I had given my jupiter for servicing on 9.12.2016 to Susheel motors private limited, metro huda truck parking, hyderabad 500072. My invoice number 12667. They people charged 822 rs. When giving my vehvle to them i said there is handle problem. But even after 1 day it was not rectified. Service speed also very poor. I am not satisfied. I feel it is better to go to local service person than your authorized dealer. Money charged by you is higher and behaviour is third class.

Dealers are quoting incorrect ex showroom price. I am planning to buy Apache RTR.
And dealer is quoting 3000 more as ex showroom price than what is listed on site. When checked with customer care, they said it is incorrect and will launch complaint against the showroom. But still haven't get any response.
The regional sales head is saying that the amount is more as there's is LBT. That is another stupid reason since ex showroom price ideally includes all such taxes apart from registration insurance.

My scooty developed snag on 26th october .I was not able to start the scooty though battery was functional .I somehow managed to carry the scooty to the Service center near Narwal Jammu.The scooty was serviced on 26 Oct -2016.Though scooty was working after repairs but it again developed the same fault on 5-Dec-2016.The same authorized centre was intimated and the person was deputed to check the fault.The deputed person again rectified the fault and it was again started.But the same fault has developed again and now oil is leaking from the scooty.
I request the TVS service centre through your esteemed platform to repair the scooty once for all even if it means deputing expert from outside and relieve me from the botheration suffered by me from time to time .

this inform that you bike not a start in self and engine sound loudly, engine over heating . axilator not control in minimum speed . after very trying to start and white smoke in a start I was three time your service center has not yet Problem Solve Complete engine is revealed I asked how long it would have snapped Part Part will come and Front wheel several times choking I barely avoided the accident occurred & sound loudly
i want to change my bike immediately . i do not excuse bike should change .

Dear Sir/Madam,

We do not have any good TVS service center near our area, so we obviously have to give in SAI BABA TVS SERVICE CENTER which is in Chinchwad. They are not maintaining standards. They are charging more when doing service. Apart from Service charges, they will charge for some works for which they wont accept card payment and will accept by cash only.

Last six month I am suffering as the vehicle not running properly, This complaint brought to notice of service centre Sai Service centre, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra But till the problem is not sorted out.There is casual approach from service centre.
Within this six months seven to eight times I visited service centre. Your service centres dosn't have trained mechanics?? I fed up with you people.
Kindly suggest me what to do...

I buy a TVS Jupiter last month in rajpura dealer. . He say to me he will provide me a temporary number with in 7 days.but till now they didn't provide me a temporary number. .always make me fool. .I am very disappointed with your service. .in a future I didn't deal with you and also say to everyone never deal with TVS company. .

I bought TVS Jupiter in September 2016. I have done servicing twice in TVS Showroom located in Hinjewadi, Pune. They have taken money but both the times the issue was not resolved. I am a working woman and every time putting my vehicle for servicing is not possible for me. I want correction to be done on the promised time.I really think that they just wash and give the vehicle back. Each time they are charging amount although few services are free of cost.

Your services centres did good job.after second service my new scooter is running as 10year old scooter. My scooter was running good but after first service my scooter average down to 25 km in one litre petrol. This is the actual position of new scooter. I have complaints to s k traders service centre through mail.there is no response of mail.my scooter is being stop again again. It is very difficult to start in morning. I have booked a TVS Scooty Zest on 29th Nov from Prabha TVS, Ashok Nagar, Chennai. I had paid the amount in full (online transfer) on the same day. I have been to the dealer 4 times now.. They say my bike registration is over.. But they are not handing over the bike. Neither are they returning my originals. No reason given. They don't answer calls or give me an explanation when I visit them. Today I waited for 2 hours and still didn't get it. I complained to the manager (Arun) and but he didn't take any action and left the site. At one point they tried to give me a different vehicle, which the security spotted and mentioned that that's not the bike I have under my name in their records.
I dialled TVS customer service numbers, but none answered.

Sir i have purchased a bike apache 160 new model for ur agencies (Nirman TVS lucknow). One day suddenly from my petrol tank one noise started coming I call them they said we will see in this .i give my bike to them for repairing and my problem was not solved yet and it is my 12 round to u agencies they take my bike but my problem is not solved .. 1 week has also not passed of my new bike . And its A humble request to u plzz call them or call me and solve my problem..

I Revathi purchased a vehicle Jupiter May 2016 but 3 rd day I got the petrol leakage prob and middle of the road the vehicle stopped I made a call to show room and they done repair

Second time also same prob I faced

Third time I have given my vehicle for 2 nd service in the show room on 23 Nov 2016 but the mechanic person broken vehicle out side petrol cap I asked them to change but still now they didn't changed

30 Nov 2016 again I got the prob with vehicle not started

This is my humble Request to take my complaint and solve the prob immediately and considered my Request

I bought an apache rtr 200 on 4th of october nd it hadnt been 1 month when the bike started jerking at high speeds.. At first i thought it was a minor issue nd would go away but it didnt nd then yesterday i took the bike to my city's service center (Tvs fatehpuria motors) they kept my bike for the whole day nd the issue still wasnt resolved nd today again i took my bike. They scraped it open part by part nd replaced every part but the issue still wasnt resolved nd said tht we dont know the reason of the issue nd we cant help.

I brought TVS ZEST on 28.04.2016 at NP TVS Dindigul, Tamilnadu State. Registration No. TN574503.The Silencer of the vechicle sounds abnormal. I sent the vehicle to the service centre on 26.11.2016. The Service centre authorities told me that the silencer will be replaced under warranty coverage. But after two days they refused to replace the silencer under warranty coverage.

I have purchased one TVS Jupiter under the name of Jahnvi N. Shah on 12th Oct 2016. Total amount paid by me is 59, 000 Rupees where as quotation provided by Auto Point Dealer is of 61, 794 Rupees. This shows that an amount of 2794 Rupees discount was given to me by the dealer. After going through actual invoice and quotation, it is seen that in quotation ex show room price is mentioned as 52, 781 Rupees where as in invoice it is seen as 50, 781 Rupees. This shows that 2000 Rupees discount is given to me as per the invoice.Now actual discount given to me is of 2794 Rupees so there is an error of 794 rupees in the invoice given by the dealer to me. I have requested the dealer to give me clarification for the same but Auto Point dealer is not giving me any response. It is clearly seen that IDV of my vehicle was purposefully increased by the dealer so that i have to pay more premium.

This is Narayanaswamy vanimisetty, I taken one tvs xl 100 moped bike in sri sowbhagya auto mobiles in yanam, the delar given a bike on 8000 down payment initially with cash pay on clear cut discussion. on[protected], In that same day night he changed downpayment to 12000, and he given 4000 in 4 days time, what is this nonsense. First we given clear explanation we pay 8000 as a downpayment, its ok he accepted but at the same time he changed like this, it is so worst case for normal people. so please mind this type of delers are making gamming with customers. thanking u

I have purchased a tvs XL 100 on 19/11/2016 in the name of D. Janaki Vehicle no is Tn-18- AJ- 9126. On 03/11/2016 Your sales person Mr. Dhillip Disused about the vehicle then they promise me to give all the extra fitting which the listed on OM SIVASAKTHI MOTORS then I book the vehicle. When I Got the delivery the two items is not there 1. Handle griper, bag hook not given so please arrange it as soon as possible. The list of quotation I have been attached for proof.
The very good thing is till I not see the person Mr. Dhillip then no person is response reason is not giving. This Matter goes like this what I want to do or I will take further action. Very sorry to say.
