I purchased three burner gas stove of prestige company on 1 march 19 and the glass on stove is not fixed properly. On a same day i made a complain to the company. Complain no. 'luck566878'. I sent a mail to the prestige company.
Since last 11 days i am doing the same thing. Regularly i am doing complain in the company. Still not getting any responce from tha company.
Requesting you to look after this and please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I had bought the above from Amazon prime and is the mixer is still under warranty.
    The base of the Jar made of plastic which grips the bottome has got damaged while in use on 5th March, 2019.

        Bought one electric kettle from the dealer of prestige company in october 18. There was a warranty for a year in that product. Got faulty in the month of february 19 within 4 months from the date of purchase. Contacted service centre of the company situated in jabalpur. More than 15 days have lapsed but they are not responding. Contacted prestige company through mail but company is also not responding except forwarding my mail to the service centre of the company.
        Hopeless product, got faulty within 3 months.no service You should forget your money

            I purchased prestige electric kettle from flipkart on 31st of october. And within 3 months of my use the kettle as already hone for repair for 2 times because of not working of the indicator nd water is not boiling. Today again i faced the same problm nd this is the 3rd time. 1st time i called the prestige helpline number and they send der service executive to my door to collect make the repair nd handing over the product at my door step. Second time when i called they said there system of collecting the product from the door steps are non applicable. So i had to go to there service shop. Again today when i put a complain in the prestige online costumer complaint stating my problem in revert sending me the address of the service store. Under warranty period 3 times i m facing this problem. Why should i run again and again to the service store when i am been fooled by delivering me a damaged product. I m highly dependent on ur help and support and kindly help me with my problem. Either i need the product to get exchange or i need my money back

              I have raised complaint on 30th jan for gas leakage. There is no response from your side. I have keep on calling to toll free number on daily basis. It's a worst service ever i seen.

              I have the all proof the for gas leakage and recorded conversation with customer care executive, since purchased gas stove eco model (Less than one year) the knob broken 3 times and gas leakage happened one time but none attain the service

Till date no service technician has attended my home no response from service centre i am very much disappointed with service that is giving from service center of vellore tamil nadu.                   Products are not upto the mark every product has some flaw in it be it 3 burner gas and it's so called prestige induction cooktop is totally a pain for me at least like the worst choice of me to buy that...
                  First of all i"ve lost the bill so i had to pay almost half of its price to get that repaired being that in warranty period as there is no alternate for the bill, and then within 15 17 days it stopped working again. The procedure has to be repeated again calling customer care almost 10 times hearing for actions asap and no one visited yet even
                  Glass top broken suddenly, making it unsafe for home use. Why is prestige selling such an unsafe product, don’t you guys have some sense of responsibility towards your customers!

                    I purchased new cooktop on oct 2018 and it showed error e6 after 1 month. I have a 1-year warranty, so i called to customer care and registered a complaint and gave remainder for every 2 days but there is no response from service centre for 1 month. So i decided to take the cooktop to the coimbatore service centre. They also not responding for last 1 month.

                    Very worst service from prestige coimbatore.

                      I bought this stove less than 4 was ago from a prestige showroom in Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore. The Auto Ignition (AI), has been a problem from day one. We had 4 service calls in less than a month and each time the problem is fixed only temporarily. Less than 4 hrs to be precise. The service technician has the adocity to say that this problem will continue to reoccur and we have to call the service technician every time.

                      I tried escalating this issue to the service manager who is too busy to even pick up the phone. I have not succeeded in reaching him so far. I have sent an email today to their general customer care centre. No clue as to when there will be a response. When I do get a response, hopefully it will be meaningful and positive.

                      I want to public to know that letting unburnt gas into the house because of repeated ignition failure could cost lives by a potential explosion or a fire. The customers should know that this particular model does not even have an automatic gas shut off valve in case of ignition failure.

                        I bought a prestige marvel 4 burness glass top kitchen applaince. Within 45 dsys o[censored]se, the glass top got shattered of its own while my sister was cooking. Fortunately nothing happened to her but there was a great risk of her being hurt. I logged a complaint with prestige customer support with reference chan364840 on dec 2018 and nothing happenned for over 4 days where in i had to call them number of times.                         I have purchased a milk boiling kettle of 1 ltr from prestige authorised showroom in Anandbagh, Hyderabad, it was burnt in first use only. I lost the bill. The showroom person refused to take any action, moreover He is escaping in solving my problem. So requesting to solve my issue by sending an authorised technician.

                            I bought stainless steel alpha deluxe 4l pressure cooker in february 2018 in hyderabad.

                            It comes with 10 years warranty.
                            I barely used for 8-9 month's and the base started separating.

                            I lodged a complaint and they suggested to take the product to service center near my house in srinagar colony.

                            When i took the cooker to the service center, they said they cannot repair it and i have to take it to the head office which is in lakdikapul, which is far off from my place.

                            I told them if they cannot repair it they themselves should send it to the head office. But they refused to take the product. Inspite of repeatedly telling them that even if it takes time for them to send the cooker to the main service center, i am willing to wait, still they refused to take the product.

                            If the service center assigned to do the job refuses to attend to the job, what is the point in having a service centre. They might as well send everyone to the main service centre.

                            As there was no other choice, i had to go to the main service center. There the technician said it is because of dry heat when not even once i used the cooker with out water. They said they will not replace the product as there is no manufacturing defect. And if i am interested, i can buy a new one by paying 50% of the money. Why would i pay more money when the product is still under warranty.

                            The technician then removed the base sheet which was detaching and said i can use it like a normal cooker but in low flame. This technician patiently explained that this cooker need to be used only on low flame and should not wait for whistles otherwise it will get burnt. Basically very badly designed product by prestige.

                            Whatever the technician at the main service centre has done, could have been done by the technician at the srinagar colony service centre. But they simply avoided and made me run around and go to the main service center. Appropriate action should be taken on this service centre for avoiding to do their job.

                            This prestige alpha deluxe pressure cooker is a very bad product. I have noticed lot of similar complaints about
                            This product. This product should be withdrawn by prestige and customers should be compensated.

I logged a complaint with prestige customer support with reference ghaz277774 on 27th nov 2018 and nothing happenned for over 4 days where in i had to call them number of times. Bthe engineer uday finally visited on 5th day after number of calls, only to take pictures of shattered cook top burner. He said he will get back to me and speak with his senior, i called him next day & he confirmed he awaiting response from senior which was the same response for the nwxt 4 days and finally he confirmed that they will change glass top which will cost me 1200 rupees. I asked him why would it cost me when company claims it is shatter proof instead i should have compensation from them to send me a fault product. He said this ia what he has bewn told, to which i agreed to pay and he said they will procure it from banglore office. Its bewn more than 20 days and there is no response from prestige or their support team. Please look into this on priority as i want compensation from prestige for poor customer service, life risk and faulty product delivery.
                              I have given my prestige kettle to repair at your service centre TTK Prestige Margao Goa some where in October under Job Sheet No. W/ 28517 and till today they have not repaired it and the are saying spares are not available. I therefore request you to send the spare parts at the earliest.

                                My name is koushik from podanur coimbatore. I work in puthiya thalaimurai as journalists. I have given my product in authorised service center on june 1 2018. Still i have not received. When i call they give many excuses. Also the lady who answer the call is really giving such a lane excuse that the supervisor is not available or technician dint come to office or some kind of excuses. And one day when i spoke to that lady, i asked her to give the call to technician. She gave the phone and when i taked to him, he was literally making fun on me and was playing with me by doing mimicry. And today (December 6th 2018, when i went directly to service center, they say they didn’t get the spare parts still. This is not fare at all.. Please let me know if ihave to file a law suit against them. Now their number is not reachable. Service centre details: rk electronics and appliances, no 575, nvn layout, crosscut road, gandhipuram, near sony service center, coimbatore.

                                Hence please take immediate action and provide me the product asap also extend my warranty for 6 months or please provide a brand new product.

                                  I bought a prestige gas stove last week. From the very first day there was a critical problem with left knob. When we try to turn it off it starts leakage of gas with horrible sound. It's a serious issue. We use to turn off cylinder regulator each time after use for safety purpose. Earlier i prefer to use prestige products but now i am very much disappointed.

                                    I had requested to repair my induction on the 2nd of november 2018, initially the response was prompt and and said he will be there @5 to fix it on the same day or between 2 to 3 days. I did not receive any call from him that day and the following day when i tried to reach him he started rejecting my calls. Is this the kind of service we can expect from a reputed brand like prestige which 5 decades old in the country.

                                      Hi, i purcahsed prestige vaccum cleaner in october. After bringing the product to home observed the power cord /lenght of wire is very short. As per the specification they mentioned 4.5 mts and actual length of the wire is less than 2 mts.

                                      Registerd complaints with prestige customer care and service engineer visited my house and informed that manufacturing defects are handled by them.
                                      What shall i do now?

                                        We bought one wet grinder last july and only for 4 or 5 times i used it some problem was going on in that from first it was getting more heat at last one day some smoke came from inside and the machine stoped. I called prestige service centre and one service engineer came the next day and i asked me to take it to service centre at attakulangara and i had taken it last 30 th and till now we haven't got it back they r saying it manufacturer defect of motor and the body also melted of the heat they r not getting the part i asked for replacement but they r behaving in different way
