Please provide our services 90 days above request Jupiter zx vehicle chok bolt our showroom not available. And not respons am not satisfied our company kindly respons and resolve issue

I had purchased a Jupiter zx and its now time for its first service and there is no service center nearby. I have tried calling Rana Motors which is 22 km away from my place and they said they are not dealing with Tvs. This means the service centers are not updated by you people, you have given me all wrong name of those centees which are not working at all. My location is Bathinda and no nearby service centers are there. Please open up more service centers if you want people to buy your products. Paying 90000 and having no services after that is really disappoiting. Now I have to go to a local shop for servicing.

I came to service center give my ntorq 125 to service my scooter but I find out it will open late. Here no proper timing to open. Please take action. Veer tvs gulbarga

My self Adarsha I am having TVS scooty since 15 Years on 31st July 2021 we gave scooty for service in your Authorized service centre Aarya Motors Shimoga Karnataka state
But till date they are not serviced our vehicle and whenever we call service centre they said spare not available they are having these type of carelessness

Tell me one thing TVS is not having spares with their own vehicle its very pathetic or how much time required to supply spares to your Authorized service centre or how many month we have to wait to get our vehicle to be delivered

We are having only single vehicle with us and we are having dependency on that vehicle still your service centre guys not understand customer concern just giving statement spare not received this kind of response is not acceptable

Kindly Coordinate with your service centre
And make arrangements for spare to service vehicle if you really done this favour for me I am happy with TVS

Using APACHE RTR 160 4V PURCHASED in Dec 2018.
Continuously for the 4th time, same problem of front brake creating noise while breaking is not resolved and also front brake cover where it is attached to the handle is missing making break joint vulnerable to water.
Also mirror cover where it is attached to the handle is changed with old one.
Such fraudster servicing it was.

Mine entorq is giving a problem on speedometer not working and key itself, I am disappointed with it it is running 2years now at this month (August)!

I have a TVS Radeon bike. I did all servicing time to time. But 20000 km ago the engine was making a very loud noise.I go toKrishna Motor Service Center before 7-8 months ago. Engine problems were not solved due to lack of parts. They assure me that when parts come engine will be repaired.The problem is not solved even when I go to again servicing. They told me they would only charge for packing and engine oil. My bike is now going 39000+km. Recently 5th Aug again go for servicing. They told me all the parts came and solved the big noise of the engine. They charge me for repairing all parts around 5000+rupees. My question is what is the warranty ?

I had purchase tvs apache rtr 160 4V on 16/06/2021, after taking delivery I had faced some issue in my bike, like problem in gear shifting, rubbing sound in rare disk brake & sound in chain.During first servicing of my bike, I described all issue to service center for rectification.But they done nothing .After servicing I had faced all issues in my bike those were existed prior to servicing.Then I again visited to service center, they assured me all the issues will be dissolved automatically, all the issues are due to rainy season & components of new bike will be free automatically after running some more kilometers.But till date issues are not solved.More over today I facing a more big problem, in my bike gear shifting not working.In this situation I am not able to ride my bike at all and also not possible to bring the bike upto the service center for rectification.

Please note that I have dropped my scooter for service as ther was oil leakage from carborater while starting the scooter.The administration advised they will replace the part & service it in 2 months.however it's been more than 1 day now & the vechicle is not repaied not properly so same problem occured.This is totally frustrating & the servce standards are not really upto mark.
I really want someone too reallly took into this & help me provide concrete information as to what has happened with the vehicle/what part is being replaced & the real time bound to fix this issue.

i need service for that scooty when i went to agency they thold me they dont have any part of that acooty and behaving rudely and told me to purchase that part from other shop. thats not fare i will go to consumar forun about it if i will not get any answer within reasonable time period.

Hello sir, I have complaint regarding a my jupiter zx scooter, purchase on nov 2020 only in 9 moths I am face a many problem in my scooter like there is a mileage problem and horn and electric started is not working properly and the tvs services center is very bad responses they are not solving the problem

Dear TVS Team, I Yashwanth Kumar, owned a apache RTR 160 4v vehicle in Oct 2020 at Yuvaan TV's showroom Lb nagar Hyderabad, Telangana.

After purchasing the vehicle,
Rear disc brake started making noise from the day 3 itself.
I went to showroom and informed the same, they cleaned the pads and replaced with new one.

Again after 3-4days it started making noise, When I informed the same to the showroom...

In February 21 I purchased a Apache 160 2v bs6 after one month start engine off while I riding it in 20 to 30 kmhr even sometimes off if I am riding it more than 50 kmhr from second service I am complaining this issue to LN MOTORS BASTI U P but still they haven’t fix my problem

Hemanth motors, Yelahanka who happen to be TVS motors dealer in Bangalore are repeatedly calling my mother and harassing her from past 1year. They call her and ask her to leave the vehicle for servicing when we dont own any TVS vehicles. We have tried reaching to the senior level in this regard and no use. The customer care people abused me badly for asking this. We need justice

I am your loyal customer from new Delhi I purchased a Tvs ntorq on 13 nov 2020 since den I am experienced fuel tank not working properly I contact 3 -4 service center near me but getting no response or solution .

On my first service I again complaint About fuel tank they make Some jugard and. Said right now the parts are not available we will contact you but again no solution it has been 3-4 month my Tvs is standing in my home

I bought a TVS Ntorq 125 on April 2020 from kerala. From past 1 year I am facing regular starting issues. 3 times I reached out to service center and they have changed power plug and informed me that there will no problem going forward but after 2 or 3 months again I am facing the same issue. I tried reaching out to customer care and there is no proper response from them. Costumer care people don't even have the basic knowledge of products...

I purchased tvs scooty pep 8 months back and im facing lot of difficulties with the product. Bike does move forward at all initially when u give acceleeator and u have to push and then makw it move forward. Also bike gets switched off suddenly in mid of road and i can missed accident multiple times. I have given it for service twice and its still same issue.

I bought TVS Jupiter Zx from Delhi one month ago. Due to my job I have taken it to Bathinda, Punjab. But there os no service center available for its first free service by the company. And I would like to know when will it be opened as its very important to get it serviced by the company and not amy local mechanic.

I had left my tvs ntorq 125 at kumar automotive on dt.04.08.2021 but it is very unfortunate that being 7(seven ) days has been passed the problem is not sut out at the service center . They are taking plea that the wire is not avaible with them aslo not available in odisha. Which is not acceptable for me. Being a dealer in a town at the same time it is also district head quarter how the small parts is not available with them. It is very regreat that in a branded dealer the service is very very careless about the service . I don't under stand how they get the agency. It should a specific time limit for each and every service. An early reply is aspected.
