I am anuradha from Hyderabad given my scooty pep plus for 1st servicing at ur Balham pet service centre after that it will not start immediately n stopped on the busy khairatabad road I had to drag it to my office Pl help me I was very happy with the vehicle till I gave it for servicing this is my third scooty i suspect foul play by the mechanics At ur Balkampet hyderabad service station I am very much upset now I don't think my vehicle will be in the same perfect state Pl Take immediate action against against the service centre

    Please reffer my mail dated 27 Dec, 2016copy again enclosed,
    Today three persons visited to pick up the vehicle but were unable to give the tentative estimate. They were guessing that it will cost around 7 to 8 thousands.Please get the cost of a 2003 Sccoty Pep evaluated yourself which might not be more than 5000 to 6000..After an elapse of a period of 72 hours and that too at 11AM in morning which shows level of the customer service commitment. They have turned up to do the work quantum of Rs 50/ that too can be carried out by a non skilled man (Rickshaw puller)Such is the pathetic situation of functioning of Service centre at Patiala.Punjab.

The centre should be open on sunday and weekly rest can be on someother working day. Lame excuses for non pick up of vehicles are forwarded. My vehicle is laying defective since Yesterday morning and no bodyis ready to pick it up. Scooty Pep, PB11W1272.Please look into the matter and put the things in order at this critically ailing service centre at Patiala.As it has already earned a very bad reputation for TVS in the last 14 years.I am really very very unhappy to write all this.

    the vehicle is off road for the past 3 days.In such a situation you and your service centre did not bother to provide any road side assistance. for whole of the you did not respond to my many phone calls.neither you responded nor you bothered to call back.your attitude and commitment towards customer service being at so highly placed in hierarchy was not only shocking but also hurting, yesterday evening two novice persons saying that we are sales advisor appeared for picking up the vehicle and one of them was smoking a bidi, I refused to hand over the vehicle without any authentited credentials and moreover they themselves told that they knew nothing about technical fault and were not mechanic.then they misguided you that I am not allowing to pick up the vehicle so they are leaving. My talk with you afterwards this incidence, you put forward the points if the persons were not of your liking we can change them, TVS have no responsibility and obligations to offer any assistance maintenance only dealers are doing it and this way you did not own the my request to offer maintenance services third point you put forward that I can get the vehicle maintenance services in any other city such as Rajpura as I don't like the dealer in Patiala.All these points show your negative
    mindset towards customer service and support.Further yours team Yashoda bothered to visit the site in cozy comfort of bright sunshine at 11 AM. They were also least bothered to come up early by coordinating on mobile phones.Now they failed to give the estimate and said that it will cost around 7 to 9 thousands where as evaluation price of 2003 scooty pep is around 5000 so wisdom of your visiting team was questionable and even now they once again they misguided you and head of visiting team.Now please tell me what is the fun of keeping an off road vehicle for which I am making so much efforts. Even now you are directing the customer by mere lip service to bring the vehicle to service centre to ascertain the estimate repair costs after 72 hours and that only by scripting an email. I have no words to express/explain the situation.
    I again request all the Tvs hierarchy to kindly don't blot the shining legacy and image of TVS.

    sorry for the inconvenience caused to you‎.

    As we have mentioned in mail that we are unable to repair or open vehicle in the market, specially in engine jammed condition.

    only field we can do to arrange your vehicle to pick and checked and make estimate in the service shop only. in Patiala we are having only M/s Yashoda Motor as authorised dealer where you do not want to visit so and on your request for some other option we suggesred you near by dealer.

    again we requested you to please bring your vehicle to the service centre for proper checking and repair accordingly

    It is once again very hurting that you are saying I don't want to visit M/s Yashoda motor service centre.it is a point you are trying to humiliate the customer by saying so directing merely by script messages.even now you didn't bother to talk back is showing yours attitude towards customer service.For the past 13 years we have been sufferer at the hands of your so called service centre even then we have never complained or highlighted the matter at higher levels and had been visiting the bogus service centre. Now your attitude is self speaking
    you are Only writing to defend your utterance without any concrete help.Please ask your dealer, in jammed condition why estimate at site can not be provided by opening the engine at site. It again shows poor training and mechanical skills of staff at M/s Yashoda motor service centre.
    Please read thescript of the messages and judge the attitutde of the M/s TVS, How the persons are behaving with the customers demanding for Road side assistance.Yesterday I came to know that valuation of the vehicle was Rs3500 and for its breakdown maintenance they are giving estimated cost of 7000 to 9000.Product Scooty Pep being the monoply of the company is the reason behind the attitude.Kindly help in such situation and ask the company to cooperate and pick the vehicle by providing proper estimate by properly evaluating the breakdown work quatum from a proper mechanic at site

    They have gone into hiding and have become inaccessible.No practical action taken till date after a period of 96 hours. Their Chandigarh Area Sales Manager Sh Munna Lal Goyal is non responding to my calls continously for the past two days.Corporate office representative says Sh MLGoyal has scripted a message to me. They have shown ignorance regarding ny reply message to Sh MLGoyal and are not ready to give mail id or phone contact of relevant seniors They are telling to get an appointment on this number on Monday and only then You can talk to my boss Mr Ravi Chandran.Please do something to help as the vehicle is already off the road for the past 4 days
    It is very disheartening to see such a Big Company can step down to such low level by harassing a Senior person of Our Organization, wherein it is clearly evident that lackadaisical attitude of Employees of TVS Regional Office Chennai is also a big blot to Company's Name. TVS Motors, You have earned a bad reputation by doing this
    Such Pathetic Behavior showcased by a Multinational firm has tarnished the image of TVS Motors and apart from this the way management has tackled the issue of the Gentleman who has complained about TVS Motors has made me change my mind wherein I was planning to buy a two wheeler and now i have pledged i would never buy any product from TVS motors. Highly disappointed
    SHAMEFUL for company like TVS. Really disappointed..!!
    TVS should wind up the Patiala Yashodha centre as their Bhadson road centre has already been winded up due to poor sales & they are also operating a bogus service centre at Dukhniwaran Gurudwara chowk, Patiala.
    very bad response from a big company like this. harassment up to such level is intolerable. I will never recommend someone buying a tvs vehicle. Shame on TVS group

      I am writing this complaint in regards to my new Tvs Jupiter that I have purchased. Since the very first day, my Jupiter is not working properly.. I have lodged complaint. Day before yesterday took it to to the agency.. Got the service done but today I have experienced the same problem.. We also have Sonalika tractor agency.. We also get complaints. But we treat them sincerely.. I am very upset with this trouble.. Please reply.. And provide a solution..

        Please verify my registered complaint no 214183 relating to starter problem.yesterday on 22 ND Dec, on driving the vehicle was off in n the middle of the road.
        After that I tried my best through self start and kick start also.But the result was negative..
        To complaint one phone no was given along with my complaint message.the no is [protected]. Just I tried 50 times.I couldn't get line.
        My question still the vehicle not started nor my complaint not registered again.
        What will be the solution for my vehicle problem

          I had purchased tvs jupiter (Engine no bg4hg2300692) on 30 oct 2016 from nainital motors haldwani (Uttrakhand) for rs. 65, 000/-. At the time of purchase i was convinced that the registration documents will be delivered withing 15 days. But till date i have not got any documents. Despite of repeated request and reminders the dealer is extending dates only.

          The scooty met with an accident in between and i am unable to repair or get claim of insurance due to non availability of registration documents.

          Please provide me the correct information for going ahead for next step.

            Sir i had taken tvs jupiter on may 2015. The sales team given the milage of nr upto 50 km at an average per liter within the city limits. But after 5 services still iam getting 35 km at an average. I have complained to the service team. But they had not been resevoled the problem due to neglegency of the dealer. So please resolve this problem. Thank you.

                Dear Team,

                Warm Greetings !!!

                This is DINAKAR from Urapakkam(Chennai), I have decided to purchase a bike. My uncle refer me the NEW Star city+ is superb and stylish. I have purchased New TVS STAR CITY+ on 10-Feb-2016 (10 months) in NANDEESH MOTORS, GUDUVANCHERRY-603202 by cash delivery. I have let my bike for service 5 times (5 free service) which is totally waste. Now i feel that why i purchased the Star city+ bike or the service given to me is wrong. Such an Waste, waste service given to me.

                I have received my manual book and tool kit at the time of my 2nd service and there is no warranty card for battery, i have asked them they told that you can claim using the purchase bill.

                1. At each service i used to say the same problem i had faced, once the bike i start and put the gear (without giving accelerate) the bike automatically move and get off. This i have complained at my four free services. They simply said there is no problem. I have changed the clutch plate with the help of private mechanic in private showroom. Now my vehicle is going smoothly.

                2. Now another issue at the time of 5th service, battery is dead no self start working and total waste service. Always getting a type of roar sound on driving. I have approached the TVS service center and asked about warranty on battery they says warranty covers for only 6 months at the time of purchase only. Now iam riding my vehicle using kick start.

                I approached a battery dealer for new one he says while purchasing a new battery the warranty covers for min 36 months for a new battery.
                He told me to approach the service center to claim the warranty on my battery warranty which will be claimable for a min of 1 year. After service they are asking feedback on telephone call about their service done, I have clearly told them that hereafter i will not let my vehicle in this particular showroom for any other service.

                Now i need a explanation from your side team, what is wrong with my side
                1. The TVS bike i purchased is wrong or the service given by them is wrong.

                I have told them that i will file a complaint against this on consumer court but no response from them. what should i do ?

                You can verify my service card at 4 services which i have mentioned the specific complaint. Iam waiting for a good reply on this and how can i claim my warranty on battery and how i will refer for others if they asked about TVS bikes.

                    I have purchased TVS Jupiter on 4th Dec 2016,
                    but till now i dint get Number for the same, I am always asking to showroom for number they are giving me junk ans like RTO is not providing the number.Where as my friend who got the vehicle in last week he got the number.
                    It clearly indicate either TVS showroom plying with me or they are hiding something or may be they are not taking follow up with RTO.
                    Even I raised request in TVS site also ref no-43323

                        I purchased a brand New TVS Jupiter on 06/10/16 in my wife's name from Ashoka Auto Mobile, Ahmedgarh, Punjab, 148021. I often facing starting problem with this product. Everyday, in morning when i want to start my scooty, its not starting. I gave long start but same result. Also with choke its never started . Everytime i need to use Kick to start it. I am very much frustrated & disappointed with this performance. Even with new battery its not starting at the prompt.
                        Whereas I also have another Two Wheeler (Honda Activa 2010 Model). Its giving very good performance even with old battery. By applying choke, its starts in first time.
                        So kindly do the needful and instruct the concerned dealer to throughly check my Jupiter and to resolve the issue permanentaly...

P.74 S 2264 .before the first free service km.493 the self of bike knocking and cracked automatically .I complaint for this type of problem but no one response .after one week change the self but again knocking and cracked .now i am again suffering from this type of problem .so please register the complaint and do the best for me.                             Hello,

                            Can someone from tvs management team help me?

                            I am really disappointed with the experience i received at logtech tvs trivandrum while servicing my tvs flame bike. For the past 2 years, fuel tank display is not working and i have given it to service couple of times and they always tell spare parts are missing and needs to be ordered. Always they tell like it's ordered through express option and will call me, but never i received any call.

                            I escalated this matter to service manager sugathan when i visited logtech tvs trivandrum office and he told me the same word 'it's ordered through express option again as a priority' and will call me asap. But for the past 5 month, they have not called me and i spoke to sugathan previous month and he told he will call me back. But no response till now. I also forwarded him an sms, but no response. Logtech tvs trivandrum office is not at all customer friendly and they don't provide an option to store helmets also. Also if we give them bike to service, they won't call us informing service is done and when we visit site after couple of days bike will be like seats are removed and they will be fitting parts in front of customers. Poor customer service always

                            Why tvs customers need to suffer this? Can this matter be escalated to directors of tvs and help me to get a working fuel tank display please?

                              This complain is for the tvs service center.. Name - sai tvs
                              Address-464/88/1, tahseenganj, hardoi road, chowk, lucknow
                              This is the worst service center of tvs company.. I droped my scooty on 14/12/16 for normal paid service.. Service manager asked me to take it on the next day as there were too many bikes for service and there were not enough workers..
                              When next day i arrived to take my scooty at 3 pm he said the battery is getting charged your scooty will b ready in 1 hour.. And olso this big showroom don't have a swiping machine! Asking for a digital india and such [censored] managers can't afford a swiping machine even! They ask for the payment in cash
                              This is the type of service we are getting in chowk branch of tvs! And m writing this complain because today is the 3rd day and still the scooty is not ready.. Service manager is asking to come at 4 to take the scooty!
                              P. S.- its a humble request to tvs motor company to shut the showroom with such fuken services!
                              There is no customer satisfaction while the service is paid! I would ask each of you reading this complain not to buy a tvs bike or scooty
                              They give the worst service!

                                I buy tvs jupiter on 28 oct 16 form koparkhene navi mumbai shree sai show room. Form mr suraj but till the date i didn't receive my vehicle number. We called every next day but they said all time you will get it tomorrow it's very bad n pathetic costumes service given by tvs n really i never go to buy any tvs products. It' was very very bad experience form tvs.

But immediately after sale pathetic after sales service and service principles showed by the dealer and service center incharge and technicians. Hate the vehicle shall sell it and purchase activa... Shall spread negative publicity in all my circle which is large as i am a working woman and then post videos of all the problems of the vehicleand poor customer service standards on fb and all other social media.                                     Last month I purchased new tvs juipter in tumkur. The performance is worst it has huge problem on oil seal near back wheel in 1month more than 3 times I went to showroom with same problem still it didn't get ready. When they did service it will be nice within a day same problem arise. Really it's killing our time from past few days. Public please think and purchase

                                      Dear team,
                                      As I'm Santhosh from Bangalore, I'm doing my bike service in arunagiri service center. Each service they are changing my bike original spare parts and fixing duplicate or any other old spare which already scrap without my intimation . because of that I'm getting lot of problems and my vehicle performance going down. So please check and resolve my problems as soon as possible.

                                      In last service that have changed my chain spaket, before service its good and after service it's full chain noise.
