I have bought Apache RTR 160 4V in 2019.Usually a new purchased may not trouble in early stages but my bike after completing just a year it started giving troubles related to engine and it's mechanical parts.My engine piston and other parts were replaced as the bike engine is been in 5 years warranty The authorized TVS service centre helped to claim the engine and it's related parts which were then replaced.The bike after running for next 6 months.It again gave me a engine related trouble.The trouble of the head in the engine.There was continuous disturbing sound from the head.I had done AMC in the same authorized service centre from where I had bought the bike.So even after regular maintenance and paying extra bills due to continuous leakages of oil from the head engines my trouble were again rising up.The service centre occupies my bike for weeks and sometimes months to repair and restore the engine.But to my experience my bike haven't got perfectly restore to original condition.In two years twice my bike went into opening engines and parts were replaced.So even after spending Rs.1.20lac money my bike didn't serve me well.Now again in the second year of bike, troubles related to battery came.I changed bought new battery from the service itself.After serving 2 years with twice engine opening, there comes another 3rd year when my bike heated up too much and there was continuous leakages of oil.Even i take regular AMCs and services then also the trouble came.The service centre technicians does what I informed.Well i am not a mechanic.The technicians should examine the bike as a whole in AMCs.But they don't.They just does a regular oil change(charged everytime) and regular greasing to brakes and chain lever.Apart from this they does not look the bike as a whole.In the third year again my bike had engine as well as starting trouble issues I don't know due to battery getting 1 year old or what.In the third year issue i have indicated the battery and starting related issues to service centre almost twice, 1st time they charged the battery and gave me.The bike after running for 1 day again gave me starting trouble.No cell and starting with kicks too.Somehow I managed to get back to service centre and issued the problem there The service centre again charg r the battery and gave me back my bike.Yet the problem is not resolved It now third time I didn't managed to get my bike to the service centre so I informed service centre to give one pick up and drop service. So this issue is still not resolved.Looking to this matter and conditions it feels like it is matter that one should have a donkey as a ride rather a Apache bike.TVS being a reputed company yet my experience till now is worst.Just 3 years and my bike is more in service centre than rided by me.Therefore looking to this, it can be said the company has allotted me a faulty piece of bike.Therefore, I hereby wanted to claim the replacement of totally new engine.
I hope the company considers my request kindly and do take necessary actions.

    We invest more and more money to repair our tvs ntorq even it getting more and more problems. The showroom also charge more amount by repairing and that next day the same problem was repeated the company and bike was so worst and charge extra money by solving the problem of that day only. Very worst company and worse model the service also not good. Please check the main problem in the bike and try to slove and also please don't repeat the problem. This is my sincere request to the tvs company.

      I bought this vehicle in January last year nd in November its rear wheel got stuck I went to service station they told it's gearbox is jammed it's ol parts got changed nd i paid for it nd now in January im facing the same problem again

            There is a guy named Saran and keeps on torturing with phone calls if even response is given. Unethical behaviour of the agent just because of non payment for 1 month.

              I bought TVS scooty Pep+ from Walter TVS showroom, Velachery, Chennai on June 10 2022.While on moving and slowing down the accelerator, the vehicle gets off ... inspite of so many attempts made by your senior team to resolve the issue, the issue still keeps on continuing... Withi this 6 months of period, I believe the vehicle came for service for more than 10 times... That too with a new vehicle..So I want the vehicle to be replaced with new vehicle ..As the vehicle was purchased just 6 months ago, I don't want to use the one which is frequently coming and going to your service station...That itself shows that there is a big major issue that couldn't solve by your team...Since it's in warranty period, I want replacement .

                1. In early morning Scooty will not start properly
                2. Showing Engine Sign on screen long time
                3. Handle very tight
                4. Key on off very tight
                5. Silencer sound problem

                I had my Scooty service done on 24/11/2022, I had told all the problems I had, but they did not fix even a single problem, the rest have made it bigger.
                I told this information to the workers there on Monday 26/12/2022. I said that I don't have time: You get the pickup done. So they said next day will pick it up (27/12/2022). And he had said that whatever problems have.

                and i did. but the reply came from there 29/12/2022 he said get scooty to Service Center for happen problems. I have also completed the payment, my problem is also not solved, how can I believe in TVS Service Center.
                Does the service center provide this service?
                Even after telling the problems, if these people are not listening, they just take money from us, then what kind of service they are providing.
                If we want such 3rd class service, then why don't we get the service done from outside?
                I hope you will take action as soon as possible after listening to my problem.

                  I have bought tvs ntorq on 2020. The showroom owner said after the loan you will get the smart card through post. But still i have not received it. 3 months passed cleared my loan. Please help or else i have to take the legal action i don't have any other choice.

                      Sir/ma'am, my name is Dipak Chakraborty. I brought a XL100 HD BS-VI on 18/09/2021. But after some months my bike is creating many problems such like it stops on the road when is running or doesn't start when trying to start. I have complained on the showroom from where I have brought this bike, they changed the battery of the bike, and I have completed my servicing also, but though it is creating the same problems. I cannot understand how a newly brought XL100 can create such like problems.

But, after 2 months this vehicle not working properly, maximum times it stops suddenly when running in the road, or it doesn't start .                           I have purchased the Ntorq scooty from Kukatpally Tvs show room.

                          It is just 3 years old and from starting onwards the digital meter problem is there and I already complained about it on my first and 2nd service but of no use, now the display is not working at all, I have given my scooty for service at Ashok Nagar service centre and they told that total display body is not working and it should be replaced with the new one, but from starting on wards I am complaining but TVS is not serious on the reported problem and at last total body got damaged. I want to TVS to replace my display asap.

                            We booked a general service on 21/12/22 through GO BUMPER(my tvs)My booking id is 2562039. They came to my house and picked my vehicle. After reached the work shop they called me and explained about the problems of vehicle. Next day they told the bill of 2000/-only they changed the below things
                            1- Engine oil
                            2-Filter
                            3- Exalarater wire
                            4- switch of houren
                            5- switch of signal lights
                            6- switch of head light
                            After that they submitted the vehicle and collected the amount of 2000/-(With out bill).Supervisor told tomorrow i will send through What’sup app.
                            At the time of handover they told exter buzzer coil also we changed and collected the money
                            Then i have doubts and went to another garage and open everything what they changed.He( Mechanic)told you cheated with them because they didn’t change any filters and they changed your battery also.And he told buzzer also not changed.Then I called your supervisor and asked he excuse and sent your mechanic and changed the buzzer
                            I want to know
                            1- what about my bill(still know they didn’t provide)& didn’t lift my phone also.
                            2- Where's my battery
                            3- why the bill is 2000/-(Bill details)
                            So many customers told me like this Vijayawada-Bhavanipuram supervisor and team do like this with every customer
                            Hence i request you to enquiry every thing and take a necessary action.

                                This is Soumya Banerjee, a proud owner of Jupiter Disc LE Million Edition(Registration No# WB58AK4557, Frame No#MD626BG48G1G25483, purchased July 2016.
                                I have done regular servicing through the last six years through 'Berhampore TVS Motorcycle, Jalangi Road, Kesabnagar, Cossimbazar Raj, Berhampore Murshidabad -742101'.
                                Last servicing was done on 12th December 2022.

                                I have complain about the service provided and TVS spare parts. This said lock was replaced last year on 20th December and Loose connection was there since that time, I had many times mentioned this during the service and they told all fine and now its fixed..but it was never fixed..every time I put the key to start I had to adjust the key manually and then it works...When I wen to the service center Today Service personnel informed me that the Lock set needs to be replaced. I'm shocked about the quality and durability of the space parts manufactured by the Indian's most renowned automobile brand.Further to that they mentioned there is not warranty for the spare parts and its the service center who provided 3 months warranty by themselves for the goodwill but not the company.
                                This not acceptable, purchasing a parts with nearly Rs.1000 and had to again replace within a year.

                                I would request you to please look-into this urgently and do the needful.

                                      I would like to bring it to your attention that I bought a TVS NTORQ vehicle on 22/11/2021.

                                      Upon waiting for more than a year and several reminders to the dealer UNION ENTERPRISES Thangal Bazar, Khuyathong road Imphal, I received an application no. That it has been sent to the state transport department on 17th Nov. 2022.

                                      I have not received any information since then from the transport office not from the dealer.

                                      Kindly look into the matter as according to Police a challan will be issued if not registered within 3 montha of purchase
