I have purchased TVS Jupiter in 2014 March. It has a steering Lock problem[ Steering Lock gets very loose in 15/25 days period] from the beginning, Not understanding that it is a defective Part or some other serious problem, I went on complaining regularly on quarterly AMC service. However It was not solved and even at present It is a problem. I purchased from Mahalaxmi Auto Agency, F.J.House, 132 FT, Ring Road, Govindvadi, Isanpur, Ahmedabad....

My TVsXl100 is so many problems are there ...they told him these are all company problems ...so go to contact directly to the company customer care ...we can't help him...si please help meee...

I have purchased appache rtr 180cc bike (Pb10 fp 2662) 1 year back in 2016. Today (22.02.17, @9.25am) i was riding bike at 75km/ph speed.. I have booked for a TVS Zest 110 on 5th February 2017 and made 100% payment on 8.2.2017 with Prabha Associates, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-600083 with a promised delivery in 2-3 days. More than 4-5 times with the show room visit was not fruitful. Till date, ie 19.2.2017 no news on the exact delivery date and only vague response as to-day/tomorrow.

I have bought my apache RTR 160 matte blue in tamilnadu, krishnagiri branch. 1st free service I have done in krishnagiri, 2nd 3rd 4th service I have done at hosur. I have told my chain spracket complaint on 3 Rd and 4th service at hosur. They have taken temporary action again I have done my 5 th service at krishnagiri, in krishnagiri service they have told that the chain spracket was gone want to change the new one..the cost around 1400.....

Please i have brought a Jupiter in ---- since then it is giving a problem, i have launch a compliant earlier even as i was not satisfied with the service of the company.

on 17th Feb 2017 late night at 01:00 am my bike suddenly broke down when i was returning home from work. Petrol was liking out of the bike. i have been giving my bike in the showroom only for regular maintenance and repairs.
i had to put the bike today...

I prchased new tvs jupiter in jan 2016, company telling millage giving ..62 kilomeeters /per 1litre, but that vehcle not given more than 40km/litre .iam sufferig many problems with that vehcle .this is not good vehicle ...iam loss of my money, and vest of my time ...please solve my problem thank u...iam not understood that vehicle millage...iam strugle with that vehcle please solve my problem......

I just want to let you know, the below mentioned TVS showroom has increasing the bike rate more than stock price. We people afraid to buy any vehicle from him agency.

My bike up76 v9618 serviced 11 feb 2017 on rathour agency farrukhabad pin 209601 . i am not setisfied his service and his employee. he's not worked better and does not worked my complaints. and my engiene liked so does not work on. only service formality. i already tell him all complaints related to bike but only work on service. i m not setisfied so i want actioned in my complaints.

After replacing the gare box also i am facing the same problem .

when i putting 2nd gare it get too much sound and when i raise the accelerator it getting too much of sound

I serviced my Apache RTR 180 from above said service centre on dt.11.02.2017 & The service & Response of that service centre is very poooooorrrrrrrrr.

Traders, opp. metro pillan no. 751 Nawada, New Delhi, thanks to you, When I purchase my Jupiter there is no problem, no extra voice, no sound, no disbalancing, no alignment out etc. but after 1st service at Dynamic TVS at Rajapuri, opp Dwarka sec-5, I had very disturb with my JUPITER service experience, nobody can solve my problem which is declare by me on job card at the time of service, same as 3rd...

There is all issue of rate that were taken by tvs showroom in Neemuch madhya pradesh the accurate amount of tvs apache 2004v were 1, 06, 552 rs but they taking 1, 09, 600 rs so please understand the matter as please help me as soon as possible. Nothing as but also they we not talck with as properly so understand the problem etc.and also sole problem as soon as possible...

I have compliant regarding that the service in tvs rajpoot at karnal road are not at all serious about any problem given and time given to them. the service provided by them is not at all satisfactory they don't even mind to listen customer problem and make lesser efforts even to resolve them even after paying full amount. not at all punctual in there work with half work done each and every time.

Hi, I have been using your authorised service center since I bought your product I am really not happy with the service company BK automobile which is in Faridabad.
As soon as he delivered the vehicle after service the very next it has stopped working.
Please look in to the same and do the needful.

I bought TVS Scooty Wega in November, 2016.The dealer has not yet contacted me for the RC.It's been 3 months and no communications from them.

The dealer is in Tilak Nagar (S.K. Motors), New Delhi.

Please take this as urgent complaint against them as I have been reprimanded by the traffic police on various occasions.

I demand some monetary refund from them.

Scooter burned from inside after 20 days only.I request to please change the scooter as it has manufacturing fault but till date I have not found any action against my complaint...

I received an noc for my bike (Tvs apache) however the noc has incorrect registration number i. E mh 12gq9134.
The correct registration no is mh12gq8098.

I tried to contact tvs showroom/service department as well as head office in chennai however no one responds to my request.

I have tried calling the toll free number [protected] many times, without any help.
