Dear TVS,

I have TVS agreement number of KA3009TW0214128, when I went to Anjanadri motors in Kanakapura they told me that interest is of 13%, and get all the OTP now charging a interest rate of 24.11%. please don't mislead the people for your scam. Now the service provider Anjanadri motors also not responding regarding this.

I got a Samsung A12 in emi from TVS sathi, last 2 months tenure are paid well, but this month as usual tvs credit auto debited my bank account on 5th july. But then after 2 days when i checked my bank balance, i saw same id as previously debited TVS emi deducted same amount from my bank account on 8th July. I tried to infrom the shop also, they said they have informed TVS but its been 3 days since no response from tvs.

Good evening sir, I bought a two wheeler of TVS 9 months ago and today a major problem has come in it which is not able to call and I have to change this vehicle so what is the procedure for it

Dear sir,
i was recently purchased tvs rider 125cc( black).after t i found this bike totaly build by poor acceseriespart .this bike have digital meter eco mode and power mode .but when i was take a ride it shows eco, power mode also.majorly i purchesed this bike for milage, it mentioned in instruvtion form it will be give 65km per ltr.but it come only 50km per ltr.
this TVS RIDER BIKE QWALITY IS NOT EXPECTED TOTALY POOR.

PLEASE TAKE MY FEEDBACK IWANT TO EXCHANGE THIS BIKE.

Tvs star sport plus 110 cc motorcycle seat comfort is very bad if i go for long drive it become hard to travel.
i fill very sad after buying this motorcycle.
please take my review in mind and try to make some changes and make it comfortable.

Am the owner of TVS IQ I had the worst experience in sky TVS Aurangabad whenever I have I have issue with which scooty I reach out the service centre they never give value to the customer they are so lazy at work blaming other today I went to service centre talk about insurance they told talk with dealership when I have a talk with dealership they will talk with service centre giving zero star service to customer they are not on time I regret why I purchase from this dealership

PURCHASED TVS RAIDER YELLOW COLOUR BIKE FROM KESVIN TVS SHOWROOM TIRUPATI (517501) on JULY 4TH 2022. on delivered day itself, after riding bike for 5kms, bike didn't run due to battery issue, approached to showroom, they informed that we didn't charge battery, so your bike engine is not started. later after service on same day, again delivered, after delivery, bike ride for 1km, again bike engine stops suddenly, when we approached for service center, again THEY TOLD WE NEED ONE DAY FOR SERVICE. MY COMPLAINT was we payed 1500rs., towards PREDELIVERY INSPECTION charges, BEFORE THEY DELIVERED BIKE TO US, why don't they check battery before delivering to us. still showroom maanager SUKANYA didn't attend our call to answer any of my questions and not shown any concern about this incident; STILL THEY DID'T PROVIDE ANY JOB CARDS also

I got the new vehicle today 4 th July 2022 from Madhav TVS and it isn't starting at all. Tried kick too. Purchased vehicle at 5:45 pm and it didn't work after 2 hours i.e. I have hardly driven 10 km and it stopped working. Called multiple times to salesperson and she switched off mobile.
Workshop man somehow helped and a guy came around 9:00 pm tried to start with self and kick but didn't work and asked me leave vehicle, they may pick up tomorrow. Too much frustrated within two hours of purchase.

We recently bought the TVS NTORQ XP from Hemanth Motors Yelahanka one of the dealerships of TVS Motors. We paid the full amount on the same day which is 25th June 2022 and requested for delivery of the scooter on 2nd July 2022 as we preferred delivery of the scooter along with registered number plate. We were assured that the scooter will be ready and we can come on the preferred date. However we didn’t receive any update or call back from Hemanth motors or tvs on registration of the vehicle and the readiness of the scooter. We followed up constantly however poor response from Hemanth motors. We visited the showroom on the date of delivery which is 2nd July 2022, however the staff response was poor and they were uncooperative with their reply for every questions for delaying. They replied that it was end of the month and we couldn’t proceed with the registration, after long argument, they agreed on new date that is 4th July 2022 5pm. We requested for an assurance as we need to commute back from office which is in whitefield around 30kms and that scooter will be ready with numbered registration plate. We again visited on 4th July 2022 around 5pm and we see that the number plate was unavailable and dealership asked us take the scooter without number plate. We made it clear from the day one that we will take scooter along with number plate as we cannot make multiple visits to showroom. Hemanth motors Yelahanka is poor in handling the customers and kept blaming on each other for not keeping with promise of delivery. We have been asked to wait for 2 hours so that they can get number plate. The responses from staff and management is disappointing and unsatisfactory. Customer service is BAD. I have now bad experience with buying and delivery of the TVS product and I am worried about the future service experience.
I am utterly disappointed and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TVS OR HEMANTH MOTORS.

I purchased a TVS Sport bike from Dhiraa Motors, Virugambakkam on 26 Aug 2021.
TVS proudly advertised saying that the mileage would be around 100 to 110 kmpl but I hardly get a mileage of 55 to 60 kmpl.
Within 4 months ( bike had only reached 3000km) of purchase the clutch plate fell down on the road while I was driving. On complaining, the dealer they refused the defective condition of the bike and asked me to pay for it.
After the clutch plate was changed, oil started leaking from the bike. When I contacted the dealer regarding this, he started blaming me saying that my driving is not proper.
I have been driving for the past 30 years and have never faced such issues with any of my bikes so far.
I'm deeply distressed by the quality of the bike TVS has given and the worst service by Dhiraa motors

I have given "TVS RTR Apache 160 4V BS-4 DISC" to KC Enterprises LLP, S.NO.206, Chanda Mansion, Ambedkar Chowk, Pimpri, Pune Maharashtra for changes in some body parts.

The date of given was 12th Jun 2022.

The vehicle is still in the service station and they are unable to change the body parts since past 25 days. The problem seems unknown to them.

Whenever I was called to service center they have not given appropriate ans to me.

Looking into the above issue, I am suffering and I want a required the vehicle immediately.
Following are the details regarding the same.

Yesterday i came home and tried to put scooter on charge but smart x charger was not working..there was no green light coming in that and its not even charging the scooter..i called customer care and they said please send mail to our e mail id i.e [protected]@tvsmotor.com.. i mailed the same but still there is no reply or any call from the company..m not able to use scooter as i have to go to my workplace daily..m facing problems as m having single vehicle at my home..i need urgent visit of service executive at my place..

I complete my loan no:tn3007ut0014992 on 09.06.2022 your staff tell to me after 15 days you can collect your noc and original rc from our office but still now i am not receiving my rc and noc . Your staff will be raise the request for noc on 25.06.2022 now they told after 15 days from today you can be collect your noc and original rc. What can i do now?

I had given my TVS Jupiter for servicing at mp09zu0887 at patidar TVS Rau(453331) Indore (M.P) on 20/06/2022. They promised me to return it on 24/06/2022. But when I gone to pick my Vehicle, it was not ready. When I complaint regarding this they behaved very badly. It shows their irresponsible and bad behaviour.
Please take strict action against them.

I'm from Trivandrum, kerala. I booked TVS Raider 125 ( wicked black ) in[protected]. After waiting for 1 month now, the bike has not been delivered yet.Please set delivery speedup...

My bike have been accident at 01/06/22 and i have been submitted it in agency at same day till now bike is not ready they are taking too much time when i asked about bike always says the part is not available we have ordered.i am very disappointed from the agency and tvs services its taking 22 days but i didn’t get any response.
I am unable to go my office. I hope you understand and resolve my issues please.

I am going to your service center for servicing of my Jupiter but that experience are so bad they broke my Jupiter key and not ready to take responsibility of it. When I go to service manager for complaint they say me it is not our responsibility it means that if my bike are stolen from your service center when I give you to for servicing it is not your responsibility? Please take some action against it
