    Sir, I bought one Jupiter Scooter, from your dealer Ahinsa Motors, 10 Adchini Aurobindo Marg at New Delhi on dated 28/09/2014.(invoice no.1060, copy attached) Sir, My complaint is that till date I have not received my Registration Certificate from the said dealer. Several times I visited the dealer but they are not giving any satisfactory answer about the whereabouts of RC. Now the Dealer informs that the RC has been lost.When I asked them to provide a duplicate copy of RC, that also has not been provided to me. I also launched a complaint to TVS customer Cell( complaint no. 33971, dated 31.12.2014). They assured me that it will be resolved in a few days but no positive result has so far been received. Having been purchased the vehicle, I cannot use it without a Registration. Since I have paid the entire amount of the vechicle in cash, it is the duty of the Dealer to provide me the complete papers of the vehicle. I am writing to you to take up this issue with your Dealer so that this problem is resolved.If this Dealer fails to provide satisfactory service and arrange to provide my RC as early as possible, I will have no option but to approach the Consumer Court against the Company as well as the Dealer, for harassment and irresponsible treatment given to me.       I purchased vehicle from M/s. SVS TVS, authorised dealer for TVS Motor Company, Ambattur, Chennai - 53 on 12.04.2014 vide Invoice No.134 dated 12.04.2014. Three services were completed till date i have not getting the mileage more than 55 KM per liter (advised by company 74 Liters). One of your representative Mr. Arun spoke to me (after completion of third service) and asked me for service and other details that day i told the problem but he is not interested to listen, after that i called the same no but he is not interested to speak and disconnected my line. I was using Max 100 R more than 17 years after that only i have changed this vehicle. My colleagues were suggested to go for Honda or Hero product but i decided to buy TVS product only. Now i am feeling very bad i am not getting proper response from your people. Mileage is also a problem. I am also working in TVS Group only, but i never expected like this.           I am Mrs Radhamani Jayachandran from kerala. i owned a tvs wego with registration number KL-27 E 1370. I purchased this vehicle from kakkanattu motors, thiruvalla on 26/08/2014. i couldn't get my service manual during vehicle delivery. they told me that there is no service manual, please come and collect after a week. after that they close the showroom, so that i couldn't get a free service and warrenty. The vehicle is running above 2000 Km. i already gave a complait to your customer care team. but no reply till this time. once again i am giving a complaint. waiting for a favourable reply with interest. for further contact i am giving my son's contact no.             Dear TVS Service team, I am Joe, from Valeo. I have purchased Scooty (TN22 CT 2810) from Brilliant TVS at Tambaram, Chennai. I roughly remember it was April 2012. It is been used by my wife for roughly 20Kms /week in last 2 years. We had our last service @ Brilliant TVS during Feb'2014 But we have a problem identified on earlier Aug'14 that the Spark plug chipped off in to cylinder and it is damaged Piston & Cylinder. It is costing more than Rs.20, 000 as per Brilliant TVS. Brilliant TVS team is also arguing that due to Oil not change from Feb'14 (from Aug'14 to Feb'14) there are possibility of cylinder breakage. But i am not agreeing this statement which is not logical. Because i am an Automobile Engineering Graduate. I have taken back my vehicle from Brillant TVS. I am writing to the Manufacturer for logical reasons. My point of View: - I know what is usage of my Vehicle so 'Oil change' should not be a problem. Because still my another 2-wheeler from Bajaj which running more than 9 months w/o Oil changing. - Secondly if Oil is the problem it should break Piston & Cylinder - Spark plug chip-off could be an Option. Spark plug cant be damaged by a user as it is inside the Combustion chamber. My concern is, with out any mis-behavior from ourside, we have been penalized by a huge amount. I want a Clarity from your side on this topic.

              Dear Sir, My wife purchased scooty pep plus vechicle last November 12th 2012. from vs agency hosur.krishnagiri dist Tamil nadu.i've faced the problem last two years that vechicle 1.Silencer hole and running time vechicle off. 2.Front bumper rust formed with one week.3.back wheel wobbling.4.engine motor belt grip wornout.5.coil changed.every 3000kms serviced my vechicle. But problem not solved.still running time my vechicle off.Informed to agency but not response.

SERVICE CENTER: sarada motors, (Main dealer-tvs motor co ltd) kanchipuram Service date:10.04.2015 Subject: My veichile getting vibration and engine noise and fork problem.rear brake not working properly. Engine started to make strange noises and later found out that Timing chain kit and valves has been damaged In engine.Service guys bluffed something and did some fixes.Till the engine running same noise with vibration.The fork, Rear brake problem not solved.When i tell the problem's the service guys not listening properly. I strictly told then not to touch my engine till service guys from TVS comes for inspection.Only The TVS SERVICE DOING WATER WASH AND OIL CHANGE AND FILTER KIT CHANGE, SPARK PLUG CHANGE.The loosen screw's are not tighten.I am suffering a lot because of this.

                    Hi, i am Rahul Singh, who made a mistake to purchase a bike manufactured by your company.Dealership Nirman TVS Service Centre is providing service, thrice i visit the dealer for the concern of missing, but they are unable to resolve the complaint.Two of my friends are facing the same proble.It seems that you people are not capable to manufacture a trouble free bike or resolve the presisting complaint.Dealership people are good for nothing...it seems that being polite and humble with this kind of complaint does not make you people to move.Request you to resolve this issue as earliest otherwise i am also interested to choose the another way...                       Hi, I purchased black colored apache rtr 160 cc in last week of march 2014, soon after riding bike i observed that there are some marks of trouser on fuel tank. I complained many times in aditi tvs, sec-10 noida but each time they polished it. later i observed one more issue that some times if bike is in neutral state still neutral indicator doesnt blink i esclated it in each service but this was not resolved. Yesterday on 3rd Jan-15 i stayed in service centre from 11 to 7 pm just for this single problem. Previously they tried to convince me that its normal behaviour but i forced them to resolve it because other vehicles don't have this issue. So at last they tried to resolve it by replacing power relay and some other minor parts but could not fix. Instead of fixing the issue they created following issues- 1. Bike produces sound "khat-khat" after changing gear and acceleration. 2. Its indicator buzzer continuesly beeps. 3. Handle is too tight that its not easy to ride smoothly. when today on 5th Jan i again visited service centre to fix these extra issuses at least but i got reply that its sunday and problem can not be resolved by today it self so i have to visit some other day. Now i can't understand that i visited centre for 3rd service and i got 3 extra issuses after spending 8 hrs there. is it trust, value and service of TVS ? sometimes i feel that i committed a mistake by choosing tvs bike and i will never recommend it to someone because of such service centre and workers as well. they never respect their customers. It seems once you pay the money then tvs forgets you. I request you plase provide me poc in tvs which can take meaningfull action against such poor centre.

                          Hello, My name is Santosh maripalli, I brought TVS apache RT160 on 2nd January 2014 and I started facing various problems after 6 months from the date I brought the Bike, I approached Kiran Komercials regarding the below problems. 1. Unusual Noise from Engine 2. Less Mileage 3. Roughness while driving My main concern was regarding the noise from the engine, representative from Kiran Komercials told me that it's a minor problem and it will be taken care as some part has to be replaced, I have been following up with them since 2 months but there is no proper solution to the problem.                             Dear Sir I purchased TVS Jupiter in March 2014 from TVS Oceanic, Prahladnagar, Abad, and thrice i faced engine problem. Company has solved the problem twice but it has occurred again.Since last 10 days the vehicle is lying in the service center and not a single work has been done. Its a faulty piece given to me and i am not getting any satisfactory response from the seller or the service team. My warranty for the vehicle will finish in some time. I request the company to change the vehicle as its a faulty vehicle otherwise how can the same engine problem arise Thrice. I plan to go to consumer court with all the papers. If any of your HOD will not contact me in a weeks time than i will file the complain with the consumer court and also publish the same in the news paper. I want the written communication about the problem and its solution by the company.                               Respected Sir, I have bought TVS Apache bike from TVS Agency Narwana billing by Panwar motors Jind. The bike has alignment problem & its bow down right side while riding Due to chasis fault. I made its complaint 5 times to agency & informed to head office too. But mechanic tried 3-4 times on its handle T & shockers only, but issue is same unsatisfying. Due to this problem after 2months it slipped on road while breaking & being uncomfortable. Main problem is in chasis & company not doing it under warranty, niether insurance company is passing the claim without any major damage. So i am suffering a lot & harrassed physically, mentally & economically . Kind get me its solution how can i safe ride. I cannot take my life's risk on such a faulty product.                                 Since 4 months I am waiting for my Bike gets repaired from Servicing Dealer- Rainbow TVS (Via Hari Om TVS Baloda Bazar), City-Raipur, State-Chattisgarh, service station. Each n every time I had followed up they are telling different stories. First time they told Stator winding is faulty, then the told us internal cable is faulty. Now they are telling me Fuel Injecting pump is not working & we are waiting for spare parts since 2 months. This type of poor service is not acceptable to me. Already I have waited for long time.

                                  I very much interest to ride with TVS Jupiter. But I disappoint with the dealer responsible and treatment with me. Actually The vehicle of the cost is = Rs.49840 + Reg. Insurance = 6072 + Road Tax = 3987 the rate comes around Rs.59899/-. I demand an explanation from the sales exectuvie regarding Reg.Insurance Fees. He is not listen to me and also he put his mobile busy. Experience with this person Really I fed up and I decide to purchase Yamaha Alpha which is in the Same CC. The cost comes around Rs.56159/-. Vehicle Cost Rs.49406 + Registeration with Road Road Tax = Rs.5163 + Insurance Rs.1590. Now One customer will select the other company vehicle. May be It will make the array of customer to take the decision like this.

                                      Dear Sirs, I have purchased one TVS ZEST in my daughter's name Ambiga at SBM TVS, GNT Road, Redhills, Chennai about one month back on cash purchase. As the vehicle is not registered till date, I am unable to use and in total about 20 Km driven ( Took the delivery to my home, kept idle and returned back to show room for registration ) while hand over for registration on[protected]. Requesting to issue a extended warranty for the above period ( Period between Delivery and Registration ) and issue a official confirmation.                                         Regarding call ref. No.47443. I have filed complaint regarding milage of my Jupiter. I received call from your costumer care from [protected]. I went twice to the service center. Finally today I got my Jupiter serviced after three hour waiting. I received a call from that no. who asked me why i have not called him before delivery and threatened me for not attending my any complaint in future whosoever I am. This is very embaressing I have been threatened from your costumer care. I am going to spread this through social media..if my complaint is not redressed
