No budy attend the complaint. Because they have no parts. Gas leakage complaint take a very lightly to ur side. No budy support me 14 day. My complaint number is guja3277122. Current status is not resolved. Very poor service aal off them every body are bludy basted. No body proper support. Withing 8 day ur service person can't manage one parts. Today we r sufer because of prestige worst service.

    I have raised complaint on 23 july 2018, complaint number pune 3243828 regarding burners of my gas stove not working properly. Since last 8 days no any technician from prestige visited to our place.

    However one of your staff named mr. Mahesh whose cell number is [protected] was called me but then after i am ringing him since last 5 days but he is not replying.
    This type of response from reputed brand like you is not expected. So expedite to resolve the issue

      I wish bring to your kind attention that i had purchased prestige induction cook top, model pic 2.0 v2 from your franchise dealer m/s manisha enterprises, alto-porvorim, goa on may 19, 2018. Same was hardly used by us. One day after cooking dal on it for around 20 minutes, it was switched off and kept it aside. After 2 hours we were shocked to notice that the top glass of said instrument got automatically shattered...

      I bought a new apple rice pressure cooker from ttk prestige company about a year back. it has got 5 year warranty for any defects. The cooker is not working properly as it leaks and pushes the water outside like a fountain when boils. I took the product to the outlet, the smart kitchen of prestige company. They took the complaint along with the unit and kept it for a week and returned to me saying everything done properly. But to my disappointment its the same complaint still persists. when I contacted the dealer, they say they cannot help it.I need the solution.

        We have purchase prestige gas stove from gshanti electronics and furniture
        Mall llp indore mp on 29 june my opening of house was on 30 june
        Gas stove burner button were broken and stand was also tilted
        We went to vendor initially he told for new /to replace but then when we went to vendor he refused for any such committements

        Please provide replacement /or we would go for legal action

          Complaint no is bang3188055:

          A technician dropped in yesterday. He couldn't do much. He tried to make some childish attempts revive the wet grinder.
          I think he was clueless. I asked him check the motor. He said it's ok, but it doesn't rotate even after his trying for an hour or so. He told me that the capacitor has to be replaced and assured to bring it by 5pm yesterday evening; he never turned up we were waiting for him postponing our appointment. No information from him either. He has left the grinder stripped assuring he would attend to the repair yesterday evening. Whole day today none turned up. I haven't received any information in this regard.
          Please arrange to sort out my complaint atleast by tomorrow. Please send an efficient mechanic who doesn't blink but set my grinder right.

            Dear sir,
            We purchased product 40077 gas stove two burner from kala associates mylapore chennai on 15/6/2018. We raised a complaint within two days over phone complaint no chen 3170133 for the gas burner which is tilting on the right side and not positioning on the centre.. Every time when we call for reminder of our complaint we are informed, that our complaint will be treated as emergency call but no action is being taken. No one is approaching and visiting our house to set right the burner position or replacing it. We purchased the gas stove on 15/6/2018 and raised complaint on 17/6/2018. Today is 27/6/2018. Till date no technician has turned up. We reside in flat no 1a, florentina, no 43, first main road, gandhinagar, adyar, chennai 600020.
            We request you to kindly arrange for a technician to set right the burner position of our newly purchased prestige gas stove two burner.

              Wett grinder pwg 02 model was given for repair job sheet no chen50095337 dated 19th may 2016. It was a defective product n was given for repair many times till warranty was over. I left the unrepaired grinder in disgust in the service centre. I hav claimed it for past 4 months n the service centre people r not responding. I hav made umpteen calls n hav visited many times with no action taken.

                I have registered complaint for prestige glass cook top getting glass got shattered last saturday i. E. 19th may, which was registered under the emergency category and yet there is not a single call back even after multiple follow-ups. After that i personally chased directly with ttk prestige number and even then there is no response. I also escalated to the escalation supervisor on the floor prabhakar and madhu k but still may complaint is not yet addressed. Today it is 8 days, it is regretful that the pieces are coming out and it is very dangerous that smaller pieces may fall in any food. The glass is shattered in such a way that i cannot move it out. It is shameful that such reputed companies are so careless and takes it so lightly. There is not single callback to my complaint.

                I was also given the regional head-off ice number – [protected], which is either coming switched off or not reachable. You toll free number get abruptly ended many a times and thus i have to use everynow and then [protected] number which is not toll free

                Raised complaint and the number is mumb3125242 on 24th may, but there is no action from team.

                  The above product was purchased during april2018 and the cutter rope has cut and the product was given for replacement of rope to the mylapore chennai centre on 16.5.2018 and the due date for replacement of robe was on 18.5.2018. Actually it is only a 30 minute job and i have asked to come on 18.5.2018. From 18.5.2018 to till today every day i am enquring when i have to come. The replay was stock not available. I have also informed this to the customer care centre. They also toild to wait for a day or two on last thursday. When i contacted last saturday on 26.5.2018 they informed me to come on monday 28.5.2018. Now today when i contacted the same reply stock not available.
                  Sir it is painful to note city like chennai when they are not able to replace small part even after 12 days they are not able to replace.

                  Moreover the attitude of the service entre is very poor she asked me to be on the line even after 5 to 6 minute no reply form their end. First they have to change the attitude.

                    I have Raised complaint on 14th May, 2018 regarding 2 burners of my Gas stove not working. Post escalating to higher authority one technician from Prestige visit our place.

                    However our issue is not yet resolve, that service engineer claims that he doesn't handle GAS STOVE complaint he look after only cooler complaint.
                    Just because of escalation he attend this call & shows his helplessness to resolve the issue. He did basic burner cleaning & tried to convince us that now issue is resolved. Post further argument he told us that there is an issue in gas supply connection of 2 burner (Out of 4) & he need to replace 2 parts(i.e. walls) of those burners connection in gas stove.

                    He pass it on to his colleague to bring that part & resolve the issue. As well assured us it just a small issue & his colleague will resolve it by same day or next day.
                    But no one bother to turn up to finish their incomplete task.

                    I am surprise with this UNPROFESSIONAL approach of PRESTIGE team towards their customers.

                    Last 12 days our GAS STOVE is not working, hope somebody will bother to resolve this on priority. As your customer support is quite frustrating & now I regret my decision to opt out for prestige product.

                      I bought prestige cook top gt 03 from saravana stores in chromepet. There was some draw backs in the product. So i approached the customer care st tambaram. The service person attended the oroblem in a hasty way. He is not in the position to hear the problem. The problem was not solved. He never had any solution.
                      I bought the product on april 8th. The stove stands are too shaking. While switching off the stove mild bursting sound heard. The knob had broken within 15days. Please take some steps to solve my problem. I will be thankful to you.

                        We purchased a prestige gtm 01 single burner gas stove on 31.12.2017 with a one year warranty period. It has carbon and gas leaks. We contacted the company and their technician informed on 19.02.2018 that the entire gas stove needs to be replaced. Since then, we have communicated with the company's customer. Er care number and regional office upwards of 15 times, but no progress has been made. It is a severe health hazard to my family and repeated phonecalls have been useless. Please help.

                          I have a prestige gas stove its a glass top model. The glass top has shattered and would like to replace. March 26th i had booked a complaint and was given a complaint number - chen3022933. I call the customer care number[protected] and its out of service. Irresponsible not able to maintain their customer care number too. Worst service

                          The customer care helpline is out of service and if i as for customer care number to the showroom guys they simply say try again with same number and affix 0 in the beginning. Do i look like i dont know how to dial a number.

                            I brought induction cook top its under warrenty after use its frame starts cracking nd after that day by day its breaking into small pieces and the technical person says its ok nd u have to pay for the frame to be changed if its ok nd has no fault then y its breaking into pieces nd wts the gaureenty it will not hapen wt new frame nd if its ok i need a written that no trgedy will hapen at my home wt this in product as its ok

                              As above mentioned, i dr anuradha das had made many email complaints from almost the time of purchase 07/03/2016 and the recurring of the manufacturing defects inspite of replacement and recurring ignition problems inspite of new battery and the poor and reluctant services had resulted in me asking for a refund but the ttk prestige local personal have taken away the hobtop in my absence about five months back and given a substandard standby and have not responded to my emails for a refund

                              I have had a very similar problem.
                              Although I have written emails with photos of damage done to my stove by registered technician, and also that though I complained about ignition problems very soon after buying the stove, the technician did not bring new part until the expiry guarantee was over, and he asked an inflated price for repair.
                              New buyers do not trust Prestige to help in any meaningful way. They have never given any reply to complaints, except an unanswered complaint number.

                                Hi,

                                I have purchased prestige marvel plus gas of 4 burner on 22th Mar 18. after installation( 24th Mar) this we checked, gas leakage and fire come from one nob/button. we raised the compliant on 24th to customer care of prestige. we also request its a emergency, please send someone technician. but till time nobody send or call from company.
                                I have 3/4 times called up to customer care, they people only say we will send as soon as possible. This company's service very worst and I am not satisfied it.
                                I request to you please take some action.

                                  Hello sir/ma'am,

                                  I bought a prestige induction cooktop a few years ago. It worked well for some time than suddenly a jinx arrived and it stopped working. The error which it shows is "e-1".

                                  So, i got it fixed by our city's, bhopal's, service center but about 2 months after again the issue came back.

                                  Then again i got it fixed by the service center but once again its not working.

                                  Prestige is a company which people trust and it has got a big brand name. But offering such poor quality of services to the consumers is pathetic. And in my opinion the induction cooktop itself is a faulty piece. And other companies like lg, samsung would pay me my money back.

                                  All i want you to do now is either to get my induction cook top repaired for free or to get me my money back or to replace my current induction cooktop with a new one.

                                  After purchasing the product like gas chimii the service people not coming to install the product and asking huge money to install usually how many days to take install the product after purchase at store. The service person in eluru name VENKAT is very careless and not interest in his job. So please looking after this

                                    I have bought the prestige marvel stove around 2 weeks ago. Since then i am facing gas leakage issue within the stove pipeline. There are few issues also with the burner stand and stove knob. And i made a first complaint on 06/03/18 and i was given 24-48 hrs assurance that someone from the service center will rectify this issue but none of the thing happened, even i didn't get any call from their service center regarding the issue. Then i made a second complaint on 11/03/18 stating that i have already made a complaint and i didn't receive any kind of call or service, then they apologise and gave assurance that they will sort out urgently but nothing have happened yet. Now i am really facing serious issue with this, stove gas pipeline is leaking and there is no one to rectify this problem.

                                      There is a sound issue in the mixie since the day i have purchased it, made a complaint and the mechanic told me that as the wattage is 750 w hence the sound is normal. This all happened durinf dec-jan.
                                      This month made the complaint again to the service head and the company told me that there is problem with the motor hence the motor will be replaced.
                                      Now i purchased the product from amazon and if the mechanic initially informed me that the product is faulty i could have got it exchanged however now the complaint is pushing me to get the motor replaced and did not want to replace the product
