I have TVS wego. its headlight and wiser has been crashed. i went to R K TVS (Dealer of TVS) at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. they have taken my contact number and told me that they will contact me when those parts will be available. They didn't this till 1.5 month and i went there again. at that time i made known that the parts i requested for my vehicle has been arrived but not informed to us and sold to others. Then again i have requested for parts of my vehicle. but then after i didn't received any response from R K TVS till 2 month. and then once again i have done the same thing (request for parts for my vehicle), they responded that we will call. thenafter once they calls me and says your parts are arrived. please take delivery. at that time i was in important meeting, still i went there and then, they says only wiser is arrived and no headlight is available now. I made loss due to TVS third time. i'm driving risky wego in night (without headlight) . This problem causes me loss when i'm going to important client meetings - impact towards clients goes down. and my business is facing loss due to your unsatisfactory services.

now i'm gonna file a suit for claiming these much losses i;m facing due to your services.

    Respected Sir

    I am writing this mail in reference to my TVS Dealership code no. 60507 by the name of 'B.K. Automobiles', subdealer of ' Tayal Automobiles' in Badkal, Faridabad.
    Despite of my reminders and phone calls for renewing my TVS dealership, no action has been taken and I have the pending stock of about 15 vehicles currently present in my showroom.
    Without any prior information or notice, Mr. Ajay Rawat, sales engineer, Faridabad has cancelled my dealer code around a month back. Moreover, he issued the advertisement on 8th February 2017 in a local newspaper for the new TVS Dealership.
    After about a week later, I have been notified for the same and cancellation of my dealership code.

    kindly take immediate action to either renew my dealership and give me authority to sale the pending stock of TVS vehicles or take the vehicles back.

    I have been serving your esteemed company from the last 10 years and the decision taken by this sales engineer Mr. Ajay Rawat is too rude and unjustified.

      Hi,
      I bought a new TVS Victor from Varsha TVS. 3 Free services are over still now. however whenever I leave the bike for service in VARSHA TVS they introduce a new repairs on each service. Do they really have a trained mechanics or they really service the bike or trained for introducing new repairs. Not at all worth to be a TVS Dealer. If you want to know the problems I can list it down, i will handover the bike to you and you can find the problems. you will come to know the defects and repairs on the new bike. All hard earned money is getting wasted. Either you need to take action against the dealer and do a regular follow up or take back your bike. I am ready to return my bike to TVS Motor company.

      Forgot to update one thing. Mileage promise from TVS.. I think TVS should revisit about the Milage of New TVS Victor. In the City it is only 35 to 40 kmpl. worst mileage. Engine sound is not at all good. Why can't you stop producing this New TVS Victor. TVS has it's own brand respect.Please don;t spoil your name in the market.
      I got really jacked up due to my scooter issues. No solution yet.no where to go. Varsha TVS I trusted but had dented it so badly. Nothing more to add... from a screwed up customer
      more to add.. I had gone for a TVS vehicle because of TVS name. but my peace of mind. go!!! go!!! gone!!!

        I'm purchase the new Jupiter millinior on 29/11/16.the company says the mileage 50-55, but my scooter given the mileage only 30km/litre, i went my scooty to my leelavathi classic yes service center at isakathota in vizag i request service management head for my mileage problem, he said giving to first service after get the mileage at 50-55.i did not get the mileage he says, again went my bike at the same service centre and meet the service centre head he said that old put the bike here we are clean the corporate after you get the mileage 50-55, after get the mileage 32, again went the Scotty at the same service point, service head said that please give second service and after you got the mileage 50-55.i still get the mileage 32.every time service center give me problem I couldn't satisfy any time, please look this matter and solve my problem. otherwise I complained at higher level authority, my name is PURUSHOTHAM and [protected].

            I purchased a TVS Jupiter from Solapur on 16/4/2015 and having a time to time servicing @ Gandhi TVS Servising Center, Solapur only.
            I never give for servicing outside, Today for a Butten Start problem ( in the last month Jan 17 - having last servicing ] the phone from servising center told that the Battery having problem, and the Battery is not the TVS Battery it is another company.
            Sir, the battery is replaced in the Gandhi TVS Servising Center- An authorised TVS Center.
            Please having enquiry of this matter.

              I, Gagandeep Singh Gulati, purchased TVS Sport Bike dated 29.1.17 from Om TVS, Darya Ganj, New Delhi. Its Chasis No is MD625MF51G1G16360 and Enginer No is CF5GG1682442. This bike is having major manufacturing defects from day first. Its rear tyre is bubbling (shaking even while standing on centre stand).The shaking is so much that I am not able to drive. It was very less on day first which I ignored but it increased day by day. I visited GK Motors, Patpar Ganj, Delhi and they simply denied the service and asked to contact dealer from where I purchased the bike. Then I visited Balaji TVS, Inderlok, Delhi where again my complaint was ignored and asked me to visit TVS tyre centre. I drove under threat of my life for the cause which is a manufacturing defect. I was harassed by negative attitude towards customer service from authorized service centres. After this, I contacted the dealer (OM TVS) and managed to take letter for tyre fault and replacement. Again search for tyre dealer begun and after a lot of efforts, I found SR Motors in Karol Bagh, Delhi. They only understood my problem and replaced tyre. It worked well for same but next day same shaking started. Even it is started in front wheel also. Other problems include only 35-40 KM average even at 35Kmph single riding and not starting some times.
              With so many manufacturing defects, huge follow-ups for last 15 days and service denial from TVS authorized service centres, have shaken my faith on TVS company. If I am facing problems from day first then how I can ride the bike in future? I cannot put my life at risk and cannot keeping visiting service centres everyday.
              It is thus requested to please help in refund of my full amount of Rs 42, 429 with intimation to me.

                I purchase the new tvs Jupiter on 30/05/2016, and four service is complete, but mileage is coming in city ride 34/kmpl and i went for my scooter service at Supreme Tvs Service Center in Ulhasnagar and i request to service management head for my mileage problem he said that to change the oil and after that u get 40 to 45/kmpl and i stil get 32/kmpl mileage, every time service centre give me problems, i cannot get satisfy any time please look this matter and solve my problem otherwise i compliant at higher level athourity my name is Nitesh Tanwani my Mob.no. is [protected] the serivce centre name are Supreme service centre Ulhasngar. the worst serivce centre .

                  I have APPACHE RTR 160
                  i always doing servicing in RUSHABH TVS(viman nagar) service center, but i am not satisfied with there services, whenever i told them about bike problem, they directly advice to change the the spare, but after changed the spare also problem remains the same.
                  1- i have problem with front brake, it is not working they change the brake lather pad, and brack poston also,
                  and after that every after some time my break getting jam til problem not solve.
                  2- after servicing i told them to police my bike they did but one day after in dashboard glass white spot appears and full glass become ugly.
                  3- on[protected] i have problem with my rare brake they told me to change the rare brake lather, after change new lather whenever i applying brake it giving noise. i went them 3 times but they are not able to solve the problem.
                  now they are telling me to change the rare wheel.
                  if it is problem with wheel then why they 1st told me to change the lather, or if it is the problem then why noise is not there in old lather.

                  please support me to sole my bike problem

                      We had purchased a tvs pep plus from sri vari motors by making 100 percent payment on 10/03/2016 but till date they had not send the rc book. On 23/02/2017 we went to collect the rc book in person with the cash receipt issued by them. But were informed by them that same can be handed over to the person concerned in whose name the vehicle is registered. When the purchase was made there was not any pre condition like that in the bill. There contention was that this money receipt might have been found by us on road. When we contended with them that why this was not send to our registered address by regd. Post, their reply was that we might have changed the address. We fail to understand when we have not informed them about the change of address, how they could predetermine the things. In order to avoid the four free services by us they are enacting all this. We were informed by them that on 25/02/2017 we will get the same by post, which we have not received

                        I bought tvs Jupiter on 21 Nov 2015 from KK tvs agency nazafgarh. On 24/02/17 I went for my scooter service at K K tvs nangloi. I request Head of service management named Mr. Tyagi to change my scooter back tyre to front and front one to back, but Mr Tragic denied to do it, he said go to local tyre shop and change it to them. Since I was ready to pay all charges but this man denied completely. Please direct this man not to do such things with the customer who take their scooter to tvs authorised agency.
                        2. My scooter service is due therefore please asked Mr Tyagi to call me for scooter service as well to change the tyres. So that I again take my scooter at KK Tvs service centre nangloi.

                          I purchase the new tvs victor on 14/10/2016, and three service is complete, but mileage is coming in city ride 35/kmpl and engine sound is not good now. I complaint NEO MOTORS BANGALORE. But no respons. TVS company is cheeting our costumer than. And TVS COMPANY is telling this New TVS VICTOR BIKE is given 76/kmpl. But my bike is given 35 to 40/kmpl on city ride. My bike no KA 01 EU 9508 I purchase NEO MOTORS BANGALORE

                            I have changed battery of my TVS jupiter before one year of the registration, because the battery is dead, in showroom they have recharged battery for one day still the battery is not working.While replacement of new battery, show room person charged full amount of the battery. Whether replacement of battery within one year of the registration is chargeable.

                              Actully i am buying this apache rtr200 last november 2016 from sv motors, avinashi tirupur district on the first 200 kms no problem after that they started engine noise and the crank sound i will sent the vehicle to the sv motors but my complaint not retified till now. I completed the third free service the perfomance is very poor the noise was irretating me please help me resolve one

                                I am sonu my bike number is dl 3s cv 8838. I have bought this in april 2016 from om moters.in mt third service i found lots of mositures in bike digital meters i complain to om meters they said this is manufacturiong defects & we will change it in your next setrvice.

                                On my bike next service they have appolised me that meter is not available with them they will do it some time later, thay don't have meter available with them after that i found more mositures in form of meter, i approched the service center again after some time they said they have given order but meter still not available we will do it in next service.

                                I had gone to service center yesterday after regular service, i found lots of water in digital meter & it is broken (Which i found after service), i have told them as they have promised them to change it soon, they yes they ahve received part we will do it, please wait after half hopur wait that it is broken we will not change it.

                                Its total plan of om meter to waste my time & they have beheive badly with m, i want that tvs moter will take action against om meter to not harass customer like this, as we are connected to tvs group not with om moters.

                                Look in this matter & get my meter changes asap...

It has a steering Lock problem[ Steering Lock gets very loose in 15/25 days period] from the beginning, Not understanding that it is a defective Part or some other serious problem, I went on complaining regularly on quarterly AMC service. However It was not solved and even at present It is a problem. I purchased from Mahalaxmi Auto Agency, F.J.House, 132 FT, Ring Road, Govindvadi, Isanpur, Ahmedabad.                                       Apache rtr 18 - front number plate supporting bracket cracked while riding

                                      I have purchased appache rtr 180cc bike (Pb10 fp 2662) 1 year back in 2016. Today (22.02.17, @9.25am) i was riding bike at 75km/ph speed.. Suddenly front number plate supporting bracket cracked and i fall down on the road, got injury in my back & leg. It could create death as suddenly car stops on me.                                       I have booked for a TVS Zest 110 on 5th February 2017 and made 100% payment on 8.2.2017 with Prabha Associates, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-600083 with a promised delivery in 2-3 days. More than 4-5 times with the show room visit was not fruitful. Till date, ie 19.2.2017 no news on the exact delivery date and only vague response as to-day/tomorrow.
