    We took the TVS Sport (VS6 model) from SBM Motors (Moolakadai). However the bike is making trouble since past couple of months. The bike is not speeding up as I could feel something is blocking the speed of my bike. Initially my bike could not speed up beyond 80 KMPH. However now it is not speeding up beyond 60 KMPH. Please be informed that this bike is till under warranty.

    This trouble started as after the 3rd service (just before 4th service), which I got from Dheera Motors (Ashok Nagar). When I gave my bike for the 4th service at MG Motors (Chrompet) they declined to fix the issue as the previous services were done by Dheera Motors.

    When I approached SBM Motors, they infomed me to contact Dheera Motors from where I did my 3rd service. When I approached Dheera Motors to fix this problem, they are advising me to go back to SBM Motors to fix the issue.

    Now I am totally perplexed and wondering why I took this bike from TVS Motor.

    Hence request your intervention help us fix this issue at the earliest as a bike in proper running condition is utmost important to my business. We are comfortable leaving our bike at MG Motors, who is closed to my work place.

    Or else, since my bike is still under warranty, request you to please replace my bike with a new one.

      The person who did my scooty service was very unprofessional, and didn't even clean my scooty properly.
      Even after I have told him that my scooty isn't washed and shined properly he started arguing.
      And also he didn't return me 5rs change.

            Dear Sir,

            We purchased a TVS scooty on 30th June 2021 from Dynamic Motors, Delhi.

            Today it’s showing side stand error & didn’t start.

            Service center of Dabri Mode (Ph: [protected]), Delhi told us that there are some issue with sensors & it will take 2 days to repair.

            We are very disappointing that new scooty faulty in 10 days & also taking long time to repair.

                I purchased TVs we go in October 2019. It has fitted with defective tail lamp . company replaced tail lamp once.Now july2021 I faced same problem and found that regulator also defective.I replaced regulator with cost of Rs 699.Tail lamps costs around Rs 700. Now my question is why they installed new technology in to trouble the bike owner ? Older technology costs nearly Rs 20- 100 in replacing the tail lamp. company must answer me on email [protected]@gmail.com

                  I am from Delhi. i purchase a TVS Jupiter zx model on 24 January 2021. After second service my scooter is continiously becoming very hot and often its kick and self start is not working. after second service i visited tvs matiala road service center three times for this over hitting issue. they saying it is only for just hot weater condition. sir/ madam, still after parking and switch off my scooter when ever i check it after 5 hours i find it very hot. my tvs regn. no. is DL4SDF7698. i ride it for a total distance of 50 km at a speed of 35-40 to my office and from there returning back to house after 8-10 hours. Sir, yesterday too after parking my scooter at 8 pm in basement when i checked it around 12.10 am in night i found it still very hot. my new vehicle is taking a very long time to cool down. still after visiting tvs matiala road workshop my over hitting engine complaint is still remains same. SIR/MADAM, IN DELHI MAXIMUM MIDDLE CLASS MEN, WOMENS ARE USING SCOOTY, SCOOTERS FOR THERE JOURNEY PURPOSES ON DAILY BASIS, AND MAXIMUM HAS NO SUCH COMPLAINS IN THIS HOT CLIMATIC CONDITIONS TOO.

                  sir/madam,
                  i am requesting you to kindly take a note of this issue. They saying that there is no problem with the scooty, and no fault wiring, fan of scooter is too working properly. my grab handel too is becoming very hot after riding for a short distance.

                  if this problem remains, i fear that after few times when its little old my scooter would caught fire.

                    Last time when i went for 1st free service vehicle was showing in the name of faizan mushtak shaikh and today i went for the 2nd free service vehicle is showing Savita Kanojiya but actual owner of vehicle is me Abdul Basit Chougle

                    Request you to. Please check with your dealer V L tvs byculla is their any fraud being done selling 1 bike to 3 people

                    I regret if this is the issue they are spoiling the name of Tvs

                    Also i have been suffered a loss of rupees 1760 for 1st & 2nd sercive wherein mu company pays me a reimbursement for servicing of mu vehicle

                    Now who is liable to pay me the same wherein service invoice generate is not in my name

                      I have bought my TVS victor premium on Nov 2018 and since then I prefer my bike servicing at G k TVS patparganj, new delhi but since 2019 I have been facing problem with bubbling of my bike handle even at speed of 50.I used to tell each time I visit for my servicing but they only tighten handle every time. I am a really upset with this problem. I 'all never buy TVS vehicle in future nor I'll recommend any one to buy.

                        I have paid 3000/- as booking amount. Just told the staff Mr Amit Dalvi to confirm if he has received 1 rs in his axis bank account. So that entire 67000/- can be transferred.

                        He is very rude . He did not receive my calls nor reverted. He directly told me to cancel the booking for no reason.

                              Dear Manager,

                              The above-mentioned loan account number I have confirm you that my loan is closed today.i got a letter I paid the foreclosure amount by cash.
                              I was into your same branch on Monday 05/07/2021, for loan closing, two people have come to branch and they told me that they need to show my TVS byke to manager but I didn't give I told them I came for close my loan they dint co-operate with me finally they took my byke without my knowledge, that day I dint close my loan because your representative told me once he collct the cash when he receives SEIZURE CHARGES, I dint closed I waited two days for get seizure confirm amount,
                              The important subject is I kept my original documents and my new house keys, and Ray-Ban cooling glass which i purched recently and Helmet in Byke dickey, four people has come they took my byke in front of the TVS Credit office Srirampura, same incident i have informed to branch manager he is also not co operated.

                              After seizing I went for get back my bike to RR nagàr, I was shocked when I checked items r not available and Petrol also full empty I have filled 500Rs on Monday same day when byke was seized.i have pushed my byke one kilometers for Petrol from your Periplus service, RR Nagar.
                              When I visited TVS office today with my byke I told my problems which I missed my items they spoke to some collocation team and shared me the his number, when I called him he used abuse language and shouted on me, his name is BABU mobile number[protected].

                              He asking me to killing if I asked item once again is this a solution for customers you people will provide, when I paid your entire EMI with all charges but no support from u, I'm planning to file a FIR against this case please reply this mail as fast as possible, I need my documents and keys and Ray-Ban Glass please look into this matter do the needful

                                I am DHUSHIYANTH V from CUDDALORE, I have bought TVS JUPITER ZX on Feb 16, 2021.After one month, I went showroom for 1st service, It's fine, And after 3000 km, I went for 2nd service, My complaint was fuel tank open problem and oil change, but He only changed oil and didn't repair fuel tank, and He took 4 hours, after one employee came my waiting room for fixing a TV for seeing a CCTV footage, which should be live from service area.I saw on TV 3 to 4 employee
                                Convocating each other, My 2 wheeler standing on other side.Today(08/07/2021) I came for third service, TV is not working, and I don't know what was going on the service area, please regard my complaint and install the cctv live footage on all the service station.

                                  I have bought TVS NTORQ 125 on 13/02/2020 properly serviced in SBM TVS Ayanavaram where i bought the scooter. Now i have done 12800KM only but my scooter suddenly stopped on 02//7/2021 in the middle of the road and i sent it to SBM TVS Ayanavaram till now no response from them.

                                  I have no idea how scooter will stop with in 12800KM itself i would have died in road itself because of scooter stopped in middle of the road.

                                    I have a ntorq 125 raceedition, bought on nov 2020, on my second service they had replace the oil drain bolt with a worn out one when asked they were like so harsh and firing .Dealer laxmi motors - chennai, little later on the road had the accelerator wire cut, and tve road side assistance came after a fight of some three hours, even reported both bolt issue to the head office people . htey committed to do, . ow again when i chekd for oil change i see the same bolt . means they had not replace it . this is the quality of service and supoprt given by TVS.

                                        My tvs antorq disk brake model has an issue with the seat.it isn’t locking properly there is a manufacturing defect.today i went there for the service of antorq and nobody took any action about my complaint and there is no customer loyalty.today the service assistant misbehaved with me he has no sense of talking to the customer at all.i request you to take a serious action on that fool service manager or otherwise i will take an action against tvs.
