Very very worst prestige products they are selling. I have purchased prestige gat stove 2 months before from saravana superstore in padi, chennai. Now repaired that prestige gas stove. I requiest to complain to customer care. They are saying we will contact you repeated i called daily. So no use for them. Why they selling like this product. I don't recommend prestige products. I requested complaint id is "chen2754452" 24/11/2017. 13 days above but not solve my gas stove repair.

    I had booked a query on 10th nov, 17 regarding my cooktop burner repairing. The person asked about model number which i didnt have that time. So i again tried to to call customer care on 14th nov 2017 for registering service query. My complain number is mumb2762360. There was a lady who told me that within 48 hours you will get the service. Person will come to house to repair the cooktop. It was bought in the month of may, 17. This is 3rd time we are facing an issue with this cooktop. I thought prestige is a brand, so there wont be any hassel at the time of service. But its totally opposite. I spent 5000 rs for this cooktop whereas i was getting other one in just 2500 rs.
    The service persons are so lazy that they didnt even yet call me back or have not even called any technician to arrange an appointment. I got to know all this when i called up again on customer care person and there was another person to hear me. He said your complaint is registered but you have to call on xyz number and talk to that person for technician. Now if customer have to manage to follow up with all customer care, technicians then what is the use of "service" to get from prestige ttk. This is really unfair. I even called on that mob number given to me. He said mam 48 hours bolte hai par itne time me nahi hota kuch. Time lagta hai.. Technician available hona chahiye. I felt like i was asking any local vendor which is not linked to any branded company i am talking with. Its obviously not his fault. He will work on his schedule given by prestige ttk. He said he didnt get any intimation yet for my complaint.

      I have purchased 2 pressure cooker of different size in which 4.4 ltr size cooker shows some fault after 4 month o[censored]sage.co. Has given 10 year replacanle guarantee on the product.
      We have lodge the complaint with local service center immediately and after follow up of 3 months they have replaced small size 3.3 ltr cooker instead of 4.4 ltr. We have denied to accept the small cooker. Now again 2 months have paased but still our cooker is not replaced.

        Myself vignesh from pondicherry suddenly today 02/11/2017 morning 9:50 our priestege marvel glass top stove burst suddenly all glasses were cracked and sounds like crackers bursting suddenly all vessels fell down we are too afraid at that moment don’t know what to do just 3 years from the day we bought it’s model is
        GTM 03L SS, the glass pieces hits my dads face and sisters hand made scratches on them kindly support and do some needful, I have uploaded the photos and videos thankyou.

          I am using prestige electric kettle having one year of warranty mentioned from the product, but with in 2 months its not working, then i was given to my nearest service center[protected] new no 18 old no 17 a, balaiah avenue, mylapore, chennai - 600004, near luz corner, behind kaamathenu theatre). This service center not properly responding to the customers through phone call. If we call to them not picking the call and not update the status of the product.
          I am complaing about my gas stove containing four burner it is creating problem because of the flame and also automatic start button is not working properly.kindly provide service man send me my place and check whole gas stove reparie...

            I recently purchased gas chulha from big bazar of prestige but now the gas started leaking from it. I had filed complaint 25 days back and one person come and promised to repair in 2 days but he never came back. Over telephone their complaint executive everyday inform us that repair will be done in 1 or 2 day but after 1 month there is no action. I dont know why they sell their products when they are not able to repair it. Please dont create such a pathetic image of such a prestigious brand and serves the customer after sales also. I humbly request you to resolve my issue with complaint no hubl2674825.
            Two months gone my electric kettle is not repaired and put into pending.I visited four times to your Margao-malbhat, . Goa center . I spent lot of time . This is your prompt service?

              Its about 10 days, i bought a roti tawa. But i am not satisfy with this product as the chappaties get stick with tawa while cooking and also after once use it turns to dark black like iron tawa. I got to the retailer from which i bought it and he adviced to wash the tawa just after cooking. But it is very hard to wash hot tawa as it burn the hand. It takes long time to wash and get back into original coating.
              I am very disappointed with prestige.

                I have purchase centrifugal juicer on 12/08/2017 model-41110 from smart kitchen at anand, gujarat. After purchasing the juicer got frequently breakdown. I have visited the service centre and they have replaced the motor. Within 4 days after replacing the motor the juicer again got stopped working. This is happening 3rd times and i have to visit the service centre frequently. The regional manager is also not responding satisfactorily.
                I contacted at 7th phase J.P.Nagar showroom for the bush but they were busy in shifting today i went and asked for the bush they said no stock for small item i should wait for 15 days but now the answer is no stock is this the way ttk giving service to the customers i am ashamed being a bing company small bush is not avilable good service ?

                  It's the worst kind of product developed by prestige.
                  I bought prestige chimney and gas stove together. Unfortunately it's chimney product is truly worthless. Not even for us full apartment has the same and facing the same issue of chimney faults again and again and even after complaining for so many times, they say that it's motor is not available even when it's not so old. It just left it's warranty of 1 year.
                  Please don't buy prestige chimney products, even a local companies chimney would do much better with better customer care.

                    I had purchased a gas with induction (Prestige) from big bazzar approx 2 years back.

                    On[protected] while the gas was in running condition the top glass busted into pieces and was all over the kitchen. Fortunately no one got hurt.

                    This is serious issue which needs immediate action.
                    Kindly look into the matter.

                      We bought a coffee maker espresso pecmd 2.0 from sri kalyani home appliances on[protected].
                      After a week on our request someone came for demo.
                      It stopped working within few days.

                      We have given the product to ttk service centre at chaitanyapuri on[protected].
                      Three times we were asked to come, check and receive coffee maker.
                      On going there, every time when they wanted to operate the machine, they found that it was not working.
                      About three weeks back, they sent it to their lakdika pool service centre for repair.
                      There also they informed that it was repaired and again found that it was not working.
                      Even after three months, the coffee maker is still with them.
                      We strongly feel that, the piece given to us is defective.
                      We want the company to replace with a new piece/ or refund the amount.
                      It should have been done by ttk before our request.
                      We are using ttk products since 25 years, and have very high profile on them.
                      We request to replace the coffee maker soon, cuz finding it difficult to manage daily coffee needs,

                        This is to inform you that i have given atta jar for service at your tambaram chennai service centre, on 6/9/17 i have received the jar after service during that time i noticed some ply in bearing, but your service person assured that it is done properly. Same day night we used the jar for atta mixing with small quantity of atta but the jar got stuck in just few seconds.
                        I have launched complaint on 7/9/2017 to your customer care my service request number is chen 2646805 dt 7/9. Your customer care assured me that they send technician to my home for the service.
                        Since then iam following regularly to your customer care but no one has come.
                        Finally on 18/9/2017 your customer care accepted that the service centre person not giving response and they told me to contact chennai hq phone no [protected], iam talking to them regularly but my problem is not solved.
                        Since my house is far away from service centre and the defective service is not attributable to me hence i strongly request prestige to arrange for service at my home. If it fails i may have to think otherwise

                          I bought a prestige pic20.0 induction cooker by online from snapdeel the invoice no s680ab/17-18/806, item coadma6911059 on 20 april 2017. But my bitter experience was from the beginning that product is very defective. Ln those days it was sent, 3 (Three) times at asansol smart kitchen service center (Prestige service center) to repair. But service center did not able to repairi. It.. Still it was not working. I think i was fully cheated to buy that product. I have done a online complaint no kolk2639288 but i not get any response. So please take a quick proper action for better customer satisfaction. Thanks

                              We got prestige 3 stove glass top stove around a 3 years back (27/03/2014) from the market. Last day the glass top broke and glass top turns into pieces. Glass broke and spread in entire kitchen.

                              Luckily no one was there nearby otherwise it might have caused damage as well. Believing prestige as a reputed company, we purchased this, how can a company like prestige do this kind of mistake while manufacturing. If we do not get solution from prestige we will forced to file a consumer complaint.
                              We purchased this product for Rs 5100 from Flipkart but the product came defective with one burner we thought it's ok but today the glass cracked open and it was all over us we need immediate action on this we are not only hurt but wondered the ethics of the seller. We want immediate remidition.

                                We got prestige 3 stove glass top stove around a two month back (06/06/2017) from the market. After a month o[censored]sage the glass top broke and glass top turns into pieces. Glass broke and spread in entire kitchen.

                                Luckily no one was there nearby otherwise it might have caused damage as well.
                                Also on further research i have come to know that this is a common problem with same kind of burner, prestige is still selling these stoves, knowing full that this can cause major accidents.

                                  I am rishabh madan. I have bought prestige 4 gas hob.in which i am getting too much problem from the first day. I have bought this about 1 year ago and from then till now i have done almost 50 complaints for this item. And the prestige engineer always come after 3-4 complaints. And when we ask him why he have came late he say i have to come from district there is no service centre in sonepat. And company service never make us satisfaction. Even after buying a company product we are getting so much problem. Igot very disappointment from the company and want our product to be exchange as soon as possible. Now i don't want this to get repair, want to get it exchange. My complaint number which i have done last and still not get resolved is hary2436290

They have not delivered my product till now. They send it without repairing it properly and i have to send it back.                                         I have logged a complaint with prestige cook top induction more than 16 days now with complaint number: "ghaz2567206" for prestige cook top induction repair and till date no one has addressed it. No technician has come down to check. I have called customer care number for more than 25 times and 10 times contacted with seniors of customer care. Its waste of time, as they have same thing to say "this is been escalated". Its really a pathetic service with such reputed company...
                                        People have suggested to buy a voltage regulator to solve this issue. Which type of and what model of voltage regulator you can suggest for this. I have 2200Kv rating on my stove.
                                        We have bought a mixer in may 2015..
                                        After 1 year it's bushes went out of work . we have repaired it two times till now 2017...we are fed up with this product.
