Fuel indicating sensor isn't displaying correctly. Even after a full tank, the indicator isn't displaying full units. Dealer didn't have the sensor and asked me to reach out again after a couple of days. Upon asking - Do I need to pay anything extra for the default piece - dealer didn't give the exact answer and neither gave me anything in writing that the sensor installation is due.

      I had booked TVS Ntorq 125 Race edition from one of your dealership "TVS - PRN Motors LLP". Address : No 108, opposite Aadarsha Theatre, Halasuru, Hoysala Nagar, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008.

      Bike was delivered and the very first day I started hearing a knocking sound from the kicker while riding and then I had to take the bike to get it checked and the service guy changed some washer and still I could hear the sound again, he told me he will replace the kicker panel and for that it will take time so he asked me to call him after a week so he will change the panel as its very common in most of the Ntorq now, and after following up for a month he asked me to bring my bike on the 6th May 2023 and he told the work would take approx 30-60min but after 3hrs the work was not completed and he asked me to check but still the sound appear a lot more than before and he asked me to give the bike for a day so he will fix as there are more bikes on that day and he will have to work on other bikes as the man power is low and hardly there are only 4-5 mechanics who work there and manager of the service does not come to work at all.
      today being 11th May 2023, the bike is still in the service station, problem is not fixed, he wants me to use the bike with the sound for 10 more days as the problem is with the gear box and he will have to order it and then check if the problem solves.

        I'm complaining about TVS Scooty Pep plus BS6

        I am facing starting problem and blocking issues with my TVS Scooty Pep plus BS6 Model within 10 days of my purchase from[protected] at Kesaar Motors, Pammal, Chennai - 600075. I have to put lot of efforts in starting my bike and inbetween i got into trouble because of its blocking issues. I am very much frustrated with this, as it is causing lots of trouble, by stopping in the middle of the road. I had parked my bike in some random location...

        My name Palani. I have buy a new vehicle from Nellai motor Tirunelveli On 28-05-22. Vehicle no.TN 96F 3740. I have faced battery problem with many times but they did not fixed any issue. They did not give any response to the battery problem. One of the worst service. Completely Unsatisfied. The showroom battery response staff is leave ten days. so now i did not ride my moped without battery. Kindly fix the problem

            My Scooty Pep+ is being serviced at One TVS Service Center Pillar 140 Attapur Hyderabad Telangana. The Vehicle is insured by United India Insurance Company. Its claim for reimbursement for Service has been approved by Insurance company. However, the TVS service center is refusing to accept Cashless Reimbursement payment directly from Insurance company to the Service center. Instead, despite requesting the service center number of times, The service center is forcing me to make the bill payment first and then get it reimbursed from the Insurance company and refusing to provide cashless reimbursement facility to me. Please help me in getting the Cashless Reimbursement approved by the service centre

              I purchased TVS Jupiter in 2019 since then every now and then rear tyre was having issue with air but no-one till 02 may 2023 told me that it was having manufacturing defect and now when it came to notice I visited TVS showroom and TVS tyre distributor for resolution but they also refused to replace the tyre and told that tyre will be replace with depreciation but my complaint is what if a person due to company negligence might have lost his life, everyone working in tyre shops knew that TVS tyre is having AIR gap issue but company is not bothered moreover I have to pay my hard earned money to cover up for company negligence. I will raise this issue until proper resolution is provided by the company

                    I received my tvs iqube vehicle on 10 March 2023 and it's gonna be 1.5 months and I have not recived my registration number... every time I call the showroom person he gives fake promises stating this week and the the detail invoice is not yet received, I paid 130300 rs and I recived acknowledgement for only 108000 only. PNR TVS showroom Kalyan nagar.

                      I had purchased a TVS Jupiter 125 CC Scooty on 14/12/2022 by taking vehicle loan from Bank. Bank gave me sanction letter and asked for tax invoice from Showroom via mail. But TVS Showroom didn't mailed them Tax Invoice till now.
                      On asking they are always giving excuses. Please treat the matter as urgent and do the needful.

                        To whomsoever it may concern,

                        This is to inform you that I gave my bike to TVS service center Date: 17/4/2023 in branch TRIJAL MOTORS, Near HopeFarm junction. Bangalore 560066
                        VehicleNo: KA53V4386
                        Mechanic:MULChandra
                        JC:16190

                        The following are the complaints I have informed the technician to check before handing over the bike:
                        1.Sound variation
                        2.Clutch
                        3.Engine pulling one side

                        They delivered the bike to me on Date:18/4/2023 at Time: 13:13

                        They also informed me that all the complaints have been checked and the bike is perfect now without any issues.
                        When I drove the bike back to home from the service center I found that none of the complaints were addressed and the tone of the bike had been completely changed along with smoke started emitting like anything which was not there before.

                        This is a very poor and ridiculous service which has never happened to me before.
                        When I called them and enquired or left the bike back to the service center they told me that engine work has to be to sort other issues, which they should have informed me before, rather than informing me after delivering the bike.

                        I had to take leave for a day to get my bike serviced. But the condition of the bike is too bad now after the service.
                        This was just a waste of time for me to fight with the technician who was very rude.

                        I still have the below issues:
                        1 Sound remains same.
                        2 Smoke emitting started very badly which was not there earlier.

                        Note: The service people has not even bothered to share anything until delivering the vehicle where they created other issues than the one I left for. Finally trying to blame as change the vehicle where vehicle has just ran 59081 Kms only.

                        Can you iterate me if is this sort of Marketing by forcing us to change the vehicle or engineer without knowledge is handling the vehicle service.

                        I hope this email reaches the right person who can help me sort out the issues mentioned above.

                          I bought a TVS I QUBE S model e scooter from KMB TVS VADAVALLI Wide chasis No MD626AM17P1A12047 and Engine no AM1NNB002613 on 9th Feb 2023. Since day one I was getting alarm on the scooter and asked KMB TVS to look on the issues.In 2 month time line they took my scooter for twice and they tried to rectify the issues, but till date they haven't rectified and they are saying orally the alarm will not harm anything on the scooter.When I asked in writing about the same they are reluctant.
                          Which means the scooter has technically some issues Hence I sought your support to get resolve the issues.

                            I'm Shamini Mohan, got new Jupiter ZX on Jan 06, 2023 from Shri Mishri Motors TVS dealer, chennai . Only till first service upto 1200 km for 1 month, bike was running correctly, later bike was getting switched off automatically while on road running multiple times repeatedly. Took bike to service & initially said its failure of Ignition coil. After changing Ignition coil, again within two days again bike started to switch off repeatedly. Again service said, its due to failure of Throttle body & they changed the part. Again bike self startup is not working & within a day again bike switching off while running. again went to service & they said its due to failure of a sensor in a part & they changed it. for more than 1 month, bike is still with service & issue is not resolved. Today they again said even after changing the sensor its not working & they need to change the whole wiring in bike.
                            Is this a new bike or old bike????. We took the bike with full cash & still don't know whether we can ride it atleast for next 1 month. Who can answer this question. We need a clear explanation from TVS.
                            Hope TVS is manufacturing bike for Women & we do ride it in night even with our 1 year baby. I had very bad experience as I stood in night with my baby due to bike switching off in running in road. What guaranty or safety I have while riding TVS bike, if so many bike parts are failing within a 1200 kms .
                            Bike is still with Mishri Service & not sure whether bike issue will resolve or not.

                                I have booked a electric scooter on date 19/02/2023 and paid full amount 132487/- approx online on company portal. For detail I want to know you that I have already purchased a ola electric scooter on my name (Mahaveer luniya) with registered mobile number [protected], Now I want to purchase a electric scooter for my father from tvs motor model name tvs iqube s. When i booked it online then all payment is done from my father's bank account to tvs motors. But i used same my mobile number for this booking because I don't know that I have not claimed both subsidy fame-1 and fame-2 from same mobile number. And in company t&c their are not maintion any kind of knowledge regarding this rule.

                                So first i have generate a mail for change mobile & name from my to my father to tvs motor customer portal. but they did not helped me. after it I have request them to cancle my booking and refund my amount. But they are not answring me. in between I have called to customer care for many times.
                                I request you to that kindly help me regarding this issue.

                                  I had ordered REAR mud guard (plastic) for my TVS WEGO scooter more than 2 months back at local dealer at Chennai (Ramkay TVS, Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu). But they are saying its not available.
