IQUBE Restart Error

      Even after the side approval of insurance, TVS Chaudhary Motors has not yet made parts available, daily give a new excuse, we faced a lot of problems, TVS services are the third class, which we experienced in so many days when we got a new date again after complaining to customer care, got it on October 27.

          Hi There, This has been less than two years we had purchased the XL100 and we have spent more than 40 thousand in the service, repair, change of parts as its not working. There are many problems with it and we are tied of doing services and repair. To me it looks like this vehicle is not built in proper quality and the authorized dealers are keep on extracting money without providing proper solutions to the problem. After spending 40K plus amount and trying to repair the XL100, the dealer finally said to me today that i need to sale this XL100 for 20K and need to buy another one as they cant reapir it.

          I have purchased the XL100 around 66K and spent 40K for Service and repair. I would like to file a case on TVS for such defective product and due to which i have continuous business loss. For the Business loss i would like to ask for 5Lakh Penalty and provide a new XL100.

            Walters TVS Velachery - Not delivering ordered bike for 21 days

            I have ordered TVS Jupiter 125 blue colour on September 4, 2023 and they said they will deliver it in max 10 days. But Its been 21 days (as of today) and whenever I follow up with the person I am asked to wait for another one week.               Hello Sir/Madam,

              I have poor service experience at TVS Shelar service center Bhelakenagar. I had asked to visit 5 times for simply replacement of TVS Jupiter Indicator by this service center. It's very frustrating to get simple part replacement. In addition to this in my last visit they initially confirmed indicator available in stock and opened front body to replace led indicator. Later they realised mentioned part not available in stock so asked to visit again after waiting more than 2 hours. This caused a lot of inconvenience and wastage of time for me. I request to take necessary action on this.

                I had registered a complaint on TVS Bangalore landline no [protected] on 07th Aug after that I waited for 2 weeks but still didn't received any call back so again I called back on same no I they arranged the call back from Area Manager Vaibhav Sir who informed workshop manager Mahesh to replaced my bike part but instead of replacing he reapired the part & making arguments with me & previously he said me that I have to pay 700 Rs Approx to change excellator wire which Mr.Vaibhav Instructed him to replace under FOC that time Mahesh said ok but after that he just done oiling for that part ..Mr. Mahesh & Other TVS Trivikram staff is very aarogent & making arguments.. There Prime moto is to take charges from customer same I had informed to Vaibhav on call same incident I had mailed on TVs mail I'd but there is no response on mail from last 8 - 9 days..

                  I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent servicing experience I had at your Service Centre (Sai Dynamic Autowheels, Nagpur-440015) for my TVS Jupiter. I believe it's important for you to be aware of the numerous issues I encountered during this process, as it has greatly tarnished my perception of your brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

                  1. Rude Behavior of Staff:
                  Firstly, I was shocked by the consistently rude and disrespectful behavior exhibited by your service center staff. Instead of providing the courteous and helpful service that I had expected, I was met with condescending attitudes and dismissive responses to my concerns.

                  2. Forcing to Include Extra Services:
                  During the servicing, I was pressured into agreeing to several additional services that were neither necessary nor relevant to the maintenance of my vehicle. This blatant attempt to upsell unnecessary services not only wasted my time but also left me feeling coerced and taken advantage of.

                  3. False Diagnosis of Battery:
                  I was informed that my vehicle's battery needed replacement, despite the fact that I had recently checked it and found it to be in perfectly normal working condition. This false diagnosis was not only an inconvenience but also made me question the competence and integrity of your service center's technical team.

                  4. Vehicle Returned in Worse Condition:
                  To my astonishment, when I received my vehicle after the servicing, it was in an even worse condition than before. The issues I had reported were not properly addressed, and I discovered new problems that were not present prior to the servicing. This negligence and lack of attention to detail were utterly unacceptable.

                  5. Pathetic Washing:
                  Furthermore, the washing of my vehicle was done in a subpar manner. The exterior was left dirty and streaky, and it was evident that minimal effort was put into ensuring the vehicle's cleanliness.

                  6. Extreme Delay:
                  Lastly, the extreme delay in returning my vehicle only added to my frustration. The promised turnaround time was not respected, and I was left without my vehicle for an unreasonably long period, causing significant inconvenience in my daily routine.

                  I am deeply disappointed by the overall experience I have had with your service center, and I believe that such poor service reflects poorly on your brand's reputation. I request that you take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. As a loyal customer, I expected much better treatment and service from TVS Motor.

                  I kindly request a prompt response to this complaint, outlining the steps you intend to take to address the concerns I have raised. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your service standards.

                    I faced a lot of trouble with this service center. They have lot of branches in various locations but they don't communicate each other, what's my problem exactly I gave my bike Tvs rider servicing at Karimnagar branch at that time I am very near to it, they raised an issue with my bike shock absorber. So I said go ahead and complete it, and they complete end of the day of their work session and call to me hand over the bike. And I take the bike and left the show room. In the meddle of my journey recognized that shock absorber oil leakage heaveier than before service. So I came to home because at that time service center was closed. And after tow days I went near adarsha service center Godhavarikhani afternoon because of huge crowd of vehicles they said tomorrow this situation repeated 3 day's. Finally I came morning session but they said we will check but you have to bare accessories cost because you done service at another branch. This is not fair and I discussed with them but they simple said you wisit that service center only if you get refund of accessories.
