didn't prefer getting the glass replaced as i do care about my family and their lives. I have finally thrown away the product.

                            If you want to put your family member's life at a risk, use prestige.

                              Hi everyone,
                              I used to be a very loyal customer of prestige, both pressure cookers and lpg gas stoves.
                              Yesterday, my 3 year lpg gas stove (Prestige), had a gas leak originating at the knob in the front panel of the stove. Thankfully, we could smell the gas and stopped the stove immediately ; opened all the doors and window.

                              The response from dealer is appalling, saying that these days stoves will work for 2 years, and we need to replace the stove every 2-3 years.

                              What has happened to manufacturing standards?
                              Gas leak is a major safety risk, and how can reputed companies like ttk have poor quality control?

                              In amazon, i was shocked to see that across all major brands, ~12% to 15% of customers complain of gas leaks.
                              Posting this online, so that more customers become aware of the gas leak risk, and hopefully this acts as a wake up call for all lpg stove manufacturers.

                                When you going to purchase this cooker that time salesman says its free home service defiantly you will purchase but when you are getting some problem with this cooker like pressure is not making, whistle is not coming, pressure leakage through safety pin etc. Now you will contact shop/mall they will told you contact customer care. Customer care will told go service centre now service centre man will check and its chargeable if found any thing damage so what mean by warranty and free home service and if chargeable then why we we not going near service centre any service centre why go prestige centre totally irritate by ttk prestige guy dont purchase his marketing funda

                                  I have purchased prestige stylo mixer on[protected]. But the sl no of the product pasted on mixer bottom side was... And the sl no on warranty book was... This mistake was taken place while purchasing the product. We have not observed this.
                                  But mixer is getting problem frequently. One of your technician said that to replace motor both the numbers should match.

                                  My request is that the product manufactured by prestige company and request you to replace motor immediately as special case.

                                        My induction cook top gone out of order 2 months back. I registered complaint and authorised service centre of trk repaired the same and charged me. Again within 20 days it is out of order and i lodged complant and service centre took it for repair but not returned till date it is almost 30 days. Complaint no515366. Several email & call has gone into vain. Very poor post sale services
