I bought a tvs apache rtr 160 in feb 2018, the day on which i bought it the bike is having so much vibration and despite complaining multiple times to the service center, the issue has not been resolved yet. The bike's engine makes so much noise that no one wants to drive it on more than 40km. I told the mechanic of tvs about this and he says that apache bikes make noise and vibrates a lot. Is the way tvs handles their customers.

I have done tvs Jupiter service on 25 may and having so many complaints after service. Then I do complaint on 26 may. Main problem after service- electric issue, milage low
It may be during services intataly electronic wire change and they want to change new wiring... overall scooty is not performing well.

    Right now my problem is still in witting 4 Jun I will be comeplant for you sir next day one boy call me only he was telling me waiting for one week I am waiting for the one week after one week that showroom boy called and ask the check the address in the RC book than after one week again one rto boy called me asked bike number and which colour you want only than I call that rto person he is telling 2 days will be is ready for your RC but still is not ready (that showroom manager is not available any time he is not responding to me) totally I am not happy for this seller what do sir please help me 02.02.2018 this bike I am purchase full cash I am given nothing I am pending why for me and I will go to rto office I ask some officers how many day you take the changing the RC in bike color he was telling 15 days in working days but this showroom still not working my work thing please help me sir.

      Hi,

      The tvs hari motors located in hari nagar is very hopeless showroom. They won't address any customers properly. Even if we want to give the vehicle to service, they won't collect saying too many vehicles already present. Also even if they service, the complaints won't be addressed properly. When asked about them they just tell some lame reasons. I recommend ppl not to do business in this showroom. Please take appropriate action

          I have some issue with my fuel tank for my bike tvs rtr 160 bs4. My tank fuel tank cover was not working properly, hence i asked them to change, the cap. They did but some how my fuel gauge started behaving wrongly. It is showing half fuel tank full while my bike is on reserve. They said they will change it back in feb 2018. But still get no help from them.

          I need to get my fuel tank replace as soon as possible.

            I had purchased rtr 200 on 21 feb 2018. After 15-20 days tvs lauched new version of rtr with slipper clutch feature with rs.[protected] extra price. I requested the dealer and tvs customer care to provide existing rtr customers including me for chargable slipper clutch modification so that they won't feel neglected and left out. Just like how ktm racing provided chargable modification of slipper clutch. I sent many mails to the company after which i got a call from tvs that they can't provide modification. My only question and complain with tvs is if they proudly flaunt the name tvs racing just like ktm racing and do many racing events with rtr 200, why cant they provide simple chargable modification of slipper clutch for existing customers so that they don't feel left out. If ktm racing can do y not indian tvs racing?

              We booked tvs smooth ntorq 125 on 31st may by giving advance 10000 at that time they provided us with some other price but when we came on 1st june to give full payment and take the vehicle at that point they kept us waiting for 2 hrs. And after that they said price has increased and when we asked to talk to owner or manager none was present in the showroom and when we called them the owner started shouting and cut the phone. I'm talking about tvs showroom silchar, assam. I'm totally disappointed with their behavior. Tvs have good vehicles but not proper staff..

                I have booked "tvs apache rtr 200 v2.0 with abs black" variant on march 29th with the booking amount of rs10000 from dnc tvs dharmapuri. It's been more than 2 months, still i din't received bike nor any proper response from the dealer. I have escalated this to tvs customer care and contacted territory manager a month ago, he promised that i will get my bike in a week. The week passed to month and still he is saying wait for the next billing. The recent update which i got from him was, in company the production is not properly available for the variant which i have booked. The showroom manager was saying that he ordered black color but company has sent white color variant, due to that we are suffering like he is telling.

                Such a famous motorcycle company is giving this kind of response is unacceptable. The behavior of the showroom manager was not that great, he was blaming territory manager.

                As a customer, i don't know to whom i have to report.

                Final conclusion was, tm promised me that i will get my bike on 2nd june (Coming saturday). But showroom manger was saying it will not happen, in our next billing we will order the bike, if we get the bike you will receive it.

                Need some higher level escalation for this case. Please help me in this.

                Paining part is, after paying the amount i am begging to showroom manager & territory manager.

                Hi Team,

                By looking at the name "Neeraj" i doubt whether my complaint has been read fully!!! If you are addressing the complaint owner (ie., me?) then my name is Aravindh and it has been clearly updated in the complaint.

                I got really pissed of the response which i got from the Territory Manager, Showroom Manager & Area Manager (new coming). Today, when i called to Territory Manager Ravivarman (For Dharmapuri District) he said "i couldn't do anything about your issue, so please call Area Manager" Ok!!! I called Area Manager Shekar (Coimbatore) and explained the issue. He mentioned that the bike (for your ref i will mention again "TVS Apache RTR v2.0 with ABS) is having very less production in the company. Sometime they will produce & sometime they won't produce. Wondering?!!! what's happening in TVS company, after giving hype of this bike they are saying this kind of awesome stories (I don't know whether these all cooked up stories).

                When i called to customer care and explained about the issue, they said you will get a call from our team. Till now i didn't get any call from them, i was the one keep calling to Territory manager and claiming that i have registered complaint regarding so and so. So please arrange the bike ASAP.

                Day by day i am getting frustrated because of this kind of awesome response from them.

                such a worst experience from TVS.

                  There is a worst service center in zaheerabad named as veerabhadra tvs service center. Better to cancel the authorisation or else take a serious action upon that service center. Once i gave my vehicle for servicing, they dint did properly and damage it by missing some parts, when i asked them to replace those parts they are refusing and telling as that part is not available since 2months.

                    I have purchased a jupiter zx last year 2017 - december which had some damage on back handle bar tee. The dealer said they will replace it. I have since gone for service almost 2 times and they always behave like they don't know the issue in first place.

                    I am not happy with tvs company. Services is very bad. Also know once give me the proper guide. Services center no is not working properly.

I called daily aproxx 5to 6times in a working hours.. They did not accept my called and not deliverd my bike to my hand.. Why i paid monthly instalment??

                              I am a regular customer of TVS motor company... I have bought TVS STAR city plus (TN09 CJ9262) last year in my Son's name G.Raghul and recently i bought TVS XL 100 COMFORT on 10/02/2018 at RAMKAY Agencies, Velachery Main Road, Chennai-32. In the second purchase, i have been misguided by one of the sales woman Ms.Yamuna and gave me some false information regarding purchase through Paytm. I have been compelled to pay through paytm and as i have no paytm account, i have been asked to open an account and paid the amount. I have been informed that i will get Rs.2500/- cash back from paytm but i surprised the message from paytm that the cashback amount is Rs.0.. I have unnecessarily opened the account by paying Rs.500/- and also i lost the discount of Rs.500/- from the dealer.

But after i checked thoroughly the paytm site, i am able to realize that the cash back is only Rs.0. when i asked about this, she started dodging and refused to pick up my phone call and if at all picked, she used to say, i will check with my "Sir" and get back but she never called me back with any of the details. This creates mental agony and as i am very much a TVS customer (like to buy only TVS vehicles), I request the TVS firm to look into the matter and resolve the issue, please.

                                I have purchased a scooty pep last year which had some damage on back handle bar. The dealer said they will replace it when i will be back to service. I have since gone for service almost 3 times and they always behave like they don't know the issue in first place.

                                Last month the color of the vehicle has started wearing off for some reason. When asked in service they said to convey it to the salesman who sold you the vehicle. What is the relation of this issue with the saleman? Also when i recieve call from local or central call center to ask about the service rating, i tell them the issue and they always simply end my call saying "we can't take such complaints on call" what the hell that does that even mean?

                                I own other indian brand vehicles like, tata and hero. And tvs service is not even 10 % compared to both of them. Worst experience : (

                                I bought appacha ente 160 from naman motors kasaragod. On 05/06/2017. Now it's battery is weak, one cell is damaged but they are not willing to replace it. Warranty period is 1 year... This is the 11th month...

                                  Dear all

                                  I have purchased jupiter from gk motors pvt ltd your authorised service center at madhu vihar delhi on 18.03.2018. Before purchase the scooty was showing a reading of 100+kms. After inquiring from mr saurav (The manager of madhu vihar branch) he confirmed that it was due to some test drives and it is not a used vehicle. He further assured us that if you face any issue i am here to solve the same. On his assurance we had taken the delivery of jupiter.

                                  Within a week we started facing the problem like weird sound from engine and self start not working. On contacting mr saurav he told us that some vehicles do have this problem and the same will be resolved in first service.

                                  After our first service both the problems have not been resolved. We had contacted mrs neha at your authorised service center and she confirmed me that the problems will be taken care by higher technicians. I have visited the service center around 12-15 times in the past 2 months and the problem is still not resolved.

                                  I have talked with mr rakesh jha many times he is saying that your problem cannot be solved by us. Further i have talked with mr suraj (Tm) he is also not ready to resolve my problem. On every call they ask me to visit the center once again. How many times should i visit the service center 12 times or 20 times or 40 times or 100 times???

                                  I request the company to discontinue selling refurbished vehicle as the common men is investing their hard earned money.

                                  I am writing down this complain as i have invested my hard earned money and want this problem resolved.

                                  I have talked with customer care executive and they are saying saying that we will forward this concern to head office but this assurance has been given to me from last 3 days but i have not received a single call from head office. I have called four times and every executive is saying that we will re-forward this to head office. ​


                                  If my problem is not resolved i will be going socially and legally against this concern. You are making customers fool.

                                    I had purchased a suzuki access 125 on the 7th of september 2017 in the name of mohammed noumanuddin from malik motors tolichowki hyderabad.

                                    Since then i had not collected the gift that was worth upto 5000.

                                    At the time of delivery i was told that the lady incharge is not available and can be collected later. Since then i have been following up with the staff but still i did not get the gift.

                                    I had asked the the incharge many a time but everytime i was told that i am late the person had already left or the register is not available etc.

                                    At the time of my 1st service also i asked no response even few days back at the time of my vehicle 2nd service same thing.

                                    Now i am told that the offer is not available and i will not get it.

                                    I feel this is a very wrong thing. I want this to investigated and checked if this has been closed by any of the staff.

                                    Recently on my visit to the showroom i was told that the coupon was to be scratched and the gift was to sent to the mailing address on record with showroom but nothing came to my address.

                                    I would be very grateful if this can be looked on priority.
