I m getting sound from my vehicle till now tvs service center unable to detect my problem. They said that it is a exhaust problem so they need to change it. Now they were saying that the tvs motors are not responding for order placement what should I do now?

    I have a bought a scooty from the showroom off TVs scooty name is ntorq..And jbse li hai kbhi kuch issue kbhi kuch issue hi hai..Abhi recently battery m issue bola tha fir lock m..Abhi just 1 year hua hai scooty ko..And jb mene ki thi uske 2 din baad hi uski break m issue ho gya tha..This company's scooty is so worst i recommend to everyone do not buy any product from this company..I have did a biggest mistake to take scooty from this company..And now I want solution of it i won't tolerate this again and again ki har baar ye khrb hoti rahe..

      Dear Sir,
      I Have Purchased TVS XL 100 Super Heavy duty At Arasu Tvs Porur Chennai ON[protected]TN12AP4539).so sad to say, your dealer service point (AVADI TVS, Arasu TVS Porur) we are facing lot of problems in the vehicle.Everything seemed good for one week after servicing. Later the Engine went off during the ride.Service centre person not giving proper response to me. i am facing STARTING TROUBLE, CURRENT SUPPLY PROBLEM, SENSOR PROBLEM.ON THE DATE OF[protected] I HAVE GIVEN SERVICE AT AVADI TVS THEY SAID WE NOT HAVING SPARES IN STOCK WAIT 10 DAYS THEY SAID BUT I RECIEVED MY BIKE AFTER 45DAYS.AFTER THAT SAME PROBLEM .Then again i given bike to Arasu TVS for problem they said we will change sensor board. hereafter problem not persist.But again and again i am getting problem .when i purchased bike from that i am facing this issue.bike using by senior citizen.He is very depressed on this.We are really dissatisfied with their service and it seems that it was the biggest mistake of our life to buy this vehicle.Kindly Replace this bike and give New Bike.If not i will go through consumer forum.

        TVS iqube scooty is one of the most useless scooty,
        I took it but I am very sorry about it,
        It has been 9 months since taking it, has not given any good response till now, started walking intermittently in 4 months,
        The motor got damaged in 9 months,
        Along with this, its smart charger is also bad.
        Meaning it looks like I have shed 1.25 lakhs in water about this scooty.
        Totally Waste Ho Money.

          I have buy a bike tvs apache 160 4v dual disc from kotdwar uttrakhand showroom on I have pay cash rs 149, 390 on 12april 22 first the salesmam make bill of 139390 after it i say it to sales man he say we not include insurance charge on it they only gave two paper one is dealer bill other is insurance not gave other like road tax receipt, registration certificate receipt after it when i get insurance from there thet mention specail edition whenever i not get a special edition only i have tvs apache 160 4v dual disc wants to know actual on road cash price of 1604v dual disc april 2022 price or he do any cheats with us .

            Hello sir/ma'am
            I have TVS XL Hundred bike 2018 DL8SCM2074 model. One day I noticed that the wiring of my bike is breaking and they are having problems every now and then. Then I took my bike to TVS Rajput Service Center Swaroop Nagar Road Burari Delhi 110084.Took his bike to the service center on 4th May2022. He said that he will change it in 4 to 5 days. When I went after four-five days, they said that the wiring is not all over Delhi. Then I told him to get it from the TVS PLANT. He said that we have put the plant on demand. But today on May 19, 2022, when I called and asked, he said that he has not come yet and has not given any confirmation. when will the wiring arrive.Now my bike is having problems intermittently and stops on the way and causing a lot of problems. My income comes from this vehicle and it has got damaged.Now you tell me what should I do?
            Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                I had purchased I qube last month 28/07/2021 which I think one of the worst investment I have ever done by trusting TVS brand and purchasing their bike just in a day throttle sensor issue started and after a Motor Hall sensor has gone and people from thier dealership are so pathetic they took my bike and told in 3 days the new motor will come and we will install and give it to you and till 1 week I waited there was no response at all from them then I had visit your dealers service center and charge them left and right then they arrange some other vehicle motor and gave it to me and for 3-4days it was fine now again that motor hall sensor is creating issues and my investment has gone in vain and I had to tow my vehicle for almost 8-10kms back home, I am fed up just in a week's time how can the motor itself can got damaged that means they are cheating people by selling defective products. Kindly see into my complaint and I want my money I don't trust them anymore

                        Actually I have taken RTR apache 160 4v bike number KA 53 EY 4966 actually I have bought aug 2018 I in my bike water was going through petrol cap it’s not little around 1 litre more complained many times in TVS motors as well but no use from 4 years issue is not resolved and also in service station as no response and showroom name Saravana enterprises kolar 563101 and also staff is not good behaviour I have complain so many times but no response I lost hope about TVS motors as well pls take a action

                          Sir I have bought a tvs Apache rtr 160 4v bike from Shree Gobinda Tvs from Guwahati near Lokhra chariali on 21 th April 2022.I have got an issue of soak abserber oil seal leakage after 80 kilometres running.I went to the showroom but they didn't take this matter seriously.They informed me not availability of the products.After 180 kilometres running to day I went to change the broken oil seal they didn't help me nothing. They should replace it free of cost .

                            I have bought Apache 200 4V in velan TVS, Hosur. Bike is being automatically cut-offed while running and still 1 year have not got over. I have been suffering over a week and I didn't get a proper solution still. I'm afraid of taking my bike to go to office or to buy something else. kindly take proper action. This is the worst ever customer service I have experienced.

                                  This is Saravanan from Chennai. I bought Apache RTR 180 BSV on March 18th 2022 from Sri Lakshmi TVS Motors East Avenue Korattur. I paid full cash and got the bike. But within one month, I faced battery issue (self start) in my bike. The self start was not working properly and I could not able to start my bike. Then I reached TVS Service Center in PADI. They took my bike and repaired it and handed over to me after one week. They marked it as First Service done for the bike on[protected], and the supervisor in the service center told me that he had fixed the issue by replacing the old part with the new parts. but after 10 days again I'm facing the same issue. The self start is not working and I could not able to start my bike. when I reach the service center and the Dealer (Sri Lakshmi Motors) they are not responding to my call.

                                    I bought TVS scooty from imperial tvs, Prayagraj in 2020. I did all the servicing of my scooty from there only, till date .Your servicing team is so bad that after 1 yr of servicing all parts of scooty seem to come loose starting from tyres, horn, battery even the fuel tank is defected.I want to ask why do u sell defective items also your management staff is so bad on behaviour and they don't take there work seriously.
                                    It has been just close to 1 year and scooty doesn't take auto start there is some problem in battery.After two to three rounds to the service centre they admitted that during all the five servicing the worker didn't plug the battery in charge that's why it has become weak.
                                    During all my servicing period of scooty i sat there for 5hrs and the work they did was God knows what because till next servicing something of it would be imbalanced.Even on complaining they take it so lightly and blame it on me thinking I am a female they would argue with me and treat me as a fool.
                                    I request u to take this complain into consideration.I trusted tvs that's why I bought the item from there .I[censored] want the trust to be maintained atleast take the demands of customer seriously .I am not asking for much but atleast i paid for the thing so the thing must be done which u promised will happen under ur care.

                                    So, I posted complaint on 9 may and yet no one has contacted for like 1 month I'm running to and forth to showroom(Imperial tvs, Prayagraj).They do nothing listen but ignore it .
                                    I am suffering with scooty so much that it stops suddenly anywhere i try starting it but it doesn't three times four times nothing happens i leave it for 30mins to 1 hour to rest and again try starting it then it shows some activity.I mean why it is happening like this in this burning summer .I can't stop it in fear what if it stops!, what if doesn't start again !
                                    I don't understand during my first four free servicing it was alright then why at my fifth paid servicing(that costs me around 1000 rupees) it is being like that.
                                    I request you to look into this matter it is not good for your company ignoring the functioning o[censored]r machinery, your employees behaviour and so much.I have decided that I would never recommend your products to anyone that's why Activa is much better .

                                      When i purchased tvs sports, the rubber Screw not fixed near gear box,
                                      They said It fixed on first service because it is not available now.
                                      When i go for first service with appointment at time 10.30 am.
                                      Till 1 : 30 pm, my bike stand on queue,
                                      Some bike without appointment come first, .
                                      Ther hrass the customer.
                                      I free from 2: 30 pm but rubber of nut not fixed, aur kehne laghe humare pas nahi hai.
                                      They hrass me after waiting 5 hours.
                                      Its first service is very bad.
                                      The tight the hand brake very strong.
                                      That it not hold with hand pro.
