I bought a tvs ntorq from TVS- SA Motors- Authorized main dealer. Before making the payment, they told me a date before which they will deliver the product. But after making the payment, i was not getting any response from them. When I called them after 4 days, they were giving me excuses like power was down. So will take more time. I asked them when they could exactly deliver it and they confirmed Saturday. But on Saturday when I called the service executive to ask about the time i need to come for delivery, she was not picking up my call. And when I kept on trying, another person attended the call and said she is busy with a customer and will call you back after that. I waited for hours and i didn't get any calls. When tried to contact the showroom, they were also not responding.I called her again and this time another lady picked up my call and she said like that lady is attending a meeting. I asked her at what time i should come to collect and she said registration is not yet completed, it won't be delivered today. I asked her why this is not informed from your end. Then she said they have meeting that's why. I felt really bad. I made a payment of 1 lakh+ and they are treating us in a really bad way. My brother called and asked for managers contact number and he called him. He said he would enquire and call back soon. But again, nothing happened. Since the executive was not responding, i texted her saying that i don't want that vehicle anymore, kindly pay back my money. Then she called me back and i asked why you people are responding like this. And she was saying lame excuses like i had meeting, power failure etc. I asked is ok if it's delayed, but you have the responsibility to inform customers no matter you are in the middle of meeting or power failure or anything. And while talking she ended up my call. I got frustrated.So i decided to raise an issue to tvs stating these. After 2 days the store manager contact me and enquired. He said he'll enquire about this and get back within an hour. Again nothing happened. Then i again contacted the showroom and they said they'll deliver the Vehicle on Monday or Tuesday. On Monday evening i contacted them again, at that time he said they can deliver it only on Wednesday. And the way he spoke was arrogant. And not in a professional way. Then when I contacted them on the mentioned delivery day, they were not at all picking up my call. And on the afternoon, they finally did and confirmed the time.
From this, I realised something that i will never suggest tvs to anyone and especially this showroom. It was a worst experience. I wasted my precious time for simply calling them. I'm not a happy customer. It's okay to get things delayed, if it's going in a proper way. The excuses they gave were not so trustworthy. Even if there are any delays or anything happening, informing the customer is the most important service. It should be transparent. And professionalism has to be maintained. Customers are more important than their meetings.
