Today we bought a new TVS Ntorq race editon from a nearby dealership in Ranigunj, Hyderabad, named Kiran TVS. As per the govt Rule 138 (4) (f) 1989, every individual should be provided with a helmet while purchasing a new vehicle by the dealership itself. But the dealership didn't provide me with any kind of helmet, and even told me it was not mandatory for the dealership to give helmet to the customer. I need you to assist me Asap with this and as well as contact the dealership with this issue. I will raise another complaint in consumer court and will also sue the company in the consumer court. Thankyou

    My name is Ajeet kumar, My scooty number is UP 14, DW 6901 and scooty is registered on the name of Arti kumari. I took my scooty for service to TVS Mirda Service centre Rakesh Marg on[protected]. After last service, when I recived my scooty, I found there were some issues like noise in engine for which I have done the complaint(last cmpl. No-TVS_Gr[protected]than after they solved the issue. According to them, the issue was of greasing, But the problem was not solved fully, but they said its okay and there will be no problem due to this. Now when I took scooty for service After 1500 + km firstly, there was only 200 ml engine oil present and secondly they are saying that there is issue in the engine and they are saying almost 5000 will be spend, I think they haven’t put engine oil in last service for which I was charged for engine oil, because in 1500+ km never engine oil is so less. I always give my scooty for service on time and every service they changed engine oil. I am the only person who rides it . Every time I give my scooty for service here I face troubles every time, they come out with new problems in it . Only in two years and around 26thousand km there is an issue in engine that’s mean either the product is not good or your services are poor. Its my compulsion that I have to give my scooty here because I have done the AMC. Inspite of it they charge me of everything even extra labour charge for changing the break shoe. And also gave my scooty in accidental claim, for which till date I haven’t received any bill for extra payment I have done after the file charge amount, I do not know why they charged extra amount though it was a 0 debt policy. I think its better to have outsider service rather centre shop, they are cheap and gives better response. I totally fed-up. Kindly look into this matter.

      Recently I gave my bike for general service in
      Dharmana Tvs service centre, Gajuwaka, Vizag.
      They gave it back evening at 6.30 pm and they charged 1100rs. They did only water was and changed the oil only. With a day my clutch wire broke due to rust, and the chains pocket was gone, disk brake pads were gone, the front suspension was gone.

      What they did while services, They did only water washing. That to a long time.

        I have visited near showroom tvs i have asked the scooty
        but they are not responding and they told me that the scooty will not b deliverd
        and
        i have called to the customer care they are also not responding well

        why??

          I have bought TVS raider on 7-Oct-2021 from Manoj TVS Shahdol. I have completed around 3500KM with this bike, so far everything looks fine and awesome with this bike, but since past 1-2 weeks I am having trouble with this bike. previously its electronics got some issues (instrument cluster, horn headlight, indicators nothing is working) so I went to service center then they fixed it but again after getting service i am facing same problem and its third time i am facing it. Now this is making me doubt about purchasing this bike? Is the maintenance service provided by service center is poor or its just TVS has designed a very poor quality bike??
          should i have chosen another bike?

            Dear Sir,
            1. I have purchased TVS Jupiter from Pushpa TVS Bareilly(UP). I was told that the company gives mandatory accessories like rear view mirrors and rubber foot rest. There was additional bill made for Rs 775/- levied to me in these accessories.

            2. I enquired from the customer care in this regard. They give a different version saying ladies foot rest and foot rubber mat is part of additional accessories. Now there is a dichotomy in this. I have already paid separately for this. This clearly means that the showroom charged me twice for the same items.

            3. Request pl check from your end. These items which they claimed that the company has mandated is already fitted in the scooter.

            4. Also, when I told your customer care executive about the dealer and gave my details incl the date of purchase of the scooter, they started enquiring about the chassis no and engine no..Which I felt was not that important in this case. These I feel that are to discourage the consumer to raise a complaint.

            5. These issues however small may spoil the reputation of the company.

              The service center's people are very corrupted and each and every thing we ask, they demanding money at a large number and their behaviour very worst.
              And the recent incident, they took 3 hours to fix a new number plate.

              I'm adding photo after waiting 1.30hrs of waiting till it is not completed.

              Please reconsider it, it's not bearable

                I given my jupiter for the service and they charged for few parts but when I enquired about those parts they never placed in my vehicle.And the cleaning of the bike they have done well, I can give 2 out of 10 for cleaning .And peson who shouted on me(customer) himself was a supervisor .He was very very rude and impolite.When I enquired about those improper things, he got frustrated and shouted .When I questioned about the cleanliness on the thing he said "Why you are spilling the sand and dust on vehicle like 3 to 4 times in rude commanding tone".Thats my bike I can do what ever I want how come your "tvs service center people " can question and argument with me.I have paid for labour charges and all.
                if you people don't control your people then never sell your bike with that Customer relationship

                  Sir, It is to inform you that, there is no response from your side to short out my Complain lodged earlier under r reference number TVS_Gr_[protected].
                  There is one more problem started, that is -while braking both wheels giving irritable sound and also the left parking brake lock is also not working. I once again, request to send some experts for door service as early as possible.

                  Sir, Please go through the complaints lodged by me on 25.06.2021 and 11.07.2021. As advised by your Technical advisor my vehicle was picked up to your show room and solved some problems. But, while braking, irritable sound coming from two wheels. It was only stoped for two days, again started the same. I immediately reported to your Technical Advisor, who advised to manage the same for some more days. After the rainy season it will stop. But, sorry to say, it is giving very horrible sounds even in this season and increasing day by day. As this problem is stated from the date of purchase, I request your good office to rectify the same immediately with free of cost.

                        I booked for TVS Jupiter 125 in Orange shade in Dec'21 as this shade was available.
                        However, local dealer to whom this booking was sent told that orange shade is not available & availability is uncertain.
                        Hence i sent email to cancel my booking & refund the amount.
                        But till today, i am not getting any reply. When called on customer care, they said they cant help since i am cancelled through email & will get call back in next 12 horus. No call.
                        Frustrated. Such simple thing & TVS is not able to hande it. Now i hv booked grey shade offline through other dealer & asked him to adjust booking amount here. But he says no. SO i am stuck.

                            Dear Sir/Mam,

                            I had met with an accident and the brakes were broken. I went to tvs shelar service centre,
                            On 21st january 2022 I completed all the formalities for claiming the insurance and gave my vehicle. It's just been 6 months so the insurance is still with tvs not the third party.
                            The insurance guy in tvs service centre said that I will get the vehicle within 4-5 days. Its been 17 days I still haven't got my vehicle. There's just minor parts replacement they have to do and they said that the parts are not available so it will take time. They are keeping on delaying it and am calling them everyday it's so frustrating and cant believe that tvs service for insurance is so bad. I am traveling by bus everyday to my office. Is this worth to have an insurance if it takes so long to claim.
                            You guys charge so much for insurance and this is the result. 17 days still didn't get my vehicle just have to change the brakes.
                            Please some one help me to get my vehicle repaired ASAP.

                              I am the owner of TVS Apache RR310 live location in Varanasi. I have RR310. The Dealer is Aditya Narayan TVS, Lanka, Varanasi. Recently my RR310 front wheel alloy bend and the service engineer of Aditya Narayan TVS informed me to change it. After face to face conversation service engineer placed order of RR310 front Alloy wheel past 8 days ago but till date your company not available any Alloy wheel to service center.
                              So i request you to please provide service engineer front alloy wheel within 2 days and so that my Feb-22 month road trip gona successful.

                                21.01.22 dhiraa tvs virugambakkam showroom I serviced my apache rtr 160 bike after 10days I got a lot of problems in my bike wrost service.. I was riding suddenly my bike stuck no movement company side said again you to change caliber chain then what you do, d at service time.. Not proper service.. I want my bike proper service again without cash please notify my complaint

                                  I made a purchase of a bike from your showroom. The make and model of the bike bought is tvs ntorq . I regret to inform you that, the vehicle that I bought is not giving satisfactory output and is not as it was expected to be.vehicle have so many issues coming after repairs.
                                  The service center sured about manufacturing defect,
                                  Within 10 days of my purchase the vehicle's sound are
                                  Changing like my old outdated bike, so i need to fix it immediately or
                                  Or i will going through consumer court, hope you will understand.

                                    I went for servicing of my scooter TVS Jupiter Classic (CH01CD7201) at Plot No. 53 Industrial Area Phase-1 Chandigarh on 02.02.20222 after booking at 1400Hrs. As they have promised for prior booking vehicle they will do the servicing with in 0ne hour. They failed to do the servicing in one hour and made me to sit for four hours. The behavior of the supervisor and staff was rude and the servicing was done at all as I have personally seen from the waiting room transparent windows. The complain/points in the vehicle which I told to the supervisor were not carried out at all. The scooter was handed over without even washing.
