    I have purchased PEP + bike from one of the sub dealer of P.S JIVRAJ AUTOMOBILES LLP, Asansol situated at Rupnarayanpur, West Bengal.

    From the 1st day purchase we are facing Starting Problem of the vehicle. We have informed the same on 1st day to the sub dealer at Rupnarayanpur, but the Manager ([protected]) is misbehaving with me and forcing us to take the defective bike.

    They have kept the bike at their showroom and run the bike 120 kms without informing us.

    They have informed me that we have to take the defective bike at any cost.

    Hence we need your help in this regard.

      My name Harshit Sharma belongs to Pilibhit. I want to purchase TVS Jupiter, so that I take inquiry to your dealership, whose name is Nirmal automobiles New Basti, Ballabh Nagar colony, pilibhit city on dated[protected]friday) Mr. Jitendra Anand, your sales executive, gave me a quotation regarding that and he says they give me a Zero depth policy of Go Digital Insurance, but when I check the policy he says that 10% on metal paid by me, so I refused it and asked them to give me 100% zero depth policy even i m ready to pay extra premium for this, but. they REFUSED so i ask them i want to talk with your senior who handle the insurance department and Ms. Shivani gupta from the cashier department talk with me and she said over Owner Mr. ANMOL AGRAWAL JI refused for this but Mr. JITENDRA ANAND (SE) said, Sir, we give you an extra discount on insurance.
      So I decided to take self insurance, then he says sorry sir you have to purchased the insurance from us even if you PURCHASED the SCOOTER or not. I also talk with TVS sales manager Mr. HEMANT SHARMA ji he also says the same.
      But as per my knowledge customer purchased the insurance from any side. so its my humble request to you please take same necessary steps on it because i want to purchased the scooter otherwise i go to other dealerships to purchased the scooter kindly resolve the issue ASAP

        I have purchased TVS Jupiter 125cc grey colour around 2months back from TVS Matrix showroom Mira Road .The bike is awesome and I have no complaints about .However after sales support form TVS and its service center is pathetic and very poor. I kind of regret that I purchased vehicle from TVS and should have stick to Honda. I met with an accident almost a month back and few body parts of the bike got damaged since it is a new vehicle I thought I should get all the parts replaced Less did I know about the parts availability from TVS for 125cc Jupiter. It's one of the worse experiences as it's more than 20 days and spare body parts are not available with service center.Even after writing numerous emails and calling the customer care there is no clarity when I will get this parts .This is the worse ever experiences as I have used different two wheelers but never come across such situations. Body parts like front chrome and front panel side panel etc are parts which I'm looking for .TVS customer complaint is a waste of time you will not get any proper response but false assurance from customer support executives. I'm like fed up of frequently complaining about my issues and just patiently waiting for availability of spare parts.I have decided that once the vehicle is ready I will get rid of this bike as I no longer want to be associated with a company who does not care about the customers after purchase of vehicle.

        There is no positive response from TVS Motor and the complaint is still open.Its a bad experience to own a bike from TVS company considering the poor after sales support. Will not recommend TVS bikes to anyone.

          From last 3 years I get frequent calls from a tvs service center viz, Shelar Tvs Pune. The calls are too frequent i.e 3-4 times a month. Calls are about the service reminder for a vehicle which I don't own. I told them everytime I got calls that I don't own any tvs vehicle and not to call me. In addition I block the number from which I got calls. But they call me everytime by new number. Plz look into this matter asap else I will take this matter personally to the police accusing shelar tvs of harassment via calls.

            Hi Team - I hope you doing fine, I had good impression on TVS until March 10. However, on March 11th everything has changed.

            I have purchased TVS Jupiter (Basic model) on March 10th, 2022 at 12:00 PM IST for my new startup business. I was also planning to get additional vehicles during business expansion. (Purchased at Anjali Motors, Somajiguda Hyderabad.)

            After purchasing the vehicle, it was identified that there some issues with handle. We took the vehicle for inspection at TVS Service Center at Attapur, Hyderabad. (Same Date 10th March, between 06 to 07 PM IST).

            Comments form Sr. Mechanic from Attapur. "There is issues with Vehicle Fark and front body cover needs to be removed to fix it". This is my first day experiences after getting the vehicle. Later, They kicked multiple time on front tyre to make some adjustments.

            11th March, We took vehicle back to Anjali Motor demanding to exchange the Vehicle based on reviews received from TVS Service Center, Attapur.
            However, Dealer denied to exchange and advised us to take the vehicle to another branch which is located in Ameerpet to it verified. So, we took the vehicle to Ammerpet Branch and Sr. Tech at Ameerpet stated there are no issues and promised a callback from someone responsible. No one got back to me till now.

            Dealer was reackless, that my family (Mother) was waiting at TVS Showroom for more than 2 hours all alone. None of Staff even have bother to ask glass of water.

            At last, After we arrived to showroom, everyone when infront o[censored]s headed to have lunch. none of them waited or spared 5 mins to hand us over TR Papers which was pending from Dealer. Myself and Mother was waiting for the process to lunch to be completed and we will were with empty stomach. I felt I was standing in Govt Office.

            My Question to TVS.

            When I have paid PDI Charges 1400, I was expecting vehicle to arrive in perfect condition, Dealer was not ready to wave of the charges and was very argent, because of some at TVS who dint do his job properly, we had to through many issues and dealer was acting as if there is nothing that he can do for us. I NEED THAT 1400 TO REEMBUSED. 1400 is not big amount, I hope dealer will learn lesson who to treat to there customers.

            Why do we have so many discrepancies between dealer to dealer. Customer are going and purchasing vehicles because of brand and because of such wonderful experiences. I never gone buy TVS Again in my LIFE and i will recommand anyone to purchase it either. I hope this is one of the main reason that TVS 2 Wheeler sales are going down day by day.

            Not sure, where this complain will head toward but I make sure it reachout to K. N. Radhakrishnan & TVS Board of Directors

                I bought the tvs jupiter classic in june 2021. Now its been 8 months and for the past 1 month the scooty goes down in the middle of the road every now and then. Have completed 2 servicing and about to get the 3rd one.
                So much dissappointed with the tvs product and will never recommend anyone for buying TVS jupiter. This scooty has become a burden rather than a convinience for travel.

                  I am Capt Nimesh Mathew. In 2019 I bought a TVS Apache 160 from Lakshmi motors Pathankot . TVS agent there did not provide me with a loan agreement detail. Now after I have completed payment TVS credit is not sending me NOC. The agent is not receiving my calls and customer care is asking me for loan agreement / mobile no( I lost the old phone) for any help. If TVs credit still owns my bike how is it that you cannot verify my credentials by I'd?
                  In Aug TVs credits stopped online payment deductions. I had to pay the loan to agent offline by hand which I had done timely . Bt due to his/your mistake my payments are showing as delayed. This has affected my credit score

                      I have purchased Jupiter 125 ) on 24/12/2021 from SPV Motors Near Mini Civil Station, Agastianmuzhi, Mukkam (P.O), Calicut- 673602, Kerala. Unfortunately on 05/02/2022 it was met with an accident and given them for repair . But they have not yet finished the repair . Every time they are telling us that spare parts are not available at TVS .Please let me know is it correct...Spare parts scarcity is there?.

                          TO,
                          TVS MOTORS.

                          I am writing to your company about a problem with my apache RTR 200 4V 2021 model purchased on 17/07/2021 from AUTORACE automotive showroom goregaon west .
                          I am really infuriated now . And the reason is not only the Unsolved over heating issue but the Unprofessional & Adamant Behaviour of TVS SERVICE CENTRE. (AUTORACE AUTOMOTIVE LLP GOREGAON WEST.)

                          OVER HEATING and it's frequent occurrence was and is the major issue. I am facing the problem since 3 months. Till date no satisfactory response or solution is given to me by either and the problem still persist.

                          Previously the bike used to get overheated once a month but now sky is the limit. It takes approximately half an hour to 1 hour to cool down. Either its a manufacturing defect or a mythical issue because even after inspecting the bike twice for days, the TVS service centre team (AUTORACE AUTOMOTIVE LLP GOREGAON WEST) failed to state the reason for overheating.

                          In the month of January 2022 I took my bike for detailed inspection in AUTORACE AUTOMOTIVE LLP GOREGAON WEST. Was then informed that the engine oil(Which was changed /replaced by TVS AUTHORISED SERVICES CENTRE in BORIVALI DAULAT NAGAR in previous service ) is the reason for OVER HEATING. So Aftr completion o[censored]sual servicing they said now the issue is resolved. Within a weeks time the sequence of reoccurrence started.
                          AUTORACE TVS SHOWROOM and SERVICE CENTRE never received my call. I was stranded on street for an hour before reaching to my destination, not to forget the 1 hour of cooling period the bike took and it usually takes.
                          After frequent reoccurrence i thought of testing my luck again, so i re-visited the same service centre(AUTORACE AUTOMOTIVE LLP GOREGAON WEST) and handed over my bike to NEERAJ UPADHYAY (SERVICE ADVISOR) for thorough inspection. Was told, a days time would be required for checking to which I agreed and left with official slip.
                          I didn't get a single call from service center onto which i contacted back to know the status. Work in progress was the excuse i was offered. Second day same routine followed of excuse. And finally in evening i got a call from TVS service centre that the DAMAGED CLUTCH PLATE ASSEMBLY is the reason for overheating. I was really amazed to the core because the Over heating issue was my major concern since DECEMBER 2021 and the Clutch assembly issue(which is definitely not damaged) is like a morning dew.
                          So how could you come to a theory which is not only sounding unreasonable but unrealistic too.
                          Adamancy level of DEVA(MECHANIC) was so high that he wasn't even ready to hear my point, his only intention was to force a valuable customer to get the CLUTCH PLATE ASSEMBLY replaced that too for a the reason best known to him. After vague answers, unprofessional behaviour and imposing tone of mechanic (DEVA), I requested for Escalation. On which they directed me to (WORK MANAGER) OMKAR PADYAR's cabin. Obviously he supported his team, but his reply was a BIG 'NO' when i asked him, "Is my BIKES CLUTCH ASSEMBLY really damaged?" BINGO i got my answer. I said, for an instance lets assume i excepted your solution of replacement of Clutch PLATE. So if same problem again arises than what should I do. On this Mr OMKAR REPLIED "we will try to diagnose the problem again"
                          Astonished by the wierd answer I politely asked him to please tell your team to escort my bike out of the showroom as i have no intention of wasting my time and hard earned money on such people.

                          Its my kind request to you to look into the matter and take necessary steps keeping in mind the seriousness of issue. Below I am mentioning the contact details of TVS SERVICE CENTRE and staff.
                          I hope the management will revert back to me with a remedial and realistic solutions ASAP.

                          NOTE : DEVA( MECHANIC) claimed that CLUTCH PLATE ASSEMBLY is EXTREMELY damaged. I used my bike on open streets and ghats for days and to my amazement the clutch plate is working great. NOT even a single friction, noice or disturbance created a issue.

                          (THEY FAILED TO TRACK THE ROOT CAUSE OF OVER HEATING TWICE, WHAT IS THE CHANCES THAT THEY'LL BE LUCKY ENOUGH IN THIRD ATTEMPT.)

                            I left my bike for 2nd free service, the customer in charge of showroom not responding to me properly, while buying the bike also, they were treating me as no need to buy here anymore. You can go with other shworroom.

                                I bought the bike in August 2019. It's been 2.6 years. I've just driven my bike for 10000 kms. First 1 year was very nice experience with the bike. But, that I'm not happy with many things.
                                1. Worst experience with Pandian motors(kalavasal, madurai)
                                Engine goes to off state in running.
                                I started experiencing this problem 1 year before and went to service centre. They didn't even check the issue but did all the other stuffs and bill was high. When I took the bike from service, while running the bike engine stopped for like 10 times within 30 minutes. I shouted at them - handed over the bike - they did something - again same problem after 1 day & I was very disappointed with the service.
                                2. Digital display stopped working
                                Refer the attached image. The display is not working for last 4 months. Is this the quality I get from TVS bike ? I went to another TVS service center (selvaganapathy k.puthur, madurai). They said they will talk to ASM and get back to me if they can replace the display. But there is no progress for the last 2 months. On what guarantee I can bear the cost of this one (3000 rs) ?
                                3. I also have cold starting trouble and issue with the chain every now and then. Whenever I go to service, it runs smoothly for couple of days. Again I hear noise in chain.
                                My expectation -
                                1. I want display to be replaced by the company
                                2. I want long time solution for starting trouble & engine off issue.

                                  My name RAPOLU KIRAN I have purchased TVS Jupiter disc 125 CC Disc alloy wheels scooter at surypeta TVS showroom TELANGANA on 15.01.2022. I have paid Total Amount Rs. 1, 06, 930/- in three modes given below.
                                  1.CASH Rs. 40, 000 (bill not given)
                                  2.Phone pay Rs. 30, 000 ( phone pay no:[protected] said by showroom cashier)
                                  3.Atm debit card Rs.36, 930 (told that inclusive 1.2% tax of Rs. 36, 500/-)
                                  Total amount paid Rs. 1, 06, 930/-
                                  but they are given bills for
                                  bike invoice: Rs.82, 615
                                  Insurance. : Rs. 4, 914
                                  RTA amount: Rs. 8, 425
                                  Total amount Rs. 95, 954/-

                                  Showroom salesmen told that helmet free and accessories are cover, body steel frame, mirrors, side stand, usb port.
                                  I received above accessories. but they given bill for helmet of Rs. 550/- this is not fare.
                                  I didn't understand paid Rs. 1, 06, 930/- bills received Rs. 95, 954/- and (excluding helmet bill 550/- )difference amount Rs.10, 976/- not given any proof and I didn't receive any proper answer for this excess amount.

                                      I have bought a bike TVS Radeon from the TVS authorised dealer TVS- Shyamali Automobile on 13/09/2021. I have not received the RC book, tax receive copy, insurence papers till date. I am having many difficulties as I cannot drive it without the papers. I have complained several times in dealer office and raised the complaint to TVS customer service on 15 th november, 2021, no action has been taken from the company other than giving me a complaint number.
