I Purchase TVS Ntorque On 14 April 2021 From Power Wings TVS Vapi Having Number DD 03 N 8231 Passing And RTO Done By Me But Till Now The Number Plate Is Not Issue By Delar It Is Now More Than Two Months Please Give Resolution ASAP..

    I purchase t.v.s scooty pep+ on 04/04/2019 Engine no:-AG3LJ2152878chassis NO:-MD626AG34J2L57564, at sri gokul t.v.s, rajahmundry, so .its starting problem on till delevery, so, i can repair in show room, but it'again repeat .vehicle suddenly stopped, i change three spark plugs, i only run 14000 K.M only, till[protected], please take as serious & rectify

    Hi sir/mam i am rishikantjena. I have buy a tvs ntorq 125 . E no. - ag7hk2x14788 . I purchase the tvs scooty at 8th of october, 2019. I have ride 15800 km in 2 years above . In first year it was working nicely and at the end of the year it started facing some problem in battery, lockset and breaksystem . I have changed it many times . I have spend around[protected] to repair the tvs scooty . Today also i take it to tvs sabharwal, rithala .There only i spend estimate[protected] rupees . I have taken a very wrong desicison to buy tvs scooty . Thank you .

      I have recently purchased tvs ntorq bs6 varient on 23rd april 2021 from DSN TVS Thettikuzhi, Paripally. After around 50 km the vehicle stopped working. The vehicle is unable to start and not displaying anything on the metre. I have contacted the service centre and they are not responding. Its been two months i am waiting for there response. I had my faith in tvs motors but i have lost it now. I doubt the reliablility and support efficiency of tvs. I want a complete refund of my money or initiate necessary actions to replair my vehicle as soon as possible. If you are not resolving my issues quickly I will go for legal help. Thank you

        I have purchased TVS Ntorq vehicle on 23rd april 2021 from DSN Tvs Thettikuzhi. After running around fifty kilometres the vehicle stopped working. The vehicle is nit starting or displaying anything on the metre. I have contacted the showroom and they are not taking care of my complaint. I have purchased the vehicle for past two months and i am unable to use the vehicle for my purpose. I had trust on tvs motors so i have purchased the vehicle by paying 107000. Now i have lost my trust and i really doubt the reliablility of the vehicle and support of the dealers. I will be only satisfied i[censored] could refund my money or reparing my vehicle as fast as possible. Make necessary actions as soon as possible or I will have to look for legal ways. Thank you

          Sir with due respect I beg to state that when I went to lucky traders service center near bhusanda bypass pool gaya bihar for my tvs wego front med guard there were unavailability of that particular part becoz of that problem my vehicle was unlovable, but rather than to resolve my problem service manger was abusing and misbehaving with me, they clearly said that I will not resolve ur problem do whatever u want to do.as being a loyal customer of tvs I never expected this from them.this kind of behavior will definitely put a negative mindset towards the brand like tvs motors.
          Therefore u r kindly requested to take my feelings under ur consideration and pls take serious action to that service center.

            My rear tire was damaged suddenly came some kind of swelling. I went for a replacement. He even doesn't know about the claim letter. I told him I have purchased it last it is still in warranty and the tire condition is good. He said 1700 will be charges and which is a new tire(ceat not original) cost. Also not keeping a tire it will be lost from his service center wow.
            Last year, I purchased a bike in July 2021, from (dealer name - Anup Kumar sagta) Lohaghat, Champwat, Uttrakhand, 262524. Really unhappy with the service. When you go for purchase they will give you promise we will provide all kind of service. And saying you have to go Rudrapur for claiming really, it's nearly 200km from here. It is a such kind of joke. or than why he is selling bikes if he does not have a solution. or take care of customers.

              Hi All,

              The service offered by TVS bridgestone for my Apache RR310 is the worst. Shall recommend all the users not to give your service at TVS service centre Bridgestone, Rajajinagar, Bangalore

              There was a battery dry issue report 3 months back in my new bike, just completed 1 year and that too lithium battery. I feel someone changed it during the service, Whenever i use ask, they say will charge the battery and give. Finally once took home the bike, after 2 to 4 days on non-use of bike. The battery gets dry

              Highly disappointed service.
              Hence decided to opt the bike service to bosch or other team guys rather than TVS themselves

                My tvs Jupiter bsiv no MH05 DG7570 done AMC dated 05 June 2021, with service charges and accessories charge about 3547 rs,
                Before service my vehicle was normal . When I brought after service at home, next day I found petrol chock broken, kick is not supporting, rear tyre jammed, so I immediately inform service centre but they not responding on phone
                Following no of technician..[protected] only giving promise frm last wensday, but not sending technician
                Requests for asistance

                  About key lost

                  Dear sir, my wife lost one key of her tvs jupiter. Now we r using second one. We called to helpline but they refused our request for duplicate keys. Even they said plz change all locks from dealer.
                  We have original key number.. Kindly help us....

                      I have set up the auto debit option for my bike loan.

                      For this month june the have debited two times. One is on 3rd june another is on 11th june.

                      Please revert the amount. And dont loose customer hope on tvs services.

                      Please revert the debited amount as soon as possible.

                      Am in a need of amount. Please dont play with customers in Covid situations.

                        The showroom delayed the processing by 4 weeks since there sales person had left job. Then they say it was mistake of me ( customer) that I didn't took follow up after completing document work and payments.
                        Really astonished to know this.
                        Moreover due to lockdown showroom was closed and we asked for delivery after number plate fitment so now showroom person is saying that u are not entitled for 4 free service as bill was issued on 7 th April and delivery of Jupiter has not been done till date( 11 th june'21)
                        Moreover there was no one at showroom to support things when we visited showroom.
                        Really Rushabh TVS is made cheating on us by delaying delivery and not providing 2.5 months insurance ( even after taking full payment) and reducing free service ( even after getting full payment).

                        There was no senior personal at showroom to attend us even. We were sitting ideal for hours without being attended.

                          I would make complaint against your authorized dealer at Srinagar i.e. M/s KASHMIR MOTORS Address MA Road Samandar Bagh Srinagar.
                          On 10/06/2021 Thursday, i go there for 2nd service of my scotty Job card No 1302. but unfortunately at there a machinic namely (Aadil|) has been assigned a job of my scotty he misbehaved with me at there he did not complete the service of my scotty and say me go were u want go or do want u want to do, if i purchase the scotty from ur band but Machinic at service center did not satisfy me with there work, i request your good self please take action against them. if not i will go to Hon'ble court for justice.

                              Hello Sir / Madam,
                              I purchased TVS Jupiter ZX from INDUBAALA AUTOMOBILES, Attapur pillar no.135, Hyderabad, telangana state on 12th February 2021. The onroad price of tvd Jupiter ZX was 93, 000 and We have paid 22, 500 as down-payment and we went for a loan through tvs credit which they told is for 23 months of 3958 per month. Till now I have 3 installments and still it is showing 21 months of balance installments and they are over charging for the foreclosure charges of 2873.56 (I.e.4%) which they have not mentioned or told at the time of purchase. All the executives inINDUBAALA AUTOMOBILES are liers and fraudsters because the loan person said something and we are facing something else.
                              Even the bank executives and tvs credit loan executives are fraudsters and liers. They said it is very low interest rates with tvs credit and said it is for 23 months of loan tenure as we have already paid the down-payment of 22, 500 while buying tvs Jupiter ZX but now when we are asking for a foreclosure they are charging 4% of foreclosure charges and some broken period interest of 720. They have deducted three installments of 3958 from my account and when we are asking for the foreclosure they are charging 4% on the principal amount and broken period interest and added one more installment of 24th month instead they said the installments are only for 23 months with tvs credit.
                              I request each and everyone not to buy any vehicle from TVS showroom of INDUBAALA AUTOMOBILES, pillar no.135, Attapur Hyderabad, Telangana as they are big liers, fraudulent and cheaters. I also request everyone not to trust anyone ( including bank executives and tvs credit loan executives) over there at INDUBAALA AUTOMOBILES.

                                They don't listen our problems. There is some problem in engine. Before few days back I have done its service. But its not working in proper way. There are several kind of issues are constantly coming up with the vehicle. Whenever I went to the service center regularly I have asked them for these problems everytime they asked me problem will sorted out in two and three days itself. And one more thing there is no proper way of talking manners they have. Kindly look at this matter deeply

                                    I have brought this piece and due to starting problem I visited twice to Jain TVS Malerkotla in six month, Both the time mechanic said that battery is dead, from then it is not starting through self but I have to kicked it, I paid the charges both times but they could not clear the fault, I made it checked out privately, they said that battery is ok, but mechanic of agency made fault in battery, I purchased new battery today, but the problem is same today, now mechanic of Jain TVS are saying that total warring /assembly need to change, if there was problem in assembly then why they have changed my battery, I was misguided by the company, they waist my time, from 6 months my bike is not starting, , they have charged me twice, and could not found the fault, it was my mistake to buy Jupiter TVs, they cannot provide good services, there are not skilled mechanic, they know only to change new parts, I see bad services here in Malerkotla, I request to the company to check your dealer as if they are providing the services to the customer or they are only charging heavy, I would never come to this agency again-[protected]

                                      My fuel cap must changed in warranty because when I bought new vehicle the problem arise at starting and in fuel cap cover doesn't have air vaccum for flow . my cap cover bottom are full of corrosion and don't work properly, in starting the mechanic told me they changed but after sometime they denied and fixed my problem Temperley with hole in my fuel gauge now the problem is vehicle have starting problem with petrol leakage now I want they changed my vehicle part and check properly
