Dear sir,
My name is koushik from podanur coimbatore. I work in puthiya thalaimurai as journalists. I have given my product in authorised service center on june 1 2018. Still i have not received. When i call they give many excuses. Also the lady who answer the call is really giving such a lane excuse that the supervisor is not available or technician dint come to office or some kind of excuses. And one day when i spoke to that lady, i asked her to give the call to technician. She gave the phone and when i taked to him, he was literally making fun on me and was playing with me by doing mimicry. And today (December 6th 2018, when i went directly to service center, they say they didn’t get the spare parts still. This is not fare at all.. Please let me know if ihave to file a law suit against them. Now their number is not reachable. Service centre details: rk electronics and appliances, no 575, nvn layout, crosscut road, gandhipuram, near sony service center, coimbatore.

Hence please take immediate action and provide me the product asap also extend my warranty for 6 months or please provide a brand new product.

    I bought a prestige gas stove last week. From the very first day there was a critical problem with left knob. When we try to turn it off it starts leakage of gas with horrible sound. It's a serious issue. We use to turn off cylinder regulator each time after use for safety purpose. Earlier i prefer to use prestige products but now i am very much disappointed.

      I had requested to repair my induction on the 2nd of november 2018, initially the response was prompt and and said he will be there @5 to fix it on the same day or between 2 to 3 days. I did not receive any call from him that day and the following day when i tried to reach him he started rejecting my calls. Is this the kind of service we can expect from a reputed brand like prestige which 5 decades old in the country.

        Hi, i purcahsed prestige vaccum cleaner in october. After bringing the product to home observed the power cord /lenght of wire is very short. As per the specification they mentioned 4.5 mts and actual length of the wire is less than 2 mts.

        Registerd complaints with prestige customer care and service engineer visited my house and informed that manufacturing defects are handled by them.
        What shall i do now?

          We bought one wet grinder last july and only for 4 or 5 times i used it some problem was going on in that from first it was getting more heat at last one day some smoke came from inside and the machine stoped. I called prestige service centre and one service engineer came the next day and i asked me to take it to service centre at attakulangara and i had taken it last 30 th and till now we haven't got it back they r saying it manufacturer defect of motor and the body also melted of the heat they r not getting the part i asked for replacement but they r behaving in different way

          Worst support from service team .I have raised complaint against prestige wet grinder, so far service team from prestige didn't make any response.Worst response from their side .

            We purchased a prestige wet grinder (Pwg 06 model), 5 months back. There was a burning smell last week while it was running. Though we made a complaint (Chen228128, chen228720) there was no response further in fixing the problem, inspite of having called the phone numbers given to contact the service center in-charge. The grinder is well within the warranty period. Hope to have a better customer care atleast till the warranty period.
            Sir we r the users of prestige glass top unfortunately it is broken can i change the glass with a new one.

              Hello sir,

              I bought prestige pcj 7.0 (500 watt) centrifugal juicer suitable for fruits/ vegetables juicer in amazon on 04-sep-2018.

              Within 20days it is not working and i called prestige customer care and raised a complaint on 26-sep-2018.

              Service person (Rajkumar) from tiruchengode, namakkal (D. T) reached my home and viewed the product he informed that motor is not working.

              After a week i tracked with him, he told motor stock is not available in the company, and then he asks me to contact trichy service spare head manager (Saravanan).

              I contact that person he told due to some issue in the company, the motor stock is not available in the company.

              After a month i contact rajkumar he is not at all pick my call

              I contact saravanan he collects my compliant number after that no response.

              Prestige is a standard company so that i purchased the product but am fully disappointed you people handling the customer service.

              In the company which won't have a single juicer motor, then why are you sell the product in the market?

              I used the juicer 4 times only, after that motor is out, this the stand quality you are manufacturing.

              I didn't get any proper response from your side so i am going to file a complaint in consumer court asap.

              Almost 45days you people are playing but still i didn't get any solution.

              If the motor is not available, replace new juicer machine why you people are playing with the customer.

              Please escalate to a higher level.

                I am holding gift card no. [protected]. It is worth rs. 500/-. It just not getting redeemed when i tried it on on-line purchase of electric kettle pktss 0.5 classic ss kettles and in the discount codes when i inserted the code obtained after rubbing the silver cover, i did not get discounted in fact the site never accepted the gift card. Then how is the gift card to be redeemed?
                The Gift item not getting redeemed amounts to cheating because you lose your money and it causes wrongful gain to the company.

                  Purchased the subjected model gas stove (New model 4 burner) from one of the dealer in kollam district, kerala on 12august2018. But unfortunately the gas knobs was complaint and was not working properly. One of the knob detached from the gas stove. Registered the complaint in the shop and the prestige technician came here after 5 days and he cleared the three knob and he put one old type knob instead of the same. And he said this new knob is not available with them and will come after some weeks. Attached here the picture for more clarification. I dont know a reputed company like prestige doing these kind of low level maintenance. Mean time seeing the advertisements in television also.
                  I want to replace the knob with the same one this week itself and i’m not going to call any trchnician for this. Otherwise will go for higher complaints.

                    We have purchased prestige gtm 03 l glass top stove on 15-july-2018. Within 2 months of purchase the glass top of the stove has broken. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product from prestige. I registered a complaint with the customer care in 2nd week of september when the glass top broke. They registered the complaint after multiple follow ups and now everytime i call them, they say that the new glass top is not available. I want to ask the prestige management, is it possible that the new glass top is not available in a big city like noida for around 20 days (I. E. 04-oct-2018). Are you guys playing a joke with me.

                    I would surely approach the consumer court and file a case of cheating and harressment against you as my patience is running out.

                    To all the people, i have done a mistake by buying a prestige product, but you need to be beware of this company who delivers low quality product and pathetic customer care.

                      We regret to inform you that the customer service center at ahmedabad is non cooperative and rude behaveior from your officers namely shri mitesh shukla and shri mahesh vaniya.
                      Regarding above complaint first your technical person visited and confirmed that the mop is not cleanig floor as expected and when he visited second time with his boss he replied that what boss say is right. They denied to give us in writing that the they are helpless to solve the problem and when we told them that we will write to top management they replied we will reply them. Now what we do? We are ready to send our mop to your office and see that it is not working as per expected and the dhabbas are appear on the floor.
                      We leave this matter on top management and resolve in a manner that in future we will not hesitate to buy your products.

Is customer service told we don't have service for the issue. Still now the problem is not solved. I made call many times still now customer care is not responding.                           They are making fool of me from last 10 days. Amazon Customer Care is also not helping me.

                          They give me already used kettle and now Kettle stops working. And on my request for the repair, they are sending no one from last ten days and everytime when I call them, they are only giving excuses.

                          I am not at all happy from all this. Somebody please help me. I am really totally frustrated from such a bad response.

                            I bought prestige wonder mixer grinder date 20.09.2018 but unfortunately after 2 day jaar is not working same say i complain it.

                            But your executive not yet came for solve our problem, even no any confirmation calls recd.

                            I am following everyday from your customer care executive but they are always said today it will done today but my problems not yet solve, your executive give me number [protected],[protected] but both not pick up calls.

                            I am too fed up with your services, i never recommend to anyone to prestige product..

                            Kindly let me know when i can expect that your executive visit here, else i have to throw your product in garbage.

                              Jo biwi se kare pyar vo pakka prestige se kare inkar. The most repenting decision was buying this product. Comlaint was registered on 29th may. Person came on last week of june. Till now didnt deliver it back. How pathetic. We have to wait more than four months for their service. They tell its repaired just have to deliver it. Whats the meaning. What should i do.???

                              I am a customer of shop cj since very long period and your services are also good. But I have to face a problem when I ordered for prestige four burner gas which I received today. When I unbox it I found that it is damaged from a corner. I'm attaching some pics of the damaged corner. I kindly request you to change the product as soon as possible.

                                I had ordered a prestige 40557 kitchen hob glass to 3 burner auto ignition gas stove (Black & white) on 1st august 2018 through amazon. My order no. Is #[protected], delivered for dehradun.

                                The installation executive visited my house 2 days after the delivery of the product & was trying to install it without proper taping/fixing to the kitchen slab.

                                When inquired about the incorrect practice, he left the hob without the installation & stalled the work for indefinite time but took the installation charges.

                                Since then, i have raised multiple tickets through through their helpline phone no.[protected] as well as via e-mails. Two of them being ghaz3304389 & ghaz3304380 but to my surprise they could not fix a mundane request like fixing a kitchen hob properly.

                                On 14th september 2018, a branch manger - prestige - dehradun, by the name of pawan sharma (Official contact no. [protected]) responded stating that he would get the issue fixed but to no avail.

                                I am highly disappointed by this careless nature of an experienced & valued brand like prestige to provide a basic service like proper installation of kitchen hob.

                                This incidence discourages me to go for this brand again & would like prestige to take a strict action against the negligence shown by the branch manager - dehradun & provide a quick, immediate and satisfactory installation of my kitchen hob.

I had put a complain on 06 nov. To customer care with complaint no. Kolk42549. But no any action was taken uptill now. Whenever i call them they reply as it will be done. But no any rectification had been done even after 10 days passed.

                                      I bought the induction stoove a few years back. Which now sites beside my trash can. I bought this piece of # for 4000 bucks, cuz it had brand name. Now i regret it, despite all this, they have the audacity to claim that they have the best stoove. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise if they are selling this piece of junk to their customers. Not once or twice, i have contacted them four freeking times, but everu time i recive the same stupid excuse. Oh by the way, their technicians are stupid, sorry if that was a little bit offensive, but i can't help it. Even their induction utensils are # too.
                                      I know that i'm ranting up their, but i'm seriously pissed off. I desperatly tried to look past their shortcommings, well sucks for them. I can't.

                                      VIJA15264 on 28th Aug. But there is no response.
                                      Also sent email to customer care but still no response or acknowledgment.
                                      There is no customer care support. Worst experience.
                                      I have give my microwave oven for repair 3 months back through prestige toll customer care they came and got my oven still I dint receive any information about the product . I have called many times to the customer care still no reply from them, this is a very shame from the prestige company . Felt very bad about why did I buy from company

                                        We had problem in our mixer grind past 1 month, but till date not yet repaired. After so many complain through customer care there is no response from anybody. We not able to grind anything and we getting affected and irritated.
