Amount of Rs 295/- debited three times from my bank account without my consent. Total of Rs 885/- being deducted today 28th March 22

Overdue of Rs 287/- was there but that was neither interest nor principal Amount. It was a mere late fine charges which I communicated to them to settle or to waive the amount several times. Instead of communicating anything to me straight away they deducted 885/- from my account without my knowledge

I am bay TVS Raider bike October 2021 but the bike side stand sensor is damage but not responding showroom

Sir meri bike tvs raider ka O2 sensor khrab ho gya tha aaj, mere se 2000/- charge kr liya kaha warranty me nhi hai par aaj muje pta chla mere dost ka free me change kr diya tha aur mene YouTube par bahot se videos bhi dekhe hai or unme bahot se comment me bhi logo ne kaha hai ki un sabhi ka bhi free me hi change kiya tha to fir mere sath aisa kyu hua.

I have purchased a bike RTR 200 4v in November 2021. I am facing lot of issues with bike, service team is not supporting me at all. After two months of purchasing bike fule pump stopped working due to this issue me and my brother has suffered for a whole day on road. Then we have taken the bike to service center on our own cost and labour.
They have replaced the fule pump in feb 2022. After one month we are facing same issue. Bike is not starting again fule pump is not working. Called to service team, they are telling that they are busy they will not help me. I have to take the bike to service center then only they will check.
I am worried that what type of scam TVS is doing with customer. I have paid 1.69 lacs to face such type of joke.

I want my money back and I don't to be part of tvs

My scooter is jupiter 125, i am waiting these parts form last 4 months, no one solve my issue, i attached part list with this mail

Another issue is related with the performance of this scooter, recently done 2nd service. But they do not solve any issue; the issue is at the initial pickup, too many vibrations from the engine and also other problems are there, i have no words to explain. If you do not solve my issue, then you take this scooter, and give me my money back

I have purchased a RTR Apache 160 2V BSIV Disc on 26/11/2021.
Engine No. AE8KM2225914
1. Facing issue with the vehicle showing neutral while in Gear and showing gear while in netural state.

2. Leakage in engine of mobile

Visited 4 times in service center and also drop a mail on customer care I'd but no response.

I have purchased "TVS RTR Apache 160 4V BS-VI DISC" from KC Enterprises LLP, S.NO.206, Chanda Mansion, Ambedkar Chowk, Pimpri, Pune[protected]Maharashtra.

The date of purchase was 14th March 2021. It has not even been 1 year, and the vehicle was given to 2nd servicing with information regarding the vehicle's abnormal noise. Vehicle given to Authorized TVS service station on 26Feb2022.

The vehicle is still in the service station and they are unable to diagnose the problem since past 25 days. The problem seems unknown to them.
Looking into the above issue, I am suffering and I want a replacement of the vehicle immediately.
Following are the details regarding the same.

This is to bring into your notice that I have given my vehicle for general service and engine oil change to the service center "Arunagiri Motors, Bommanhalli, Bangalore-68.
Guy said, general service will cost 750/- and engine oil charge extra.
I duly confirmed what all are covered in General service, listed below.
Washing, waxing, clutch box clean up, carburetor clean up, spark plug clean up and lubrication. I handed over my vehicle for service.
I have been charged 1907/- just for General Service and engine oil change. When I asked to justify that, no proper answer. I asked for general service manual what you cover, they didn't give. Asked manger name, he didn't tell. Arrogantly said, you go sir and complaint about us.
Previously I went for a similar service to near by TVS service center "Indian Motors, Madiwala Bangalore - 68, that cost INR - 1042/- (Aug2021)
It seems like you visit McD and at an outlet burger cost 50 bucks and other outlet cost 100 bucks for same.
I've wrote an email to "[protected]@tvsmotor.com" and tweeted as well. No acknowledgement so far.

Clutch set of my bike TVS Sports BS/6 got damaged after second service, it has run 3800 km so far, complained to the service center o people are giving excuse that there is no warranty and very poor service to get full money from me It is the local parts of TVS company.

I have taken iqube from dyanic tvs(rajapuri). back rim has bend and given to dynamic tvs service centre on 24.2.2022 (Jc no. 13088).from one month no action has been taken so far . and saying it take 3 to 4 months to repair . waht the use of GREEN VEHICLE if it take so much long time

I got my first free service done on my apache rtr 200 4v on 19th February 2022 at Sarvi Automobile Private Limited and it was absolutely pathetic. After the service there was rear brake squeaking noise as well as chain noise which was not present before.
The real issue I faced was when after a week I went to resolve the problem I faced and they said it has been taken care of.
But still the rear brake squeaking noise is coming and I don't know what kind of third grade grease or engine oil they used on the chain it created a total mess and now the chain is so dirty and its oil and grease dripping everywhere on the side stand on the rear rims and even on the tail tidy and even after washing its not coming off. They just messed up my bike and its chain and even after so much devastation my problem is not solved.

I request TVS that this issue should be taken care of aptly and in prompt fashion.

I bought TVS apache 160 RTR in November 2020. From the time I bought I found that there is an issue with the gear shifting. I informed the service center many times however they dint bother to correct it. and from second to first always get into the neutral during running... sometimes you see the gear is
shifted..but it will be in neutral...I visited 6 times to service center within 3 months...somehow they fool me...saying chain loose, clutch loose etc. Time for me to write to the company to take the bike back...very frustrated riding the bike in city traffic.

I have purchased Jupiter 125 in December 2021, i have not taken ride in dec 2021 as i was out of town after purchasing the vehicle, but in January 2022, i started riding the vehicle and it was giving me starting ignition problem so, i visited TVS Indrayani Nagpur Showroom they took my vehicle for 5 days and said it is ok now, after riding for 2 days it was not resolved so i again visited TVS Indryani Showroom, they again took...

I had purchased a tvs bike from Bajwa tvs showroom, krishna nagar. They said they will call me when my RC and number plate will come. After one month when I called them for the same they are saying they called me once and I did not pick up the call. And they just call once to the customers whether the customer pick the call or not it's not their responsibility to get further touch with the customer, no text message or no further call for RC and number plate. I am really dissatisfied with this.

I Purchased vehicle from SBM TVS, Senthil Nagar, Kolathur,
They Delivered the Bike soon with registration on 01/03/2022.
But still they not given registered Number plate. They given some insurance soft copy on delivered vehicle time. I checked the policy number in insurance company also. But the number is not valid..

TV's Radeon 110 bike purchase on 20 august 2021 name of meenu Saini registration no- DL11H5930 chassis NO- MD625BK2XM3G04305 after 6 months engine sound is very loud so on[protected] i visit on MCR TVS mangolpuri service center. On that day service advisor told me to come after 5 hours. After 5 pm ill again go service center then service advisor told me that chain shaft is damage so it has to change but we don't have this part so we ordered that part from company. after[protected] ill again call to service center for availability of damage part for repair but store Incharge told me that he didn't know about this part has to be ordered. on that same day ill call customer care of TV's but cc executive told me that the procedure if ordered any part is 20 working days. yesterday[protected] again I'll call customer care of TVS and told complanate no is TVS GR[protected] after confirmation executive is telling me that service center didn't order any part for my bike.
i asked the procedure of filing a complaint to higher officials but he told me that there is no way to complain to higher officials. I want to know if the service center is making fools or TVS is also making fools o[censored]s or looting us?
