I booked a bike Apache 160 new version...Past 1 week before in tuticorin showroom and I payed for that but still I didn't get a delivery.. They still say lot of reasons for that is that right.? So I request to deliver it as soon as possible..I already choose one bike they tell me as delivered it...But at the last moment they tell didn't deliver I ask for the reason they tell it have some registration issue and convince me to deliver in coming week but still get any of response from the showroom

NOC required. loan agreement number is AP3021TW11635.

i have went last month no one supported there. again i went this month 2nd and made payment. till now i have not received any call or confirmation regarding my payment or NOC
I have walked in TVS credit services and made the payment of FNf Settlement .
till now i have not received my NOC. i need my NOC asap. no one has even contacted till now. or i even sent so many emails. their dont even have internal communication.

Sir, I took my bike bearing No. RJ-02 SR 1819 to Darshana Service station on 26.03.2017 to 28.03.2017 and handed over my bike for service under Job No. 5471.The service carried out by the workshop was quite dissatisfying. They charged me Rs. 260/- for service and Rs. 460/- for other charges out of total bill of Rs. Rs. 1386/-.

1. When service charges are already claimed, other charges should not have been levied.when I approached the management, they did not took any notice of the complaint. Even after the service carried out the oil was leaking from engine near the head. They told that it will get correct when you drive but the same was not fruitfuls.
2. The second time time I took the vehicle on 30 th March 2017 vide Job No. 5270, the vehicles was returned on 03.04.2017, but the problem persisted and it could not be repaired even I left the vehicles there for 4 days.
3. The problem is not repaired and now the engine oil is leaking into the silences and the bike gives a lot of smoke which cannot pass pollution certificate standards.
4. Third time when I reported that the bike has now started giving smoke from silencer the wksp employees told that you get the engine work done.
5. The engine defect was caused due to defective service otherwise, the management could have told me in the first instance that the bike requires engine work. They took the vehicle in their workshop for three times for repairs but could tell about the engine work on the fourth occasion only.
I have been treated by the service centre management in a very rude manner and threatened me to not to come to the service station now onwards.
I request you to look into the matter and isisue necessary instructions to the dealer, simultaneously getting my vehicle repaired which was rendered useless by the manner in which the service centre undertaken service of the bike.

I had purchase a TVS zest From TVS Pandiyan Motors., After 7 days they call me for registration. It was completed on 07/04/2017. Still now 10/04/2017 9:15PM they didn't given the Number.. Its All most crossed 250KM. If Any Police Capture they will put fine amount upto Rs2500/-. They people didn't know the seriousness.. Very Poor in Services and Very Poor in Communication...

As early I also submitted a complaint regarding discount issue as we have purchased a tvs Jupiter from kapil tvs Saharanpur uttar Pradesh on 29/03/2017 around 9:00 pm by giving full price but company did not informed us regarding the Supreme Court decision of not selling those vehicle after 01/04/2017 n also company did not provide us the discount giving by them on those vehicle, n also distributor will refuse to provide us the discount given by company as they said that company will not provide the discount
And I request you That please take serious action regarding this n refund us the discount amount in our bank account

This service centre ( Angul, Odisha dealer service is not satisfactory as per your t&c . They have always trying to harrased customer by saying this not our job even for paid service. Nobody remember the date of service and they never informing the customer regarding due date . They don't have also name tag. After calling them they didn't tell their name. Specially the workshop manager Bhupender Kumar parida doing some illegal activity. The manager also don't know how to speak with customer. Before also they create a fake service of my scooter ( Jupiter).

Sir, i have purchased tvs jupiter from m/s ajanta motors, plot no.7, opp. Old toll tax booth, kalamna road, new yerkheda, kamptee-441002.
The date of sale is 17.08.2016. Purchased vehicle on cash vide receipt no.012 & 013 both dated 17.08.2016. The original invoice no.16-17/vehsal/ho/1220 dated 24.08.2016 of m/s a. K. Gandhi, 28 yeshwant stadium, dhantoli, nagpur.

The vehicle is under warranty. As on 08.04.2017, total three free servicing has been done.
Problem:- vehicle stop automatically during riding. On almost 10 times, vehicle stop while riding. I have told this problem to m/s ajanta motors from 2nd free servicing onward. They have failed to rectify this problem. Everytime after repairing vehicle they used to say it wont happen again but still problem occurs. I used to ride vehicle daily on highway and vehicle suddenly stop while riding. This is very dangerous for me. I purchaed jupiter since tvs brand is associated with it but now i regret about it and very much disappointed about its service.
Kindly, i request you rectify the above problem or replace the present vehicle with new one.

Don't purchase tvs bike from sunita motors jodhpur pathetic service and unprofessional staf and manager doing unprofessional behaviour

2 day ago I Was purchase a new tvs Apache rtr 160 From sunita motors jodhpur Rajasthan. At the time of purchasing we demand new bike but store manager gave us mask damage bike. And he told us he said no more bike in stock same colour.. That time we helpless 'coz all financial formalitis was done after one day we found froblume in front disc brack . No any one taking responsibility. He was gave only excuses. Sunita motors staf and manager all are doing unprofessional behavior. And taking too much time for. Small problum. I have purchased a brand new tvs jupiter on 5 august 2016(regn no:DL11SM88920). it works properly till its first service which i have got on 5 september 2016 at 700 kms from (balaji auto 4-5, shahjada bagh industrial area opposite metro pillar no 187 delhi-110052[contact no:[protected]]). just after the service it starts creating problems while starting and suddenly stops anywhere i visited service centre 5-6 times for resolving the problem but they always do some temprorary work so that it can run for 2-3 days after that i filled a complaint and then they done some work then it works ok till march i got my vrhicle serviced properly time to time..on 18 march 2017 it started creating the same problem and i have paid charges for it i got paid service but as happened before they have done temporary work and it runs normal for around 1 week then again it started created problem on 31 march 2017 even i got its battery changed but that does not makes any change the problem still persists.so i request you to consider my problem or try to resolve as soon as possible...

I purchased Apache RTR160 on 29th Jan, from Sai Baba Hinjewadi Pune[protected].Its chassis number is: MD634KE4XH2A88480 I was told very confidently that i will receive my registration number and RC within 15 days from date of purchase. Now its been more than 60 days and i haven't received any number.
the sales women is not at all helpful, she gave me some number to inquire, who again gives some other number. this is like a circle.
Sir, this is very problematic. i am not able to ride my new bike in the city.
Please help me out.

Sir..my wike rings are not working properly and my wike meter reading is about7000 but TVs narwar agency dealer has been give me assurance since 2 month and he is not solving my problem I am doing a job in mp forest so I am facing many problems by my wike... I m not getting service book of my vehicle no. DL4SCP9285 inspire of many requests...No service has been done from last 2 months because of no service book ..And Ur showroom members are refusing to give service book..N service centre is refusing to do service without service book...Showroom S.K. TRADERS, NAWADA, UTTAM NAGAR are misbehaving and saying that they won't be giving any service book ..Do whatever u want to do..!!
Now it's my request to plzz take necessary action..Otherwise my next action will be to file a suit in court against TVS MOTORS.

Actually i bought a TVS star city + on 03.04.2017. While booking the vehicle they told me that there is a offer of Rs.5000, later my friend booked another same model vehicle with a discount of Rs.12000. Both me and my friend paid full payment for vehicle. While asking about this issue to Sales Manager Mr.Senthil Kumar working in Nellai TVS located at Tuticorin (TamilNadu), his reply was so disturbing. (He told that it is unnecessary to explain you.) Is this is the way you TVS motor company respond to a customer? Both the vehicles are the same model and same color and everything is same but the price has a massive difference. I need a refund of money which they collected excessively from me. Hope there will be a good response from your company.

My complaint is about the servicing not done properly and also not delivered the vehicle in time also the staff think too high of themselves reacted to very rubbishly as if I was in need of them. The place of service center is Ashwini TVS service & spares its location is Punjani industrial co-op. Soc. Ltd, Khopat, Gala no. 3, behind Abhishek hotel, Thane (W).
I requested here to change my rusted nut bolts they didn't do it, second time I again requested them they still didn't do it, next my engine oil was not changed and they charged me the cost of engine oil I verified it from other service center of TVS only.
It's the worst service center of TVS according to me

I m having Tvs jupiter zx has an N number of problems in this new bike just 2 months old bike the bike has big engine noise the bike vibrate a lot please look and resolve my problem and whenever I repair my bike from service centre then some other problem come in this bike and it is so frustrated why not he new bike has so many problem please try to give my refund

I paid cash for TVS Jupiter but still now I didn't get the bike even though I have bill . They are cheating customers money and time. Worst showroom I have ever seen.

This is to notify u that the staff members which u hve appointed in ur workshop are useless mannerless... i want to complaint about Mahdeep singh working in tvs workshop near pink square raja park... he stole the petrol from my jupiter n then started argueing n said ki hum customer ki baate manne lg gye toh ho gya bas.

I want a proper action against him.
