Hi, i bought a tvs jupiter 125 disc from indian motors bellandur bangalore..I saw very bad review about this dealer in google after purchasing vehicle that is why i check my all purchasing details. I found some mistakes attaching all documents below
number 1 ;they gave quotation of my vehicle on the road 114879
after purchase i check my loan amount was 91949-
90000 loan +1949 (some processing charge
that means 90000 loan +30000 downpayment=1 lakh 20000 rs
deference-5121 rupees
number 2-insure quoted 6550 rs-
they reduce my vehicle idv 1 lakh to 89000 and insure amount is 5917 -difference 633 rs
i asked to sales man why its like this -suddenly he took new road side assistance insurance instantly that cost 240 -
after that also 400 rs difference
i asked him after found this problem he giving wrong information like that is processing charge and hipothication note:hipothication charge already paid in rto charge thats mentioned in rto slip attaching below
im going to legal action against indian motors tvs

    I have book TVS Iqube on 25 september 2021 as order no IQ[protected] and paid booking amount Rs 5000.
    I have received TVS iqube email regarding hike in price of TVS Iqube. Due to hike in vehicle price it's beyond my financial budget.
    So that, I have requested by email on 8 August 2022 to TVS iqube for cancellation of my booking order and refund my money
    I have send many time email but no response from TVS iqube.
    I have visited TVS authorized dear personally many times but they have neither given me proper response nor any date when i will get my booking amount in my account.
    It is a really pathetic experience I faced in my life.

      One week back we purchased a bike TVS Raider from Rhythm TVS(TVS showroom in Laxmi Chowk, Pune, Maharashtra). After 3-4 days ride we got a problem with its gear plate and left indicator. Still the bike is at showroom with its engine open since past 4 days. They provided us a defective piece and denying to replace it. We request you to take a strict action against the Rhythm TVS.

        I have purchased my iqube on November 2021, i recently met with an accident in December 2022 and i have given the vehicle in Bangalore dealership named THE BHARATH AUTOMOBILES which is the authorized service center for tvs bikes and mopeds, i was told that the chassis need to be changed and other damaged parts will be covered in insurance. its been 2months and despite the continuous follow ups with the dealerships every week, they are telling the chassis is getting delayed, still the chassis is yet to receive. This is unacceptable.

          I purchased TVS Apache RTR 160 4v Special Edition on 14- Dec -2022. After few days of purchase I noticed on my rear mudguard there was a sticker of "OK tested" I removed the sticker and saw scratches and cracks. So immediately went to showroom(Sai Baba TVS wakad) and showed them the same to sales person and manager. But they just acknowledged and no action or replacement till now. Its almost more than 1 month now. I want immediate replacement of this. Its clearly TVS is fooling Customers with damaged materials and hiding it behind the stickers.

            We have bought TVS scooter in April 2022 and ever since we are facing the issues of self-start kick. we have to kick all the time when we need to start it and that kicking too doesn't work. It is now getting worse as the ladies of the house can't kick it . we need to resolve the issue ASAP or want to return this garbage.

              My name is Vijayaraj and I am a resident of salem
              I am writing this letter in reference to the bike that I bought from your company on 10th June 2022 having bike registration number TN30CW1766, model Radeon black and manufacturing month 05/2022 bearing chassis number is MD625BK22N1E01860. Respected, I got the bike serviced on January 24 th 2022 from 2nd Gate, Junction Main Rd, Subramania Nagar, Salem, Tamil Nadu 636005 and I am writing this letter to bring into your kind consideration the issues I have faced. The 1.Engine noise when 1st service completed then engine noise create and still now not clear 2.Gear shifting issue 3.Thierd time Engine oil leakage 4.Automatic stop in running time 5.Automatic Race in neutral time when I stop and Start the two wheeler ( The problem started after I completed the FIRST SERVICE still now continued above that problem ) which was not expected from the vehicle after serviced.
              Am facing lot of problems in this two wheeler last 6 MONTHS so I REQUEST YOU TO EXCHANGE ME A NEW TWO WHEELER

                Good Morning Sir/Madam,
                I purchased Bike 11/08/2022 now i went to give General service they told some parts need to change as previously I went and said issue in sidestand but that time they told we don't have this part right now can you come after sometime or we will update you sir they told like this still i didn't any call this thing happening since last 3 months now they are telling some parts and not covered in warranty if you know warranty things you can refer owner manual when went check there we don't have what are things will cover in warranty we have only which things will not cover warranty even single didn't mention will come in warranty they mention all parts of bike will come in non warranty section please do the needful peoples are paying emi and struggling to get bike but this company doing like this.

                      February 2022 I purchased a new tvs raider on harur amman tvs show room. One year completed now I found more parts rusted. As per Show room manager information, vehicle engine only 5 years warranty, rusting problem can't claim. Find my attachment of sample rusted photos. I need solution from TVS company, otherwise I will register complaint to consumer court against TVS company.

                              TVS jupiter 125 worst experience ever.

                              I had booked an TVS Jupiter 125 top varient on by paying full cash to (Sales, TVS authorised showroom 'TVS MOTORS, 81/2, Begur Rd, Maruthi Layout, Mico Layout, Hongasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076')

                              I got the vehicle on Morning 10 am, but the registration was pending which was completed on, On when I started the vehicle for the first time in morning again the ISG malfunction light is on and the intelligent stop and go feature doesn't work when the ISG light is on, when i visited and contacted the TVS showroom person Mr Vijay he said it's nothing to worry about, it will automatically turn off after 3-4 kms riding, I told him in the Vehicle manual it is written if the ISG malfunction light shows up we should immediately get it checked with Authorised Service Center, I insisted him to get it checked with the service center, Later together we visited the service center and Mr.Vijay showed the vehicle to the service engineer who then rose the throttle to max capacity 2-3 times and after that the light went off, then they handed over the vehicle to me saying it's nothing it will go away. I believed the same and came back to my house the next day . when i started my vehicle the same issue was there so i contact Deva motors Manager and informed them about the issue they registered the complaint me to wait for the service call, later that same day from Mr.Vijay called me up and enquired about the same and he Came to my place and took my vehicle to service center the next day .came back saying they have updated the firmware and the issue is solved but to my surprise on the same day evening i got the same issue of ISG malfunction light Problem

                              I am fed-up with this malfunctioning vehicle. I hereby request the TVS company to either replace my vehicle with a new working one or refund my money back immediately.

                              Else i will be taking up this matter in the court, for cheating me by delivering a malfunctioning vehicle by TVS company.

                                I have bought Apache RTR 160 4V in 2019.Usually a new purchased may not trouble in early stages but my bike after completing just a year it started giving troubles related to engine and it's mechanical parts.My engine piston and other parts were replaced as the bike engine is been in 5 years warranty The authorized TVS service centre helped to claim the engine and it's related parts which were then replaced.The bike after running for next 6 months.It again gave me a engine related trouble.The trouble of the head in the engine.There was continuous disturbing sound from the head.I had done AMC in the same authorized service centre from where I had bought the bike.So even after regular maintenance and paying extra bills due to continuous leakages of oil from the head engines my trouble were again rising up.The service centre occupies my bike for weeks and sometimes months to repair and restore the engine.But to my experience my bike haven't got perfectly restore to original condition.In two years twice my bike went into opening engines and parts were replaced.So even after spending Rs.1.20lac money my bike didn't serve me well.Now again in the second year of bike, troubles related to battery came.I changed bought new battery from the service itself.After serving 2 years with twice engine opening, there comes another 3rd year when my bike heated up too much and there was continuous leakages of oil.Even i take regular AMCs and services then also the trouble came.The service centre technicians does what I informed.Well i am not a mechanic.The technicians should examine the bike as a whole in AMCs.But they don't.They just does a regular oil change(charged everytime) and regular greasing to brakes and chain lever.Apart from this they does not look the bike as a whole.In the third year again my bike had engine as well as starting trouble issues I don't know due to battery getting 1 year old or what.In the third year issue i have indicated the battery and starting related issues to service centre almost twice, 1st time they charged the battery and gave me.The bike after running for 1 day again gave me starting trouble.No cell and starting with kicks too.Somehow I managed to get back to service centre and issued the problem there The service centre again charg r the battery and gave me back my bike.Yet the problem is not resolved It now third time I didn't managed to get my bike to the service centre so I informed service centre to give one pick up and drop service. So this issue is still not resolved.Looking to this matter and conditions it feels like it is matter that one should have a donkey as a ride rather a Apache bike.TVS being a reputed company yet my experience till now is worst.Just 3 years and my bike is more in service centre than rided by me.Therefore looking to this, it can be said the company has allotted me a faulty piece of bike.Therefore, I hereby wanted to claim the replacement of totally new engine.
                                I hope the company considers my request kindly and do take necessary actions.

                                  We invest more and more money to repair our tvs ntorq even it getting more and more problems. The showroom also charge more amount by repairing and that next day the same problem was repeated the company and bike was so worst and charge extra money by solving the problem of that day only. Very worst company and worse model the service also not good. Please check the main problem in the bike and try to slove and also please don't repeat the problem. This is my sincere request to the tvs company.
