    I bought an electric kettle model name pkgss 1.7 and it had stopped working i went to a service center which is very far away from my place still i went there and they repaired it after a few months it again stopped working this time i told the customer support executive to help me reach the nearest branch cause i m a college going student and i m not free very often they suggested a place i went there its name is aqua minerals care they said we dont have the even yet we are registering your complaint please visit after afew days i called them yesday they said that the element has been shipped we will help you at the earliest but today when i called them they talked so rudely they were saying that please do not call so many times and stop asking the same question over and over again at first i was really not expecting such a pathetic response but for 5 days i have been only waiting.
    A small burst in button of kettle and gives smoke of burning. While kettle was not in use it was just on its cable plug. I purchased it a month before and it's obviously under warranty.
    Srinagar prestiage workshop was requested to supply the about mentioned item mentioned above in the subject cited above. Any early action in the matter is requested so that our grievence is redressed and oblige

      Even after repeated reminder every day no one attended the complaint after promises from ttk end.

      We are forced to buy the food from out side.

        I have ordered a body cover for the above product in your service centgre near north coimbatore flyover, coimbatore on 17/12/2019. Job no. Tiru60933441. The staff told me that i would get it in two days. Till date, i have not received the spares. Whenever i visit your customer service centre, they tell me that the spare has not yet come. To-day (31/12/2019) also made a complaint and its job no. Is tiru60970215. When will i get the spare? If you are not able to supply the spare, please let me the address to which i have to return your product as gift. It is very much annoying for not supplying a simple spare part. Much is required for your after sales services. Siply selling the products does not end your job. Servicing is the most important things to keep the customers with you. Anyhow please reply to [protected]@yahoo.co.in
        I have purchased 3 burner stove of prestige in May 2091. After 2 days use its glass top damaged. I complained 4 times but they are not replying properly. Even they are not interested to attempt my query. Customer call service not replying properly and hold the phone for more than 10 minutes.

          I purchased prestige induction it shows e1 code when i use it i also have warranty card and i complaint this problem to
          National prestige cos. Care about 4 times they told i forward your complaint to service every time, but they not in take any service about 2 month this process of doning complaint but no any service. I firstly and lastly buy prestige product and i told my surrounding persons never any prestige product because of much poor services

            Prestige's authorized service center in AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana has done a simple and petty solution for which they charged an irrelevant fee. Stuffing a piece of paper into the chopper did the job and for this he charged 120/-. This is a total dishonesty and trickery from the Service center. If inserting a paper is going to resolve an issue, who charges more than 100 rupees?

            I have purchased Prestige Marvel Model No. GTM 03L from Big Bazaar, Surat. While cooking stove gas broken into pieces from one burner and ended with whole glass turn into pieces. Glass pieces all over kitchen hurting my wife. While approaching Big Bazar they are not responding. You are requested to take up the matter with Prestige Gas Stove

              While preparing dinner last night, the surface glass of the stove got blast as of sudden and it got hurt for due to the same. When i called customer care of prestige, they sent an executive who was no help at all since he asked for lot of money to get that repaired. I may buy a new one of that amount though.
              Very bad experience.
              I will let this know to all my friends and relatives. Not to buy prestige.

                Hi,

                While grained the batter, the mixy and jars are getting to much heating. Due to this reason. Batter getting very bad smell.

                We raised service request 10 times. 2 times service provider came and changed the motor. Remaining 7 times they were closed the request with out visiting our home. 2 times we went to service center.. But no use. Every service provider saying heat will come and its invitable.

                But, we checked with other companies mixers like butter fly and ganga, pigeon.. Etc no heating come up while graining

                We are fedup with this mixy. Pleaee help us on alternative solution like to provide new mixy (We will bare some amount)

                Please don't assign my request to ameerpet service. Center. They are closing my request with out visiting our home.

                    Maine prestige induction cooktop 18 aug 19 ko khrida tha. 19 aug 19 ko mera induction cooktop khrab ho gaya. Maine iska complaint kiya (Complaint no dlh 965128). Mechanical aaya aur bola ki iska sman repair ke liye aage bhejna padega. Usne induction cooktop se kit nikal liya aur uske jagan par dusra kit laga diya jisme display nahi ho raha hai, aur bataya ki repair hokar aane ke baad kit laga di jayegi. Lekin abhi tak aaya nahi n hi phone utha raha hai (Mob no [protected]).

                      I have purchased a PHTS-03L AI model HOBTOP on 31/12/18, and very soon we started facing problems in auto ignition.
                      After complaining for the first time it was resolved within 2 days then again the same thing happened for 12-15times more.

                      its been more than 7 months we habe been saying to replace this product as it ia defective but the company replies to the mail as per their will, send the executive change somthing and again the same problem.

                      and again i have complained they replied very late, and again the process is repeated.

                      no reoly since one and a half month from their side and forcing me to complain here.

                      we are facing difficulties everyday.

                      my request was to replace this product as the main feature of the product is defective from very first month.

                        If i purchase glass top stove edge schott[protected]. Only i use the cooking at half a day. The stove is pan rust and burner also fully smoked and blacked at moulding of the stove very damaged. Ill inform the complaint at 4-11-19 the booking online complaint number tiru1113066. The service man come at home 6-11-19. He is the not responsibility and the vulgar words are speaking to me. Service man mobile number [protected]. Your service man is not good for any customers and me also. I[censored] taken the action immediately. I request due to exchange of the stove. Full and full i am very disappointed to your company. Please exchange the product and take action immediately.

                          I had purchased this product in February 2019. Since it was not working, I registered the complaint (TIRU1086980) on 20/10/2019 which was collected on 25th after repeated calling Shree Kanda Service center crosscut road Gandhipuram, Coimbatore phone[protected]. I was told within 3 days it will be returned. So far neither they are telling everyday either technician is not present, delivery boy is absent, or not picking up the call. In spite of calling the customer care[protected], I here only the complaint is escslated but no answer from any senior executives I have spoken to Mr. Arbaz Pasha, executive, Ms. Aisha, team leader, Bhagyashree, team leader, Ms. Veena Manager - all these people say they have escalated but no senior person is calling or following up for non delivery if the product. This company is a big fraud. Every person above mentioned are liars, cheaters.

                            I have purchased prestige hobtop model "phts 04 ai" for around rs14000/ in aug 2016. It was the most expensive gas stove available in the market but i still purchased it in the hope of good quality and service. But i was totally wrong the gas stove is a poor quality as it's autoignition stopped working within 3yrs (It's actually not working since last 1yr). The gas stove was used precisely as per instruction manual. I knew that the stove is outside warranty so i requested for a paid service (Service complaint number ghaz1105789). A service personnel (Named danish siddiqui) visited my house today he replaced 3/4 rubber washers after which he asked me for payment rs850 towards repair. When i asked him that i was told rs295 only for service, he said the 4 washers are replaced which are worth rs550. He offered to charge less if i agree to get repair done "privately" without entering prestige company books. When i disagreed for "private" repair from a person who was claiming to be from authorised service centre, the person got aggrieved and started misbehaving. It got me suspicious and i asked for identity card. The person claimed prestige don't issue any identify cards to service personnel. I asked for a proper bill from prestige company, he again said prestige doesn't issue any receipt for service jobs. He can only issue a "private" receipt without any prestige authorised service centre name on it. I suddenly realised this person doesn't carry any document which can prove that he is from prestige authorised service centre.in fact the parts which he replaced didn't carry prestige name either. I refused any service from this person. He got further aggrieved and threatened that theirs is the only service centre in whole ghaziabad and if we don't get repairs done by them them nobody else will come again as prestige don't have any company operated service centre and are indeed dependent on francise like them for service repair. They removed the parts replaced by them and in the process damaged my gas stove even further. Later i got a call from mr gulfam khan from "siddiqui service centre" who misbehaved with me again.in the evening i got a call from another person (Ph[protected] who claimed from prestige regional service centre and repeated again that prestige service engineers don't carry any identity cards, neither do they have receipts issued from the company.
                            This high headedness from both franchise and the company left be wondering if i had made the right decision to buy such expensive gas stove from prestige.
                            Why prestige makes such poor quality gas stoves which don't even last 2/3 years (It is apparently their premium range product at a premium price). How can a company of the class of prestige not issue identity cards to their service personnel. Why doesn't prestige issue any job receipts for repair jobs done by their franchise. What will be the validity of such service warranty. If no receipts are issued by company then, how can a customer be sure that the parts used by franchise are not fake or sub-standard. And lastly how such hooligans/ goons are given contract for service franchise, does prestige do any background check on them. My 3 yr old prestige hobtop is now a piece of junk lying in the kitchen with no proper repairs.

                              First he don't know how to talk customer and the behaviour of the person is very rude. If poor people came to his shop he speaks very rudely and ignore them. The workers in the shops are also behave like him. He only speak politely when you will buy any product of his shop. If we didn't he ignores and behaviour change takling very rudely. He is a very greddy and disrespectful person. I think the only one dealer is my city that's why he became arrogant and disrespectful. So please it's my humble request to you please tell him how to talk people. He scrouge person.
                              If he continues to do so the reputation of your prestige is fall down. Please take any action. I hope you great and reputed company will take action of the dealer and person.

                                I have purchased the said deluxe model (Black) from MRS, kumbakonam on 12/9/2019. After using 2 times the enamel coating at the bottom went off and now it looks like an old one used for some years back. I have registered complaint at modern radio service, kumbakonamand they have given a service job card no.4444 dt.27/9/2019.
                                In this connection i request you to kindly replace the cooker i bought, since it has been due to manufacturing defect.
                                I request your immediate action, since I have been waited for more than a month.

                                  We have purchased 2 hoptops about 2 months ago. Since the very first day the auto-ignition is not working on both of them.
                                  Multiple calls to the customer care number go unanswered.
                                  I have raised this complaint: bang1085322 on their website.
                                  But till now no resolution has been found.
                                  They are just cheating the customers by mis-quoting/mis-advertising the feature for auto-ignition.
                                  I will go around advising all of my friends to stay away from prestige products as they have no care for their customers.

                                    We had purchased 36047- 3 piece stainless steel separator set along with a cooker on 18/08/19 from prestige dealer. Hardly been 1 month since it’s use, the brim has started to crack and that clearly indicates the poor quality of stainless steel used. How can such reputed company use such bad quality materials and make their customers lose faith in them. I’d instead recommend my friends and family to use any other company other than prestige to save money. Also their response through customer care is poor.
