I have complained on 28th Jan. Complaint no HYDE2257482. Its been more than 10 days, No one has come for the service. But complaint has been updated saying 'no response from customer' though no body called me. I called ttk customer care 5-6 times. Still I did not get any call. This is the worst customer service. Please take action.

    Hi,
    Very poor services provided by the brand.
    1. Phone calls are not received by the customer care of the company.
    2. Purchased granite non stick kadhai online, but after one time use coating started to come out. Went to authorized service center, but all they said was this issue is not covered under our warranty, saying it has happened because o[censored]sing scrub while washing the utensil. This is so not true. The small particles of coating gets mixed with the vegetable i am trying to cook in it.

        I was sold a defective grinder whose grinding stone became defective after using only couple of times. When complained, they didn't have spares and had to follow up for 4 to 5 months to get the spares. After few months now there is another major defect which we have been following many months. Now the warranty is expired. All this is due to the delay from ttk prestige's support and service. What are the options available for me to get justice.

          I bought a prestige mixer grinder, which broke down and was supposed to be covered under warranty. I raised the complaint on 7th dec 2016 and the service engineer was supposed to do the home service. They made me to carry the grinder and travel around 20 km, to the service centre.
          But the worst part is the service was pathetic, they just did something and gave the grinder back. When i tried to use it at home immediately after reaching, it was in a worst state; giving horrible sound and some burning smell from inside.
          I have informed the concerned technician immediately and raised the complaint again on 8th dec 2016. But the technician was not ready to give the service at home and he was instructing me to take it and go all the way again.
          I have intimated all these details to the customer help at ttk and was doing many follow ups with escalation but still there is really pathetic support from all the departments.
          Now i do not have any other option but go to the consumer court for justice.
          I have redeemed mycredit card points for gift against shop and smile Rewadd points.Accordingly yesterday the item was delivered to me.. But the flask is a damaged one. Outer side of the flask is seen bent inward. It is a shapeless piece. nobody might have noticed before packing. it is a negligence.Please arrang to replace the item immediately.

            I had purchased a prestige glass top gas stove from big bazar cochin, 3 months ago.
            Unfortunately my stove burners got melted due to technical or poor quality materials, so i called the prestige ttk complaints cell ph[protected] on 8th november 2016 and they gave me a customer service no. Eran 2121656. But no one attended the complaint.
            I have been trying to call the customer service no for several days which i have call recorded in my mobile handset. After the frequent followup one costumer service guy called me and attended the complaint. But he had no spare parts, and he went back.
            Today is 25th november. My complaint remaining the same. What can i do...?
            My kitchen is almost closed down due to this problem. I have two little children. How can i manage this crucial situation.
            Kindly take this matter seriously and arrange me for a new gas stove. I would get the proper compensation from your side, otherwise i will file a case in consumer court against your company. I hereby attached the communication audio clips to your consumer complaint numbers.

                Please be updated that i purchased a new glass top 4 burnol gas stove bearing model no gtm 04 in december 2015. It worked all good with just minor problems viz low flame in one of the burnols which was not effecting our work at all. But after 8-9 months o[censored]sage one morning - 21st october 2016 the glass top broke suddenly all by itself.

                Would appreciate prestige ttk to arrange for the glass replaced within the warranty period which they have been denying since 10-15 days. I did raise a complain with their customer care team with no avail so far.

                  I had purchased a gas burner automatic with 3 burners model GT 03 L AI worth 8000 in the month of June 2015 with 2 years on sight warranty support and replacement if product not repairable/damaged.

                  since day one I had issue with ignition system and battery socket is very poor quality which keeps battery exposed as cover does not fit properly and automatic ignition system of the burner has become weak in months time.

                  After several complaints to call center with this issue that one burner is not functioning and the agent on call everytime say they will send expert to our place in 48 hours but its been a week they have not turned up after several reminders.

                  This product is in warranty and I really want replacement of this faulty gas burner or money back as the reputed brand like Prestige failed to give service and the material used in construction looks of cheap quality which is giving mental trauma to us and spoiling our peace of mind.

                  After calling call center of prestige for registering complaint they have kept making couple of incidents with time (7days ) but failed to give service which they assure on call in 48 hours.

                    I have bought new prestige induction cook top from vijay sales 2month ago but within week inside the tool comes some smock
                    Regarding this matter i has register complaint mumb208196r to prestige customer care 15 days back and the said our excu. Come in ur home within 48hr bt still nobody had come i remider him time to time but still nobody come its very chep support from them side.
                    Compony name prestige but his empl not worry about customers prestige
                    Think once when u will buing this componey product.

                      I have buy royal prestige two burner gas with glass top on 8th April 2016 from Sangam steel vashi. But on 17/09/2016 suddenly blast glass top. After lodging complaint in (complaint no.2047655) I talk with Mr. Prem morraya (Manager) he ready for free replacement of glass top, i also have audio mobile recording that Mr. Prem is agree for free replacement. Still it is pending

                        I bought induction base pressure cooker, 3 years back. but it is regretted that the induction plate came out . on contacting customer care they could not give me the contact number of their service branch at lucknow.
                        very poor quality, the batch mentioned on cooker is 12 06 01 and product is waranteed for 5 yrs, still they insisted for bill for repair.
                        very unfortunate.

                          I purchased a induction stove model PIC 20.0 serial number L[protected] on 29th of January 2016 it worked well for about 8 months and then developed some technical issues and stopped working. Then i raised the complaint with the customer care with the complaint number CHEN 2054035 and was informed that a technician would visit my house to fix the problem but no technician showed up then i called up the call center again and they informed that my complaint was forwarded to the service center located in Porur after waiting for three days i myself carried the equipment to the service center on monday 3rd of October 2016 and was given the job code 2395 and was informed i would get it fixed in 2 working days and i was informed on the 2nd day that it was the problem with the board and needed to be replaced. When i called up today i was told that stove has gone to the main service center in Mylapore and i will get it back in two days. The stove is still under warranty and so far i have almost rs250 for transportation and i have been made to run here and there. The service is really very bad and did not expect this from Prestige.
                          I have purchased a Mixer Grinder and Electrical Rice Cooker of the famous brand Prestige through Flipcard online shopping . When the cooker is received we not found that ISI mark on theboth products. It is also not there on the Box. the Warranty Book No is 16080220 for mixer & [protected] for rice cooker

                            We had purchased tilting wet grinder from presitage, grinder stone clamp has been broken and it has been replace as per first compliant. but the replace one is not good it has broken after first usage in the running mode itself. we had raised compliant to replace the same. many times contacted and requested through customer care to replace the clamp of the stone and chapathi mixer clamp. still no responsed for the same issue. the product is in under warrenty. it has been mentioned at the time of compliant raised. kindly rectify the issue at the earliest.

                              I purchased this chimney from online from snap-deal two months back and one month after use the chimney caught fire and got burnt on its own that too when the main switch was off. It could have been a big accident if on time the fire wouldn't have been stopped. I do not want this product to your as it is a threat to the safety of me and my family. I want to return this. I had immediately filed a complaint with TTK Prestige customer care helpline and only after 3 days of accident and after repeated calls from my end the technician came to inspect the same. The Compliant number registered with them is CHEN2009217. The technician who came to inspect itself was shocked to see the condition as he was the same person who had come for installation. Since that day i have got no response from the company. When I call there is no proper response from the customer care executive and in few instances they were speaking in a rude manner. Please take immediate action and arrange for return and refund of my money at the earliest.

                                The gas nozzle at the back of the stove broke off which led to a heavy leak of gas and this was due to the very bad quality of aluminium metal used. A major accident was averted.

                                The service person from prestige who came gave a odd description to the incident that the gas nozzle got broken as the gas stove was pushed against the wall. I just cant understand why the product designer had given the nozzle at the back when he knows the 4 burner occupies a greater width than its 2 burner counter part. The basic things the company has to do is
                                1. Place the gas nozzle at the side of the gas stove
                                2. Use a good grade of steel or brass nozzle.
                                3. For such faults the warranty period should not be a governing criteria.

                                        I have purchased the prestige magic dry iron box on 21-jun-2015 with serial number 14k101095 from siri home appliances, madinaguda. It have 2 year warranty. The iron box is not getting heat and i have given it to repair at same store on 25 jun 2016. I am requesting update on daily basis; however, i am not having any update from stores.
