Hello TVS I purchased Apache 180 on 8th february 2015. I noticed it is heating even i drive 1km . it heats very much ive told Dynamic TVS service centre two times but no solution has come out. Please take it seriously to this complaint. Thanks Jitender [protected]

    Hello All, This is my complaint regarding TVS automobiles dealer ie. RAHEL Automobiles, Pune. I have purchased the scooty zest in Dec 2014. But since 1st servicing there is engine oil leakage in huge quantity. I have shown this stuff to service centre of Rahel Automobiles, he had done something in few minutes and said oil leakage will not happen now onwards but after 2 days same thing happen. oil leakage issue was still persists. This issue is happening with new vehicle. i don't know it could be worse in future. We are purchasing the vehicle on the brand name and I heard that TVS is one of good manufacturer of vehicles. but above scenario is showing some of the false statements of your brand. I need to pay your attention on serious quote. Kindly look into this issue. and inform to dealer that assign a good engineer and resolve issue ASAP. Let me know if you required anything from my end.

      LAST NIGHT MY VEHICAL tvs JUPITER CATCH ON FIRE BECAUSE OF BATTERY.IT HAPPEN AT NIGHT BETWEEN 3 TO 4 OCLOCK.COPS COME AT HOME AND TOLD US THAT THE VEHICAL IS UNDER FIRE.ON INVESTIGATING WE CONCLUDE THAT IT IS DUE TO BATTERY BLAST.I HOPE THEY HAVE TO CHECK THIS AND O SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

      The service center team from where i bought the vehicle is denying that the issue is due to battery. Where as all other local mechanics are saying the issue is due to battery shot circuit. No resolution done so far. Will be posting on all social media tomorrow and also contacting newspaper and tv reporters to raise this issue on higher level.

FOLLOWING ARE THE COMPLAINS; * AS PER COMPANY DECLARATION AVERAGE OF THIS VEHICAL 62/KLPL BUT FROM DATE OF PURCHASE TILL TODAY IT GIVES AVERAGE ONLY 42/KMPL MAXIMUM. *DEALER WAS INFORM TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT BUT NOT PROBLEB SOLVED TILL TODAY.           I have purchased Tvs Jupiter on 4 dec 2013. The bike is giving me problem from last one year. The petrol pipe is breaking, though it has been replaced severe times by the service centre. Also the bike is getting off in running position. There is also starter button problem. We have informed the service centre severe times but still no change in bikes condition.

            Dear TVS Team, I would hereby like to lodge a complaint for the 3rd time as in spite of follow up & complaint during the servicing the issue for the engine problem is not yet resolved. Many of the times engine gets shut down for no reasons & that too in mid of the traffics & that tooo the vehicle being purchased on total down payment just a month ago & registtered in name of the undersigned. Kindly look into the issue on a urgent note as i can't put my life at stake as engine gets shut down even in full spped instatntly. Your prompt & quick action on the issue will be truly appreciated.               DEAR SIR / MADAM i have bike apache 180 rtr from 5/7/13. suddenly we have problem in engine then i go to aggarwal motor in rudrapur u.k . for check up for a bike then he say that problen in brock kit and clutch plate .then i say to pl change in extended warranty then call tvs office for a warranty they tell ew book no to that tvs office person he say that no register for gyaninder singh this orther name that is raju singh . i call to brass city where we purchase a bike he say i tell you one day what happen in that case . i am waiting so many days but we not get any response from brass city . pl sir madam solve my problem as soon as possible . thanks from gyaninder singh [protected]

                dear sir/madam, I, Mrs kanti Tomar RO- C534 east of loni road shahdra new delhi 110093 puchaed a new tvs jupitor yesterday(20apr2015) from dearler BINSAR AUTOMOBILES 954E main 100ft road Baburpur Extn shahdra delhi 110032 paying cash rs 54676 via receipt no 32892anddelivery chalan/receipt no 25143. the bike have indicator problems( right front not working properly and right rear not working at all) when today complained to above said dealer it was not taken any proper action.plse look into matter and advise what to do. u can revert me back on mail id [protected]@yahoo.com please acknowledge kanti tomar customer

                  Hi, I gave my TVS scooty for service to Royal TVS, ekattuthangal, chennai - 32 for the following service, 1. self start not working It was recently serviced and told them of oil change not needed. But they did the service and billed for Rs 2030. The following have been included in the service, 1. Changing of both brake shoes 2. Accelerator wire change And they called me to pick up the vechicle after paying Rs 2030. This is happened with the service center, Royal TVS, ekattuthangal, chennai - 32 They always make the bill to Rs.2000, saying unnecessary serivces had to be done. I am frustrated with this type of service. They are talking very rudely to me when asked about this behaviour. My details, Aadhavan R ph : [protected].

                    I bought Apache 180 in 2012 and since the beginning I had problem when running. It would suddenly drop in power for no reason that i would think that there is no fuel in tank. But when checked there would be 4-5 litres of fuel. Now problems have worsened and the mileage has dropped to less than 20. I have taken the bike for complaint to service centre in Nagercoil and Oddanchathram 5 times for the same but still no better. They just say cleaned the air filter and send me back but still there is no change. I am beginning to rethink on my choice of bike. Kindly do some justice! Megan David, Oddanchathram [protected]

                      TVS Wego New vehicle KA04HX1362 Purchased on 18th Feb 2015 at Fast Bykes Mathikere Bangalore. First Service at 730 KM done on 15th March, Starting Problem with Kick start and Self also Despite full kick and Pump kick using Chokes within a Week of First service took the Vehicle to Dealer Service station . with soem work he returned the Vehicle but within 10 minutes Vehicle stopped on raod despite full acceleration, again went to the dealer The SA Mr Kkrishna agreed that there is some problem with Fuel flow and carburettor soem how ith Sweet talk he apacked me off with soem work.. I didnt have the Ppatience to go back and was linng with the Problem.. but in the alst One week the Probelm got incaresed and the Vehicle stoppinh while running inacaresed to five six times within 10 KM distance Hence I went again to Dealer on 16th March (Yesterday) after a waiting of Two hrs(Wanted the Vehicle to be Cooled off). The Expert Mechanic apparently gave some treatment & authoritative sounding assured me that now it done.. Happily I rode the WEGO ..Alas my Joy was short lived only for 4-5 minutes, The WEGO suddenly stopped at the Mathikere Yeshwanthpur traffic turn.. I DRAGED, , , AGAIN selfed the Wego went further for a small distance, but again It stopped I came back to Dealer, he took one KM raid and again did something & gave the WEGO back saying I have to leave the Vehicle for full day.. Hence this Complaint. Is it Faulty Carburettor Fuel flow causing this problem staring & Stops while running

                        sir, I purchased tvs wego from portblair Andaman kick paddle jam within warranty period dealer broken many parts and handed over to me by pasting the parts inside the engine how could I know what has been done inside the engine number of times services done by dealer but not satisfied after that when showed to a private service center then I came to know that fraud and cheating has been done with me.Presently problems are oil leakage oil tank indicator does not work start problem from begining.                           I gave my TVS Wego for service to your service station (sub dealer). R.Jivrajani, Jamnagar, Gujarat -361006. After service I found that my selfstart fuction is dead, I went to service station for this problem and they said that your battery is dead. Actually battery is almost new and working fine before service, so they replaced it with dead battery during service. Those persons are very smart cheater, they have teared all rapers on battery so no one can recognise it. Bogus service and bogus response.                             Dear sir i bout new star city plus bike on 17th march 2015. I am not satisfied with performance of the bike. The main problem is im not getting mileage average im getting only 43 to 48 kmpl only. And cluch and gear also not good. I am not able shift the gear easyly. And if i raid above 60kmph the engine sound is changeing. Realy i felt very bad i got defectcting bike. Please resolve my bike problem or give me change of new bike. Its not even 40 days old. I am faceing so much troble from day one.                                 I sincerely regret for a purchase I had in Prabha TVS. Even after three months, I have not got RC book for my Jupiter vehicle. Several times enquired with Prabha TVS, but NO one was properly responding to calls. I had positive opinion about TVS company, so purchased TVS bike. (However, many people suggested me to go Honda). Now, I felt the difference. I hope in my life I will never go for TVS product and never allow my relatives, friends and colleagues to have this type of issues. I would see how much time TVS (Prabhas TVS) takes to resolve this issue.

                                  Jupiter automatically shutdown after 1 years . Now Given for servicing in Whitefield TVS showroom, now showroom people saying please be wait let them check and let us know what is the problem and how much we have to pay . Now the question was, without any accident within 1 years of running scooter automatically shutdown and self kicker not working, above 40km ride, scatter was healing . Requesting TVS company please look into the issue and help customer to resolve the issue with free of cost by TVS service center .

                                    My servicing was due so i went to SAI BABA TVS Hinjewadi Pune for servicing, although I bought my TVS wego from Century TVS. I gave my wego in the morning at 10 o'clock am and made complaints that please check for brakes and wego is making too noise, also said if these are not included in the free servicing you can charge I am ready to pay. Inspite of this, by 5 o'clock they didnt started the servicing and at 5:20 pm they handed my wego to me stating that servicing take only 20 mins. After driving i realised that my complaints was not taken care, i got a call from them for feedback, I told that servicing is not done properly, they said free servicing is done like that. The girl was so rude while talking, ultimately she said we are like this do whatever you wish. Please look into this matter as I went to authorised service center so that my all requests can be taken care with genuine service but if TVS authorised center will do these kind of things customers will lose trust from reputed company.

                                      I'm kanaga from tirupur.I bought new TVs Jupiter from Abirami TVs showroom on April 2014. Till January 2015, the scooter was good with some small disturbance . So I recommended this vechicle for my relatives and friends .becos of my recommendations 4-5people bought this TVs Jupiter till now. But now a days I met severe problem with this vechicle.morning time its not started by self and kicker also. And also petrol gets overflowed when do kickstarts. The dealers service people changed the petrol tube, cleaning corporator and doing so many things.but all goes vein.only one day the vehicle started and again its not getting started during morning time.all my neighbors watching my exercise with this vechicle. Continously two days once I'm going to the service center and left the vehicle one night there itself .but no use . I'm very upset with this scooter .one month I'm suffering becos of this problem actually my hubby is using this vechicle .if any women using this means oh God how it will be I'm waiting for your remedy on this issue shortly.                                       I have bought TVS jupiter in Dec2104 from Rajpoot Motors, Adarsh nagar, and from the 1st service start facing missing problem, Scooty got off automatically and took time to start, we have told the same to the, even after the service done, but the problem was remain there, in 2nd service again we told them but nothing comes up, now my recent service was on in may after the service the problem did not sorted out scooty still got off and take time to start. please take necessary action against it.

                                        Sir/Ma'am On 25th of march, I met with an accident . The headlights, shockers and handle got damaged. I brought my Apache RTR 160 to your service centre in Mahipalpur. He made up a bill of 8000rs, and told me to leave my bike for one day. As I was making the payment by cash the owner said that my bike will be fit and fine . But when I came to pick my bike next day no work was done, then I made them do the work in front of me. Even in front of the customer the parts used in my bike was all fake. No good has been done with my bike. I am dissatisfied with your services. I will not ever trust your company and no further vehicle will be purchased . I'll also never suggest people to purchase vehicle from your company. I want all my bill in compurarised format as the people in your service centre are making fake bills also and i want my bike to be fixed.
