I am Anoop I in work in hospital staff my bike Apache 160rtr used. I do time to time service all. Main complaints is in front of bike riding time sound is coming. I am already told service center 5times.no use. After service 50kilm no problem. After same problem respect. In. road small cutter time running face big problem. My bike 2020 model. What to do.?     Dear Sir,

    i have purchase the TvS Jupiter scooty in sept 2020 but with in 2 or 3 days having the problems that my scooty is not start . So many time i visit to service center /agency also . but i could not get the proper solutions .they change only filter but if will not use the scooty in 1 days than 2nd day it will not start.

    kindly look in to the matter and post back us to the proper suggestion .

        I have purchased tvs jupiter last year august. Within one year my bike silencer broken. How is it possible. Tvs gave me a faulty product. Break not working properly. Fuel meter not working.

        How the company will resolve my complaint. I need compensation.

                  Showroom take 100000rs in advance, then provide me a broken 108km running motorcycle, He said take this one otherwise no refund money, I am totally offset and what can I do.

                    I'm complaining about service here it is not getting answers properly & not update my number since last 4 months. They don't no how to talk to customers.please be careful for customers.I have purchase tvs scooty pep not delivered in time & not getting any responce from sales person they don't have any responsibility for customers.

                      My vehicle was given for servicing on 24-jun-21 and was comiited by service center to return on 25- jun 21

                      They failed to return on 25 jun stating that the vehicle is not ready and i picked my vehicle in 28 - jun 21 early morning with 10000 amount of bill payment.

                      When i am checking on my chalan site i am able to see one of the chalan on 25 - jun of 500 rs fine for driving without helmet. In the chalan photos i can see someone’s is driving my vehicle without helmet and thet is not even a tvs service person.

                      I request my petrol and chalan charges to be given as this vehicle was not in my hand then who gave authority to drive that vehicle on highway without my permission

                      I am even not sure whether the servicing has been done properly or not

                      I request quick reply from customer Center otherwise we might take some serious actions on this

                          I, Gopakumar M G, bought a TVS Jupiter ZX from Aiswarya Motors, College Road, Near Catholicate College Junction, Pathnamthittta. During my Second free service I initially booked my service and they asked me to bring the vehicle at afternoon. As per their request I went at afternoon and they told me that they cannot service my vehicle today. The next day they asked me to bring the vehicle at 7.00 AM in the morning which I Did and asked me to come at 3.00 PM. My vehicle was unattended when I came at 3.00 PM.

                          In the service they did they only poured 900 ml of oil and billed me for 1 L. They also didn't wash my vehicle when I checked after the service and when I complained they just poured some water and delivered it to me. I have the photo proofs for this.

                          Kindly take action and reimburse the Rs. 400 they charged on me for such poor service. The photos attatched here are the vehicle that was delivered to me after service.

                            I paid full payment on 27-04-21 for TVS RADEON at Diamond TVS show room in kolkata. Till date tax and insurance are not paid. Without the number I can't use the vehicle. It is total 23 working days passed excluding lockdown days in WB. Please let me know actual reason of delay along with workflow chart of document processing.

                                    i bought tvs ntorq from sabharwal automobiles from rani jhansi road, new delhi (june 2020), this model is now 1 year old, pollution of this bs6 model is not being done from anywhere, the people of the pollution station say that no one is getting bs6 pollution right now. if there is no pollution then my scooty will be challaned, if there is any challan of my scooty then it will be your responsibility. i want its solution or you send me its 1 year pollution.

                                      My 2 months old tvs ntorq fuel pump is complainted, i alredy infrom to the authorized service centre . from there response is very bad. i shockrd about the scooter .its completed only 1000 km then how its happen. now 4 days my scooter in the showroom . they are not took my calls and messages.
                                      the showroom name is tvs prince motors kalpetta, wayanad, kerala.
                                      anywy am not suggest anybody to the scootter .

UK07AB9066 to service on 18 June 2021 & I rougly mentioned to advisor rajkumar I have only one concerned regarding scooty pick up & self not working but after service same problem occurs TV's provides very pathetic servicing.
