I purchased scooty pep+ matte series BSVI On 22 .september. 2021 in SV TVS, AVINASHI-641654. Tamilnadu.
Engine number: AK1DM2405677.

Fake Invoice given by dealer

Respected Sir
I have recently bought TVS Jupiter ZX from your dealer at Gorakhpur, Dhairya TVS. They have charged extra Rs 1040.00 from me in the name of Mandatory Accessories, and Rs 500.00 in the name of extended warranty.
On saying that I don't want these, I m told that it is compulsary to take both from TVS.

My query is that if it is a compulsion to take accessories and extended warranty, then why it is provided...

Highly Unsatisfactory - Scooter service

I've purchased Jupiter ZX Intelligo on Apr 2, 22.

I've been facing problems with the service centers unsatisfactory service.

- they couldn't debug the problem, when they can't they try to convince the customer that the scooters behaviour is expected.

This happened twice
1. Initial days the milage the scooter was providing was very low. I had to escalate the issue through consumer complaints...

ISG malfunction

On delivery day itself I faced a lot of issue screws were under ceat they forgot to fit it after fitting the external crash guard which cost me 2100rs. Cancellation of Booking of TVS Iqube

TVS Apache RR 310

I own TVS Apache RR 310 and I bought it for the sole purpose of track riding but when I got him this Motorcycle it has some brake issues even after several times taking it to the dealership the same things persist till date and even caused an accident.
The motorcycle sometimes get fuel leak from tank, sometimes all the coolant gets leaked, sometimes the brakes goes off.
The motorcycle is full of defects still TVS doesn't care...

Received defective bike

Complaint regarding tvs auto rickshaw duramax bs6 cng

The new TVS duramax bs 6 cng auto rickshaw is not upto the customer satisfaction this vehicle is turning off in between when driving on roads.
