    Tottaly fed up with tvs staff and their services.. They make a fool.. They think that customer is foolish... Now single option i have that take a legal action against company... They said that they change the part but i dont know changing or not they give'nt give me bill of part. When i ask for bill they said that your scooty is in warranty.. And we are not giving warranty part bill.. So how do i know that they are changing or not..

      Hi tvs team

      I have booked a tvs ntorq at kubera motors at bangalore, they assured
      Me they will deliver it within 15 days. (Assured by yogesh).

      But when i call them for inquiry after 20 days, they don't respond.
      When they receive call they say we will get back to you in 10 mins but
      They don't call back ever.

      When i asked them i will call customer care about such behavior they
      Say do what ever you like, they say you can go ahead and cancel you
      Booking. (This was said by a manager named kulkarni)

      My point is you guys are taking advance of 5000 rupees and keeping it
      From crores of customers like me and earn good interest from that
      Money and when its time to deliver you say go ahead and cancel the
      Booking.

      This practice is being done intentionally just to earn money in the
      Form of interest.
      Even the tvs customer care number is always busy.
      The dealership is taking full advantage of such practice.

      So i have raised a complaint at consumer court and i have been
      Directed by consumer court to draft this mail along with the case
      Number if the issue continues action will be taken.

        My tvs apache 200 bike has not been serviced after giving it for servicing to susheel tvs hyderabad for 2 weeks now!
        The state of pathetic service from tvs is that the issue was identified 2 months back where the bike's engine bearing had to be replaced. I have been made to wait for 2 months for the part to arrive in between i had given my bike to them initially but look at their continuous failed response i had to take back my bike and ride it in that bad condition. The service center did not even bother to let me know when the part available. Finally, i went and again submitted my bike with them promising the issue (Jc no. 297221) to be resolved in 5 days. However, it has been 14 days now and still, they haven't started the work on my bike till date even when they have the part since a week.
        The service is very poor from tvs with their management making false promises and insensitive towards customers grievance.
        I wish my bike was serviced by now.

          I bought a tvs sport in july 2017 from tvs kothari, in pammal. Initially it was running fine. But after second service, quite often, when my son rides the bike, the engine switches off suddenly and sometimes, after some time when we try to start the engine, it works but often it does not happen. We have to call the toll free number provided by tvs and wait for at least 1 hour for the technician to the place where the vehicle is stranded and...

          I purchased 4 month back one only worst vehicle /deler i never hear about early
          One and only worst expriecnce
          After purchased the wego i didnt get any support from delear and also company so many time i tried still now problem i decide better i stop to ask support from stupid people i can try to save from tvs they dont want feel after i purchase tvs.

          Worst quality bike
          Stupid service
          No paytm refund
          No what they promised
          No milage present give 28-34
          Too much noise

            Tvs apache purchased in december and still kilometre is only 3100 and there is no pickup. After 30 k. M. Speed it start making sound and take 8-10 second to get pickup. I went to service centre and they said its clutch/pressure plate will be changed. If so is there any meaning of purchasing such sports bike whose clutch and pressure plate get damage in 3000 km. I want back my money and return the bike as there tvs has cheated me and there service centre is also very poor in service, not professional engineers, after service of 2500 km engine oil is leaking from left side "side" stand. When i complaint no response and they said it is not engine oil. Please notice further payment for finance company will be stopped and myself gopal prasad sing will be not responsible for the same. Also i will raise complaint to consumer court and tvs head office as well as legal aspect if my complaint is not being observed.

                Sir, i gave my scooty for repairment. The manager told that it will take around 8000 to reapair it,. I gave my scooty on 21st april nd they have not given me yet.. After multiple complaints nd calls i recieved a call that the money i have to pay is 12, 700.
                I had explicitly told them that of there is any increase in price i should be notified before making any changes to my scooty..
                I have given my scooty in gudwancherry branch in kancheepuram district, tamil nadu..

                    We have purchased tvs xl100 hd from vishnu tvs, p. Puliampatti and paid the full amount for the vehicle and take delivery from show room on 20/03/2018. They did not give the invoice hard copy at delivery time, in the middle time the vehicle was registered in rto office and we ask invoice & rc books from dealer then they give the invoice on 28/04/2018 but billed date is 20/03/2018, i ask the question to them "why is the reason for delay to give invoice to me?" and they are not give proper answer to me and still date we are receiving original rc book from dealer, so above reasons we lost tax claiming and value is difference between invoice value and paid amount approximately rs.3000.00 difference, what is the reason for this difference?, i'm in confusing soo, and this is only not my problem, every one will meet the same problem from their, so kindly reply my complaint as early as possible.

                      I feel really bad to inform that i haven’t been very dejected in buying a tvs product. I[censored] can’t provide proper spares why do you even launch the product in the first place. My bike is lying in the corner useless after jus 15 days. Is this how you treat the customers.
                      Please let me know if you can provide me the spare or not. I have enquired many showrooms and no one seems to have the spares catalogue. Only kubera tvs in hsr layout tried to help me out but you guys have not even replied back to them yet. Consider this a sincere request and please provide the spare asap. Plese don’t loose customers like this tvs.

                        Battey damaged of the same scooter before 12 days than we visited show room for servicing they are not able to repaire scooter giving only dates
                        I want to replace my new scooter or else want prompt sevice with battery damage reason in new scooter

                        My new scooter got damaged so there is a technical fault in scooter but no proper revert receiving from service station i am suffering to transport without scooter and getting too much inconviniency

                          We have booked a tvs jupiter zx from your authorised dealer tvs - hare krishna dealers (I) pvt. Ltd, shop no. 8, samruddhi co op housing society, s v rd, goregaon west, mumbai, maharashtra 400104
                          While booking we were assured that you just pay the booking amount of 5000 and rest on the time of delivery with rto registration. After week of booking, we get the call demanding the full payment of the product so they can proceed with the registration.
                          But as per there word they promised the full payment at the time of the delivery with number plate.
                          Since we already asked other dealer before booking, they gave proper payment structure which was satisfactory.
                          But hare krishna assured us with there words that pay booking amount and rest on the delivery of the bike with number plate, so we booked there. Nut after week of booking they are demanding 80% of payment to proceed doesn't look legitimate.

                          I want you to look on this matter and resolved this thing asap!

                            We have purchased a tvs xl 100 heavy duty on 09.04.2018 and today 02.05.2018 was the first service done in ktl, chunniganj, kanpur vide job card no.83879 aganist frame no. Mc621ep14j3d09645.

                            Our xl bike meter was not was working and we have asked to replace the same so we got the answer there is no stock available in the company. And they did not gave in written g in our bill that meter is not available.

                            Imp points
                            Very poor service & billing system
                            No proper responsibility towards customer
                            No proper interaction with the client
                            Very poor behavior with us.

                            They have charged us rs.300/- with any reason and without doing any thing.

                            Kindly replace the meter on immediate basis.

                              My name is g. Kasivelu, advocate, son of govindasamy, residing at no.169/164, periyar pathai first street, choolaimedu, chennai-94. Mobile no.[protected].
                              I booked tvs jupiter on 28-04-17 and paid rs.1, 000/- by way of cash. After that r d c motor pvt. Ltd, no.69, arunachalam towers, arcot road, virugambakkam, chennai-92 asked aadhaar number. But i am not having aadhaar number. Hence i insist to return the money for the sum of rs.1, 000/- to me and the same was agreed by the r d c and got signature from me. Then the rdc management has given assurance to me to deposit the money in my bank. Till date, the amount is not credited to my account. Now the management is changed in the place of r d c. Please take appropriate remedy from this complaint.

But, we are not get rc book original till date (Tn.06 u 7171).in the new traffics ruls in india, we are producing grom orginal rc book whenever ask from traffics police department or related authority.                                   I purchased my tvs apache 160 at 5 may 2017 and that time i told to sales exhaustive that i need 0 depth insurance sales man told me that your vehicles has 0 depth insurance so i paid the complete payments according to 0 depth insurance.

                                  Now my vehicle got accident after that i send my vehicle at g. S. Tv's motor company at ghaziabad and now they told me that you will have to pay 50% after that i agreed to pay but after all he did not replace some parts like as rear led lamp and licence plate bracket then i asked to them about that parts then they used rough language with me and told me these parts could not replace under insurance.

                                  I was good customer of tvs i purchased the three bikes from tvs and i suggested to other for purchase the tvs bikes but now g. S. Tv's at ghaziabad used rough language with me so now we will not suggest to other and kindly resolve the my issue.

                                    I have purchased apache 160 from ahinsha automobiles llp in march month, but they charged wrongfully 1500 and no given any receipts against them, then i have made complain on twitter (Tvs official page), i received a massage containing complain no. 50335 but after that no commutation from dealer or tvs company, so kindly solve this issue, otherwise i have only one option to take help of consumer court, i am shearing related documents for your reference

                                      I had did my tvs apache bike service in medavakkam logesh service centre. Really i disappointed about the bike service. I requested to recover some problem in my bike, but actually it’s not cleared after the service. I face some more problem after completion of the bike service.
