My name is Nikhilesh Dash.I am from Bhubaneswar.On 29th December 2016 I bought a Apache RTR 200 4v Matte red colour from JYOTE TVS, Bhubaneswar.From day 1 I was complaining of a weird sounds from engine.But the Jyote tvs Service centre guys were saying it's normal.When I complained by mailing TVS, the TVS territory manager Mr.Satyajeet Panda called me to bring the bike to Service centre.He test rode and inspected the bike and agreed to the sound coming from the engine.Head said there is very minor problem in engine and will take maximum 1 day to get rectified.So I gave the bike.But when I reached the service centre the day after, I was shocked to see the bike completely dismantled.The engine head, clutch plates everything was opened.This was very very heartbreaking for me to see.After that it's almost 5 days I have still not received the bike.
I asked the company for replacement bike as the defective bike is only 10 days old and still not registered in my name.They are not replying to my mails.Why I as a customer suffer for the company's fault?. I don't know what kind of experiments are being carried out on the bike. I want a replaced bike not a repaired bike from them.
Please help me in this regard.

I have purchased a TVS Jupiter Titanium Grey from Sri Mahadeshwara Motors and the Main Dealer is Prakruthi Mobikes at 25th December 2016. I have been struggling to get all the documents from the dealer. Every time he is giving different reasons and excuses. Can you please Help me on this.

    My name is Rajdeep Baluye and i purchase tvs apache rtr 200 4v in your compony bike but after 15 days in my bike are very critical problems for solution i was go on your tvs kohinoor bhopal service center but they cannot setisfied me to repair my bike in date of[protected] to[protected] many times i was go in your tvs kohinoor dig and kolar road service center but no solution in my bike problem in these time my bike engine is 3time open but my problems are not solved and othervice m going to showroom and waiting for 2, 3 hours in there but they cant do anything to repair my bike so i was go to return with problems .and i was call on had of bhopal tvs kohinoor service center to Vishal Sharma but he was say me new date to repaire my bike and i call on this date he renuwe a new date and he is very torchered me and cant do anything and i have all records of voice calls to her and i will call on your service toll free number and i was call 10 to 12 times but he promised me to main tvs apache compony call him till 24 hours but i dont have any calls for tvs apache compony and i am very friested to all these things and in this mail you dont reply me to my solution in my favior so i complaint on consumer coat to your compony and i have all those who records to open my bike and they tried to avert me.

      The Engine Casing was of poor quality and the issue is, Every time i used to give my bike to service in an authorised tvs showroom only and i.e Ganesh Motors, Korukonda Road, Rajahmundry, East Godawari, Andhra Pradesh-533103.
      While changing the engine oil the bolt casing was rubbed off and so they welded that without notifying me.I came to know about it when i gave it to another showroom.
      And they done very wrong welding to my engine casing and still the engine oil was leaking from the bike.
      Now they are forcing me to pay nearly Inr.10, 000/- to get repair it.I said why should i pay because its your mistake but they didn't respond.

        Hi,

        I purchased the TVS Jupiter ZX vehicle on 10th Dec 2016 from SV TVS motors, Electronic city, Bangalore with Ready cash
        After delivery of the vehicle, they have not communicated properly to get the Insurance certificate, Road tax certificate and Vehicle number.
        Daily I have to call to dealer and get the information but the dealer is not ready to share the details with me.
        Once money credited to dealer account, they are not asking customer feedback to me.
        Totally I am really upset for the dealers approach...
        Hope I am expecting favorable reply from your end

        The worst service center and service along with some staff who doesn't know the basic of how to behave... Have been to many service centers but this is the only one who is not even ready to analyze the exact issue and look on to it. They just know how to argue. After one service over there, I had to give the bike twice again for the same issue with in a month.

          This is reference to first service to Jupiter Two wheeler,

          which is done by Magnus Motors, Dattani Tower, Bhabola Road,

          Vasai-401 201 on 4.1.2017.

          The said firm has insisted for Engine Oil and Gear oil and charged
          Rs.282/ & Rs.44/- respectively.Pl.let me Know whether for first service

          Engine and Gear Oil is necesary? and charges are high.They have also

          charged Rs.45/ as cc charges, which is not justifed in connection to

          free sevices critaria. INvoice provided is not having serial No. and

          pl.confirm whether company is paying VAT regularly.

            I bought a new tvs star city + on 28 november. Within 1 week starting problem arised in the bike. My dealer is not coprating please resolve the issue and change my bike which is under full warrenty. ALL PARTS Of bike is under warranty .it seems that a not good bike was sold to me please change my bike to a newone otherwise i am bound to move to other govt agency like consumer court which will defame tvs motors too.

              Hi, first time I purchased TVS product, I dint expected this type of worst showroom and customer satisfaction in any other products. I bought XL 100 in September 2016 with full cash at Saravana TVS Malur showroom. Just imagine almost 4 months completed. I dint got reg number and RC book still. They called for RTO verification November (after 2 months). I have roam to showroom as begger. Very worst situation made me with this TVS. Even your staff don't know how to treat or give respect to customers. Nobody cares in showroom. That's way TVS RBS is in ground level. I won't suggest to any one to buy TVS products. I dint want to suffer anyone like me.

                Mr.Muthry R.S. from Innovative Engineers, Bangalore contacted us. He said that he will supply the machine to your company. As requested by him we brought the machine from Mumbai for the Demonstration to your TVS Motor Company, jaraganahali, Bangalore On 15 November 2016 on Time 3:45 Pm .
                The Lorry Number was K02 AD 1977. It came on gate NO 1 .He suddenly went inside the company with machine without taking me inside & then the driver took away the key inside without informing me . We were surprised.
                We doubt that with the help of some employees of your company he has copied the internal Details of our machine.
                After that he is totally silent & non communicative.
                We want to take this matter with top management & vigilance department. Please give us the contact details.

I have tvs scooty streak.its engine has been changed few months back in makronia servicing centre.recently it has been serviced 6 days back but still it is creating problem.it stopped automatically on the way, and petrol also get started leaking.i spent lots of money on servicing, my scooty regularly get serviced but problems are not stopping.oil leaking is also there.i m unhappy with tvs servicing

                    I purchased the bike on 29th February 2016 from the begging i have a problem in gare box problem, the service people said that we are giving defective certificate to bike then you can process it further but after some they are not able to give the certificate and they said we can change the parts then we can see.

                    After 8 month also 10 month also they keep on doing the same thing means they said that some part will come we can change like that
                    i got call from service center on 31st December 2016 they said that part will came you can give your bike to our service center, i gave my bike on 3rd January 2017 to service center now they are saying they are not received the parts.

                    The above problem will be accepted by service center people then also they are not ready to give defective certificate

                    Such branded company will not behave like that
                    i hope you understand my problem please help in that.

                        I hav purchased Jupiter bike on 25th Jan 2016. After that 5 serVice are covered but everyone they only wash bike and fits the break to return it. No one time not resolved the problem . Last month battery getting discharged and they sent the battery to exide but till the time we not received it. I did a very big mistake to buy a tvs bike. On road I supposed to use 25 to 30 kicks to start the bike. Over a monty I felt through the bike on road and go by walk. When asking about battery they only say we not yet received once received will call u.
                        I also requested them to set an average of Bike bcz tat is given only 35 on highway.
                        I request u to please get resovled my problem.

                          We purchased the TVS Jupiter on Dec-2015 same Ranjanie motors. I gave my TVS Jupitor for free service on 30-Dec-2016. While writing the bike problems simply they will write minor scratches for their safe side. Worst service they made scratches in my new bike and when I asked the service engineers they said fault is our side and they said sir will come and speak. After waiting 1 hr sir came I dont know who is that sir I felt that he may be Ranjanie motors owner and blamed me scratches are old one and giving stupid explanations. After reading the reviews safe side I have taken my scooter pics before giving to service even I have shown my scooter pics Ranjanie motors owner still he is not accepting the fault. Ranjanie motors owner will give again stupid explanations and blaming me. They pour oil on the new scratches to become black color. They don't know any languages other than Tamil. Every time they made a bills like oil change. They should not even clean the bike. It's pathetic experience friends. My humble request please don't go for service in this show room better go for road side mechanic shops they will do 100% better than Ranjanie motors. Still if you are going for service in this show room please do remember how many scratches in your bike before giving for service. I have to escalate this issue to next level so that TVS management to know this kind of worst service center. Fist of all how they give permission for this service center if they dont have enough parking space for scooter parking. I should not give one rating because I am unable to post my comment that's why I gave one rating. I will upload the before and after pics soon.

                            I purchased a new tvs scooty pep plus from tvs showroom nerul, shree sai tvs in the month september. But till today, they have not returned my RC book.
                            In my RC book, my name was wrongly printed by them. But first they were not agree for that. And when i requested them to do the correction, the took my Rc bk. But till the date, they are not doing anything. Everyday saying the same thing, that will do today, tomorrow etc.
                            And the main thing is a tvs staff. That lady named Priyanka in nerul showroom. She cheated us. She is a very worst salesgirl This all printing mistake was done by her. And now they are not accepting this. Even I have a proof of Insurance paper, in which she typed the wrong name.
                            Please provide me the correct information for going ahead for next step for this and tvs nerul showroom.

                                I have purchased TVS Scooty Pep Plus model before 6 Months. Its color was Mat Gray. But after purchasing it color gets dull. Also found heavy scratches upon that. Also with 1 Month its front light blown off. Within 5 month its Spark plug get faulty.
                                1) When i purchased My Bike after 8 days when i done washing then found its paint shine vanish & observed scratches upon whole black color. The scratch found like polish paper mark. I found rework material is used for my bike. Conveyed massage to Mahesh Auto. They have tried to rewash bike but problem remains same.
                                2) Within 8 days its front bulb get short in running condition at night time.There was chance of accident . Some how i have managed to drive.
                                3) After one month daily morning Bike was not starting even after 15 to 20 Kiks. While servicing i have informed at service station ; they checked its connections & handed over the bike. But still problem was reoccurring. So i have shown to privet service station & they conclude to change its spark plug.
                                Want to resolve this issue earliest otherwise will go to consumer court.

                                it suddenly stops on the road and doesnt start, secondly it has a sudden acceleration which increases and doesnt decrease till the engine is cut off.

                                  Hello,

                                  My name is Anup Shende and I am from Pune. I had purchased TVS Zest from Shirley TVS showroom located in Mundhwa area in Pune during Diwali period.

                                  Attaching invoice copy and related documents with this mail for your reference.

                                  Since I bought the bike, I am facing multiple technical problems related to bike. First of all after just 2 days of purchase, bike horn stopped working. I thought it to be a minor defect and got it repaired from showroom. Again after few days, petrol tank started leaking and all the petrol in the fuel tank got drained. This time also, showroom fixed it. However after few days, again horn stopped working and this time also I got it from showroom.

                                  I thought after first service everything will get fixed, however after few days of service, bike started giving problem again. This time bike is stopping abruptly while on road. Moreover, button start also failing sometimes and we need to use kick to start the bike again. This defect putting us in difficult situation, especially when signal turns green and we are not able to start the bike. Many a times we had to push the bike to the side of the road and try kick start.

                                  It is difficult to digest this fact that these problems are surfacing with brand new bike.

                                  I should specially mention showroom staff was quite helpful and we received all assistance needed in free. However, considering all these manufacturing defects and issues we are facing, we would like to replace this bike with other brand new TVS Zest or would like to upgrade it to TVS Jupitor by paying price difference if possible.

                                  We expressed above concern to the showroom staff at very beginning itself when bike was not registered but we had been given verbal assurance that bike won't cause any further problems.

                                    I am anuradha from Hyderabad given my scooty pep plus for 1st servicing at ur Balham pet service centre after that it will not start immediately n stopped on the busy khairatabad road I had to drag it to my office Pl help me I was very happy with the vehicle till I gave it for servicing this is my third scooty i suspect foul play by the mechanics At ur Balkampet hyderabad service station I am very much upset now I don't think my vehicle will be in the same perfect state Pl Take immediate action against against the service centre

                                      Please reffer my mail dated 27 Dec, 2016copy again enclosed,
                                      Today three persons visited to pick up the vehicle but were unable to give the tentative estimate. They were guessing that it will cost around 7 to 8 thousands.Please get the cost of a 2003 Sccoty Pep evaluated yourself which might not be more than 5000 to 6000..After an elapse of a period of 72 hours and that too at 11AM in morning which shows level of the customer service commitment. They have turned up to do the work quantum of Rs 50/ that too can be carried out by a non skilled man (Rickshaw puller)Such is the pathetic situation of functioning of Service centre at Patiala.Punjab.

                                      It is very unfortunate to bring to your kind notice that the ypur service centre being managed by M/s Yashoda Motors has been a total failure in each and everyway.They do not bother to respond positively to service requests. They are running the service centre only as obligation to lipservice the aftersales customers.There is no commitment on the part of the management to customer service, No of Mechanics is only a few their duty timmmings are very long. You can verify the Rush from job cards on every Saturday, Sunday is closed. No roadside assistance or service centre assistance is available on Sundays. The centre should be open on sunday and weekly rest can be on someother working day. Lame excuses for non pick up of vehicles are forwarded. My vehicle is laying defective since Yesterday morning and no bodyis ready to pick it up. Scooty Pep, PB11W1272.Please look into the matter and put the things in order at this critically ailing service centre at Patiala.As it has already earned a very bad reputation for TVS in the last 14 years.I am really very very unhappy to write all this.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      the vehicle is off road for the past 3 days.In such a situation you and your service centre did not bother to provide any road side assistance. for whole of the you did not respond to my many phone calls.neither you responded nor you bothered to call back.your attitude and commitment towards customer service being at so highly placed in hierarchy was not only shocking but also hurting, yesterday evening two novice persons saying that we are sales advisor appeared for picking up the vehicle and one of them was smoking a bidi, I refused to hand over the vehicle without any authentited credentials and moreover they themselves told that they knew nothing about technical fault and were not mechanic.then they misguided you that I am not allowing to pick up the vehicle so they are leaving. My talk with you afterwards this incidence, you put forward the points if the persons were not of your liking we can change them, TVS have no responsibility and obligations to offer any assistance maintenance only dealers are doing it and this way you did not own the my request to offer maintenance services third point you put forward that I can get the vehicle maintenance services in any other city such as Rajpura as I don't like the dealer in Patiala.All these points show your negative
                                      mindset towards customer service and support.Further yours team Yashoda bothered to visit the site in cozy comfort of bright sunshine at 11 AM. They were also least bothered to come up early by coordinating on mobile phones.Now they failed to give the estimate and said that it will cost around 7 to 9 thousands where as evaluation price of 2003 scooty pep is around 5000 so wisdom of your visiting team was questionable and even now they once again they misguided you and head of visiting team.Now please tell me what is the fun of keeping an off road vehicle for which I am making so much efforts. Even now you are directing the customer by mere lip service to bring the vehicle to service centre to ascertain the estimate repair costs after 72 hours and that only by scripting an email. I have no words to express/explain the situation.
                                      I again request all the Tvs hierarchy to kindly don't blot the shining legacy and image of TVS.

                                      sorry for the inconvenience caused to you‎.

                                      As we have mentioned in mail that we are unable to repair or open vehicle in the market, specially in engine jammed condition.

                                      only field we can do to arrange your vehicle to pick and checked and make estimate in the service shop only. in Patiala we are having only M/s Yashoda Motor as authorised dealer where you do not want to visit so and on your request for some other option we suggesred you near by dealer.

                                      again we requested you to please bring your vehicle to the service centre for proper checking and repair accordingly

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      It is once again very hurting that you are saying I don't want to visit M/s Yashoda motor service centre.it is a point you are trying to humiliate the customer by saying so directing merely by script messages.even now you didn't bother to talk back is showing yours attitude towards customer service.For the past 13 years we have been sufferer at the hands of your so called service centre even then we have never complained or highlighted the matter at higher levels and had been visiting the bogus service centre. Now your attitude is self speaking
                                      you are Only writing to defend your utterance without any concrete help.Please ask your dealer, in jammed condition why estimate at site can not be provided by opening the engine at site. It again shows poor training and mechanical skills of staff at M/s Yashoda motor service centre.
                                      Please read thescript of the messages and judge the attitutde of the M/s TVS, How the persons are behaving with the customers demanding for Road side assistance.Yesterday I came to know that valuation of the vehicle was Rs3500 and for its breakdown maintenance they are giving estimated cost of 7000 to 9000.Product Scooty Pep being the monoply of the company is the reason behind the attitude.Kindly help in such situation and ask the company to cooperate and pick the vehicle by providing proper estimate by properly evaluating the breakdown work quatum from a proper mechanic at site

                                      They have gone into hiding and have become inaccessible.No practical action taken till date after a period of 96 hours. Their Chandigarh Area Sales Manager Sh Munna Lal Goyal is non responding to my calls continously for the past two days.Corporate office representative says Sh MLGoyal has scripted a message to me. They have shown ignorance regarding ny reply message to Sh MLGoyal and are not ready to give mail id or phone contact of relevant seniors They are telling to get an appointment on this number on Monday and only then You can talk to my boss Mr Ravi Chandran.Please do something to help as the vehicle is already off the road for the past 4 days
                                      It is very disheartening to see such a Big Company can step down to such low level by harassing a Senior person of Our Organization, wherein it is clearly evident that lackadaisical attitude of Employees of TVS Regional Office Chennai is also a big blot to Company's Name. TVS Motors, You have earned a bad reputation by doing this
                                      Such Pathetic Behavior showcased by a Multinational firm has tarnished the image of TVS Motors and apart from this the way management has tackled the issue of the Gentleman who has complained about TVS Motors has made me change my mind wherein I was planning to buy a two wheeler and now i have pledged i would never buy any product from TVS motors. Highly disappointed

                                      TVS should wind up the Patiala Yashodha centre as their Bhadson road centre has already been winded up due to poor sales & they are also operating a bogus service centre at Dukhniwaran Gurudwara chowk, Patiala.
                                      very bad response from a big company like this. harassment up to such level is intolerable. I will never recommend someone buying a tvs vehicle. Shame on TVS group
