I've purchased TVS - Juptiter, silver colour, Vehicle No. MH 15 ET 9180. from a your local dealer M/S. MAGIC TVS. Nashik. MH in November 2014 I am facing Back-Wheel imbalance & engine vibration problems from day one. The vehicle has been serviced twice (authorised) and even then I've given twice for the same reason.     My self himansu baxi, mobile no:-[protected], [protected] email id:[protected]@gmail.com and i have tvs apache rtr 180 abs vrn:-gj27ag5616, date of reg:-22/09/2014 chassis no:-634ne64e2b10455 and i am facing the problem in my bike and i have given my bike for complain of ignition, engine gets off while taking turn on both side i have given bike at kataria tvs ahemedabad to mr.Samules 2 times but my problem is not yet solved this is 2 time i am facing the same problem and kataria tvs is not giving proper answer to me they are saying that this problem can also be come again and this is because of water goes inside, i am living very far from kataria tvs and i have to bring my bike for the same problem and very poor servicing by kataria tvs plz resolve my problem i would give 0/10 marks to kataria they are not doing proper servicing myself also an automobile engineer and i am working in 4 wheeler dealer and we are not giving this type of pathetic service which kataria tvs is doing plz solve my problem, i have no problem with mr.Samules but with kataria tvs ahmedabad.

      Hi, I have purchased TVS Apache 180 RTR new model on June 09th 2014 from Sona Motors, Mysore, Karnataka. In the service manual it is mentioned that Apache 180 RTR 2012. Recently when I visited my relatives place and he also purchased TVS apache 180 RTR on November 2014, when I drove his vechicle I felt that there is a difference in my bike and his. When I asked him user manual and surprised to see that it is TVS Apache 180 RTR 2014 model. So I assume Sona motors Mysore has delivered 2012 model bike when I have purchased it on June 09th 2014. I feel something fishy here, please give reasonable answer for me.

        I have bought TVS motorcycle Star City+ from Balaji Auto Ltd. Located at Faiz Raod, Karol Bagh, Delhi on 2.10.2014 after purchasing immediately within a few days, I faced starting problem, the complaints waslodged atonce to the said dealer. Thereafter the engineers of this company tried to sort out the said problem and rectifying the matter temporarily. Therefore, I visited M/s TVS Balaji Auto Service Centre located at Shastri Nagar, Delhi at least thrice for the same problem but they are completely unable to solve my problem. Finally, engineers informed us that front brake switch is not working properly and required to be removed/replaced by new one. I simply agreed with this but after searching in their store, the said switch was not available in this company and gain called me after a week. Any how they have changed the switch as required in the motorcycle but they have charged Rs.40.00 for this purpose. (photocopy of the bill is enclosed). However, I shocked when they charged for this switch because I bought this motorcycle merely a four months ago, the problem of switch of the brake was arisen soon after its purchase, it means there was manufacturing defect in the switch and its was not disorder because running so much KM of the bike. Presently, the meter shown the reading 2700 as on 4.2.2015. It is also brought to your notice that I choose the TVS bike from among other players running in India. If this type of manufacturing defect is occurred inthe motorcycle, your status of defamation will surely be happen. If my bill of Rs.40.00 is not reimbursed immediately at your end, I will never recommend to purchase the TVS bike inour other family members as well as my group of friends because I am presently working in NDMC and have very much large group in my pocket.           Sir/Ma'am,

          I went to Kubera Motors, Bangalore to buy a TVS Jupiter. I booked the vehicle (Grey) with Rs 1000(Receipt No:4511, date 26th Jan, 2015, Ref doc No: 8458, TIN No: [protected], GL Code: 11600001, SL Code: 12668) on the same day and submitted all the papers (as asked by the dealer) for a loan. I was told that a person would come to my address for verification.3 weeks have passed, no one has come yet. After repeated followups (Where I was constantly told that the person would come for verification in the next 2-3 days), I called them up again today to know the status. They told me that the loan got rejected since my rent agreements couldnt be found online (Some or other lame excuse). Now the point is, I didnt even submit rent agreement as a proof but my bank statement as the address proof. This is really very frustrating for a customer, since after so many follow ups, I am given a false reason for my loan to get rejected. My point of concern is, if you really dont have the effective collaboration with banks (Like any reputed vehicle brand's showroom should ideally have), you should let it know to the customer upfront and not harass him/her like this. Also, Bangalore is a cosmopolitan city where people of different mother languages live and it's really disappointing to see that a showroom owner cant even converse in any language other than Kannada. So much for the customer Service! TVS, You lost a customer today

            Hai sir, My nane is VishnuV S, iam from Punalur, Kollam(DIST), Kerala. I broght a new ApacheRTR180 just five months before now the front fork oil is leakin through the oilseal. I report this complaint to the nearst TVS service center at punalur called PUNALUR MOTORS, but the representative shouted me with bad local language and orerd me that you brought this bike from other showroom you just clearoff from here...I warned him that i will complant this to company on that time he shouted that go and do what you can do. Iam also working on the same field in maruti suzuki I know the how to move foreword . So if the TVS company have any role in controlling there dealers please take action aganist the PUNALUR MOTERS in kollam (dist) kerala.               this is J.phani kishore from kakinada, i have booked scooty pep plus on dt.14.01.15, due to some personal problems i'm unable to take the delivery and the same informed your kakinada, andhra pradesh delaers m/s Sowbhga automotives verbally and conformed them to i will take the delivery on dt.29.01.15. In that day, after conformation getting regarding delivery by tele con by mr. krishan, accoutnat i went for your dealers show room with necessary documentation with D.D as per given quotation. But that day not delivered the bike and said if once payment is made to their account, within 10 days they will delivered the bike only to customers. I have paid the amount wide cash receipt no.63, dt.29.01.15, but till date there is no response. i have went that show room on dt.10.02.15 and contacted Mr. Krishan regarding delivery, he given irresponsible answer and argue with very bad language, whenever they will delivered the bike then only customer will to their office for delivery. With this bad experience requested them to refund my money which i have made in advance, but from last 3 days i'm not getting proper answer and we will not refund money once payment is made. I have requested in written commitment also regarding delivery date, but there is no response. Finally i'm bring this issue to your kind notice, before going to legal advice to help me to take necessary action on your dealer response.                 Respected Sir, I Gave my APACHE RTR ABS 2011 Model for A Genral service On 28/01/2015 InFollowing dealership (i have entered the address of the authorised dealer who is the problem below) "BALAMURUGAN TVS, 70, C PALANISAMY MUDALI ROAD, TIRUPATTUR, VELLORE 635601. It took 3days to deliver my bike, and 1hour of waiting to pay bill in cashier because they are no not concentrating on their job and busy talking to other staffs on service dept, during the service waterwash my apache mudgaurd sticker has been teared up and bacK tail sticker has been teard up due to the force of water and due to careless water washing worker, and my engine oil covering lid has been broken and fixed it using fevistick, and i paid amount Rs:1633 for this worst service, i even called tvs customer care tollfree number AND talked i got response from "Balamurugan Tvs tirupattur" and they asked me to come with my bike, i went there to talk about my bike sticker teared problem, they pointing the fault towards me and saying its has been teared up before you gave service to us, and refuse to accept responsibility stating that i have no proof facing many problems due to the dealer is very annoying and i also think that the service men at the service centre are not qualified for the job many of them being Rude to me, i trusted their service and let my bike there but i made gave me heartache for the fault they did to my bike I am very very unsatisfied with the services done for my bike, So here after i never leave my bike on any official TVS service center, i have attached the pics of teared up stickers and bill proof (EVEN MY NAME IN THE BILL IS ALSO WRONG MY NAME IS SHRIRAM BUT THEY PUT SRIDHAR IN IT) so pls consider this complain and give me a solution, PS: i know its silly, but its my Right to ask because mistake is done by the service center and i want a satisfying solution Thanking You..                   I am intend to purchase tvs jupiter 110 at nagpur and I serprise to see the difference of show room price as mentioned on web site Rs 49530/- where is dealer m/s A.K.Gandhi given in the quotation no 3232 dated 2/2/2015 Rs 53643/- why this huge difference.

                    Dear Sir Your dealer at Puri, odisha told me on 21.1.2015 regarding non availability of some parts of my Wego scooter which was damaged in an accident. I had given advance for the spare parts but till date he spare parts are not available from authorised workshop. This is unfortunate & intimate me @ the earliest.

                      I gave my tvs apache rtr 160 for service at kathir motors trivandrum, kerala on that time my front disc break is functioning properly but after seRvicing it wIl NoT working, properly, they are asking 3000 rupees for solving that issue, this will happened from their side please help me to solve this issue..

                        Dear Madam/Sir, We sincirely appriciate for the service provided by your esteemed company all over India. I would like to inform you that I am owning a TVS Jupiter, is a wonderfull bike which I had booked from pondicherry and received at Coimbatore very promptly, thanks to you & the branch at pondicherry. I would like to inform you about some irregularities done by one of your branches at coimbatore, Tami Nadu which may bring down the reputation of your esteemed company. We serve in IAF and often move from places to places. One of my companion had given a purchase order for TVS Passion Pro Self Cast to GEM Motors, Coimbatore paying an amount of around Rs. 43, 000/- on 15 Oct 14, and additional amount of Rs. 8646/- was paid for permanent registration and other charges. The bike was delivered on 15 Dec 14 which is quite late. The bike was again taken back by the manager on 19 Dec 14 and returned back on the same night, stating that it was mandatory for registration. While the registration and the other formalities are done very promptly in all other TVS Motors branches across India, but here in Coimbatore even after over a 1 ½ months, he is yet to receive the RC book. The manager dose not pick the phone as and when we call, on visiting the branch, we are told by the other agents that the manager is out door. I would greatly appreciate if you could try and rectify the delay in the process, as we are facing language problem.                           TO THE MANAGER TVS SPEED MOTORS SUB: NOT YET SERVICED AND REPAIRED THE VEHICLE TVS WEGO UPG BROWN MD626AG41D1P84722 Sir / Madam, With reference to the above subject TVS WEGO-MD626AG41D1P84722 PURCHASED DT:14 MAR 2014 from Hazratganj, LUCKNOW.On 8 Dec 2014 the scooty was damaged by road accident.On 9 Dec 2014 Mr.Manish Kiran took his scooty to the service centre at Speed Motors.Then Mr.C.P.Sharma told to come on 11 Dec 2014 and insurance claim was booked .The INSU. CLAIM NO.-MOTO4244573 DT-11 DEC 2014 was processed by the Dhawan Papola.Then your manager Sharma ji talked to the STORE MANAGER Mr.Awasthi about the availability of the spare parts and he told to come upto 25 Dec 2014 at that time spare parts will be available and we will do futher processing.On 26 Dec 2014 Manish went to service centre but your manager was not available and his subordinates told that come on monday . Then on Monday Manish go to the service centre, your manager was available and he told that STORE MANAGER is not availabe now & how can I say about the availability of the spare parts so come on next day .On 30 Dec 2014 Manish called the manager and on toll free number but no response was getting .Then in the whole process of 20 days, they were telling take your scooty it will not be of any use to keep your scooty here, so take it with you . They were continuously refusing to entertain and delaying the process. Finally on 5 JAN 2015 the manager said to keep your scooty in the centre and the insurance inspection has been done, but it was not processed.On 10 jan 2015 again Manish went to the centre to check the status but nothing has done. On 19 jan 2015 Manish went to with drew all the things then sharma ji refused to do so and told that he will do the processing for repairing. On 27 jan 2015 Manish went to check the status but Mr.Awasthi and Mr.Sharma ji told that spare parts are not available and Manish again asked for withdrew the vehicle but Sharma refused that not now come another day. TILL today nothing has been processed due to unavailabillity of the spare parts . Sir, how much time will it take for availability of spareparts and repairing the scooty? why this kind of negligence is followed by your officers? Please do the concern accord as soon as possible .                             Dear Sir, After paying full cash amount of 53000/- for purchase a new vehicle TVS STREAK ( Scooty ) from SHAW AUTO CENTER ) Titagarh, West Benagl, 24th PGS ( North), 700119, on the 19th March 2014, We received a Wrong Engine No ( OG3AE2253984) & Chasis No ( MD626DG3XE2A64066 ) with the cash memo on the purchase date, But as per my Smart card & Insurance My engine no is OG3BE2277537 as well as my Chasis No is MD626DG37E2B70703, , , ( VEHICLE REGISTRATION NO WB24AB 2819) in name of Saswati Dey w/o Tritab dey ... As per my wrong vehicle (TVS STREAK ) engine No ( OG3AE2253984) & Chasis No ( MD626DG3XE2A64066 ) which has given by SHAW AUTO CENTER on 19/03 /2014, I have drive 1690 km on 11 month's of time, , , , After 11th Month's of a time i got a call from SHAW AUTO CENTER, that my vehicle engine & Chasis no is incorrect as par my Smart card, As per the management of SHAW AUTO CENTER my original vehicle has been changed, So they have requested for the rectification, for the same we have given our new vehicle ( TVS STREAK ) on the date of 20/01/ 2015, After 1 days of time on 21/01/2015 ( @ 13:00hrs ) we have received old TVC STREAK SCOOTY from the SHAW AUTO CENETR, Which is completely not our vehicle as per the documentation, Currently we have received an old vehicle with bad condition of engine which is roughly used by the another owner, We have notice as per my new 2nd key is not working on the current vehicle, Which we have received from SHAW AUTO CENTER on 21st Jan 2015 ... Means full vehicle is totally changed by the SHAW AUTO CENTER, , , , which is not acceptable by us, After paying full cash amount of 53000/- for purchase a new vehicle TVS Streak, we have facing lots of problem and harassment from the SHAW AUTO CENTER, this kind off customer support service behavior is really pain full, Customer Sanctification is totally " [protected]" So requested to kindly change my vehicle (new vehicle with your full cost on urgent basis) or refund my full amount or compensate which is possible, or else we will take a help of the CONSUMER FORUM, , , , , , , , Regds, Tritab / Saswati [protected]/[protected]

                              I gave my bike TVS apache for service at Kubera Motors, HSR Layout, Bangalore on 06/01/2015. And was billed 4298.00 Rs for service. But gears changing had become tougher after service and also there was some acceleration when the bike was idle also. So I took the bike to Kubera Motors just after a day and they said they had to change the bearing of the bike and another mechanic said they have to change the clutch plate. They were not clear what was the issue and I came back looking at their expertise in bike repairs (SIC). And after a few days engine oil gets leaked everyday and gear changing has become a night mare and to top it all they response is very bad. JC No: 38677. Bike registeration # KA 41 L 225. Thanks,

Still clutch is hard. i checked in local garage inside the clutch plate metal ball is there. i am very dissatisfied with your service. please give me the solution other wise i will raise the complaint to higher authority also Regards J.Suresh

                                  Dear Team, I sold TVS scooty zest 110, plug accessories fitting including On[protected] With full cash paid but I got delivery on[protected] without any accessories fitting. After that there is no response from dealer side any information then we are calling every 3 day, one weak only answer wait still not yet ready this problem spacing last 3 months we are totally highly dissapointed.1.I have lot of tvs bikes & scooter 2.last 3 months Iran only 270kms only ran please try understand provide a good service in your dealer side (owner name Mrs.Dhana lakshmi FRAME NO, MD626CG45E2L21649, ENG NO, CG4LE2032933, REG NO.TN30-BB-5457.                                     sir, i have TVS Apache RTR 160 and parchese date feb 2013 regestration no. DL8SBC 1105 mobile no. [protected] i am very trouble of this bike. i am repaire this bike from rajpoot tvs, adarsh nagar delhi-33. and face every time many time i repaired head and chimta but they are not done proper please solve my problem

                                      Sir, I bought one Jupiter Scooter, from your dealer Ahinsa Motors, 10 Adchini Aurobindo Marg at New Delhi on dated 28/09/2014.(invoice no.1060, copy attached) Sir, My complaint is that till date I have not received my Registration Certificate from the said dealer. Several times I visited the dealer but they are not giving any satisfactory answer about the whereabouts of RC. Now the Dealer informs that the RC has been lost.When I asked them to provide a duplicate copy of RC, that also has not been provided to me. I also launched a complaint to TVS customer Cell( complaint no. 33971, dated 31.12.2014). They assured me that it will be resolved in a few days but no positive result has so far been received. Having been purchased the vehicle, I cannot use it without a Registration. Since I have paid the entire amount of the vechicle in cash, it is the duty of the Dealer to provide me the complete papers of the vehicle. I am writing to you to take up this issue with your Dealer so that this problem is resolved.If this Dealer fails to provide satisfactory service and arrange to provide my RC as early as possible, I will have no option but to approach the Consumer Court against the Company as well as the Dealer, for harassment and irresponsible treatment given to me.                                         I purchased vehicle from M/s. SVS TVS, authorised dealer for TVS Motor Company, Ambattur, Chennai - 53 on 12.04.2014 vide Invoice No.134 dated 12.04.2014. Three services were completed till date i have not getting the mileage more than 55 KM per liter (advised by company 74 Liters). One of your representative Mr. Arun spoke to me (after completion of third service) and asked me for service and other details that day i told the problem but he is not interested to listen, after that i called the same no but he is not interested to speak and disconnected my line. I was using Max 100 R more than 17 years after that only i have changed this vehicle. My colleagues were suggested to go for Honda or Hero product but i decided to buy TVS product only. Now i am feeling very bad i am not getting proper response from your people. Mileage is also a problem. I am also working in TVS Group only, but i never expected like this.
