I have bought tvs jupiter on feb 2017 at the time of service about 19788 km there was some clutch problem and in booklet there was a warranty of 24000 km but i have to pay for the component kindly sought out this why i have to pay the amount while it was in warranty and there was a poor service by authorised dealer ekam tvs panchkula

    I am a regular customer of TVS motor company... I have bought TVS STAR city plus (TN09 CJ9262) last year in my Son's name G.Raghul and recently i bought TVS XL 100 COMFORT on 10/02/2018 at RAMKAY Agencies, Velachery Main Road, Chennai-32. In the second purchase, i have been misguided by one of the sales woman Ms.Yamuna and gave me some false information regarding purchase through Paytm. I have been compelled to pay through paytm and as i have no paytm account, i have been asked to open an account and paid the amount. I have been informed that i will get Rs.2500/- cash back from paytm but i surprised the message from paytm that the cashback amount is Rs.0.. I have unnecessarily opened the account by paying Rs.500/- and also i lost the discount of Rs.500/- from the dealer.

But after i checked thoroughly the paytm site, i am able to realize that the cash back is only Rs.0. when i asked about this, she started dodging and refused to pick up my phone call and if at all picked, she used to say, i will check with my "Sir" and get back but she never called me back with any of the details. This creates mental agony and as i am very much a TVS customer (like to buy only TVS vehicles), I request the TVS firm to look into the matter and resolve the issue, please.

      I have purchased a scooty pep last year which had some damage on back handle bar. The dealer said they will replace it when i will be back to service. I have since gone for service almost 3 times and they always behave like they don't know the issue in first place.

      Last month the color of the vehicle has started wearing off for some reason. When asked in service they said to convey it to the salesman who sold you the vehicle. What is the relation of this issue with the saleman? Also when i recieve call from local or central call center to ask about the service rating, i tell them the issue and they always simply end my call saying "we can't take such complaints on call" what the hell that does that even mean?

      I own other indian brand vehicles like, tata and hero. And tvs service is not even 10 % compared to both of them. Worst experience : (

      I bought appacha ente 160 from naman motors kasaragod. On 05/06/2017. Now it's battery is weak, one cell is damaged but they are not willing to replace it. Warranty period is 1 year... This is the 11th month...

        Dear all

        I have purchased jupiter from gk motors pvt ltd your authorised service center at madhu vihar delhi on 18.03.2018. Before purchase the scooty was showing a reading of 100+kms. After inquiring from mr saurav (The manager of madhu vihar branch) he confirmed that it was due to some test drives and it is not a used vehicle. He further assured us that if you face any issue i am here to solve the same. On his assurance we had taken the delivery of jupiter.

        Within a week we started facing the problem like weird sound from engine and self start not working. On contacting mr saurav he told us that some vehicles do have this problem and the same will be resolved in first service.

        After our first service both the problems have not been resolved. We had contacted mrs neha at your authorised service center and she confirmed me that the problems will be taken care by higher technicians. I have visited the service center around 12-15 times in the past 2 months and the problem is still not resolved.

        I have talked with mr rakesh jha many times he is saying that your problem cannot be solved by us. Further i have talked with mr suraj (Tm) he is also not ready to resolve my problem. On every call they ask me to visit the center once again. How many times should i visit the service center 12 times or 20 times or 40 times or 100 times???

        I request the company to discontinue selling refurbished vehicle as the common men is investing their hard earned money.

        I am writing down this complain as i have invested my hard earned money and want this problem resolved.

        I have talked with customer care executive and they are saying saying that we will forward this concern to head office but this assurance has been given to me from last 3 days but i have not received a single call from head office. I have called four times and every executive is saying that we will re-forward this to head office. ​


        If my problem is not resolved i will be going socially and legally against this concern. You are making customers fool.

          I had purchased a suzuki access 125 on the 7th of september 2017 in the name of mohammed noumanuddin from malik motors tolichowki hyderabad.

          Since then i had not collected the gift that was worth upto 5000.

          At the time of delivery i was told that the lady incharge is not available and can be collected later. Since then i have been following up with the staff but still i did not get the gift.

          I had asked the the incharge many a time but everytime i was told that i am late the person had already left or the register is not available etc.

          At the time of my 1st service also i asked no response even few days back at the time of my vehicle 2nd service same thing.

          Now i am told that the offer is not available and i will not get it.

          I feel this is a very wrong thing. I want this to investigated and checked if this has been closed by any of the staff.

          Recently on my visit to the showroom i was told that the coupon was to be scratched and the gift was to sent to the mailing address on record with showroom but nothing came to my address.

          I would be very grateful if this can be looked on priority.

            I have bought jupiter from tvs manchanda mohali in october. Since i purhchase the same facing many of issue with jupiter.. I got services from manchanda tvs workshop which held near old ranbaxy factory mohali. After service.
            It's started miss the pickup and making disturbing sound. It's average got down to 40kmpl, the service executives/mechanics are also not taking this problem seriously.
            I went there 3 times for same problem. The worst service, and vehicle i ever purchased.

            I want my money back.. I am not interested to waste my money and time in petrol or at service station. If its not taken seriously then i am going to file a case on tvs company through court. My wife just escaped from accident

              Hi,

              I have got your tvs rtr200 4v byke. Since 1.5 year i am facing issue of lot of noise comming from chain spoket.

              I have went for servicing for 4 time for complaining this noise and i had got it but there is no improvement. They says there is need for changing chain spoket. All the time they used to say, "whenever it comes we will call you". Never received their call regarding this.

              Your service centre priyanka tvs panvel, mumbai unable to arrange spare part since 1 year. Whenever i asked for the supply of chain, they says it comes. But my question is if it comes then why don't they inform me as per commitment.

              Just because of all this my byke is standing with no use in parking. I am traveling in public vehicle and facing all the hassel. If i ride my byke and if something happens, who is responsible for the same tvs or service provider.

              I known tvs company and not concerned about whoever is service provider. This is my formal complain to tvs to solve my issue. As a company it's your duty to act responsible to your customer.

                I am tvs coustomer i have jupiter model purchase on 9.01.2018 from dynamic motors nagpur. I having face service issue from 1st servicing the serivce provide me dynamic motor in such unprofessional way they wash only my vehicle and handover me and give me use service book where 1st and 2nd service alleready use directly 3rd service cupon in book. Tvs is global brand i am not accept from such issue form tvs company. Now i have facing battery issue in my jupiter when ask for that to dynamic motor they answer me come tomorrow and the count down going on now they told me call customer care. This is totally harshment of coustomer please guide me to solve problem

                  I have purchased apache 200 4v on 28 sept 2017. From day 1
                  Bike does not start without choke and engine gives missing and bike stops anywhere and does not start. On my compain they replace its spark plug 2 time when problem not solved then they changed the head of engine they took around 40 days. Still bike is not start without choke and ifeel some missings also.
                  Kindly please look into the matter it threatens to my life as it stops anywhere in running condition.

                        my vehicle is RTR 200, and on 25th 2017 december i met with an accident and the maintanance will cost about 60000

                        first the showroom authorities said there is no need of GD entry for claiming the insurance charge they" have doing these type of cases daily" and after two weeks they calls me and told, they can't done it without G D entry and we have to pay the total amount .we tried for GD entry again then police said that it should be get i 4 days within the accident date and it's late This time i'm not there . now they were saying that they didn't said that "there is no need of GD entry" and they are shouting us and saying they can't do anything, . if you can pay the amount we will so the service

                              I purchased a jupiter classic on 13/5/2018 from sharda automobiles, begum bridge, opp cantt hospital, meerut. Dealer has not given essential accessory (Mobile charging usb cable and helmet) but charged money for it. Dealer also is harassing for registration formalities even after regularly telling him to do so (About 10 days).

                                I bought my cycle in 2017 september. I don't my rc documents. I got my registration no few days back. I don't know what is the problem with the bike.. Are they doing fraud with us. Because i didn't find it new as well. I am not satisfied with the it has to be. I assume something wrong is going.. But am not able to find out.                                   I am writing this letter to request a quote from your company for comprehensive insurance for my motor cycle.
                                  I am writam saha. I have bought a motor cycle, apache rtr 180 (Reg no-wb52ac2899), from tvs credit finance, which lone agreement no is k03054tw0061109. According to the contract motor cycle insurance benefit is 3 years. But for 2 years i have got the benefits. The expire date of 2nd year renewal is 15/05/2018.
                                  For the 3rd year renewal i have applied a notice to my nearest tvs centre but i have not get proper result from them.
                                  Company has inform to me by a mail that the request will be processed within 8/6/18 at 11:30 a. M for eligible cases and which is not satisfied by me, because i cannot use my bike for my important purpose.
                                  I will be highly obliged to you if you concern about my important problem.

                                    Hi this is prasad. I purchase a tvs jupiter classic in hanamkonda (Warangal)@adarsha tvs.
                                    My complaint is related to silencer which is broken in to 2 pieces*
                                    I purchased it on 12 of april 2018-its been hardly 40 days. When i am riding suddenly the beating of my scooter changed, then silencer got cracked & fell down few mtrs away. When contacted the service center, they made me to wait for 1 hour, later they told me that silencer cannot be replaced. I have discussed and urge a lot to them. But no use, if you people not able to provide proper service then why you make your customer fake assurances that ur vehicle got 5 yrs warranty. Really disappointed from such a behaviour and need action against this.

                                    I bought tvs vehicle Jupiter in Feb 2015. Today morning vehicle was working well and In evening I feel air is less. When I seen tyre I found cracks on tyre. Please tell what help can be provided and what is warranty for tyre.

                                      We have purchased a tvs jupiter in June 2017 we didn’t received the insurance copy from dealer even after visiting the dealership many times 10 days back we have sent a mail to tvs customer care regarding the same but no use of it yet.
                                      We are not able to use the vehicle without insurance so pls help us to get the insurance

                                        Hi this is Jai Singh from Kanpur. I bought TVS Apache RR310 ON 23rd april 2018 from INDIA TVS. Within a month both mirror body developed crack at the axis(spherical shape from where it rotates). I went INDIA TVS on 21st May 2018 and told about the issue to the manager. Manager refused to change the mirror. When i said shall i go to consumer court for this. He said "Jaha marzi jaao". So kindly tell me that is it my mistake that I have chosen RR310 OVER KTM 390. I have paid 2.55 lac to purchase this bike. I was expecting a better bike, but if this is your service. Sorry to say but I will go to consumer forum to file a complaint against TVS for supplying such a crap at that cost. I m regretting that i have chosen this bike. Very poor quality material is used and it is not my MISTAKE.
