I have purchased new TVs pep in Feb 2016. Three services is completed. Starting the month of problem in self and near about 10 to self in the morning then start. I also visited your TVs pep showroom kc motors, ferozepur cantt. But my problem is not solved. I am fully frustrated by it...

TVS dont have any action plans.No planning for the Production even though they have committed to provide the vehicle on time.I have booked the vehicle before 44 days .It was told that they will provide the vehicle within 45 days for sure..But now I have talked even to Sales Manager, and they just give excuses.If you cannot deliver the things then dont promise that.Also they say go for different color, we can provide you that. I own a TVS jupiter (millinium addition) of July"16.This mail is to inform you that i am not sattisfied with your service in manesar service agency.
I have given my scooty for service and one of its part i.e ignition coil is damaged.My scooty is not repaired yet due to unavailability of that particular part in market for that particular model.
I am suffering from last three days.Yor dealer is not clearifying the status yet....

I purchased tvs jupiter in karaikal sakthi auto agency 2month before, bike gave lot of problem from the time of purchase and till now. The service is very bad and they doesn't give reason of the problem.the quality of product and spares also very bad.i am very disappointed with your product and service and its annoying us.please don't provide false product to people....

My name is evelin prathiba. A, contact no:[protected], vehicle no: ka-04 tc-425 no given to me. I bought a bike on 23 sep/2016 scooty zest in matrix motors tavarekere, bangalore. On the very 2 nd day itself i complaint to mr. Rikesh/sales manager who guided me to take the bike, stating that i'm not comfortable riding the bike as there is a problem with the wheel and its shaking, but no one even bothered to check or help me out instead convinced...

I am very disapponted with TVS Bhiwadi staff they don't have any solution to sort out customer problems, and they dont even try to solve my problem.
Its' being 3 month almost they didn't provide me R.C paper and not giving their effort to completing my necessery document (R.C) / no helmet is given yet.

And the most irritating thing is that At the time we came to buy your TVS bike, i ask to him clearly is that helmet...

This is to inform that i have booked for an apache rtr 200 matte black the dealers told me that the bike will be delivered within 10days. In the middle they called me and said matte black is not available so if i choose matte grey they can deliver it sooner. so hence i have to choose matte grey but still they r not delivering my bike as they promised.

I have been roaming for fuel pump across the bangalore from last year, how a company can manfacture a product which is not going supplied further. Im very frustated that showrooms are not even responding about issue. Not only me alot of customers leaving their bikes in showrooms for weeks to get it resolved and taking them back with lack of stock of product. Hi, I purchased new TVS ZEST bike from one of your dealer Varsha Motor at vanuvampet, Chennai. Till now i havent got any feedback call from either you or from the dealer. I am totally disappointed with this dealer as i didnt get my original paper whatever i submitted at the time of registration. Also not getting proper response from them. Pls sort out this issue i am struggling lot withou having my original papers.

After first service in rks tvs service cnetre kangeyam trippur district tamilnadu not done properly there are unable to remove the air block in front disk break hydrolic line in my vehicle tn 42 t 2605 victor 2016 model. That problem persists after third services also i think threre are not able to not rectified the fault please give to very trained mechanical person....
