Hi,

It has been almost more than 3 months since i bought the Apache RTR 200 4v, i have been facing few problems like braking sound, engine parts sound and the most worst part is the battery problem (i am totally fed of with this).

Few days back i had issue with the bike battery where the bike was not able to start. I had to go to local bike shop and start with other battery. When i approached to the showroom they told that there is no problem with the battery and they have recharged the battery for the full day and put it in the bike.
But again yesterday the same problem has come up where i was not able to start it. If there is no problem in the battery, then how come the problem came again? I am very disappointed with this service and didn't expected such type of outcome of it.
I don't know how TVS is dealing with such type of issues with customers.

I have bought it from Marathahalli TVS showroom (Trijal motors), but today i am going to the kalyana nagar showroom since i am staying nearby.

Dear Sridhar Kumar Sahu,

Better you may contact the dealer where you purchased the vehicle because they only have to rectify your complaint as you have purchased from them. Also to be noted that if the Battery is in warrantee period means there is no problem with replacing the battery without any extra cost. Also as per their statement if there is not problem in battery means ask them to rectify the problem in bike with their technicians. If it is not yet rectified after several time better you directly contact the TVS company for this problem. Otherwise Legal action may taken against Dealer / TVS.

    I have one tvs 100xl motorbike purchase last 11 months ago.
    Shakshi automobile at chandankiyari bokaro. Jharkhand.
    But no provide till date tax token and rc book. Registration book.
    I have several time knocking to this tvs showroom but not responding so please arrange my new registration book and new tax token book.

      I wished to buy tvs wego scotter BS-IV 2017-model, so I went to Goodwill Automotive showroom. I decided to buy it & I asked for a quotation, which the given and told about the accessories and it is not mandatory. If you need you can pay the price and get it.
      while booking they charged extra rs.700/= for bs-4 registration and charged 2% for credit card payment for the cost of the vehicle Rs.66482/=. and other charges like number plates, cwi ewp amc tax rs.304.35 + service tax 42.61 + 1.52 + 1.52.
      finally, I saw that the floor mat is missing in the vehicle. When I asked they showed me the mat which is already comes with vehicle(for example:- cost of a shirt rs.1500/= and buttons are accessories which you have to buy to fit in it). I told them this mat is fixed with the vehicle itself, which they argued that is mandatory. If it is mandatory then the cost of the Accessories would have been added in the vehicle price itself. i told them to remove the accessories which is not mandatory. they didn't and told it is in-built, we can't remove.

            I purchased TVS Apache motorcycle on 27/12/2016. Two days later I found oil leakage problem, on further checking of bike few more defects were found and it seems that the bike was refurbished and sold to us. The bike has been serviced several times in workshop but issue remains unsolved. Calls have been made to agency in Bangolore(Raghu), Chennai (Anurag), Delhi(Abhishek and Sanchit). Right now the bike is at DYNAMIC TVS, A-15, Rajapuri, Main Palam Najafgarh Rd. Opp. Sector-5, Dwarka, New Delhi-59. It has been almost three months for which the bike is in workshop. Since I am in mostly field work and travel a lot through bike. I have even paid my installment on time. I am really frustrated and I want either a new bike or this bike should be serviced as soon as possible.

              on 09th march 2017 i give my bike for service at rajpur road, dehradun, uttrakhand center and they give me service slip for deliver my bike on 11th march 2017 but they not give my bike on time. even when i go showroom they even not start repair my bike.. why this kind of service at dehradun center. my bike need repair engine and other parts total estimate is 14, 800 INR.

              as per service bike deliver date is 11th march 2017 please do needfull or i have to complain this issue to consumer court.

                This email i am writing to express my dissatisfaction and to clarify my doubts on the sailing policies tvs scooters and moter bikes.
                I am working in the armed forces and recently i want to purchase a scooter. For this i have gone through
                The survey and then i planned to buy the jupiter scooter of tvs because i got the good reviews about the same.
                I went to tvs show room and asked for the csd quotation of the jupiter. He did the same as i have asked to him and he gave the quotation to me. But on the back side of the quotation he had written all the other charges which he claims mandatory items or things and customer have to pay for all. He added "this has been made mandatory by the company". When i asked for some negotiation on some items then he made the remark that "how the owner will earn and they are in lose of selling the vehicle to armed person". From this it seems that they are not at all interested of selling the vehicle to defense person.
                Sir, if this is true then why you are registered in our list. Who stops you to opt out from this facility which you are providing to us just on the paper only.
                Below i am writing all those things which he have mentioned in the quotation. I am also attaching the image the quotation.

                When i compare the things to honda activa they made clear deal. Other than the quotation amount and rto charges, all things are optional. Even the insurance amount have good difference there and can be done by customer also with some terms and conditions.
                Please let me know is there any such policy of the company exist according to which the dealer is selling above. I have tried to get this answer from the area sell manager mr. Vaibhav and i called him four to five times in three days. But the way he responded doesn't seems me his interest in this matter.
                If the things above are true then i am sorry to say that i can't purchase your vehicle neither i recommend to anyone to go with tvs.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I purchased a TVS Starcity + bike DL9S BH 2194 from Dynamic Motors Pvt Ltd, Mahavir Enclave, Delhi on 19 Feb 17 in a very good condition. On 09 Mar 17, I completed a run of 670 kms and decided to undergo the first service. I went to Rajpoot Motors, Jahangirpuri, New Delhi as it is near to my office for the service in morning on 09 Mar 17. In the evening, I went to take the delivery of the vehicle where i had paid Rs. 510/- for the service. Rajpoot Motors charged Rs. 291/- from their authorised service centre billing and Rs. 220/- on an invoice of LS Entrepreneur for oil supplement @ Rs. 155/- and special injector klener @ Rs. 65/- as mandatory requirement during service. I wondered if it is so mandatory, why billing has not been made on TVS service invoice itself. The main problem is when i took the delivery and drove the vehicle to my residence 25 kms away from the workshop, i noticed a lot of vibration, sound after the service. Somehow, i managed to reach home. The next morning on 10 Mar 17, i again went to the workshop in jahangirpuri for defect rectification. The mechanic Jeetu test drived the vehicle for approx one meter and noticed that the nuts are loose. He ordered the labour to tighten the nuts and confrmed me that everything will be alright. After 10 minutes, the vehicle was out of workshop, Jeetu again test drived and assured me by force that now the vehicle has not sound. Again, when i drove the vehicle 25 kms to my residence, i noticed the same noise, vibration, sound which was not there before service. I do not know what to do. I am feeling cheated. These thinks only tarnish the brand image of TVS. I really want that the matter be looked into by the senior management and action to be taken against such dealers who are spoiling the image of TVS. I trusted TVS for the second time against the established brand Hero, Bajaj where everyone was asking me to prefer them over TVS.

                    Their was a problem in vehicle since 4 months of vehicle purchased. I have told to Service centre during regular Servicing period, they did some temperory solution to that. After Few months same problem percised and again told to service centre, they again made some temperoray solutions.

                    After that i again told service centre person after a year, he replied after 1 year problem may percist. I told ok what to do do know, service centre man replied their is problem in " V Belt" you have to change that for which you have to pay. I payed for that and get it changed at your service centre.

                    Then also within 2 Months same sound is coming from the vehicle at the back side of vehicle. I am fed up with Ashwini service centres (Speed wheels TVS) service. I need solution for the same for which i am not going to pay for that.

                      I experienced a worst service from Trijal Tvs whitefield. I left my Tvs wego for 5th service in Trijal Tvs whitefield located at Prashanth layout extension. After servicing they forgot to connect the battery properly. After week end I took it to the service centre. They told me they changed the battery because old battery is in no more use. I asked for warranty card for the battery. They told no need of warranty card. Date will be there in the battery itself. So i believed them and i left. After 5 months I went for service with self start problem. After two days again problem arised in self start. Now they are telling without warranty card they can't change. There is no record for the change of battery is with them . I don't know whether full service includes battery check up and also basic check Ups or only water wash. It's a mistake that I didn' t insist for battery warranty card.

                            Dear sir/Madam,

                            I am writing this email with ref to details of the vehicle purchase with details mentioned above for the following two problems -
                            1. RC of the vehicle has not been provided to me till date. (more details below)
                            2. Extended warranty certificate not provided to me till date.(more details below)

                            #1. I have been visiting the dealer repeatedly and since then dealer is giving me one reason or the other and denying me access to RC. After repeated pursuance when I got to see RC document in December 2016, it had incorrect Name of the Father mentioned on it. I asked for the correct document for which the responsible person asked me to collect the updated RC in next 10 days. Those 10 days are not over till today and he is still asking me to come in 10 days. Also I waited for the soft RC paper (to drive vehicle) for 2 hours in dealer office today but it was not provided to me.

                            #2. On the day of purchase I was told that extended warranty certificate/document will be provided after few days. on each visit I was given one reason or the other about it. On todays visit he straight away refused to provide the same.

                            Kindly get both the issues resolved at the earliest. I have paid for every thing then why should I wait.

                            If you cant provide the original RC in 10 days, kindly refund me complete money I paid for the vehicle within 10 days from now.

                                I bought apache rtr 160 yellow bike from vigneswara automobiles which is sub-dealer of garapati tvs which is at vijayawada andhra pradesh. My vehicle has front bumping complaint and the front stum wheel is bend at the time of delivery. Now my vehicle undergoes 3 free services but the complaint is no rectified and thy are giving irresponsible answers. They won't consider about my complaint and talking rubbish.

If i my self i am should be feel i am anouncing the tvs vechile i bought since 2003 tvs brand i am telling everybody to buy tvs vechile i am think my own brand feell so today thework shop manger not send mechanic with me why should tell about tvs my self thinking you are not given salary me now onwards i decided this will sell and take unother brand of course i am only leave the tvs brand you are not loss but my brand tvs since 25 years so many people asking why should using tvs vechile last 25 years i am finally not respond the workshop managers and mechanics so not working properly no repect to vechile owners and no re sale value to tvs vechiles like that i will be announce so this my decision.

                                    I have TVS wego. its headlight and wiser has been crashed. i went to R K TVS (Dealer of TVS) at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. they have taken my contact number and told me that they will contact me when those parts will be available. They didn't this till 1.5 month and i went there again. at that time i made known that the parts i requested for my vehicle has been arrived but not informed to us and sold to others. Then again i have requested for parts of my vehicle. but then after i didn't received any response from R K TVS till 2 month. and then once again i have done the same thing (request for parts for my vehicle), they responded that we will call. thenafter once they calls me and says your parts are arrived. please take delivery. at that time i was in important meeting, still i went there and then, they says only wiser is arrived and no headlight is available now. I made loss due to TVS third time. i'm driving risky wego in night (without headlight) . This problem causes me loss when i'm going to important client meetings - impact towards clients goes down. and my business is facing loss due to your unsatisfactory services.

                                    now i'm gonna file a suit for claiming these much losses i;m facing due to your services.

                                      I am writing this mail in reference to my TVS Dealership code no. 60507 by the name of 'B.K. Automobiles', subdealer of ' Tayal Automobiles' in Badkal, Faridabad.
                                      Despite of my reminders and phone calls for renewing my TVS dealership, no action has been taken and I have the pending stock of about 15 vehicles currently present in my showroom.
                                      Without any prior information or notice, Mr. Ajay Rawat, sales engineer, Faridabad has cancelled my dealer code around a month back. Moreover, he issued the advertisement on 8th February 2017 in a local newspaper for the new TVS Dealership.
                                      After about a week later, I have been notified for the same and cancellation of my dealership code.

                                      kindly take immediate action to either renew my dealership and give me authority to sale the pending stock of TVS vehicles or take the vehicles back.

                                      I have been serving your esteemed company from the last 10 years and the decision taken by this sales engineer Mr. Ajay Rawat is too rude and unjustified.
