It is very unfortunate to bring to your kind notice that the ypur service centre being managed by M/s Yashoda Motors has been a total failure in each and everyway.They do not bother to respond positively to service requests. They are running the service centre only as obligation to lipservice the aftersales customers.There is no commitment on the part of the management to customer service, No of Mechanics is only a few their duty timmmings are very long. You can verify the Rush from job cards on every Saturday, Sunday is closed. No roadside assistance or service centre assistance is available on Sundays. The centre should be open on sunday and weekly rest can be on someother working day. Lame excuses for non pick up of vehicles are forwarded. My vehicle is laying defective since Yesterday morning and no bodyis ready to pick it up. Scooty Pep, PB11W1272.Please look into the matter and put the things in order at this critically ailing service centre at Patiala.As it has already earned a very bad reputation for TVS in the last 14 years.I am really very very unhappy to write all this.

Dear Sir,
the vehicle is off road for the past 3 days.In such a situation you and your service centre did not bother to provide any road side assistance. for whole of the you did not respond to my many phone calls.neither you responded nor you bothered to call back.your attitude and commitment towards customer service being at so highly placed in hierarchy was not only shocking but also hurting, yesterday evening two novice persons saying that we are sales advisor appeared for picking up the vehicle and one of them was smoking a bidi, I refused to hand over the vehicle without any authentited credentials and moreover they themselves told that they knew nothing about technical fault and were not mechanic.then they misguided you that I am not allowing to pick up the vehicle so they are leaving. My talk with you afterwards this incidence, you put forward the points if the persons were not of your liking we can change them, TVS have no responsibility and obligations to offer any assistance maintenance only dealers are doing it and this way you did not own the my request to offer maintenance services third point you put forward that I can get the vehicle maintenance services in any other city such as Rajpura as I don't like the dealer in Patiala.All these points show your negative
mindset towards customer service and support.Further yours team Yashoda bothered to visit the site in cozy comfort of bright sunshine at 11 AM. They were also least bothered to come up early by coordinating on mobile phones.Now they failed to give the estimate and said that it will cost around 7 to 9 thousands where as evaluation price of 2003 scooty pep is around 5000 so wisdom of your visiting team was questionable and even now they once again they misguided you and head of visiting team.Now please tell me what is the fun of keeping an off road vehicle for which I am making so much efforts. Even now you are directing the customer by mere lip service to bring the vehicle to service centre to ascertain the estimate repair costs after 72 hours and that only by scripting an email. I have no words to express/explain the situation.
I again request all the Tvs hierarchy to kindly don't blot the shining legacy and image of TVS.

sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
As we have mentioned in mail that we are unable to repair or open vehicle in the market, specially in engine jammed condition.
only field we can do to arrange your vehicle to pick and checked and make estimate in the service shop only. in Patiala we are having only M/s Yashoda Motor as authorised dealer where you do not want to visit so and on your request for some other option we suggesred you near by dealer.
again we requested you to please bring your vehicle to the service centre for proper checking and repair accordingly

It is once again very hurting that you are saying I don't want to visit M/s Yashoda motor service centre.it is a point you are trying to humiliate the customer by saying so directing merely by script messages.even now you didn't bother to talk back is showing yours attitude towards customer service.For the past 13 years we have been sufferer at the hands of your so called service centre even then we have never complained or highlighted the matter at higher levels and had been visiting the bogus service centre. Now your attitude is self speaking
you are Only writing to defend your utterance without any concrete help.Please ask your dealer, in jammed condition why estimate at site can not be provided by opening the engine at site. It again shows poor training and mechanical skills of staff at M/s Yashoda motor service centre.
Please read thescript of the messages and judge the attitutde of the M/s TVS, How the persons are behaving with the customers demanding for Road side assistance.Yesterday I came to know that valuation of the vehicle was Rs3500 and for its breakdown maintenance they are giving estimated cost of 7000 to 9000.Product Scooty Pep being the monoply of the company is the reason behind the attitude.Kindly help in such situation and ask the company to cooperate and pick the vehicle by providing proper estimate by properly evaluating the breakdown work quatum from a proper mechanic at site
