Hello ...I was purches Tvs Jupiter Million R edition in Dec 6 2016 ...but thier is problem in back wheel ...it is little bit dug out ..when I was going to Tvs showroom ..they shows me all Tvs Jupite who facing same problem . They told me that it's a company fault . ..I req to your company kindly action on it . As soon as reply me immediately. It's not a small issue .its a big issue ...kindly recheck Jupiter Million R additions ...and then Sale it .. I m not satisfied to purchase that

      Dear Sir/Mam

      I, Vivek Singh from Ghaziabad (BIKE No. UP14 CW9385 TVS APACHE RTR 160). I have done a complain on dated 10.0.2017 with complaint No. 81486, closure No. 65675 related to tyre change that comes under my warranty period (It was purchased by me from Aditi Automobiles, Authorised – Main delaer, TVS motor company, C-2 Sector -10, Noida -201301 (U.P).

      As I previously complained, Mr. Arvind Chholewal (the owner- of Aditi Automobile, Noida) and Mr. Vivek singh & Mr. Mohan Singh (Service Engineers) demanded me to pay 700 Rs to solve my complaint for tyre change, instead of coming under my warranty period.

      I felt, that was not convenient so that I complaint you via mail. Thanks to u for taking such a quick action for favoring of mine with such an honor to solve my complaint.

      But I want just remind you that my complaint was solved under my warranty period but the negative impact of my complaint was terribly fallen on Ms. Sushma (Billing Cashier – TVS, Noida)

      I again just recall you that your genuine employee Ms. Sushma, initiated and motivated me to purchase your TVS Bike. On the same, now I am feeling that that was his mistake to advertise your brand regarding that I motivated to other and all my relatives to purchase your bikes by impressing the services as served by your employees like Ms. Sushma. In real you have lost your genuine employee. If your company’s marketing is your drawback and the involving person may lose their job then I ensure that no one should advertise your company. In case how can you link with your customers? That will surely effect your reputation. You are a multinational company but I am very sorry to say you that some your employee have too much negative n short thinking.

      If you are thinking that I have complaint as directed by Ms.Sushma then please correct your thinking- I am not illiterate, Google can give you all information and your website can give all the info to me, what I want. I live in modernization and socialization values. I am a genuine customer and well known of my ethics and rights.

      I want to say that, I have a grand n positive attitude. If my complaint (For not paying 700 Rs. ) may the reason of any person to be jobless. Then I am ready to refund you 700 Rs. Because I am feeling that I am the culprit and the big reason of defaming and to be jobless of Ms. Sushma.

      I request you that please take a minute and think about it. Is it genuine?? If yes then its very shameful to you and your brand. It’s a time of competition. Spend your time to make your brand at high not in doing such a shameful things.

      I want that please take a genuine and correct action and make me free for being a part of this crime and illegal thing. Please pardon me, if my complaint affects you and your employee in a wrong manner.

      I expect the positive response from your side as soon. Kindly take a quick action related to that.

        Hi,

        From day one since I purchased this vehicle I am having problem, Initially it started with vehicle not getting started in morning and even if it gets started it chokes in between and they said it will be fine after first service but got worst and I had to put up with that. and now after my second service self start is no more, when I checked with service centre there is no proper response and they asked me to come on different day. I want all the issues to be fixed with my Bike.

        TVS seems to be providing the worst service compared to other service centers

          I purchased TVs Jupiter in the month of April 2015 from Krithik agencies, kodungaiyur. Now iam in paid service. Last 6 months my vehicle at the time of running some times running roughly with medium speed then immediately runs smoothly with max speed . This was I informed the service station in the same agency they informed me clutch pin is running roughly. Then the service men solved the problem. Again with in two days the same problem was absurd me . After three times the same problem was continued. Pls help me in this regard . My vehicle no is TN 05 BA 4034. Thanking u.

            I have a TVS apache 180abs model bike which was purchased on 17.08.2015 from Jyote TVS(old station square, cuttack road, bhubaneswar, ph-[protected]). While i was having my 6th servicing at jyote tvs on date 07.01.2017, i found that the rubber kit that was present inside the cylinder of the back disc was broken. As i am having the warranty of the vechile the company has to replace it in free as mentioned in the warranty manual. And jyote tvs told me to replace it between 10-15 days as they are not having stock with them so they will order it from Bangalore which will take maximum 10 days. Every week i use to call jyote tvs regarding my order and they use tell me that they need more days to provide me my order. But now its more than 21 days and they haven't repaired my bike yet. But the strange thing is that the spare(rubber kit) is very easily available in the local markets, and jyote tvs is not willing to repair my bike due to unavailability of spares. Everyday i am facing problems in transportation as i am missing my bike.

              Dear TVS Team,

              Writing this email with regards to disappointing service provided at your TVS Bridgestone Service centre located at Rajajinagar Bangalore.

              I had handedover my Bike TVS Apachhe 180 ABS at the above mentioned service centre with complaint of Chain Sound on and had asked the team to replace the chain sprocket if required.

              Once the vehicle was handed over back to me i noticed there was no pickup in the vehicle, and after visiting the same service again they said there is issue with the clutch plate.

              I wonder while i gave the vehicle at first time there was no such issue, so i got it checked with a mechanic in the market and shockingly came to know that your Service centre team had manhandled the clutch plate and had tried opening it with the help of hammers and ended up damaging the clutch plate. (PIC ATTACHED)

              Now with the pathetic service at the mentioned service centre I wish. some to address the issue responsibly and get the clutch plate replaced free of cost as it was damaged at your premises by unprofessional mechanic or pay the bill for which i get it replaced from other mechanic.

              Trust to get the positive response immediately, failing of which your team will have bear the consequences as i shall be approaching the consumer by next week.

                My wife has bought TVS VEGO from KApoor TVS CBD BElapur Navi Mumbai on 20th JAn. Dealer has delivered Scooter without Mirror, Sheet Cover and any documentation. I am really surpise with the response from Dealership.
                They have very lethargic and casual approach.

                I am one the happy user of Scooty for 10 years and sold the same and bought new VEGO.

                I do not think i will recommmed anybody if TVS has such dealers.

                Hope my complaint will be resolved on priority.

                  I given tvs xl100 bike to Brilliant Tvs service center, Mandaveli, Chennai (8-1-17). It is 20 days that i gave my bike for service. Everyday when i ask them they are telling me to wait as the parts are not available. It is very difficult for me to manage without my vehicle and I've been going through a lot since 20days. So please ask them to get my bike ready immediately.

                    Century Motors Vignan Nagar Bangalore .
                    Here i purchased TVS jupiter and i paid all the amount in cash and it was good but when i went to collect my vehicle RC book again they have charged 300 RS saying that courier fees. Don't no how this guys will treat costumers. They have given bill for that to. Can you please look into it. it was weighted only 10 gms, don't no how can they charge 300 RS for this.

                      I want to draw your kind attention towards the rude and inrresponsible behaviour of both Tvs service maneger Ashish isanpur ahmedabad and warranty department Satya Prakash Tewari, Virendra Vaghela with thecommuters. they look towardes the clint with inddifference and behave with them in a very strange and absurd way.

                      Generally the TVS service do not complent soldout only 500km return problem starting the problem do not proparlly vehical service and not chenge part only service give me..

                        में अंकित तिवारी मैंने tvs जुपिटर .DL5SAX1607 अक्टूबर 2016 में मेट्रो tvs से ख़रीदा था जब से लिया हा तब से ही इसके अंदर स्टार्ट होने की प्रॉब्लम आ रही थी मैंने इसको सर्विस सेंटर में दस बार दिखा लिया पर अभी तक इसके अंदर वोही ही प्रॉब्लम बनी हुई है इस से मुझे बौअत ही प्रॉब्लम हो रही है इसका आप या था मुझे पैसा वापस दिलवाया जाय या मुझे इसके बदले में दुसुरी jupitar दिलवाई जाय !

                          And Jupiter nov16 model is having lot of problems, the service also not upto the mark in Oriental motors showroom, Kangra Himachal Pradesh Having put lot of money in purchasing this vehicle, i'm not happy with the service and response provided by the showroom dealers.
                          And they even don't know how to talk with costumer

                              Mr.Muthry R.S. from Innovative Engineers, Bangalore contacted us. He said that he will supply the machine to your company. As requested by him we brought the machine from Mumbai for the Demonstration to your TVS Motor Company, Address: Harita, Hosur, Tamil Nadu 635109, on 15 November 2016 on Time 3:45 Pm.
                              The Lorry Number was K02 AD 1977. It came on gate NO 1 .He suddenly went inside the company with machine without taking me inside & then the driver took away the key inside without informing me . We were surprised.
                              We doubt that with the help of some employees of your company he has copied the internal Details of our machine.
                              After that he is totally silent & non communicative.
                              We want to take this matter with top management & vigilance department. Please give us the contact details.

                                My name is Nikhilesh Dash.I am from Bhubaneswar.On 29th December 2016 I bought a Apache RTR 200 4v Matte red colour from JYOTE TVS, Bhubaneswar.From day 1 I was complaining of a weird sounds from engine.But the Jyote tvs Service centre guys were saying it's normal.When I complained by mailing TVS, the TVS territory manager Mr.Satyajeet Panda called me to bring the bike to Service centre.He test rode and inspected the bike and agreed to the sound coming from the engine.Head said there is very minor problem in engine and will take maximum 1 day to get rectified.So I gave the bike.But when I reached the service centre the day after, I was shocked to see the bike completely dismantled.The engine head, clutch plates everything was opened.This was very very heartbreaking for me to see.After that it's almost 5 days I have still not received the bike.
                                I asked the company for replacement bike as the defective bike is only 10 days old and still not registered in my name.They are not replying to my mails.Why I as a customer suffer for the company's fault?. I don't know what kind of experiments are being carried out on the bike. I want a replaced bike not a repaired bike from them.
                                Please help me in this regard.

I have been struggling to get all the documents from the dealer. Every time he is giving different reasons and excuses. Can you please Help me on this.

                                  My name is Rajdeep Baluye and i purchase tvs apache rtr 200 4v in your compony bike but after 15 days in my bike are very critical problems for solution i was go on your tvs kohinoor bhopal service center but they cannot setisfied me to repair my bike in date of[protected] to[protected] many times i was go in your tvs kohinoor dig and kolar road service center but no solution in my bike problem in these time my bike engine is 3time open but my problems are not solved and othervice m going to showroom and waiting for 2, 3 hours in there but they cant do anything to repair my bike so i was go to return with problems .and i was call on had of bhopal tvs kohinoor service center to Vishal Sharma but he was say me new date to repaire my bike and i call on this date he renuwe a new date and he is very torchered me and cant do anything and i have all records of voice calls to her and i will call on your service toll free number and i was call 10 to 12 times but he promised me to main tvs apache compony call him till 24 hours but i dont have any calls for tvs apache compony and i am very friested to all these things and in this mail you dont reply me to my solution in my favior so i complaint on consumer coat to your compony and i have all those who records to open my bike and they tried to avert me.

                                    The Engine Casing was of poor quality and the issue is, Every time i used to give my bike to service in an authorised tvs showroom only and i.e Ganesh Motors, Korukonda Road, Rajahmundry, East Godawari, Andhra Pradesh-533103.
                                    While changing the engine oil the bolt casing was rubbed off and so they welded that without notifying me.I came to know about it when i gave it to another showroom.
                                    And they done very wrong welding to my engine casing and still the engine oil was leaking from the bike.
                                    Now they are forcing me to pay nearly Inr.10, 000/- to get repair it.I said why should i pay because its your mistake but they didn't respond.

                                      Hi,

                                      I purchased the TVS Jupiter ZX vehicle on 10th Dec 2016 from SV TVS motors, Electronic city, Bangalore with Ready cash
                                      After delivery of the vehicle, they have not communicated properly to get the Insurance certificate, Road tax certificate and Vehicle number.
                                      Daily I have to call to dealer and get the information but the dealer is not ready to share the details with me.
                                      Once money credited to dealer account, they are not asking customer feedback to me.
                                      Totally I am really upset for the dealers approach...
                                      Hope I am expecting favorable reply from your end

                                      The worst service center and service along with some staff who doesn't know the basic of how to behave... Have been to many service centers but this is the only one who is not even ready to analyze the exact issue and look on to it. They just know how to argue. After one service over there, I had to give the bike twice again for the same issue with in a month.

                                        This is reference to first service to Jupiter Two wheeler,

                                        which is done by Magnus Motors, Dattani Tower, Bhabola Road,

                                        Vasai-401 201 on 4.1.2017.

                                        The said firm has insisted for Engine Oil and Gear oil and charged
                                        Rs.282/ & Rs.44/- respectively.Pl.let me Know whether for first service

                                        Engine and Gear Oil is necesary? and charges are high.They have also

                                        charged Rs.45/ as cc charges, which is not justifed in connection to

                                        free sevices critaria. INvoice provided is not having serial No. and

                                        pl.confirm whether company is paying VAT regularly.
