R/sir,

We have purchase TVS Apache RTR 160 4V bike from bahadurgarh (Haryana) Rathi Motors delhi road metro Pillar no. 808 bahadurgarh - 124507 (jhajjar), at that time i worked that place. But now i move to punjab bathinda. Now I transfer bike in punjab and dept issue me punjab number. I contact your bathinda dealer for Re Issue Number Plate on date 20.11.2024 and make necessary formalities with payment rs.500/- vide receipt no.757 dt 20.11.24 they ask me for wait 1 week. After a week i contact again your dealer then he ask for broken old number plate i provide them but till date no response. I face difficulties to run bike on road without Number Plate and RC because deptt issue RC after receiving number plates you are requested to please solve the matter your bathinda dealer address as under: SR TVS (a unit of Balaji Fun Resorts Pvt.           Respected sir
          On 7th October this month I received order no. 43565 containing three items ( ordered via TVS ANDROID APP ), of which one item, ie, TVS gloves (m) size is not fitting, so that I opted for L size on the same day, that is 7th October this month.
          However, no initiation is taken by the company to exchange the item. Only it's showing "pending approval ".
          When contacted customer care, they redirected me to here and there, confusing me
          A screenshot is provided to u for your kind perusal.
          Plse take fast action, as the company states, the exchange can be done before 15th October.

            My scooter(TVS Ntrq 125) was experiencing acceleration difficulties (feeling sluggish and straining the engine) and emitting a strange noise from the exhaust while turned on.

            I visited the service center and reported these issues:

            1. Difficulty accelerating
            2. Increased vibrations while driving
            3. Noise from the exhaust at low speeds
            They acknowledged the problems and assured me they would be resolved. I dropped off my scooter at 10:40-11:00 AM and picked it up at 6:45-7:00 PM.

            They informed me that the servicing had been rushed and advised me to check if the issues were resolved. Upon testing, I found that only the acceleration problem had been addressed. The invoice for Rs. 4700 included a belt, brake, and other parts. My actual issue was different, and they replaced unnecessary items, charging me unnecessarily.The washing was also not done properly.

            After informing them of the persisting issues, they asked me to bring the scooter back the next day for further inspection.

            Date: 11/09/2024

            I returned at 10:30 AM, and they promised to check the scooter. After receiving no updates, I called them and was asked to come. They informed me that they had tightened something but the issue remained unresolved. They mentioned a chain component that needed to be replaced or tightened but was currently unavailable. They would contact me when the part arrived, and there would be an additional charge.

            I also reviewed my previous service invoice from May 2024 and noticed that one of the part(Not the above chain) typically replaced annually had been replaced again within 3-4 months in this servicing. I pointed this out, and they attributed it to a staff absence and promised to investigate further.

            Upon returning home, I discovered that the scooter now had both vibration and acceleration problems. None of my original issues had been resolved, and I was charged Rs. 4785. It seems they replaced random parts to address the problems, which is unacceptable. Charging such a significant amount without resolving the underlying issues is unsatisfactory.

            I have attached the invoice from my servicing.

              We have brought TVS Zest 110cc purple color. in two free service done and in 3rd service they done but they charged labor fee its free until 4th service. i did not noticed bill details in service center. after reached home then i checked bill and i knew it.after they called me for about service feedback i said this issue but they told me we not taken the charges. i mentioned bill ammount and labour fee details they not give proper reason. i really dont know they did my scooty serviced or not (like oil replacement..filter). i need action about this issue. and refund.

              every service we have the Check list and points what to do and check . so this is really they done? i dont know. only washing the Scooty and polishing, brake tightness... i need genuine service.

                  Hello my name is yogesh ashiyani nice to meet you. 1 month ago i have problem in my tvs iqs after that i go to jamnagar service centre. He said battery problem my vehicle only 10000 km run. Service centre said we give your scooter in 15-20 days but today is 30 days go. Many time i contact coustomer care but don't answer me. Today's is 1 month go but no response in service centre. Pls help me for that i have give you my compialt number please note your reference number tvs_gr_[protected]. Please mention the same in further. After that i contact ravi shrma sir for more information he is telling me wait 7 days but not responding my call i give his contact number +[protected].                     I am owning the TVS victor 2017 model bike and I have taken the 5 years TVS bike warranty. Engine noise issue came very first on 2017 December which was just 6 months of purchased and it will keep coming every year. I asked TVS team to give me permanent solution because if warranty over i have to bear the huge cost of engine. But they haven't provided me any permanent solution. Now same issue came again and asking to pay 17000/- INR Approx amount. They are not accepting that the engine is faulty and when i asking them the solution now. They are not responding me properly whole TVS team.

                      TVS XL 100 Engine issue in 5 Years. Product was completely maintained only with authorised delear even though, it is having an major issue.
                      Now, the concern is to understand the quality of service provided by the dealer or product quality.

                        I purchased the TVS iQube S version in December 2022 and was offered an advanced subscription plan with features such as theft monitoring, geo-fencing, charging stations, and navigation. However, after the yearly subscription expired, I encountered difficulties when trying to renew the advanced plan. Despite numerous attempts to pay for the subscription plan using my iOS device (Apple), the company has not provided a satisfactory response.

                        I recently raised a complaint regarding this issue, and the company is now claiming that my subscription plan is activated and working fine on Android devices, which is not the case. When I bought the bike, I was assured that everything would be taken care of, but now, after one year, I am unable to access any of the premium services that were promised at the time of purchase.

                        I demand a prompt and effective resolution from the company regarding the subscription plan issue.

                          Moreover, I made the necessary deposit to the bank as per the loan's instructions, expecting a seamless process. However, the delay in receiving the RC and insurance papers has caused undue inconvenience and uncertainty regarding the legality of my vehicle's operation.

                          I implore your urgent intervention in resolving this matter and ensuring the expeditious issuance of the RC and insurance papers. Furthermore, I request transparency regarding the status of my documents and a clear timeline for their delivery.

                              Iam Vasi Ananda Rao Given My TVS scooty pep+ No. MH49AB0607 to Unity Motor works LLP, Vinukonda, on 10/02/2024, 4 PM, The Manager promised to give bike by 7 pm same day. There after I used to go daily for vehicle delivery. They keep on postpone my vehicle delivery one delivered on 19/02/2024.
                              1. I have suffered a lot revolving to TVS showroom, they have waste my time.
                              2. As my wife uses the Scotty to drop and pickup children, health checkups ups, she suffered a lot.
                              3. I was shocked while paying the bill of Rs.5, 477/-. Without my consent they have installed bike spare parts 17 spare parts. The bike is 9 years old, i would not preferred this amount if they given estimation to me, i rather sell the bike and taken new one.
                              4. The bike stats making noise which is not there before servicing,
                              5. After bill payment bike delivery delayed stating keys are not found for half an hour
                              I understand Unity Motors works LLP made fraud of Rs.5, 477, they have cheated me and wasted my valuable time and money.

                                I am writing to address a deeply concerning issue regarding the recent purchase of a vehicle from your dealership.

                                On [29th February 2024] I booked a vehicle paying 50, 000/- down payment, I visited your dealership [Litra TVS] to take delivery of a new [TVS Jupiter 125 Disc - 2024 Model]. To my dismay, upon inspection, I discovered significant damage to the vehicle, including deep dents on the rear body part and a dent on the left side panel and rusted nuts and bolts. These damages were brought to the attention of your sales representative on [6th March 2024], who assured me that the necessary repairs would be made promptly. Despite assurances that the parts would arrive by [11th March 2024], and the repairs would be completed by [12th March 2024], no resolution was provided by Suraj sales representative, leaving me without any response even after several follow-ups.

                                Upon my return to your dealership on [13th March 2024], I was disheartened to find that although the damaged parts were replaced, the vehicle still exhibited signs of damage. Despite informing the Manager, Parikshit, no satisfactory resolution was offered. This situation has not only caused me undue inconvenience but has also resulted in wasted time and expenses incurred in traveling to your showroom repeatedly.

                                As a customer who placed trust in your dealership, I expected to receive a vehicle in perfect condition and am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism demonstrated in handling this matter. Furthermore, the prolonged delay in resolving the issue has further exacerbated my dissatisfaction.

                                Given the circumstances, I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount paid for the vehicle. The level of service provided has fallen far short of my expectations, and I am unwilling to continue any further association with TVS.

                                Please understand that this situation has caused me significant mental distress, and I am compelled to escalate this matter on social media and file a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum if a satisfactory resolution is not reached promptly.

                                I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide a swift response. Your prompt action in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated. I wish to get my money refunded.

                                      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Lokesh TVS Medavakkam due to their consistent lack of response and prolonged delay in addressing my concerns.

                                      I submitted my vehicle for inspection on [11/Jan/2024], as advised by Mr. Hariharan from ICICI Lombard. However, despite repeated attempts to contact Mr. Elango at Lokesh TVS Medavakkam, there has been no response for the past 27 days.

                                      I have provided all necessary details and complied with their requests promptly. However, the lack of communication and prolonged delay are causing immense inconvenience.

                                      I kindly request your immediate intervention to address this matter. Specifically, I would appreciate your assistance in investigating the conduct of Mr. Elango, whose unresponsiveness has led to a breakdown in communication.

                                        My bike is Scooty Pep, 30days back i went to RVM Motors showroom New Washermenpet, they are repaired my bike 2 Months Back the same problem automatically switched off, bill was 4887 dated 20.11.2023, after that my bike creating same problems, and then i will handed over on 06.01.2024 i have already informed to owner of the showroom and tell i will come and ask the question to showroom people told wait i will give, wait i will give but stillnot no response from showroom and then raised a complaint on tvs about their response and informed to owner 3 times (25.01.23 and 30.01.23 and 06.02.2024, but owner told i will monitor this issue i will clear told but still not clear my problem can you please take action regarding this and asap please give me the vehicle TN03AE2361
