Purchased the subjected model gas stove (New model 4 burner) from one of the dealer in kollam district, kerala on 12august2018. But unfortunately the gas knobs was complaint and was not working properly. One of the knob detached from the gas stove. Registered the complaint in the shop and the prestige technician came here after 5 days and he cleared the three knob and he put one old type knob instead of the same. And he said this new knob...

We have purchased prestige gtm 03 l glass top stove on 15-july-2018. Within 2 months of purchase the glass top of the stove has broken. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product from prestige. I registered a complaint with the customer care in 2nd week of september when the glass top broke. They registered the complaint after multiple follow ups and now everytime i call them, they say that the new glass top is not available....

I nishit kumar goyal have submitted a complain regarding my induction that was purchase on 03 nov. And it stops working within two days. I had put a complain on 06 nov. To customer care with complaint no. Kolk42549. But no any action was taken uptill now. Whenever i call them they reply as it will be done. But no any rectification had been done even after 10 days passed....

Worst service ever. I bought a prestige stove last year and last week glass got broken in tiny pieces while preparing tea. My mother was in kitchen she ran away otherwise i cant even imagine the situation.. This is a safety concern. These people are not at all concerned about peoples safety. It's been almost 7 days we have been consistently following up with service center location at parvati pune, after these follow up we have been informed that either we have to visit the service center since they don't provide service in area or wait until the technician have a call in that area

No budy attend the complaint. Because they have no parts. Gas leakage complaint take a very lightly to ur side. No budy support me 14 day. My complaint number is guja3277122. I wish bring to your kind attention that i had purchased prestige induction cook top, model pic 2.0 v2 from your franchise dealer m/s manisha enterprises, alto-porvorim, goa on may 19, 2018. Same was hardly used by us. One day after cooking dal on it for around 20 minutes, it was switched off and kept it aside. I bought a new apple rice pressure cooker from ttk prestige company about a year back. it has got 5 year warranty for any defects.
