It's the worst kind of product developed by prestige.
I bought prestige chimney and gas stove together. Unfortunately it's chimney product is truly worthless. Not even for us full apartment has the same and facing the same issue of chimney faults again and again and even after complaining for so many times, they say that it's motor is not available even when it's not so old. It just left it's warranty of 1 year.

I had purchased a gas with induction (Prestige) from big bazzar approx 2 years back.

On[protected] while the gas was in running condition the top glass busted into pieces and was all over the kitchen. Fortunately no one got hurt.

This is serious issue which needs immediate action.
Kindly look into the matter.

After a week on our request someone came for demo.
It stopped working within few days.

This is to inform you that i have given atta jar for service at your tambaram chennai service centre, on 6/9/17 i have received the jar after service during that time i noticed some ply in bearing, but your service person assured that it is done properly. Same day night we used the jar for atta mixing with small quantity of atta but the jar got stuck in just few seconds.

I bought a prestige pic20.0 induction cooker by online from snapdeel the invoice no s680ab/17-18/806, item coadma6911059 on 20 april 2017. But my bitter experience was from the beginning that product is very defective. Ln those days it was sent, 3 (Three) times at asansol smart kitchen service center (Prestige service center) to repair. But service center did not able to repairi. It.. Still it was not working. I think i was fully cheated...

I am rishabh madan. I have bought prestige 4 gas hob.in which i am getting too much problem from the first day. I have bought this about 1 year ago and from then till now i have done almost 50 complaints for this item. And the prestige engineer always come after 3-4 complaints. And when we ask him why he have came late he say i have to come from district there is no service centre in sonepat. And company service never make us satisfaction....

I requested a service for repair of my prestige induction at centre number ttk0441 on 9th july and even paid service charge. They have not delivered my product till now. No technician has come down to check. I have called customer care number for more than 25 times and 10 times contacted with seniors of customer care. Its waste of time, as they have same thing to say "this is been escalated". Its really a pathetic...

I have bought prestige gas hob in a hope that it is a company product and will work good. But i am very not at all satisfy with the product. I have purchased this product 1 year ago and from than till now i have filed almost 40-50 complaints regarding the lighter and switches of gas. The service of company is very poor. Bang2457621 wet grinder multiple problems since purchase
Ever since we purchased pwg01 wet grinder on 4th december 2016, it continues to have problems. It was running too slowly or rarely started even on little load or took hours to grind. The technician promised to replace the stone but finally gave an excuse the replacement will be fake one and hence convinced us to continue with the original stone.
Later on, the grinder completely...

My complaint no is CHEN2404736. my induction stopped working from the very next month i bought. i gave the product in prestige service centre, chennai..aperson named Shiva collected the induction, he told that after two days, he will hand over..but he didnt..after continuous calls after 15 days he told that the parts sent for the repairing of the induction didnt match, so they sending the parts again...and since then, its been three months...

I have purchased electric cooker model prwo-0.6-2 on 14/06/2017 from murali marketing smart kitchen outlet at btm 2nd stage. We start using from 15/06/2017. It worked well on first day, when we put on use on 16/06/2017 it did not work - cooker is not shifting to cooking mode. I have purchased a gas oven from snapdeal of ttk prestige brand. The purchase has been done on september 2016. But from jan 2017 i am following up with both of them snapdeal as well as prestige but all my time gone in vain. I have purchased kitchen hood DKH 600CS on dt 03/03/2012 at delhi, presently iam at koat (rajasthan).one month ago its blower was damaged, hood not working now.i have complaint to urs customer care, they reply me/visited at home but after telephonic descussion, they told me that urs hood model is out of date, and spares are not avilable.why only five years old things a spares are not avilable.prestige is well known company its reputation...
