I gave my prestige hobtop stove for repair in december 2017 at prestige authorised service center in balayya layout, mylapore chennai. Till date i made 3 visits to the service center but the stove is not handed over to me. Surprisingly they claim that the stove is ready but they are unable to trace where it is kept. On 3rd march 2018 they committed that they would do a home delivery on 6th march 2018but even that didnot happen.
I want to change the broken glass top of 3 burner. How can it be possible. Is there any way to change
the broken glass top of 3 burner

    I have purchased one durable granite finished kadai (Induction proof) on last year. After few days use we observed some layers are came out from the inner surface. And we got the repaired kadai from local service center. But they are not given me the replacement. Whatever again we found same thing on the inner surface and it's not in position to use again. So we request you to make the replacement with normal coated kadai instead of latest one.

    We have bad experience with newer version. We are not suggesting to anyone to purchase it. I have also attached some snaps which will understand you better.

    Please do the needful at earliest.

      Hi there,
      I have had purchased a prestige roti maker on 1st july 2017 and it stopped working in the month of jan 2018. Since the product was under warranty i have had registered for online complaint (Complaint no: eran2894804r) and have given the product at prestige kundara service center on 18th jan 2018. Even after 4 weeks they are yet to receive the spares and fix the roltimaker.

        I bought prestige toaster pptsks worth rs.1310 online. Its been not even a week of my purchase, my pop-up toaster stopped working. The bread toasts are popping up before being toasted at all. I was told to be provided with an exchange of a new one after emailing customer care. But after few responses, they are nor emailing anymore nor taking any action. I visited the service center nearby my house, they initially fixed it. After returning home, i found it the same defective. Please resolve my problem asap. I have spent money with a trust on your website and online shopping. Now i am totally disappointed, harassed and helpless. I paid my money and in return i got a defective product which does not work for even one week. I am writing you with immense hope. Please exchange the defective product for a new one.

          Jo biwi se kaare pyaar why he will say no to prestige here are some reasons... A disappointed consumer. Horrible call center service.
          I had raised a request on 10the of feb 2018 to service my prestige hobtop glass stove of german technology outside of warranty. They committed 48hrs to complete the request.

          Complaint number - bang2944559

          Today is feb 17, 2018, and i am in vain dialing their call center every day since 10feb to hear excuses like below
          1. 48hrs more ma'am
          2. The technician called you, you did not answer hence in pending status (This is a lie)
          3. 48hrs ma'am sorry for inconvenience
          4. Technician visited your house, you were not there (This is a lie)
          5. I will talk to my manager today and revert immediately.
          6. Can i speak to your manager, they transferred me to the colleague next cube, not a manager.
          7. Tried to register a complaint online but prestige website sucks.
          Basically, they do not want to or do not know how to maintain the lifecycle and existing customer.
          Would you at least do something now?

            I have purchased prestige popular pressure cooker from Jay Ambe steels narsinhji pole vadodara.when I used it at that time valve was leaked, then after I lodge complaint in customer care and Valve was replaced at your service centre.After that I again used it and again valve was leaked, again I lodge complaint.Finaly I want to replace same cooker so please advise me from where I get new one cooker.

                Hi,
                I am using prestige steel 6.5 litre cooker. Suddenly some sound came, so i immediately put off the flame. I went to dealer from where i purchased. It's in dadar. The shop name is mahipal. I submitted the cooker and i was told that prestige technician would come and check the cooker.
                After two days i got a call from the technician that the cooker was dry heated, due to that it's not coverage.in warranty.
                I tried to explain the service centre guy also that have not used without water and sometimes in case if water dries up, then also it should not happen. We are paying extra for prestige products for their durability. But now with cooker warranty i am really disappointed.
                I suggest please don't but prestige products as they are providing good service for their products.

                Hi,
                I am using Prestige steel 6.5 litre cooker. Suddenly some sound came, so I immediately put off the flame. I went to dealer from where I purchased. It's in Dadar. The shop name is Mahipal. I submitted the cooker and I was told that prestige technician would come and check the cooker.
                After two days I got a call from the technician that the cooker was dry heated, due to that it's not covered in warranty.
                I tried to explain the service centre guy also that have not used without water and sometimes in case if water dries up, then also it should not happen. We are paying extra for prestige products for their durability. But now with cooker warranty I am really disappointed.
                I suggest please don't buy prestige products as they are not providing good service for their products.

                  I had purchased a prestige marvel glass gas table, 4 burner black from amazon on 21st september 2017. My wife was cooking food on it and it got busteed like a bomb. She also had got injured because of this. When i called prestige customer care, they told that they will send technician very soon. The technician came in around 10 days and informed that they are not responsible for glass. He asked for additional amount also for changing the glass. I had requested prestige customer care multiple times to replace the glass via call and email. Everytime they say that your issue is escalated and will be solved soon. But there is no resolution even after 1 month.
                  I can't expect such type of behaviour from prestige.

                    I have purchased a prestige induction coocktop it is not working properly. Always showing error as e3.
                    If anybody is purchasing anything don't by from prestige. One of the waste company compare to pigeon, philips, crompton. Do not buy prestige product. I have submitted to authorised service person. He is number one fraud. Do not buy from prestige. Before buying pls check the review, then you can find same error problems.                       I have purchased a induction cook top. After checking it is showing like E3 error. When I contacted customer care they have told me this error is showing because of high voltage. So i have submitted to nearest service center. After one week he returned back. After that when I checking it is showing again E3 error. When I talked to customer care they are told me the service agent will to come to your home. It is 5days completed nobody is came to my home. Next time I will not by any prestige product. My contact number is [protected]. It is a bad experience for me.

                        I had bought a prestige chimney (Kitchen hood) (Model: skhd 600pc) on 02/12/2016 but unfortunately after 2 months it stopped working and on complaining in service center (Ph:[protected], the technician said the buttons are burnt and they took 4 months to replace the buttons after complaining hundreds of times in the service center. After the replacement of button, within two days again it stopped working and this time the technician said it's fan had to be replaced and again we have complained vide complaint no. Jams2597152 on 12th august and inspite of calling the service center again and again they replaced the fan on 12th december and after 4-5 days the 2nd fan also stopped working and again i have to complain in its service center vide complaint no. Jams2849709 but till now we didn't received any response and i think that again they will take 4 months to respond. It is under the warranty period of 2 years.

                        Given For -lever not Working -struck. vida jobsheet no. 19618 on 5/9/2017 is still not Repaired, visited, Phoned, spoke to Service-in-charge, but it is not repaired till date, please guide me as what further actión í should take So as to get it done, thanks

                          My prestige hobtop 3 burner is not working for the past 4 months. I registered more than 5 complaints & nobody ever attended. Everyday its a pain to call & find out the status. They keep diverting me to different numbers. Mr prabhakar assured me to attend the issue 3 days back. But still i have'nt got any call. Then i approached mr lenin & he gave the same assurance. But again no one attended. And everytime my complaint automatically gets cancelled. What am i to do with this faulty gas stove? Where can i escalte this issue? I am been continuously fooled by this so called reputed company. Very disappointed with prestige product & service
                          We have purchased hoptop stove 1year before, as of now technition did not came.
                          6months before technition came and opened the stove. October month I gave the complaint, there did not solved the issue. I have call recording as well.

                            Dear consumer forum,
                            I would like to inform you that for the second consecutive time the gas knob has got detached from my prestige gas oven (Gtm 3l) with the gas leak. I had bought this oven on december 24th 2016. This gas leak had started from the very beginning after buying the oven. I had complained of the same issue earlier this year and one of their representatives had fixed one gas knob. This time another one had malfunctioned. This is a serious matter of concern and can cause serious accident anytime with severe gas leak. I had complained of the issue on 17th dec 2017 (Complaint number ghaz2835651) and no one from their service center turned up for nearly 2 days. We had stalled cooking for 2 days and were forced to buy food from outside due to negligence from their end. I am completely sure that this is a defective piece from and had complained to ttk prestige for a replacement of the same. One of their representatives (From ghaziabad) called me and told that the product could not be replaced under any circumstance with knob replacement as the only option available. I had insisted many times that the usage of this device is risky but they were adamant on the temporary fixing of the knob rather than permanently resolving the issue. I have elder family members at home and pregnant wife and usage of this device is not safe at all. I had earlier used a gas oven for 5 years and had never faced such issue. This is a defective gas oven and i want a replacement of the same in order to ensure safe cooking in my house.

                              I had bought prestige deluxe+ (4.4 litre) pressure cooker (Model code no.20140) in the year 2014 at lal chowk, srinagar. Its lid handle got broken but the service centre of ttk prestige do not provide the required lid handle. Though i am ready to bear the cost of lid handle as i had lost bill/guarantee card during devastating floods in srinagar kashmir but the service centre of ttk prestige is playing delay tactics since october 2017. I also approached the authorized dealer of said company at hari singh high street, srinagar but in vain. Without the lid handle the pressure cooker, i bought is useless.

                              Kindly direct the concerned company to provide me required product against its cost which shall be borne by me.

                              Please not buy to prestige metarial sarvice is very poor

                                I have raised a complaint (Bng 2829573 bangalore area) on friday[protected] that my "prestige hobtop glass manual gas stove" start leaking the gas from the hub and it is a very dangerous gas can anytime blow with big light.in the 3 burners, one starts leaking gas anytime and fired any time in mid of cooking.
                                I have called much time to customer care but they are not helping me just saying technician will call you in few minute till friday, but i haven't got any call from them. Every 2-3 hours i was called customer care and every time they are saying the same things. They are not taking it as a very serious problem and just avoiding the concerns. Even my stove is under warranty, still, they are not taking it. I have also raised the complaint about consumer forums. How prestige provides service to customers with a serious problem.

                                  I am having a glass top cooking gas and is under warranty. Two burners are not working properly and had contacted customer care more than 04 times and kottayam local support office many time apart from on line complaint for 3 times. It is very unfortunate and unethical on the part of company as they are not standing upto customer satisfaction even after regular complaint for last 5 days. They only give assurance and not acting on it.

                                    The product is giving so much troubles from the day it has been purchased, submitted it thrice in the service centre, they do some repairs and give it back. After every 15-20 days, there is some issue with the product. Now todat, it has started showing e3 error out of the blue. Why can't they provide a new product package instead of this if this product piece is a faulty one.

                                    Seriously fed up of this prestige product.

                                      I, sumita haldar, lodged a complaint on 4th dec 2017 for the leaking gas burner of my prestige gas marvel gtm 02 model to the call center no. But they didnt provide me any docket or complaint no. But took my details and assured that the service would be given in the next 24 hours.

                                      In the wake of no one coming yesterday till about 3 pm although a representative with the following ph no :[protected] called me at 9.15 pm and enquired whether i had lodged a complaint and then asked my area and mentioned that the complaint has wrongly gone to him as he does not look into the saltlake area.

                                      I again made it a point to lodge a 2nd complaint at 3 pm on 5th dec 2017 and again a 3rd one today morning ie 6th dec at 10 am complaint no:kol2805602. Both the times no complaint no. Is provided though.

                                      But after 3 complaints no one came till now so i lodged a 4th complaint one line with the following details :complaint no

                                      I would appreciate if your esteemed company would come to our rescue with the best of customer service efforts and the issue is resolved.

                                      I am however taken aback by the fact that in spite o[censored]rgency repeated many times in all the complaints it has not technically taken the said persons as an issue which needs to be immediately resolved.

                                        We bought the top glass 4 burner gas stove 4 years back, till 3 years its functioning was good but in the 4th yr there is a problem in the fame of the burner. We contacted the service center thus a person attended the service in our home and checked the gas stove and said that there is a repair in the burner n it has to be replaced. He has taken a service charge of rs.250/-. He checked it on 28th july till now means december there is no service. They didn't even called us and even the service center in our town i. E., kakinada is very inefficient. The workers are not at all paying attention towards customers problems. Moreover if there is any repair in the parts of any products then those are not even available after so much of searching too.
