I bought TVS scooty from imperial tvs, Prayagraj in 2020. I did all the servicing of my scooty from there only, till date .Your servicing team is so bad that after 1 yr of servicing all parts of scooty seem to come loose starting from tyres, horn, battery even the fuel tank is defected.I want to ask why do u sell defective items also your management staff is so bad on behaviour and they don't take there work seriously.
It has been just close to 1 year and scooty doesn't take auto start there is some problem in battery.After two to three rounds to the service centre they admitted that during all the five servicing the worker didn't plug the battery in charge that's why it has become weak.
During all my servicing period of scooty i sat there for 5hrs and the work they did was God knows what because till next servicing something of it would be imbalanced.Even on complaining they take it so lightly and blame it on me thinking I am a female they would argue with me and treat me as a fool.
I request u to take this complain into consideration.I trusted tvs that's why I bought the item from there .I[censored] want the trust to be maintained atleast take the demands of customer seriously .I am not asking for much but atleast i paid for the thing so the thing must be done which u promised will happen under ur care.

So, I posted complaint on 9 may and yet no one has contacted for like 1 month I'm running to and forth to showroom(Imperial tvs, Prayagraj).They do nothing listen but ignore it .
I am suffering with scooty so much that it stops suddenly anywhere i try starting it but it doesn't three times four times nothing happens i leave it for 30mins to 1 hour to rest and again try starting it then it shows some activity.I mean why it is happening like this in this burning summer .I can't stop it in fear what if it stops!, what if doesn't start again !
I don't understand during my first four free servicing it was alright then why at my fifth paid servicing(that costs me around 1000 rupees) it is being like that.
I request you to look into this matter it is not good for your company ignoring the functioning o[censored]r machinery, your employees behaviour and so much.I have decided that I would never recommend your products to anyone that's why Activa is much better .

    When i purchased tvs sports, the rubber Screw not fixed near gear box,
    They said It fixed on first service because it is not available now.
    When i go for first service with appointment at time 10.30 am.
    Till 1 : 30 pm, my bike stand on queue,
    Some bike without appointment come first, .
    Ther hrass the customer.
    I free from 2: 30 pm but rubber of nut not fixed, aur kehne laghe humare pas nahi hai.
    They hrass me after waiting 5 hours.
    Its first service is very bad.
    The tight the hand brake very strong.
    That it not hold with hand pro.

      I have purchase my bike in December 2021. After then I have done only 3 services but in records of Ocenic tvs showroom my bikes 5 free services are done.when i called in Ocenic tvs showroom they say to me that there some documents problem from their side. they have make a mistake in document.now, i can faces a many problems from their mistakes.so, please help me and take any action to that company and say to them solve my bikes documents problem,

        03-MAY-2022, am done service done from "Kubara motor from HSR Layout
        Bangalore". They not doing proper service and they not fixed proper parts.
        * They done hand bar adjustment and at the time they not fixed horn part, it's lying down inside only, because off that am unable turn handle bar, while i turning its struck and yesterday 05-MAY-2022 me & my met accident in queen road, Shivajinagar Bangalore.

        1.What and all am raising the bike problem, while am given service to kubara service center its not resolved.
        2. Show room executives only give they rating about vehicle service post done vehicle service, and executives they not listening properly customer query & complaints.

        Kindly check and do the action and i need a resolution.

            I've bought a tvs pept scooty from rao motors manesar Gurgaon Haryana. Since I bought it the speedometer is not working and still they didn't provided me a new one, the staff member always said they'll provide within 2 or 3 days. The new problem is my scooty stops while running and I serviced my vehicle from the rao motors service center but still there was the same problem in my scooty as I've one year garranty of my vehicle they are not providing the damage part and I had to suffer daily

              Fake job call from Tvs motors

              I have received a call from [protected] . Telling themselves as they are calling from tvs motors they were asking to submit documents & asking to deposit money 2000 rupees which will be refundable. The moment they asked for money i changed my tone started telling that u are fake then they also said that go complaint whom ever you want no one can do anything to us. She started talking rudely even she was not able to speak english she spoke...

              VERY POOR SERVICE.
              I had bought TVS JUPITER in Anbu TVS, Ramanathapuram last month.About one week time it met with an accident.I brought the vehicle to Anbu TVS for repair.After 20 days they handover the vehicle to me .
              I observed that the rear panel replaced is of another type.Mine is Petrol tank open in front.but they fitted it as in the back .
              Also the front top panel is not locked with the bottom.
              I showed the mistakes made to them, they answered in a rediculus manner.They did not take any step to correct it.
              Now I handed over the vehicle to Anbu TVS for correction.They told me to make a complain about this to the authority, so that every thing will be done. WHAT A PATHETIC SITUATION.

              THIS IS ONE EXAMPLE ABOUT THE SERVICE BY ANBU TVS, RAMANATHAPURAM.

                I repaired my two wheeler three times last month but they only got the money well and did not repair it properly.the. cost of my vehicle is 6500.medavakkam Lokesh tvs and brilliant tvs. Very very worst service. Only for business not for customers satisfied.please refund for my money.

                  TVS Apache RR 310

                  I own TVS Apache RR 310 and I bought it for the sole purpose of track riding but when I got him this Motorcycle it has some brake issues even after several times taking it to the dealership the same things persist till date and even caused an accident.
                  The motorcycle sometimes get fuel leak from tank, sometimes all the coolant gets leaked, sometimes the brakes goes off.
                  The motorcycle is full of defects still TVS doesn't care...

                    I am from Government Medical College Palakkad. I have booked a TVS RAIDER Red colour from Royal Tvs Palakkad on 9/2/2022. I have paid them the booking advance and they promised me to deliver the bike as soon as possible. But till now it is not delivered. The dealer is saying that they are not receiving bikes from the TVS. Once the load comes then only they can deliver. The TVS is not showing interest in delivering the bike at correct time. It is an example of negligence and poor customer friendly attitude from the TVS.

                    I own a raider 125, I have so much complaint from its gear, gear is not working, it is strucking, I complaint it to services centre 15 day before, and my problem doesn't solve, plz help me, TVS it's very bad experience with you TVS, plz solve my problem, it's aurgent
                    I have purchased raider black disc 125 on Feb month at coimbatore dealer, after 3500km vehicle major compliant like sudden ignition off post giving in service centre they told fuel pump, throttle issue post changing still issue not resolved it has been 10 days still issue not resolved very bad experience on this new bike raider .

No chain noice and break adjustment no spray but spray charge by paid customer. Service timing 14/04/2022 to 26/04/2022
                      1. motorcycle no runing smoothly.
                      2. change camshaft.
                      3.Change timing chain.
                      4.service head block.
                      5.but Engine oil lekege by running
                      6.no Tru Spray but spray charge paid customer.
                      7.Labour charge Rs.590 and AMC card Total pay rs.1028 but not running smoothly

                          I AM USING JUPITER AND IT HAS RUN 44000 KMS, ONLY AUTHORISED CENTRE IS USED FOR ANY REPAIRS, NO OUTSIDE REPAIRS HAVE DONE SO FAR . FOR 44000 KMS RUN IS IT NECESSARY TO REBORE OR CHANGE BORE . EVERY 3000 KMS I give for servicing, single handed drive, office to home, home to office.                             I have booked a vehicle online on 9th January 2022, But Tvs Motors unable to provide me bike at selected dealer Ahinsa Tvs Gurgaon. Now i buy the bike from 3rd party. I requested to tvs motor for refund the booking amount via email id with 9 reminder, but issue still pending. i didn't receive any positive response for tvs motors.

                              I'm Aravindhan from Mettupalayam, Coimbatore. I bought tvs apache 160 4v twin disc on june 2020 in SPS tvs Mettupalayam. Recently i faced engine cut off issue while running and also at slow speed. Last week I left the vehicle in above mentioned service centre for cut off issue and oil service. They quoted a bill of 1500₹ for general service, oil change and injector cleaning. At the end of the day they informed that the problem was not resolved. Need to change the injector which costs 1800₹. I asked how come an injector gets damage in a very short period. My vehicles odo reading is 14000 only. They don't have a proper explanation. I just paid and left there. Took my bike to a local mechanic. He checked and told me that the air filter was clogged with some kind of dust sediments and also the plug was blocked. He replaced it and cleaned the air filter now the engine cut off problem is resolved. Directly from there i went to showroom and asked what are the checkups you done in general service. They don't have a proper answer. They charged me 550 for this but didn't checked the air filter. Now I paid extra 400₹ to local mechanic. The service advisor and mechanic are not knowledgeable to this work. This is the 3rd time I'm facing this kind of improper services in that service centre. Kindly take actions accordingly to my complaint.

                                I buy TV's Jupiter on 2021 . after 4 months scooty was not working properly and vibrating this was not expected but i always... keep servicing it...but they were ignoring... the problem... so everything going good... but now...after 10 months.. scooty was not working I was in... road...alone.. it's was immense struggle of mine..as I m a girls.. left alone in the road with my... damaged scooty...i went to servicing store... tvs ak Gandhi... they said... all ur problems will be solved..till evening . but after that.. as I called them. in evening they don't receive my call and..after 2days service manger called mee... and told me all problems of scooty. but it is a joke...after 2 days.. someone calling me... like hell.. ###!! he said there are vibration because... of fuel was nit reaching... this problem... I told him but he ignore but he was telling me... problem if my own scooty... that i was known already.so i asked. him when I will get my scooty he.. said.. till tomorrow afternoon I said alright.. but as the day arrives he didi t pick up my call... and... after all this... extending days...nd days... then on sunday.he called nd...he lied and said...ur scooty is now...workkibg properly we have solved ur problem...but...as today is monday...i get my sccoty...i hope..ki.scooty is well now...but as I...drive my sccoty it' was as earlier...they..did nothing to my scooty...and...just waste my time...nd..he said...in the last I mean in 5 servicing they will make it proper but whyyyyy in 5 servicing..?y not noww...and in 4 serving they did nothing...my scooty they didn't did any changes in it they..didnt repair it. and just faking it...if... ANY PROBLEM happenss..as I m a girl ...if i m alone in.road wht i will do...??? who will take care of me...??? will they.. if anything happens to mee.. tvs ak Gandhi will be responsible for all.. if anything wrong happens to meeeeee i m nit a joke nor my life.. !! ;;rather.. repair it.. or exchange... it..!

                                  I have a 1.5year old TVS Ntorq which suddenly stopped taking self start while trying to start in the middle of the ride. I took it to their authorized service centre Trijal TVS in Bangalore for repair. They asked me to submit the scooter to them for finding the self start issue. It has been 10 days and they are neither able to find the issue nor able to get correct parts in time to get the checks completed. 10 days I am without the scooter and with no guarantee from the service centre on the issue and resolution. They are raising hands on the delay by saying they are unable get correct parts to check the issue.

                                  Now trying to raise a complaint with TVS and find their website is down. Wondering how to get a resolution to this
