I purchased tvs scooty pep 8 months back and im facing lot of difficulties with the product. Bike does move forward at all initially when u give acceleeator and u have to push and then makw it move forward. Also bike gets switched off suddenly in mid of road and i can missed accident multiple times. I have given it for service twice and its still same issue.

    I bought TVS Jupiter Zx from Delhi one month ago. Due to my job I have taken it to Bathinda, Punjab. But there os no service center available for its first free service by the company. And I would like to know when will it be opened as its very important to get it serviced by the company and not amy local mechanic.

      I had left my tvs ntorq 125 at kumar automotive on dt.04.08.2021 but it is very unfortunate that being 7(seven ) days has been passed the problem is not sut out at the service center . They are taking plea that the wire is not avaible with them aslo not available in odisha. Which is not acceptable for me. Being a dealer in a town at the same time it is also district head quarter how the small parts is not available with them. It is very regreat that in a branded dealer the service is very very careless about the service . I don't under stand how they get the agency. It should a specific time limit for each and every service. An early reply is aspected.

        Hi Team,

        Please note I have dropped my vehicle for service as there was some strange noise coming from engine while starting the vehicle the administration advised they will replace the part and service it in the next two days. However it's been more than 10 days now and the vehicle is still not ready and have been getting some lame excuses every promised time I have called. This is totally frustrating and the service standards are not really upto the mark. Need to know a few things upfront

        1. What is the time frame for a part to be replaced at service ?
        2. What is the escalation matrix?
        3. What is the plan to compensate if something like this happening time and again?

        I really want someone too really look into this and help me provide concrete information as to what has happened with the vehicle/ what part is being replaced and the real time bound to fix this issue.

          I have asked for my fuel tank few days ago they said come we will give and now I called them they are saying it will take 8_10 days to arrive this is not first time I am having problem past time I wasted 2 months on my vehicle for its remake. They are just bluffing customers shame on tvs very bad service

                I will be pay advance booking payment of 5000 Rs in your site tvsmotor.com. but this amount not received by tvs dealer mahalaxmi pathankot and not confirmed my booking.The transaction details of Google pay and bank account attached with this mail. Please take appropriate actions on it. Otherwise I will be complaint in consumer court for this type of harassment.

                    Hi, I am from Nepal. I have purchased TVS RTR 200 from Jagadamma (the only Dealer in Nepal for Appache bikes).
                    One day after washing my bike, water gets in to the air filter box then it started blowing white smoke and the engine got too hot. I took it back to the mechanics and he poured out the engine oil, which was very Foamy and he cleaned the engine with petrol and oil and Replace the oil with new one. I got this water problem after every wash thrice or more. I need help what should I do to stop water getting into the airfilter box.
                    I would appreciate if you reply on the issue.

                        I bought a in June and now in every two to three days the air in the rear wheel is blowing, I checked about seven to eight other places, said no puncture, I took the motorcycle to Hadapsar servicing center, told them the problem.. They sent me to a tyre dealer 20 km away without checking anything when there was no problem with the tyres. The tire dealer also said that there is no problem with the tyres, found magvel leakage.. after returning to your servicing center, they was forcing me to go back twenty kilometers and fetch the letter. Whose problem is the magvel leak? They are asking me to pay installation charges of magvel Rs. 250. Already one month i'm facing the issue then Why should I fill this out? Very poor quality service .. Giving zero rating.

                              I would like to say that we were family of TVS and I had used TVS scooty for past 10 years. Recently I exchanged my old scooty and bought new scooty pep but was totally disappointed as the self starter is not working from day one. With the new vehicle I never expected as usually for initial years the self start would be functioning so good. Very disappointed. It is being 3 months now i am using kick start. I feel scooty is pride for women and it gives you the pleasure of riding but now it is giving me displeasure. If you could act on my complaint will be happy.

                                Subject:-complaint about selling defective (manufactured) tvs jupiter by “tvs tulsilok enterprises, rohtak, haryana”.

                                Respected sir,
                                it is hereby to submit that my father purchased a tvs jupiter (base model) new scooty from “tvs tulsilok enterprises near bhiwani chungi rohtak, haryana” with chasis no-md626cg51m1c33925 on dated 5/july/2021.
                                Due to covid crisis dealer assured to deliver vehicle at the doorstep and we made an cash payment of around 75000/- inr via online transaction portal directly to the account of dealer.
                                After driving that vehicle i instantly complaint to the concerned salesman “mr.Vijay “ that my vehicle is not running properly due to bent in front fork .Salesman told me to check tyre pressure and to continue with the same.
                                In the mean time the condition of my vehicle become more worse and hard to drive straight due to bent. I again approach to salesman and he suggest me to come to showroom. After complete checkup they found out that front fork is bent and everything related to assembly was not in allingnment.He tried to fix it with new fork but still it is the same .Their is no change in scooty drive and still its not corrected.
                                “when a customer purchases a brand-new vehicle, they rarely expect technical snags to crop up at regular intervals. The whole purpose of investing in a vehicle is lost if it has to be repaired constantly due to nagging problems”. “it’s a new vehicle & shouldn't have so many nagging issues. The vehicle was within the period of warranty & it is the duty of the authorised dealers to satisfy their customer. Since the continuous mechanical problems have arisen in a new vehicle, the complainant is entitled to seek a replacement.”
                                i also discuss the whole issue with the owner of tvs tulsilok enterprises but it was completely unsatisfactory reply from their side and even they denied to replace my vehicle .I would like to attract your keen interest bypresenting my issue in form of writing to resolve it in the stipulated time and afterall it is an matter of savings loss of a senior citizen of the society who spent their 75000 rs for this purchase .
                                I am also sending my complaint to concerned ministry, consumer grevieance cell and a copy to honorable prime minister to kindly take a look over such fraudster who delivers a defective and malfunctioned commodities to customers and harrashing them by looting their money.
                                I am requesting you all to enquire properly to the whole issue even at my part also and give your fine sense of judgement.

                                  Purchased scooty tvs jupiter from tulsilok tvs rohtak haryana .on delivery after driving few kms i complaint about bent in fork, but they said this vehicle will not be changed and they change a new fork later but my scooty condition is same .no one is ready to resolve my problem .i feel so ashamed to be a part of tvs .its an horrible experience kindly resolve my problem otherwise i will move to consumer court for cheating at this plateform by showroom owner.kindly help me .

                                    The fuel meter of jupiter scooty is not working properly from the first day of purchase. And now is indicators are not working properly, balancing of the jupiter is not accurate. When i drive it seems it is moving towards left.

                                      Engine case damaged while servicing for Jupiter

                                      Hi Team,
                                      I had bought a new TVS Jupiter a year back and had provided for third service in TVS - Surya Pratap Automobiles, KR Puram.

                                      My bike had no damage or strach on it, but while taking back from service center noticed that my engine case was damaged and when questioned the concerned just said that he will raise the issue to management and get the engine case replaced as it is still under warranty.

                                      8 months after I bought the bike, 15 to 20 days after I bought it, my carburetor overflowed and spilled oil. The problem is that even then they say that the carburetor will send it to the warranty, so they have sent a complaint. Complaint number 268 is like two months, they have no news, no importance.
