I have purchased TVS Scooty Streak on 17/09/2015 from ASR Motors in Pammal, Chennai. While delivering, he didn't provide me the spare key. He said, no spare key is available, so they will get a duplicate key. even for that duplicate key I asked them so many times. After 3rd free service they provided the duplicate key. Also from day 1, the bike has few problems.
1. Some cables near front tire was not fixed properly. Every time, I applied break on speed breaker, bike moves automatically to the left side. Its been rectified on 2nd free service.
2. A rod/guard to be fixed above silencer on 2nd free service for a freshly purchased scooty. It is of free of cost. But its been a year now, I completed my loan as well. For this, they are telling like, no stock now. they will order for it and after that they will fix for my bike. Still now the rod is not fixed.
3. While purchasing the bike, the executive who is responsible for our order has resigned for his personal reason. At that time, our spare key was on pending. They said no spare key is available, so will give us a duplicate key. I have accepted it though I purchased a fresh bike. But for that duplicate key also, they were telling like "Ask the executive who is responsible on purchase time". How do we contact him or after his resignation how can he work for us??
Very irresponsible replies and services. Please take an action on ASR Motors, Pammal, Chennai .

4. From day 1, the bike has problem in carborator. If I raise the speed above 40, the bike itself will shiver. Its been serviced only on my 3rd service.
Is this the way they service us? I have paid for the bike, didn't get as a freebie.
I need a compensation for these problems.
