i, akash jain, a 1 year old customer of a bike of your company, tvs apache 160 . i am regretting for choosing your bike. i am pretty impress with your product but your after sell service i TOO BAD . i bought my bike from shaw wheels, 117/1 narayantala west vip road. last time when i gave my bike for service they took 3 days to make it done and after that with in a hour i have to came back couse my bike was not running properly (my bike was not able to reach speed of 40 kmph ). they gave me a free service for that but still but it took 1 more day . when they handover my bike to me after a 4 day of servicing period it was not even properly cleaned. they always have a reason that they don't have enough mechanic to make the job quick and clean. i kindly request to give them proper resource so that i can prefer some one to go for tvs . Event after all such issues i was anyhow managing but now a day there service approach and behaviour approach. your service centre cant even provide a bit of pace to keep our helmets.     Hi, I am Sudhakar javalagi purchased TVS scooty in the year 2012 from Vijayalaxmi TVS showroom at Hubli Karnataka the vehicle reg no is KA 25 EK 3344. there is noise coming from engine & 4 to 5 times horn pin is replaced by your dealer (whether they replacing the horn pin or not I do not).this problem is told to service adviser several times to solve the problem at service station but no action is taken place that is why I am not coming to your service station. can you solve the problem or loose the customers like me.       I have purchased one 'Wego' from your Ulhasnagar based dealer. I would like to inform you that firstly, I have faced lot of problems in getting delivery of the vehicle. Please note that I have visited your said dealer's showroom on 21-Mar-15 & handed over cheque of Rs.56, 500/- to them. As per the commitment given to me, I was supposed to get delivery on 26-Mar. However, after lot of follow ups with them, I finally got the delivery on 31-Mar, that too, without invoice copy. Secondly, after lot of follow ups, I received invoice copy on 15-Apr. After receiving invoice copy, I raised one query regarding bifurcation of Rs.4, 800/- charged to me on account of registration charges. After not getting any satisfactory reply from them, I personally visited their showroom on 03-May, i.e. day before yesterday and met Mr. Tushar. As your said dealer has already provided me bifurcation of Rs. 3, 193/-, I asked Mr. Tushar about the breakup of the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 1, 607/-. As verbally informed by Mr. Tushar, Rs.800/- was paid to 'AGENT' and the balance amount was paid to 'RTO' persons for getting the vehicle registered, for which he expressed his inability to provide any supporting. Upon hearing this, I made it very clear to Mr. Tushar that I will not be authorising for any such illegal payment from my account. However, he again expressed his inability to help me on this. As such, I request you to look into the matter & arrange refund of the unauthorized amount charged to me. I also request you to give necessary instruction to all your dealers to refrain themself from charging such illegal amount from your esteemed customers.

      i own a apache 160. since few days i was facing brraking issues, i went to tvs service center and the service person replaced rear breakplates even if it was in good condition...bt luckily the problem was resolved for specific time and aftr two days i again noticed the same problem and now i want to get it fixed ...this time i wont pay anything for yourmistakes ...plsss do help

      I have purchased one ' Tvs jupiter zx 'from your Ulhasnagar based dealer. I would like to inform you that firstly, I have faced lot of problems in getting delivery of the vehicle. Please note that I have visited your said dealer's showroom on 11/11/2020 & csd canteen po over to them. As per the commitment given to me, I was supposed to get delivery on 11/12/2020 However, I raised one query regarding bifurcation of Rs.9193/- charged to me on account of registration charges. After not getting any satisfactory reply from them, I personally visited their showroom on 18/12/2020, day before yesterday and met Mr. Tiwari. As your said dealer has already provided me bifurcation of Rs. 9193/-, I asked Mr. Tiwari about the breakup of the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 561/-. As verbally informed by Mr. Tiwari, Rs.2000/- was paid to 'AGENT' and the balance amount was paid to 'RTO' persons for getting the vehicle registered, for which he expressed his inability to provide any supporting. Upon hearing this, I made it very clear to Mr. Tushar that I will not be authorising for any such illegal payment from my account. However, he again expressed his inability to help me on this.         I have purchased TVS Wego in August 2014. I have faced lots of problems like unwanted niose. All times while servising service center taken charges so I want toask you that what is meant by FREE Servising. Even they also added labour charges. I am facing self start problem form long day, when I gone to service center they suggest me to change battery, still problem remains same then they told me their is loose connection of fuse. In free servising theyyour centers are not giving any single facility with free of cost. And plz tell me which parts you consider into warrenty...Consider this problem for many of customers any solve this isssue as early as possible. Ramkrishna...[protected]

            Respected sir, I have purchased TVS Scootey Zest from your Dealer L.C.SONS MOTORS, SIRSI ROAD, JAIPUR.Dated 28/09/2014.INVOICE NO- 943, ENGINE NO.-CG4KE2020018, FRAME NO-MD626CG42E2K09570 . within 3 month from purchase both side mirror broken down due to touch with another vehicle in parking.and when i contact to your dealer about default in mirror they says there is not default in manufacturing but broken due to accident but in really no such accident occur. please replace both mirror .

              I have purchased TVS-APACHE 160 EFI RR DISK from Ahinsha Motors, Devli Road, Khanpur in March'13. I availed 3 yr. extended warranty facility at the time of purchase. My Motor bike serviced by Ahinsha Motors & OM TVS, Okhla till date by your authorised dealers. I am facing clutch bearing/ busch sliping problem within 1 yr. & for that OM TVS, Okhla says the engine should be open for this particular problem finaly this was solved and they charged some token money. Today My Son alongwith my friend was gone for servicing of my TVS-Apache, Ahinsha Motors they informed there is again engine problem in the vehicle, they given estimate of Rs. 5000/- apart of 3 yr. extended warranty insurance. My friend also wants to purchase TVS-Apache 180. My son asked about the engine problem to Sales executive. Without any hesitation the sales executive says whether you purchased the bike or not this is not important to us we are having so many customer. The dealing of Ahinsha Motors dishearted me.                 Hi Team, I purchased a TVS Wego from Trijal TVS on 5th March 2014 from Trijal TVS Marathahalli. It broke down on 28th April night and I took it to Trijal TVS the next day. It was found that the clutch wheel shaft threading was completely worn out and it needs to be replaced. This should never come for a vehicle just one year old and serviced regularly at the dealer and driven just around 6K km. Again engine should never have issues and I suspect there is some manufacturing defect that could have caused this. Since then I am waiting for the part to be replaced. Request you to look into this matter urgently since its almost 10 days the vehicle has been with the dealer. Vehicle# KA 53 6583 Regards, Vivek [protected]

                    Hello All, This is my complaint regarding TVS automobiles dealer ie. RAHEL Automobiles, Pune. I have purchased the scooty zest in Dec 2014. But since 1st servicing there is engine oil leakage in huge quantity. I have shown this stuff to service centre of Rahel Automobiles, he had done something in few minutes and said oil leakage will not happen now onwards but after 2 days same thing happen. oil leakage issue was still persists. This issue is happening with new vehicle. i don't know it could be worse in future. We are purchasing the vehicle on the brand name and I heard that TVS is one of good manufacturer of vehicles. but above scenario is showing some of the false statements of your brand. I need to pay your attention on serious quote. Kindly look into this issue. and inform to dealer that assign a good engineer and resolve issue ASAP. Let me know if you required anything from my end.

                      LAST NIGHT MY VEHICAL tvs JUPITER CATCH ON FIRE BECAUSE OF BATTERY.IT HAPPEN AT NIGHT BETWEEN 3 TO 4 OCLOCK.COPS COME AT HOME AND TOLD US THAT THE VEHICAL IS UNDER FIRE.ON INVESTIGATING WE CONCLUDE THAT IT IS DUE TO BATTERY BLAST.I HOPE THEY HAVE TO CHECK THIS AND O SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

                      The service center team from where i bought the vehicle is denying that the issue is due to battery. Where as all other local mechanics are saying the issue is due to battery shot circuit. No resolution done so far. Will be posting on all social media tomorrow and also contacting newspaper and tv reporters to raise this issue on higher level.

                          I have purchased Tvs Jupiter on 4 dec 2013. The bike is giving me problem from last one year. The petrol pipe is breaking, though it has been replaced severe times by the service centre. Also the bike is getting off in running position. There is also starter button problem. We have informed the service centre severe times but still no change in bikes condition.

                            Dear TVS Team, I would hereby like to lodge a complaint for the 3rd time as in spite of follow up & complaint during the servicing the issue for the engine problem is not yet resolved. Many of the times engine gets shut down for no reasons & that too in mid of the traffics & that tooo the vehicle being purchased on total down payment just a month ago & registtered in name of the undersigned.                               DEAR SIR / MADAM i have bike apache 180 rtr from 5/7/13. suddenly we have problem in engine then i go to aggarwal motor in rudrapur u.k . for check up for a bike then he say that problen in brock kit and clutch plate .then i say to pl change in extended warranty then call tvs office for a warranty they tell ew book no to that tvs office person he say that no register for gyaninder singh this orther name that is raju singh . i call to brass city where we purchase a bike he say i tell you one day what happen in that case . i am waiting so many days but we not get any response from brass city . pl sir madam solve my problem as soon as possible . thanks from gyaninder singh [protected]

                                  Hi, I gave my TVS scooty for service to Royal TVS, ekattuthangal, chennai - 32 for the following service, 1. self start not working It was recently serviced and told them of oil change not needed. But they did the service and billed for Rs 2030. The following have been included in the service, 1. Changing of both brake shoes 2. Accelerator wire change And they called me to pick up the vechicle after paying Rs 2030. This is happened with the service center, Royal TVS, ekattuthangal, chennai - 32 They always make the bill to Rs.2000, saying unnecessary serivces had to be done. I am frustrated with this type of service. They are talking very rudely to me when asked about this behaviour. My details, Aadhavan R ph : [protected].

                                    I bought Apache 180 in 2012 and since the beginning I had problem when running. It would suddenly drop in power for no reason that i would think that there is no fuel in tank. But when checked there would be 4-5 litres of fuel. Now problems have worsened and the mileage has dropped to less than 20. I have taken the bike for complaint to service centre in Nagercoil and Oddanchathram 5 times for the same but still no better. They just say cleaned the air filter and send me back but still there is no change. I am beginning to rethink on my choice of bike. Kindly do some justice! Megan David, Oddanchathram [protected]

                                      TVS Wego New vehicle KA04HX1362 Purchased on 18th Feb 2015 at Fast Bykes Mathikere Bangalore. First Service at 730 KM done on 15th March, Starting Problem with Kick start and Self also Despite full kick and Pump kick using Chokes within a Week of First service took the Vehicle to Dealer Service station . with soem work he returned the Vehicle but within 10 minutes Vehicle stopped on raod despite full acceleration, again went to the dealer The SA Mr Kkrishna agreed that there is some problem with Fuel flow and carburettor soem how ith Sweet talk he apacked me off with soem work.. I didnt have the Ppatience to go back and was linng with the Problem.. but in the alst One week the Probelm got incaresed and the Vehicle stoppinh while running inacaresed to five six times within 10 KM distance Hence I went again to Dealer on 16th March (Yesterday) after a waiting of Two hrs(Wanted the Vehicle to be Cooled off). The Expert Mechanic apparently gave some treatment & authoritative sounding assured me that now it done.. Happily I rode the WEGO ..Alas my Joy was short lived only for 4-5 minutes, The WEGO suddenly stopped at the Mathikere Yeshwanthpur traffic turn.. I DRAGED, , , AGAIN selfed the Wego went further for a small distance, but again It stopped I came back to Dealer, he took one KM raid and again did something & gave the WEGO back saying I have to leave the Vehicle for full day.. Hence this Complaint. Is it Faulty Carburettor Fuel flow causing this problem staring & Stops while running

                                        sir, I purchased tvs wego from portblair Andaman kick paddle jam within warranty period dealer broken many parts and handed over to me by pasting the parts inside the engine how could I know what has been done inside the engine number of times services done by dealer but not satisfied after that when showed to a private service center then I came to know that fraud and cheating has been done with me.Presently problems are oil leakage oil tank indicator does not work start problem from begining.
