I have received 3 different challans a few days back for violating traffic rules on my previously owned scooter which was an Activa 125 (MH05CA6019). Technically this vehicle shouldn't be on my Dads name because we exchanged it for a new vehicle at TVS Badlapur 421503 for a TVS Jupiter. After filling a grievance on the challans issued on my dads name i get a reply stating "No distractions in offence found" How is this possible? when the vehicle...

Your authorised dealer at Guwahati is charging Ex showroom price of 85k while at your website the price for the same is 81k.

How is this possible ??

Dear TVS,

The dealership I have mentioned above is very useless guys in the dealership while taking the delivery of the bike they not clipped the fuel injector properly after traveling nearly 3km fuel started to leak and literally porring on engine directly and smoke started coming due to engine eat.

After that I called the showroom guys and informed the situation but they denied to come and cut the call again...

Recently I gave my bike for general service in
Dharmana Tvs service centre, Gajuwaka, Vizag.
They gave it back evening at 6.30 pm and they charged 1100rs. They did only water was and changed the oil only. With a day my clutch wire broke due to rust, and the chains pocket was gone, disk brake pads were gone, the front suspension was gone.

1. I have purchased TVS Jupiter from Pushpa TVS Bareilly(UP). I was told that the company gives mandatory accessories like rear view mirrors and rubber foot rest. There was additional bill made for Rs 775/- levied to me in these accessories.

I booked for TVS Jupiter 125 in Orange shade in Dec'21 as this shade was available.

I had met with an accident and the brakes were broken. I went to tvs shelar service centre,
On 21st january 2022 I completed all the formalities for claiming the insurance and gave my vehicle. It's just been 6 months so the insurance is still with tvs not the third party.
