I paid full payment on 27-04-21 for TVS RADEON at Diamond TVS show room in kolkata. Till date tax and insurance are not paid. Without the number I can't use the vehicle. It is total 23 working days passed excluding lockdown days in WB. Please let me know actual reason of delay along with workflow chart of document processing....

My sister scooty tvs pep plus is having starting problem from past 6 to 8 months, , and it is in katihar showrom for repair, , they are saying that parts are not available... please have your concern in this issue...

I am trying to replace my faulty battery which is under warranty and for this I am reaching the SIMRAN TVS dealer office for a month but there is no response from your end, when I am trying to call then they ask for more time.

I am totally frustrated by their service, so please look into the matter asap.

i bought tvs ntorq from sabharwal automobiles from rani jhansi road, new delhi (june 2020), this model is now 1 year old, pollution of this bs6 model is not being done from anywhere, the people of the pollution station say that no one is getting bs6 pollution right now. if there is no pollution then my scooty will be challaned, if there is any challan of my scooty then it will be your responsibility. i want its solution...

My 2 months old tvs ntorq fuel pump is complainted, i alredy infrom to the authorized service centre . from there response is very bad. i shockrd about the scooter .its completed only 1000 km then how its happen. now 4 days my scooter in the showroom . they are not took my calls and messages.
the showroom name is tvs prince motors kalpetta, wayanad, kerala.
anywy am not suggest anybody to the scootter ....

I have purchased a TVS Apache 160 4V from tinsukia Assam pin 786125 on April 2 2021 and till date i e June 24 have not received my RC book and not receiving any satisfactory answer on the status. AS23AA9692....

I suddenly started getting too much vibration (Noise) like after I touched speed of 22 at 2nd Gear and around 35 at 3rd gear. So, I went to service my vehicle. After servicing, the noise and vibration was still there at 1st and 2nd gear, the person who was in charge of servicing my vehicle told me that this thing is going to happen with Apache 160. I was disagreeing him but there was nothing much I could do at that time so I'm registering...

I have tvs rtr 160 from aggarwal automobiles 13/10/2019 mu bike running only 15800 and your service team syas me my bike coon set faulty because running bike with loose handal my last service is 14722 km so why yours teem not tight handal my bike yours service teem not working properly so please change my bike coon set in warranty

I purchased a TVS Jupiter last year in month of november 2020. I am facing many issues from the day I purchased it. Everytime I went to showroom and complaint them they always gave some sort of explaaination and do nothing.
My scooty loose its race when running even if the petrol tank is full.
I purchased it from RK Tvs meerut and had all the services from there only.

I have booked for 3rd free service in Bihar Motors service centre but many problem I am facing while driving also I have sent email and reminders on mail but till date no any reply my emails.

I think TVS company's service is very poor.....
