I have purchased one 'Wego' from your Ulhasnagar based dealer. I would like to inform you that firstly, I have faced lot of problems in getting delivery of the vehicle. Please note that I have visited your said dealer's showroom on 21-Mar-15 & handed over cheque of Rs.56, 500/- to them. As per the commitment given to me, I was supposed to get delivery on 26-Mar. However, after lot of follow ups with them, I finally got the delivery on 31-Mar, that too, without invoice copy.
Secondly, after lot of follow ups, I received invoice copy on 15-Apr. After receiving invoice copy, I raised one query regarding bifurcation of Rs.4, 800/- charged to me on account of registration charges. After not getting any satisfactory reply from them, I personally visited their showroom on 03-May, i.e. day before yesterday and met Mr. Tushar. As your said dealer has already provided me bifurcation of Rs. 3, 193/-, I asked Mr. Tushar about the breakup of the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 1, 607/-. As verbally informed by Mr. Tushar, Rs.800/- was paid to 'AGENT' and the balance amount was paid to 'RTO' persons for getting the vehicle registered, for which he expressed his inability to provide any supporting. Upon hearing this, I made it very clear to Mr. Tushar that I will not be authorising for any such illegal payment from my account. However, he again expressed his inability to help me on this.
As such, I request you to look into the matter & arrange refund of the unauthorized amount charged to me. I also request you to give necessary instruction to all your dealers to refrain themself from charging such illegal amount from your esteemed customers.
